‘Honestly I don’t care if my cousin goes to jail or not,he deserves whatever he gets coming and when he finally goes to jail I’m going to get rid of that str!pper and take all his properties’…I said to Scorpion, Casper’s best friend who was also in the drug game…

I will not tell the court that Casper burnt down all of cephar’s properties!!’..I yelled and then a slow smile spre-ad across her face..

‘You don’t have to sweetheart’..She said and just then I began hearing the police siren from outside the club..

‘Wh..What is going on?!!’..I asked and she walked closer..

‘Not so fast there ma’am’..The investigator ruined my seconds of joy as he approached us..

‘But we have evidence!! We have the evidence don’t we??’.. Phoenix asked and he shook his head vigorously..

‘It doesn’t work like that young lady,the murder charges might be dropped but there’s a 90% chance that he might still go to jail for drug trafficking charges’..

‘No!!! No you can’t tell me that after all this ha-rd work he’ll still go to jail!! No!’..She cried out and i held her hands..

‘Look at me my love,look at me…I..I’ve made terrible mistakes in the past and this is just a way of restitution Phoenix,if going to jail is the punishment for what I’ve done then it’s—

‘Ohhh not so fast there Cephar,the FBI has a deal for you and I think it’ll likely help you’.. The officer said..

‘I don’t un-derstand what do you mean??’..I asked..

‘You are clearly not in the t©p of the Cartel business and I’m sure you can lead us to the big guns and other drug Lords…A year of probation and all charges will be dropped if you agree to be our inside spy’..He said and my eyes lit up…

‘Good,I guess I’ll leave you two then’..He murmured and walked away and then I held Phoenix’s hand..

Phoenix’s POV ♥️

‘Phoenix my dress won’t fit in!!’..Elena cried out as I tried applying my l!pliner to myl-ips and I frowned de-eply..

‘Well tell John or someone else to help you with that I’m busy!!’..I said aloud and shook my head..

‘Phoenix!!! I nee-d you now!!’..She cried out again and i angrily threw my make up kit on the floor..

‘What is wrong with you I told you I didn’t want to do it!!! Look I’m heavily pregnant and the last thing I nee-d from you right now is your nagging okay?!!’..I scolded her and she bur-sted into tears..

‘If Cephar was here he wouldn’t yell at me’..

‘Well Cephar isn’t here okay?? He’s out on a business trip and he isn’t coming back until tomorrow so you’re stuck with me!! And besides he’s my husband and not yours cause you’re not the one who got married to him when he spent a year in prison!!!’..

My pregnancy has taken a toll on me which makes me look like a fat,lumpy and big stupid bear..

We’ve both been throu-gh a lot but we still managed to pu-ll throu-gh..

With the trial,where Casper mother’s lawyer who was also a drug dealer tried to change the decision of the jury to re-lease Cephar even after his cooperation with the cops to get the bad guys…

It was a long trial but finally his s£ntence was reduced to a year in prison and nine months of probation out of prison…

Emily was s£ntenced to Thirteen years in prison for being attem-pted murder and her p@rt in my kidnap and also for fraudulent activities which pu-ll-ed up in their investigations…

I hope she rots and dies in prison..

But now Cephar is finally a free man and I’m so happy for him..

‘I thought we wanted to get ice cream in the first place??’..Elena brou-ght me back from my reverie and just then I felt a watery s-en-sation slide down my th!ghs and a very painful cringe below my abd0m£n..

‘It will have to wait Elena’..I g@sped..

‘Why??’..Cephar asked and I frowned de-eply..
