Kelvin : Oh my gee world! Lisa are you really the one, is there something you’re not telling me? Did a surgery took place in this room on my sister’s face? Oh my gosh! You look extra ordinarily stunning, you’re amazing and like a vanilla ice cream. I have not seen such a beauty in you before. Nobody is going to recognize you again not even Muna.. He said smiling….. Thank God you’re my sister I would have fallen for you just now….. He said and chuckles.
Lisa: Smiling excitedly and doing some catwalk around the room as kelvin showers praises on her. Thank you little bro, you’re making my head swell above its normal size.
Kelvin: You deserves it sis, let’s take some pictures.
I know that if we did take a picture that he will upload it on net and my look won’t be any new thing when we get to the party and I don’t want anybody to see how I look until I get there, is a surprise for all…….. No thanks I quickly rejected his offer.
Kelvin was very surprised that I’m rejecting to take a picture with him for the first time and he asked….. But why sis?
Lisa: I have taken some pictures already and besides we are running late…. I said hurriedly picking my bag.
Kelvin : Your reply is not quit convincing, I have taken some pics in my room too but I need to also snap with my gorgeous sister Or is something wrong? He said sitting on the bed.
When I didn’t reply, he said his not going anywhere unless I take a picture with him….. I know how stubborn kelvin could be in trying to get what he wants so I let out my fears to him
Lisa: OK Fine but on one condition
Kelvin : with a brighten face…… What’s the condition?
Lisa: Just promise me that you won’t post it on line yet because I don’t want people to see it there first
Kelvin cuts in
Kelvin: Don’t worry sis, I know that already… I even took some pictures myself but I’m not posting it online yet because I don’t want people to see how I look online until after my arrival at the party…. I promise you that too I won’t post your pictures online until we get to the party.
Lisa signed in relief…… That’s good, Okey let’s take a few shots…. We snapped different pictures in different styles and we both look gorgeous….. Kelvin is taller than me with huge and broad shoulders and looks older than me some how and if you don’t know us very well that we are siblings, you might mistake us for a lovers….. Lol

Our mum screamed our names and we quickly run down stairs to join them….. Mum and dad commended me and also kelvin too…. Before heading to the party, dad first took us to the studio and we took some family pictures…. I caught the fancy of many people there both male and female especially male and that lifted my spirit so much.
I though of how Muna will feel or look when he sees this heart breath taking damsel…. I smiled inwardly but stopped when a thought told me that he might not care that much.

We waited to collect our pictures because they were wait and take and after collecting the pictures, they were very beautiful, dad paid and we drove to the party.
We got there by 6:30pm and a lot of people were trooping in and out, both parents and students… All dressing gorgeously and the mask I saw the students putting on made me remember my own mask.
Lisa: Oh my gosh! I exclaimed and every one turned to me in shock….. What is it they all said almost in unison
I think I have to go back home,…. Dad please take me home I pleaded.
Mom: What is it princess, is anything the matter, my mom questioned me
Lisa: Yes mum, I forgot my mask at home and I need it.
Dad: But we are late already
Lisa: I know dad, the thing was that, I don’t even know where I kept it because I was not able to find it before we left home.. Dad please can you take me to the mall so that I can get a new one?
There was silent for some time..
Kelvin: Yah that true….. I think I have an extra one with me, he said searching at the back of his father’s car and at the same time smiling.
Lisa: Stop joking around kelvin.
Kelvin : I’m not Lisa…… He said and with a little box on his hands………… He Smile inwardly seeing the look on his sisters face…….. ***

I starred at kelvin with so much disgust, I know him so well and I know what he is capable of doing, I know very well that he was the one that hide my mask so that I will use that of Muna but his tricks won’t work on me this time around

Lisa: No thanks kelvin, I don’t need that, I said eyeing him badly
Mum: But why darling, this mask is very beautiful and looks expensive.
Dad: yes my princess, it’s very beautiful and it matches your outfit very well
Kelvin: Oh yes dad! You have eyes for good things.. Just see the combination on it is entirely the one on her dress and bag. It was exclusively made for her…. Kelvin said smiling mischievously.
Lisa: I felt like smashing his mouth right now but I think I will do that after tonight, I will teach him how to respect people’s privacy…… I was saying that in my mind as I continue to eye him badly.
Mum: Common guys let’s go we are late already.
Lisa: I ain’t going nowhere, I don’t like this mask. Please dad can you drive me to the mall so that I can get a mask of my choice? I pleaded
Dad: No my dear, we are late already and you know pretty well that we are going to be on the high table…. Please honor me and this great occasion and manage this tonight.
Mum: Yes please honey, just manage it and save us the shame of walking in there very late….. Mum pleaded
Lisa: I don’t know what to do because I don’t want my parents to find out the rift that I have created by myself over I and Muna. They have not yet find out because they still sees Muna in our house but what they don’t know is that we doesn’t talk to each other except for hi …. I looked at kelvin who was just smiling comfortably knowing that I’m not going to spill the bean… I eyed him the more and I guess that even gave him a greater joy
Kelvin: Stop doing that with your eyes sis, your lashes might fall off… He teased
Lisa: I hissed….. Your chicken have lay some eggs, but just watch as I break them all at a time… I said angrily
Kelvin : Oh my gee! I’m so scared, he said and chuckles
Mum: Mum and dad has already alighted from the vehicle and was waiting for I and kelvin so that we would all go in together
Mum: Common kids, let’s get going

Yes mum, kelvin replied and put on his mask so I don’t have any option than to put on that silly mask of Muna… Wearing that made me feel like a dog who after vomiting went back to it’s vomit
Kelvin: You look gorgeous sis, it’s perfectly meant for you….. Kelvin praised
Lisa: Just get lost.. I hate you
Kelvin: I love you more he said and smiled
Mum & dad : Wow! That’s beautiful… You are a rare princess my love
I didn’t say anything because I know that they are just doing that so that I won’t feel bad about wearing that mask
But truth be told….. The mask is very beautiful and has the same design as my dress and bag, even my hair pin is almost the same and I wondered how Muna managed to get these…. I know he knows my favorite color to be pink but the combination designed with the mask is amazing…… Just then kelvin draws back my attention.
Kelvin: hey sis, what’s going on in your head You looks stunning and entirely from another planet and I doubt it people can barely recognize you.
Just cheer up and remember you’re my date tonight so I wouldn’t want you moody
Lisa: I was speechless and don’t know what to say rather than just get lost
Kelvin : smiling…. I know that’s your slogan but I think you should not make use of it tonight because I might get lost and left you with nobody to be your prom date…. He chuckles and headed inside

This guy is trying to ruin my night hope he doesn’t succeed I said and followed him and my parents followed behind.
Inside the hall is amazing and beautiful, well decorated and looks like heaven on earth… I saw a lot of dresses with designs and different mask……. The atmosphere is really encouraging and hospitable….. You can hardly recognize anyone from behind the mask and a lot of opposite se-x were chit chatting…… Every one looks like Muna to me so I guess is best I erase him from my head before I go nuts here
My parents arrival was announced as the Mc welcomed them to the high table
I looked lost indeed when kelvin walked up to me from behind….. I turned and he smiled.
Stop looking nervous sis and stop acting like a novice…. I gat your back let’s go and sit down.
I was too curious that I asked him…. Has Muna arrived yet? I just need to identify him that’s all, I quickly added before kelvin starts teasing me again.
I was surprised that he answered calmly to me
Kelvin: No still on the way.. I will identify him for you once he arrives
At that a-ssurance from kelvin, I was relieved and was able to relax and enjoy every bit of actions that’s gonna take place there
