Kelvin shook Muna as they both Smile happily for successfully tricking Lisa
Muna : I think we have to head home before Lisa arrives and finds out that you are not home… Muna suggested
Kelvin: Yah you’re right, let’s cross over the other side so that they will not catch a glimpse of us
They both crossed the other side and entered a keke napep and heads straight home.
Lisa actually arrives home before them and very luckily for them, they sited her and Phili-p from a distance as they were both saying their good byes….. Then they stopped farther away.
Kelvin: what do we do now, they will find out that we were actually stalking them.. Wait a minute…. They were still there when we left, how comes they arrived here before us? Kelvin said worriedly.
Muna: I think they actually boarded a cab, maybe for chatter…. And you know how sluggish keke can be…. And moreover That Phili-p of a guy will be doing everything just to impress Lisa… He said with a jealous tone…. Which made kelvin Smile
Kelvin: I can smell Jealousy, kelvin said making a funny face
Muna: Come off it man, we’ve got a situation here which we are yet to figure out how to go about it….. So what do we do now?
Kelvin: I don’t know ooo! So what do you suggest we do?
Muna: Okey, let’s act as if we are coming from an errand together…. Let’s be as convincing as possible.
They both engaged on pS conversation as they approaches Phili-p and Lisa.
Lisa saw Muna approaching and her heart started leaping for joy…. She felt like it was Muna that she was standing with at that moment
Kelvin: Smiling….. * hi sis, you’re back already…. Hope brou-ght some goodies home?…… Hi Phili-p, whatsup…. They both shook hands…. Hope my big isn’t hurt in anyway…. He said to Phili-p dryly.
Lisa: Kelvin! Just stop it already
Phili-p: No Lisa, kelvin is actually right, I would do the same if I was in his place
Muna: Hi Phili-p…. Muna greeted Phili-p who reciprocated to his greetings and they both shook hands..
Hi Lisa….. Muna greeted Lisa and walked inside the compound tagging kelvin along who still wants to stand there with Phili-p and Lisa….. Once inside Muna tackled kelvin..
What’s wrong with you man? Why do you have to talk to Phili-p that way huh!
Kelvin: expressing surprise… What are you saying, what’s wrong with the way I talked to him… I was only trying to protect my sister and besides I don’t like that nigga at all.
Muna: I know but at least you should have talked to your sister when she comes inside and not sounding that way out there, don’t you know it will look like a conspiracy? He said with a look of disappointment.
Kelvin: you’re right man! I never realized that, I’m sorry
Muna: No problem, I will be gone once Lisa comes in.
Kelvin: Alright……. But why don’t you try to patch up things with your buddy, I can still see that longing in the eyes of you both to be together once again…… You’re the man here, you know women can keep malice like forever.
Muna : yah you’re right Kev, but you know I tried my best to make I and Lisa to be friends again, but she’s just too stubborn and doesn’t want that so I have to give her her desired space
Lisa walks in, putting the best smile as possible like she went out on a date with the best guy in the whole world…… Her smiles make Muna jealous inwardly though he didn’t show it.
Muna: I have to be on my way now dude,… He said standing up.. As he outstretched his hands for a handshake with kelvin.
Muna: I will miss you…. Anyways thanks for your company so far… He stretched his hands and shook Muna….. Bye man!
Muna: Alright bye,….. Bye Lisa….. He said and left.
Kelvin: Why are you snubbing Muna like mad? At least be courteous enough to respond to his greetings for old time sake….. Kelvin said angrily.
Lisa: please I’m not in the mood right now Besides I’m very tired….. But has he been here for long, does he know that I went on a date with Phili-p? She asked wishing to hear a yes from his brother
Kelvin: What do you wanna hear from me again….. He should know now since he met both of you outside the gate…… He said and stood and left for his room.
Lisa:…… Yes! Yes!….. But Muna seems happy, he doesn’t even look at me twice or appreciate my looks
I only wanted to impress him and makes him look my way…. But…..
Kelvin who saw her actions smiled inwardly……. I know she’s in love with Muna but doesn’t want to show it, I sense same with Muna too… I hope they both keep aside their differences and realise themselves before is too late………….. **

School progresses and life continues, I and Muna is still not in talking terms, sometimes greetings that’s when I feel is very necessary
We are both in our finals in secondary school, our waec exams is gradually coming to an end…. Truth be told, I miss Muna greatly because he’s just not my best pal, he’s just my best friend and dude, his my reading mate, a great one at that…. Some times the way he reads can motivate even a dummy to study as well… I misses my moment with him, every thing about us I missed them a great deal, but there’s nothing I can do about it.
Circu-mstances and traditions demands that is a boy that is to go for a girl and not the other way round. Well I’m doing just fine with my studies and exams generally and I’m very delighted about that, I just know that I will come out with flying colors and I also wish the same for Muna too. Once I’m done with secondary school and enter high institutions, I definitely know that my crush on Muna will die off, because we will be far apart and that will reduce my chances of seeing him on daily basis.
Before our graduation, we are going to have prom night and I just wonder how’s gonna be.
I and Phili-p has gone our separate ways when I find out his main motives and intentions about me is not genuine, he wants something from me which I can’t give, his such a spoilt brat, a callous boy, a pervert and se-x addict. You can’t believe at his age, he has thousands of porn videos in his cell phone….. Good a thing I never liked him for once or even have any little feelings for him.
Thinking about our upcoming prom night gives me a lot of concerns, I don’t have a partner I mean a male partner and I can’t imagine been there watching Muna dance or be with another girl so for that sole reasons, I think is no use appearing there alone.

Kelvin: Lisa whatsup, whose gonna be your prom guy?
Lisa: like you’re actually in my thoughts bro
Kelvin: How do you mean sis?
Lisa: What I mean is that I’m not going to the prom night
Kelvin: What! Why?….. Hey common, is gonna be fun and is once in a lifetime just go and have fun…. I just wish I’m the one about leaving secondary school…. Kelvin said enthusiastically.
Lisa: Mtcheww! You’re actually right bro, but I don’t feel like going…. She said dryly
Kelvin: But since your started your waec, you’ve been planning on how your prom night will be, why the sudden change of mind now huh?
Lisa: Nothing, change is a constant thing you know, so I just changed my mind, that’s it

Kelvin: I know your reasons… You don’t have a prom date right?
Lisa: Who said that, I do but just don’t feel like going.
Kelvin: That’s not very convincing sis, I know you don’t have a prom guy.
Lisa: OK Fine! You win…. I don’t have a prom date because I chooses not to…. I turned them all down because I visualizes every other boys like Phili-p
Kelvin: I understand sis, Okey, how about I act like your prom guy….. He said and chuckles
Kelvin: Lol….every one knows you’re my brother, it won’t be fun because we don’t even know what to talk about there.
Kelvin: Just forget it….. I’m a king and the “Brain” don’t forget that…. I can make it a memorable day for you… Don’t forget you’re my only sister and the only thing I have got after mum and dad so therefore I can do anything for you, just say yes please.
Lisa: Lol….. I will think about it kelvin.
Kelvin: Don’t think about anything, I’m not toasting or trying to woo you, remember I’m your brother…. Lol
Lisa: Shut up Kev! You talks too much.
Kelvin: I guess that’s a yes sis….. Wow! He said tickling her…. They both tickled themselves and burst into laughter
Hmmm! What’s kelvin up to… Let’s wait and see….. **
