~MILAN~ AT THE RESORT
“So you want me to stop Elizabeth from tagging along?” Ben asked as he talk to Logan on his phone.
“Am going to find a way to get rid of the ones here, so do your utmost best and stop Elizabeth from showing up. Am counting on you” Logan said before ending the call.
Immediately Ben went out in search of Elizabeth.
She wasn’t in her room when he got there and quickly he went in search of her down stairs and luckily for him, he saw her heading to the beach side.
“Elizabeth” he called breathing heavily.
“Why are you here?” Elizabeth asked quite startled by his appearance.
“I came to talk to you” he answered quickly.
“Well we can do that on our way cause as of now, am heading to the beach” she said wanting to walk past him but he stood In her path.
“Can’t we just skip the beach. Let’s go sight seeing together, have been here in the past and I know the favorite places to… ”
“Why would I go sight seeing with you?” Elizabeth yelled at him and when he didn’t say anything in return, she tried to walk past him again when he pulled her back and lifted her over his arms.
“What are you doing! Put me down Ben. Put me down” Elizabeth yelled as she kept hitting his back but he wouldn’t budge.

Logan stood by the yatch railing starring at Romeo, Susan and Mary who were talking.
His plan initially was to stop Elizabeth from joining them and get the others to leave too but they were like pest who chose to stay even when he made it clear to them that he wanted them to leave.
“Won’t you come and join us?” Whitney asked as she went to stand by his side.
“Did you really had to call them?” He asked looking a bit annoyed.
“I thought you meant the trip for is for every….”
“I didn’t prepare this trip for everyone. It’s solely for you alone” he admitted.
“For me? But why would you prepare it for me alone?” Whitney asked feeling a bit startled by his confession.
“That’s because I….I ….never mind” he said before walking off leaving her standing there alone.
Romeo stood starring out at the sea when Susan came to join him.
“We haven’t been officially introduced right?” Susan asked while he stared at her In silence.
“Am Susan, Logan’s personal assistant ” she said stretching forth her hand but he ignored it.
“I imagined you to be someone approachable but you turn out to be rude” Susan added hating the fact that he ignored her.
“Then you shouldn’t have approach me in the first place. We are only here because we were invited by our friends” Romeo answered softly.
“Friends? If you aren’t truthful to the person you consider to be your friend then you should to me” Susan said and that got him starring at her.
“I know for a fact that you don’t think of Whitney as a friend. You’ve got a girlfriend and yet you kept watching her and that got me coming to a conclusion which is, you are in love with her” Susan added lightly.
“You are right. Am in love with Whitney and so what? How’s that any of your business” Romeo asked feeling angry.
“It’s my business simply because I am in love with Logan. You want Whitney while I want Logan for myself, so why don’t we do something and keep the people we love by our side” Susan suggested.
“It’s sounds tempting but am not interested. Find some one else to have fun with cause am very busy” Romeo answered before walking off leaving Susan glaring at his back.

Whitney was going in search of Logan when she bump into Mary.
She wanted to ignore her by going on her way but Mary stood in her path.
“Finally, I get to have you to myself” Mary said as a smile lit her face.
“I doubt we have a thing to talk about” Whitney replied hating the fact that she has to talk to her.
“We do since you’ve been the slut trying to take Romeo away from me” Mary said.
“I didn’t take Romeo from you and I don’t have any intention to” Whitney said and some how that felt like the truth.
She had agreed to begin this lie with Logan just so she could earn Romeo’s love but now it doesn’t feel that way to her.
“Liar! I can see through sluts like you. You tend to act like you don’t care when infact you do care. You’ve been hoping that he breaks up with me and date you instead right? Well sorry to burst your bubble, that won’t ever happen since Romeo belongs to me alone ” Mary yelled at her.
“You don’t love Romeo” Whitney declared.
“Don’t try to change the subject….”
“You are the one changing the subject Mary. You don’t love Romeo, if you don’t love him while hold onto him? Why don’t you just let him be?” Whitney asked cutting her off.
“That’s because he belongs to me. Romeo became mine when he signed that document, no one else can have him and not even you!” Mary screamed to her face.
“Fine then. If you insist on keeping him then you are free to but what I do know is that Romeo will some day get tired of you and then he will discard you” Whitney said and when she walk past her, Mary pulled her by the hair.
“You bitch! Who the hell do you think you are to tell me that! You are nothing but a stupid student who isn’t worth being In my….Argh! Argh!” Mary yelled out when Whitney manage to pull her hair too.
Whitney pulled harder which got Mary screaming out and eventually they both lose their balance and ended up falling into the sea.
On the other hand, Logan was in search of Whitney when he came across Romeo.
“We need to talk” Romeo said.
“What do we have to talk about?” Logan asked in return.
“Whitney. Just what is your plan with her? Why are you lurking around her cause I doubt that you are truly in love with her” Romeo said.
“And are you In love with her?” Logan asked.
“I am. I love Whitney and I want you to stay away” Romeo said fiercely.
“Aren’t you being selfish here. You love her and yet you stick to the barbie doll you call a girlfriend. Do you think Whitney will wait for you forever? Do you think she will keep on pining for you until you realise that she’s the girl for you?” Logan asked.
“I have no idea what your deal is with Mary and why you can’t leave her but it’s utter selfishness to want Whitney to wait while you are with some one else”
“I don’t intend to stay away from her and infact, I love her and am hoping to make her love me in return. So if you really want Whitney then first get your barbie doll out of your life then fight for her and also, I won’t make it easy for you to take her away from me” Logan declared which got Romeo glaring at him.
“If you only intend to hurt….” Romeo was cut short when they heard some one scream.
Recognizing the voice as Whitney, Logan took to his heels while Romeo followed suit.
They got to where both girls were and immediately they both jump Into the sea.
Both Logan and Romeo went to get Whitney out of the water ignoring Mary.
“Go attend to your girlfriend and I will take care of mine” Logan said as he lifted the soaked Whitney into his arms.
Romeo turned to stare at Mary who eyed him in anger.
“You bastard! How could you get Whitney out before me?” She yelled at him.
Choosing to ignore her, Romeo got out of the water and left her there even when she kept calling his name.

As soon as Logan got to his cabin, he put her on the bed.
“You are cold. You need to get rid of every thing you are putting on” he said and when she didn’t budge, he move towards her and pulled down her zipper but she stopped him from doing more.
“You need to take the damn clothes off” Logan said worriedly.
“I can’t do that with you here ” she reply shakily.
“I don’t intend to leave you alone ” he said as he went to his closet and pulling out a shirt, he toss it to her.
“Am giving you five minutes, so do whatever you want to by then” he added before turning his back on her.
Slowly Whitney began to pull off her dress but then she staggered which almost got her falling but Logan got to her on time, holding her by the waist.
Luckily for her, she had only pulled her gown to her stomach region leaving her upper body exposed to his gaze though she had on a br@.
She tried to cover herself up but Logan stopped her, his gaze on her chest.
“It must have hurt a lot” he said starring at the scar on her heart region.
“It did hurt back then but not anymore” she replied softly.
Logan stared at her and she did the same. The silence lengthen between them and when Logan was about to make a move by kissing her, she sneezed on him.
” Am sorry, I didn’t mean to do that” she apologise quickly.
“It’s okay. Just get dressed” he said as he turn away from her.
Quickly she pulled off her garment and put on his shirt.
“All done, where should I put my clothes? ” she asked.
“Don’t worry, the maid will know what to do with it. Come here” he said as he pulled her towards the little window.
“What are you doing?” Whitney asked when he suddenly wrap his arms around her from behind.
“Keeping you warm” he answered.
“You don’t have to”
“But I want to and so stay still cause I intend to hold you until you are warm enough” he said which got her doing as he said.
“What happen between you and Mary?” Logan asked.
“Nothing much. She just accuse me of trying to steal Romeo from her and called me all sort of names, she’s always been like that and am used to it” Whitney replied.
“She’s such a bitch!” Logan let out and that got her laughing.
“She’s just insecure. She’s afraid that I will take Romeo away from her and she has nothing to be afraid of cause I doubt that Romeo will ever love me, I doubt if I will ever be loved by some one” Whitney said and that got Logan pulling away from her.
“Why do you think you won’t ever be loved by some one?” Logan asked suddenly and that got her turning to him.
“Cause it’s what I feel, am just a plain girl and to top it up, am huge In debt. Am nothing compared to a rich girl like Mary” she said slowly.
“And that’s what makes you different cause you aren’t like Mary or Elizabeth or Susan. You are you ” Logan said which got her laughing.
“Is this you trying to cheer me up cause it’s working ” Whitney said.
“I meant what I said Whitney and also…just because Romeo doesn’t reciprocate your feelings doesn’t mean that you can’t be loved infact you’ve got some one who’s very much in love with you” he said and that erased the smile off her face.
“In love with me? Who or are you joking again ?” She asked softly.
“Am not and the person who is madly in love with you is me. I love you Whitney more than life itself” he admitted…..
