ru-by Smart, a feisty young girl lived with her mother and younger sister, Hazel. She is attending California State University.
Her father died when she was only five. Their life turned upside down suddenly and as a single parent it was ha-rd for her to live in China.
So they moved to California, US. There she found her best friends Olivia and Eliana.
Wyatt, a common friend, loved ru-by so he proposed to her. Accepted it as she loved him too.Their love for each other was an inseparable one.
It was an unfortunate incident which was written in her destiny. She bumped into a guy named Aaron in the cafeteria. Aaron had been a casanova, heart throb of the college pec-ked on her cheek as an apology. ru-by’s temperament rose at his daring, so she slapped and insulted him publicly.
Later, the same guy was arranged as her husband.
Aaron, who had been holding the grudge against her, agreed as soon as he came to know who the bride was.
Now the question arises here,
What will happen to ru-by and Wyatt? Will it become a love triangle?
Will this tug of war lead to a fateful end or not? Will they fall in love or marry each other to continue the revenge?
Who will confess their feelings to the other party first or not?

ru-by was on her bed sleeping peacefully when her younger sister named Hazel entered. Hazel moved closer to her then she tapped her but she didn’t answer so she shouted into her ear.
“Hazel” ru-by Gr0-ned.
“Sorry, sis… I did that because you don’t want to answer me” Hazel said and chuckled.
ru-by got down from the bed then she checked the time when she saw what the time was, she screamed.
“You are already late… Wyatt, would have been waiting for you” Hazel said then ru-by glared at her.
“Don’t shout… you know Mom must not find out” ru-by said, Hazel nodded her head.
“Can you please leave me my room now, I want to take my bath” ru-by said, gazing at Hazel.
“Okay, I will be waiting for you at the dining” Hazel said and ru-by nodded her head.
“Love you, sis” Hazel said and left.
“I nee-d to be fast, Wyatt would have been waiting for me” ru-by said, entering the bathroom.
An hour later, she was taking her bath in the toilet when her mind drifted to Wyatt.
“I nee-d to be fast” ru-by thought.
She came out of the toilet.
She glanced at the mirror then she smiled at herself, and she got dressed.
When she was done, she left the room.

Hazel and Mrs. Ava were in the dining eating when ru-by climbed the stairs.
“Good morning, mom” ru-by said with a smile.
Mrs. Ava glared at her.
“ru-by, I have told you several times to stop waking up late” Mrs. Ava snapped.
“I’m sorry, mom” ru-by said but Mrs. Ava glared at her.
“Sis, come and sit… your food is getting cold” Hazel said with a smile.
“Okay, sis” ru-by said and went to sit down.
“I am going to work now… you girls should take care of yourself and don’t come home late from school, bye” Mrs Ava said as she stood up from her seat.
“Okay, mom… bye” ru-by said with a smile.
“I love you, girls” Mrs Ava said then she left.
“Sis, eat fast… we are getting late” Hazel said then she nodded her head.
“Hazel, how is Owen?” ru-by said, chewing the food in her mouth.
“We are not together again, sis… we broke up last week” Hazel said.
“Huh” ru-by choked.
“He is a playboy… I hate him” Hazel said, carrying her backpack.
“Hmm” ru-by hummed.
“Are you done?” Hazel asked, gazing at her.
“Yes” ru-by said and carried her bag pack, then they left the Mansion.

Wyatt was at the front of the gate waiting for ru-by when Olivia and Eliana showed up then he smiled at them.
“You are waiting for ru-by right” Olivia said then Wyatt nodded his head.
“Awwn, so R0m-ntic… I wish I had a boyfriend like you” Eliana said with a smile.
Wyatt was about to say something when a car drove in.
“I think it is ru-by and her sister” Olivia said then they walked towards where the car is.
ru-by and Hazel got down from the car.
“ru-by” Olivia and Eliana called with a smile.
They hu-gged her.
“Oh, nobody hu-gged me” Hazel said and faked a frown.
“Sorry, Hazel” Eliana said then they hu-gged her.
“Babe” Wyatt called and pulled her in a hu-g.
“Wyatt, I miss you” ru-by said with a smile.
“Oh, I miss you too” Wyatt said and ki-ssed her.
“Lovers, can we go to the clas-s now?” Olivia said then ru-by rolled her eyes.
“Okay” Wyatt said, holding ru-by’s hand.
They went to the clas-s when they got to the clas-s, they met Emma and her friends gisting.
“The bitc-h is in the clas-s” Hazel said.
“Hazel, stop calling her bitc-h” ru-by said.
Hazel rolled her eyes.
“Okay… I am going to my clas-s, see you later” Hazel said then she hu-gged her.
“Love you, sis” ru-by said with a smile.
“Love you too” Hazel said then she left.
“ru-by” Emma called with a fake smile.
“Emma, what do you want? Leave her alone” Wyatt said and glared at her.
“Really… I am not doing anything to her” Emma said with a roll.
“ru-by, let’s go and sit down” Eliana said then ru-by nodded her head.
“See you later, Wyatt” ru-by said as she wave her hand at him
They went to their seats.

It was break, ru-by and her friends went out of the clas-s, they were going to the cafeteria when they bumped into a guy, they apologized to him then the guy held ru-by’s hand.
“Aaron, leave me” ru-by said and glared at him.
“Babe, your hands are so soft… I like you, ru-by” Aaron said and
He moved close to her and pec-ked her, ru-by got angry, and she slapped him.
Olivia and Eliana gasped.
“ru-by, you slapped me” Aaron said, angrily.
“Yes… I will slap you again, arrogant bitc-h” ru-by said.
Aaron raised his hand to slap her when someone held his hand, the person turned out to be Wyatt.
“What do you think you want to do? You want to slap a lady… you are a coward” Wyatt said.
“I don’t care if she is a lady or not… why would she slap me” Aaron said, angrily.
“I’m sorry that she slapped you” Wyatt said then Aaron glared at him.
“ru-by, you will pay for this” Aaron said and left angrily
“Babe, why did you slap him?” Wyatt said, gazing at her.
“Wyatt, he pec-ked me” ru-by said with a frown.
“He pec-ked you… let’s forget about him” Wyatt said then she nodded her head.
“Guys, I am starving” Eliana said with a pout.
“Foodie” ru-by said with a smile.
They went to the cafeteria when they got there Wyatt went to meet his friends while the girls went to get the food they would eat.
A few minutes later, they were going to their seats when Emma called ru-by then they faced her.
“Emma, what do you want!” ru-by asked, then she glared at her.
“ru-by, leave Wyatt… he is mine,” Emma said with a sm-irk.
“Emma, you must be insane… you are a slut, all most all the guys in the school that have f*¢ked you… Wyatt is my boyfriend, stay away from him” ru-by said.
“ru-by, you called me a slut” Emma said, angrily.
ru-by nodded her head then Emma slapped her.
All the students gasped.
🗣️”She slapped ru-by” A lady said.
ru-by got angry then she poured the food, she was carrying on Emma then Emma screamed.
“ru-by, you shouldn’t have done that” Olivia said.
“Why? You girls don’t know what you are saying” ru-by said, angrily then she went out of the cafeteria.
“ru-by” Wyatt called, running after her.

When ru-by got to the garden, she met Aaron sitting on the bench, she frowned before sitting down beside him.
“Why are you sitting beside me? Can’t you sit on the floor” Aaron said with a glare.
“Aaron, I can’t sit down on the floor” ru-by said.
Aaron was about to say something when Wyatt showed up. Wyatt was shocked to see ru-by sitting beside Aaron.
“Babe” Wyatt called with a frown.
ru-by turned back, and when she saw Wyatt, she smiled.
*Wyatt” ru-by called as she stood up.
“Babe, what you did in the cafeteria is not good” Wyatt said then ru-by frowned.
“Really… you are also siding that bitc-h, Wyatt… she slapped me” ru-by said, angrily.
“I know but that doesn’t mean you should pour your food on her” Wyatt said, gazing at her.
“Okay… I am sorry” ru-by said with a pout.
Wyatt chuckled.
“Okay, babe… it’s okay” Wyatt said with a smile.
“I love you” ru-by said.
Wyatt ki-ssed her then they went to the cafeteria.

Two hours later, it was closing… all the students rushed out of the clas-s, ru-by was outside waiting for her sis in front of the car when Emma and her friends showed up.
*ru-by, you will pay for what you did” Emma said but ru-by hissed.
“Emma, let’s deal with this girl” Sasha said and glared at her then ru-by rolled her eyes.
“Hey, sis” Hazel said, walking towards where ru-by is standing.
“Hazel, let’s go home” ru-by said, opening the car.
“Where did you think you were going?” Emma said, glaring at her.
“Emma, what do you want?are you angry because my sister poured her food on you?” Hazel said then she burst out laughing.
“Hazel, I hate you” Emma said, angrily.
“I hate you too… leave here right now or else you will see my other face” Hazel said with a frown.
“I will deal with you, Hazel” Emma muttered.
“I heard that” Hazel said as she entered the car.
ru-by also entered the car then they drove off.
