That was the best thing that has happened in my life, the good news Sonia brou-ght home revived my damped spirit ones again.
After the incident that occurred at Bianca’s house, I submitted my resignation letter to her the next two days, though she wasn’t in the office that day but I gave the letter to her PA.
Bianca claimed many excuses and explanation about what happened but it was late, I don’t think I can marry again.
All women are the same, if u didn’t meet a golddigger you will meet a cheater and that was my believe.
(I have a sister which is Sonia and a mother, does it means that they belong to those categories I just mentioned above “cheater or golddigger”? No, there must be good egg among the bad ones).
I called my relationsh!pwith Bianca off and focused on my new job, I was beginning to like the job so dearly because of the busy it keeps me.
I leaves house by 5:30am and comes back by 7:00pm or late.
I was picked among all the staffs we have in the company to represÂŁnt the company at Abuja for their annual conference.
I was delighted not because of the trip but because of my good works they recommend.
“The conference will last for a week and u are going there with my PA”the manager announced and they applauded for us.
The managing director’s personal as-sistant is Sophia, a very pretty lady that looks so s£dûçt!vewhile talking or walking.
I c@m£ back that day and discussed the trip with Sonia and Vivian, they where very happy about the trip till I told them that I will go there with Sophia, the manager’s PA.
“For what?!” Sonia yelled.
“Calm down Sonny!!” Vivian said politely.
“Does it mean that the manager want two of u to go or u choose to go with her?”Sonia now asked trying to be polite.
“Who am I to make such decision?
All the decisions were made by the management not me nor anyone”I answered trying to know why she was furious.
“Am not comfortable leaving u with any woman and you have to cancel that trip”she said authoritatively and left.
Wait, what’s really wrong with Sonia, is she my mother or what?
“I un-derstand what Sonia is afraid of and u have to discuss this with her in a way she will un-derstand it before u go pls, am coming let me bring ur food”Vivian advised.
“Never mind, tell Sonia to bring the food by herself”I said and she smiled suspiciously.
Sonia brou-ght the food in a jiffy and sat beside me calmly while I eats.
“U are not happy right?”

I don’t know what am feeling but all 8 knew was that I can’t let Michael be with another woman, anything may happen and that was my fear.
“Just eat ur food, we nee-d to discuss after”I answered and he smiled as if he was expecting it.
He finished up his meal and complimented my cooking as usual.
“I just like this meal eeh”he said adjusting his seat.
“Thanks for ur compliment, hope u like it?”I responded.
“I love it”he added.
“Is not that am against ur traveling to Abuja, no, am only not comfortable leaving u with Sophia”I started.
“Okay, I un-derstand but what if I like Sophia to be my wife to be, won’t u be happy for me?”he asked and hitted me to my nerve.
I bent down on the table, tears rushed down my eyes. I wished to control it but it wasn’t easy for me.
“Hello, what have I said wrong here?”he asked.
Am still not un-derstanding why Michael didn’t see the love in my eyes, all he has been seeing was sisterly and brotherly love which I didn’t comprehend.
“I said nothing wrong but u can’t marry Sophia or any…..”I wanted to complete my statement when I got to my s-en-ses and paused it half way.
“What…..?”he asked confusedly.
“Nothing, u are free to go anywhere u wish to, worry for…..”tears rushed down my cheek and I left the dinning immediately.
“Sonia!! What is wrong with u?”he yelled but I was alre-ady in my room and locked myself.

Things are becoming so complicating to me, why is Sonia behaving so weird this time, what is happening?
I think Sonia nee-d mentally test before it get out of hand.
I couldn’t sleep that night, I called Vivian that night and explained everything to her but she seems like hiding something from me.
“Don’t worry, Sonia will come around but when is the schedule for the trip?”Vivian asked.
“Next week”I answered.
“I will talk to her before then”she promised.
“Do u know what is bothering her? Just tell me so that I will help in my own way”I pleaded to Vivian but she smiled.
“Don’t worry, I will take care of it myself”she as-sured and left walking so sleepy.
I was so confused that I couldn’t sleep that night, Sonia must have mental issue and I have to do anything possible to fix it.
I went to work the next day looking so exhausted because of the sleepless night I had. I was so cool in the office unlike me, I bent down on my table thinking so de-ep.
“Hey, we nee-d to discuss something during lunch”that was Sophia’s voice.

It seems like Sonia is now going so crazy, I guess.
I made promise to Michael that I will talk to her but I was so afraid on how to approach her because of her weird behavior.
I woke up the next day and met Sonia busy packing her belongings.
“Where are u going to?”I asked her but she ignored me.
I don’t think this is ordinary, Sonia I knew is not the person am seeing here anymore.
“Are u not hearing me?!”I asked now with a loud voice.
“Am going to my parent’s house, any problem?” She asked sarcastically.
“Not at all but how about ur job?”I asked folding my arms.
“Hmmmm, work without happiness is nothing but slavery”she answered busy with her packing.
“I don’t get it, are u going to quit ur job just like that?”I asked but she looked up with tears.
“Am….am…..never mind”she stammered with tears and sat down with her face facing the ground.
Gosh! This is no more physical but spiritual.

I made up my mind to leave the city to the town so that I will be myself for ones.
Michael never feel the way I feel, he always think about his job more than my feeling. He made his job the most thing in his life which I sees as selfishness and nothing more.
I was preparing to leave when Vivian caught me, I wished that I left the house before she woke up.
Vivian is such a nice person but she don’t know what I was going throu-gh, she may call it stupidity but my heart has left me to someone that didn’t noticed its pres£nt.
I was dying in sober when my phone vibr@ted and it was Michael.
He is taking my love for granted but I still nee-d his t©uçh and everything about him.
“I may not be the perfect brother to u but u are the biggest and the best sibling I have.
plea-se Sonia, we have been together for long that u can tell me what is bothering u, am dying here because of ur mood.
I nee-d ur call now plea-se” that was the content of the message he s£nt to me.
Does it mean that Michael has eyes but can’t see? Who cares what takes me as, my happiness was that we didn’t relate in anywhere.
I was planning on how to pour out my feeling to Michael when I remembered that his birthday was coming up in two days time.
“I will use that his birthday as an opportunity to tell Michael whom he is to me”I said in my mind and smiled

“Lunch?” I asked as I lifted up my head from the table.
“Yes lunch, don’t worry I will pay for the meal”Sophia said smiling se-ductively.
“Where are we going for the lunch?”I asked trying to get over my depression.
“Am the one in charge, let’s go, we are going to use the boss’s car”she added made me more confused.
“His car?!”I asked with my eyes wi-de open.
“Yes of course, any bad thing about it?”she answered boldly.
Hmmm, how can we go out with my boss’s own car? I can’t take such risk of putting my work on the line.
“I think we should use a cab if the place is far instead”I protested but she smiled and waved the car key on the air for me .
“He know about our leaving and he granted me the access of using the car”she as-sured me and my heart rested for a while.
Does it mean that Sophia is having affair with our boss?
No nee-d of asking because it is certain, how can he grant her such access to his own personal car just because she is his PA?
“Okay, if you say so but I don’t have much time to spend outside the company, I have many works to do now” I said and she nodded dragging my hand.
We got to the car and she hop at the right hand side and asked me to drive.
“Do u know if I can drive?”I asked and she smiled.
“I know u can do that, let’s go pls” she said as she handed the key to me.
“Okay, let me prove u wrong, I don’t know how to drive”I said and gave her the car key back.
She drove to the restaurant where we ate and took some drinks before coming back to work.
I sÂŁnt message to Sonia when I was in restaurant because I want to make everything better between me and her before ma-king any trip.
She replied and said that she want us to talk urgently, no, I can’t allow her to see me and Sophia.
The work for the day c@mÂŁ to an end and I hurried home to sort whatever it might be out with Sonia.
“Here is my number, call me when u get home”Sophia said as she dropped her number on my desk.
What is really wrong with Sophia?
I got home and met Sonia and Vivian discussing in the sitting room, I greeted them and headed upstairs.
“Can we talk now?”Sonia asked after dinner.
“Of course yes, we can”j replied and Vivian left us to her room.
