ANDREA POV

“Don’t!!!!”He yelled waving his hand towards me,I didn’t want to be a problem, I thought as I stood by the floor waving him off.

I walked in heading to my room and some how I felt like it would be the last time I see him.

Just having that thought brou-ght tears to my eyes.

I don’t want to leave but what should i do, if his father asks me to leave him, I thought as I stood by the corridor trying to get myself in shape before going into our room.

I just hope that they never ask me to leave him, I thought as I went into the room and sle-pt off.

THE NEXT DAY
I got back from school feeling so stressed, today lesson has been stressful and I could ha-rd ly concentrate in each clas-s because I was worried about Max.

Just as they have locked him up since last night, he didn’t go out today too..

They didn’t even let him go out to school today, this situation is becoming worse, I thought as I head to the maid quaters.

I st©pped to stare at his window but there was no one and so I went in.

I got to the room and changed my uniform and then went to the kitchen.

“Am back mom”I said and I noticed she had a sad look on her face.

“What’s wrong mom?”I asked

“The boss wants to see you!”She said

“Me?”

“Yes,he wants to see you !” She said and i didn’t get the chance to escape Because a guard opened the kitchen door interrupting us

“The boss have asked me to escourt you”he said and having no choice, I followed him to the study to see Max father.

MAX POV
“What is wrong with you? You should at least eat some thing Max” My mom said as she stared at the tray on the floor

I layed on my be-d not answering her,all I just want her to do is to leave the room.

“Don’t be like this! I made it clear to you that you and this girl can’t be but you kept on insisting, you managed to black mail me by saying you would leave and I let you do what ever you want but your dad, Your dad won’t let you ,so if you are thinking of ways to get back at your father don’t use these method”She said

“Max am talking to you!”She yelled at me and still I didn’t answer her

“St©p this madness and try to forget her and you also have to get your father forgiveness,if you do that you will get ……..”

“No”I said softly

“What did you say?”

“I said no?”

“So you don’t want to leave this room, you prefer to stay here locked up than to apologise to your dad”She said

“Am not talking about getting Father forgiveness, you asked me to forget her but I will never do that”I said

“You foolish boy, when will you learn?”she yelled at me

“It’s of no use talking to me mom, so just drop the t©pic and leave”I said and layed on the be-d again

“Fine then, do as you plea-se”she said

“No one should come in, I want to be alone”I yelled at her and she slammed the door in response

I looked at my watch and saw that the time have gone.

“She should be back by now?”I thought as I went to my phone gallery to stare at Andrea Picture.

It’s the only picture i have of her,Its the same one I had taken when we went to the beach for the first time.

How I long to have her with me, she had been on my mind last night and I was happy to see her when she c@m£ by the window.

I wonder when she will come tonight,I thought as I cradled the phone to my che-st.

“I want to see you Andrea, if I can at least see you, I will know what to do with our pres£nt situation”I muttered to myself.

The door opened and I knew that it must be one of the maid or perhaps my mom.

With out turning around, I threw the pillow at the person standing there.

“Get out! I want to be alone”I said And waited to hear the door being opened but there was no response.

“Are you deaf, I said I want to be alone”I yelled and stood up.

I paused when I saw who was standing there starring at me.

“You still want to be alone even though am here” she said

“Andrea”I called feeling so happy and quic-kly I walked the few paces that seprated us and I pu-ll-ed her into my arms.

“How did you come here with out the guards st©pping you ?”I asked as I stared at her

“Well it’s a Secret of mine” she replied as she held me ti-ght by the w@!st

“But that is. ………”

“I will tell you how I got here but first you have to eat, I heard that you have been starving your self “she said and a while later i sat on the be-d eating while she sat on the chair beside me starring at me.

“Aren’t you going to tell me”I said

“I will, when you are done eating”she replied

“Why do I feel that you are trying to keep some thing from me”I asked and she gave me a smile

“What would I be keeping from you?”

“You spoke to my dad right? You wouldn’t be here with me if he hadn’t given the permission, what did he say to you?” I asked

“Nothing”

“You saying nothing certainly means some thing,tell me what he said”I said pushing the tray away

“Well he gave us his permission”she said giving me a smile

“What?”

“I said that he gave us his permission”

“But how come? Why?”

“I manage to persuade him and he agreed” she said and some how I wanted to believe her but I couldn’t.

“With what? My father is not easily persuaded, What did he say?”I said

“Does it matter? What matters is that the two of us are now together, let’s not waste the time we have to argue with each other”she said and gave me a hvg.

“I love you and you love me, let’s spend more time with each other” she added

I held her away from me and taking her hand,I began to head out side with her.

“Where are we g(oing Max?”she asked

“If we are allowed to see each other, I must thank my father”I said as I walked with her to the study room

“Max no”She said softly but I was no longer paying her any attention.

I barged in with out knocking and on seeing us, my dad dropped what he was doing to stare at us.

“What’s this?”he asked

“I heard from Andrea that you gave us your permission to d@t£ each other and I just want to say thank you”I said

“Permission, is that why you have left your room?” He asked

“You have given us your permission, so it’s only right that I leave my room,these are my things right, I will take them, since am no longer grounded and I can be with the girl I love, I dont think you will nee-d it with you”I said And he laughed

“Fine then,take it with you and just as Andrea have said, I have given you my permission, enjoy your time with her”he said and went back to his work.

Andrea pu-ll-ed me out of the study and some how I felt so happy.

Hearing it from my father himself have finally convinced me

“Max”Andrea called and I stared at her

“Did you hear that, he gave us his permission, you and I can be with each other with out any more obstacle,Am so happy”I said as I gave her a hvg

“With my father giving us his permission nothing will keep us ap@rt again”I said as I held her ti-ght.

“Come with me”I said as I pu-ll-ed her back and head upstairs with her.

“Why are we going back to your room ?”she asked and I gave her a smile

“What do you think?”I said laughing

“Oh no Max, not that! We aren’t going to do that”She said having a smile on her face.

I st©pped and pu-ll-ed her to me “you have never said no before, why are you suddenly saying No now ?”I asked

“We just got back together Max, aren’t you afraid that if we move things too far, your father might ask us to break up ” she said

“I don’t think so”I said and before she could argue ,I carried her in my arms.

“Didn’t you hear what he said”I asked

“What did he say?”she replied

“He said I should enjoy my time with you and that is what I will do,Now here we go”I said heading to my room with her in my arms.

JACK POV

I stood at the school balcony,watching the students as they walked into school.

The other student aren’t the one am waiting to see, it’s Andrea and she is suppose to be here now but she isn’t.

Ever since the fight, she have been avoiding me and that hurts.

Rose and I had planned every thing, we wanted Max father to see what his son is doing.

We wanted him to be embarras-sed and disasapointed and judging from the things he said yesterday, I know that Max will be banned from seeing Andrea and that is what I want.

“Looking out for your beloved” Rose asked as she c@m£ to stand beside me

“Don’t bother to wait, am sure that by now my father in law would have kick her out, you shouldn’t be expecting her at school, instead go and look for her and offer her any help you can offer, she is going to nee-d it “she added when I didn’t reply .

“Let’s not get ahead of ourseleves, we still don’t know what happen, so don’t be too smug about it”I said to her and just then I saw Andrea walking into the school premises.

She looked so beautiful and her shining hair made her stand out amongst the rest.

“Seems like she is here, will you go and meet her “Rose asked as we both stared at Andrea as she walked in.

For a while I was lost in her,just watching her alone made me feel happy and contented just then I saw Max coming behind her and he put his arm around her

She looked up at him and gave him a smile and then the two of them walked out of sight.

“Damn it!” Rose said hitting the stairs rail

“Seems like they are bot seprated as we thought”I said

“He told me he will do all he can to bring Max and I together but I never expected him to do this”She said

“You told me we will succeed this time, that is why I had my face beaten up but it seems like you were tricked”

“I will give him a call right now, he nee-ds to explain this to me”she said as she ran off.

We have done every thing to keep this two ap@rt but it wouldn’t work, what more can we do to keep them ap@rt cause am not re-ady to lose the one I love and I won’t lose her, if I have to speak to Max father myself then I will do it, we nee-d his help and we are certainly going to get it, I thought as I head to clas-s.

ANDREA POV

“Common Andrea, let’s go !”Beatrice kept on begging as we all began to head home

“I can’t Beatrice,Am not in the mood to go to the karaoke tonight”I said

“But it won’t be fun with out you, plea-se come with us”She kept on begging.

“So now that you have a boy friend, are you going to neglect us “Beatrice said frowning a bit.

I smiled and put my arm around her, “you two are very important to me, never doubt that but tonight I just want to be by myself, sorry!”I said softly

“Andrea!”On hearing Max call,I quic-kly hvgged Beatrice and Brenda and saying a quic-k good bye,I got into Max car and together we left the school.

“She is totally hooked!”Brenda said as they watch the car go

“I only hope that Max makes her happy, though I feel sorry for my cousin, you just can’t tell your heart who to love, common lets go to the karaoke”Beatrice said and together they both walk off.

“Where are we going ?”I asked who kept on driving in silence

“To some where!”He said

“Common just tell me, I don’t like surprises”I said to him

“When you get there you will certainly see it”He said taking my hand in his.

“Why are we here?”I asked we both stood in front of the house

He stood behind me and wra-pped his arms around me .

“This place will be your new home”He said

“What?”I asked taken aback

“Leave my house, I don’t want you and your mom working there again”He said

“But why?”

“I want to have you to myself and I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable again, you are always on edge each time we are at home and I don’t want that for you and I also don’t want your mom to work, she just got out of the hospital recently and so she would nee-d all she support she can get”He said

“And you don’t have to worry about the money, I will get every thing done, all you have to do is live here, go to school, take care of your mom and keep on loving me”He said and if I hadn’t fight it ha-rd , I would have cried and I don’t him to see that.

“I will only give you a week,once the week is over, you are to leave my son life for good”

Remembering what his father said I hvgged him ti-ght.

“It doesn’t have to be your duty towards me, I can live at your house and still by your side”I said forcing the last words

“No! I don’t want that”

“But I also don’t want to take your money, you buying a house for me will make your father and every one think that am after you for your money”I said

“I don’t care what they think, what matters is that you live comfortably and I wouldn’t hesitate to beat any one who will say ru-bbish about you” he said

“Have never been able to do any thing for you, can’t you just accept this”He begged and having no choice I had to agree

“Thank you my love”He said as he k!$$£d my fore head feeling so excited.

“Now shall we go and see your new home”he asked and I nodded softly.

Am only accepting because I know that before we leave his house for this place I would have been gone from his life and also from the country.

“When would you like to move out, I will nee-d to get some one to help with your luggage?”he asked he drive into the house garage

“Maybe this weekend”I replied and he nodded his head

I turned to leave only for him to pu-ll me back and k!ssme myl-ips

” This is just the beginning,for as long as we are together, I will always surprise you”He said and that got to me again.

pu-lling out of his arms,I walked got out of his car and began to head to the maid quaters.

He caught up with me and pu-ll-ed me into his arms

“What are doing? What if some one sees us”I said trying to pu-ll away

“No one will and if they do, it’s none of their business, I hate to be separated from you “he said still holding me

“But we are going to see each other tomorrow and I still live In your house”I said

“Just thinking about the hour I will spending away from you drives me crazy”He said still holding me

“Me too, I want to have you beside me always but we can’t be greedy, go to your room and I will see you tomorrow”I said as I stood on ti-p toe and k!$$£d him

“How can you k!ssme like that and expect me to sleep tonight ” he said

“You really are a flir-t “I said moving out of his arms

“Go in “I said and he began to head in

He turned at the last moment and blew me a k!ssand i smiled doing a heart shape with my hand.He smiled too and waved at me before going into the house.

I was still starring at the closed doors when I looked up to see Max father standing by the balcony looking at me.

Feeling nervous,I ran all the way to the maid quartes.
