ANDREA POV

I woke up still feeling worked up about what happened yesterday.

I sat up and saw both my uniform and Brenda uniform on the be-d, how efficient the maids are? I thought and just then Brenda walked out of the bathroom

“Oh you are up! I didn’t want to wake you up because you sle-pt late last night, common go and have a shower so we can go to school”she said

“Am not going”I said softly

“Is it because of what happened yesterday?”she asked as she stared at me

“Am just not re-ady to face any one yet,do you mind if I stay here”I asked

“I don’t mind Andrea but you won’t hide forever “she said

“I know, I won’t hide forever but for now let me just stay here, I don’t want to see any one”I said

“Fine then but don’t just stay locked up in the house, take a stroll around the house and feel at home”she said as she got dressed

“And I think you should answer Max call or reply his text, he is really worried about you”She said

“Okay”I replied and a while later when Brenda had left, I sat on the be-d Starring at the messages s£nt by max.

“At least reply your message, am worried” that was the last text he s£nt to me.

Deciding to follow Brenda advice, I replied his message and then turned off my phone.

Right now all I want is time to think and nothing else.

MAX POV

“Where are you?”I muttered softly as the car drove me to school.

Have been so worried, wondering where Andrea could be, she is not picking her call neither will she reply my text.

Doesn’t she know how worried have been, doesn’t she know that not knowing where she might be drives me crazy.

Just then I got a text and it was from her, I opened my phone to re-ad it

“I am fine Max, you don’t have to call me or text me, cause I won’t be answering”

I re-ad and felt more frustrated, she knows that I will be very worried and yet she tell me not to call and that she won’t be answering.

“Sir we have gotten to your school”the chauffeur said and i got out of the car hoping to see Andrea in school but she didn’t show up.

I sat at my desk wondering where she might be only to be distracted by Jack who c@m£ to seat on the empty chair in front of me

“Have you found her yet?”He asked

“No I haven’t, she ha-rd ly replies my message or answer my call” i replied

“Where do you think she might be?” Jack asked

“She knows no one here”I said softly

“Have you asked Beatrice and Brenda ?”I asked

“Well have asked Beatrice and she doesn’t know a thing but Brenda I havent seen her since I arrive “he replied

Just then I looked up and I saw Brenda walk in.

She went to her seat and pretended not to see us

I was unable to go to her because the teacher walked in.

Clas-s it self was boring and I could ha-rd ly focus just thinking about Andrea.

So as soon as the teacher left, i stood up to go to Brenda only to see that she is not in clas-s.

I went outside, insearch of her and i saw her talking to Jack.

quic-kly I went towards them and when she saw me she kept shut

“You know it right! You know where Andrea is,just tell me where she is?”I said0

“I can’t tell you, she told me not to”She replied

“And I think it will be best that you don’t look for her”Jack said

“What?”I asked

“You have cause enough harm on her, give her some space Max”he said

“Tell me where she is ?”I asked again

“She told me not to tell you, I can’t tell you,neither can I tell you too”she said starring at Jack and then she walked off

“I appreciate your wanting to look for Andrea but I think it’s enough”I said

“Says who?”he asked

“Says me, you have done enough but I will handle it from here hence fourth”I said

“I don’t want to”he replied softly

“What?”,

“Am not going to st©p looking for her because you say so, just as have told you before, I like Andrea and as soon as I find her, I will tell her how I feel”He said and angrily I pu-ll-ed him by his shi-t.

“Stay away from Andrea”I warned

“I shouldn’t be the one to stay away, you should be the one to stay away her, can’t you see that you are causing her harm as each day pas-ses, it’s because of you that her secret is out, because of you that she had to leave the house, can’t you see that you are ruining her life, you should be the one to stay away from her not me”He finished h0tly and pu-ll-ed off my hand.

“I will find her and will tell her how I feel, if I were you, I wont bother looking for her because I know that all I will give her will only be pain”he said as he walked off.

For a while, I stood there thinking about what he said and I couldn’t fault it at all, he was right, Andrea being in this is all my fault, if Rose hadn’t been greedy for me, she wont have post those pictures and if Andrea left the house, it was not to see me.

“I wont bother looking for her because I know that all I will give her will only be pain”

Jack words c@m£ back to me and I turned to leave the school premises.

I sat in the car as my chauffeur drove off to Brenda house.

If Brenda knows where she, she might be at her house and she might not be.

I knew that I had to try to my luck, as soon as i left school, I thought of going home but then I changed my mine and called Geoffrey asking for Brenda address, he gave it to me easily and I told the chauffeur to take me there.

I wont go in to look at her, I just want to know if she is at Brenda house safe.

As soon as the car st©pped, I got out and went to the front door.

It took a while for some one to respond to my knock and when they did answer, it was a maid.

“Hello sir,how may I help you?”

“Am actually looking for some one, is Andrea here?”I asked

“I don’t think I know who you are talking about ”

“Your boss daughter, did she bring in a friend last night?”I asked

“No she didn’t, there are no guest here,it’s just miss Brenda”she said looking so sincere with her words but some thing betrayed her, her hands were shaking.

“Are you sure that she didn’t bring any one in?”he asked

“Yes sir,am sure, just call her your self , I still have a lot of work to do”She said and before I could st©p her, she closed the door right on my face

Slowly I went back to my and the chauffeur drove off.

ANDREA POV

“Has he gone?”I asked the maid who had answered Max

“Yes and I did as you told me, he has left”She said

“Thank you”I said to her and she went off to continue her work.

Its a good thing that I had seen him out side, i was about to take a stroll when I saw him getting out of his car and quic-kly I ran back in, telling the first maid that I saw to tell him that I was not here.

I sat on the chair out side waiting for a while before I go for that stroll.

I don’t know why am avoiding Max but what I do know is that I don’t want to see him, not now.

I don’t want him to see me being weak and I certainly don’t want to be weak in front of him.

I nee-d time to be alone and that is why I have come to stay at Brenda house.

Checking my watch, I saw that enough time have gone by.

I left the house and began the stroll I wanted to take earlier.

I turned to follow another street but I st©pped when I saw Max standing by his car and as if he noticed my arrival, he looked up at me and then he walked towards me and hvgged me ti-ght.

ANDREA POV

“Max”I called as I tried to pu-ll away but he held me ti-ght

“Do you know how worried have been, I couldn’t sleep, I kept on thinking about you, I s£nt you a lot of text and I called you but your only response was that you were fine, you didn’t even tell me where you were, I was so worried”he said as he held me ti-ght

Slowly I held him back and just for a while I enjoyed his comforting arms around me, I would have like it to continue that way but I know that I can’t, i have to let go and it’s best that I do it now

I pu-ll-ed out of his arms and stared at him,he put his hand on my cheek and tried to k!ssme but I moved away

“What’s wrong?”he asked

“Can’t you see what is wrong?”I asked

“What do you mean?”

“We can’t be! What happened yesterday just made me realise how unreachable you are to me, for a while I let myself think that we belong to each other, that no matter what comes our way, we will be together but it turns out that that is impossible, there will always be a lot of obstacles coming our way”I said

“Obstacles that we will face together, do you know what yesterday made me realise that I can’t live with out you, that I would rather die than to lose you, I love you Andrea and together we will over come every obstacles that comes our way”

“Your mother is a very powerful obstacle, If she had gotten you to get engaged to Rose, what do you think she will do to me, I have no one to rely on, I have no money to back me up or power like you,i only have my mom Max, you coming to me like this will endanger her work, you told me to be strong but I can’t do that, I will always be a weakling,so Max now that I have the will to push you out of my life, it’s best that you leave, leave before I…..I…….”I couldn’t complete my words because he hvgged me again

“You tell me to leave but your eyes says some thing different”He said

“plea-se Max, just go”I begged softly

“I don’t think I can leave you Andrea “he said as he held me close.

“You have to, you got engaged to Rose, she is your fiancee now “I said

“To hell with Rose, do you even know why I agreed to that damn engagement, I did it because of you okay, I agreed to get engaged to Rose and in exchange you and your mother keep your job”He said

I always know that he loves me but I never thought that he will be wiling to spend his life with some one just for my mother and I

“I don’t want Rose,I hate her for what she did with my brother and I hate her even more for what she did to you, how can you still tell me to go to some one like her?”He asked

“Max I…….”

“We can’t talk here, get into the car”he said

“I prefer to……..what are you doing ?”I yelled as he carried me in his arms and put me into the car

I was unable to get out because he got in beside me

“Take us to my villa”he said

“Max st©p it, I don’t want to go with you”I said

“You will and you will listen to what I have to say”he said

“Driver don’t you take me any where”I said to the driver

“Get on with it “max yelled at the driver

” This is kidnapping!”I yelled

“No it isn’t, this is simply a guy taking the girl he loves to talk to her, start driving “he said and the driver drove off.

“Why won’t you just listen?”I said

“Because you aren’t willing to give me a chance and i didn’t come here for that, I c@m£ back to get you and I will be getting just that”he said .

Seeing that there was no way to talk some s-en-se into him, I kept quiet.

We got to the villa and he took my hand and pu-ll-ed me into the it.

I can still remember the last time I c@m£ here, I had pretended that this was my house and I had invited a lot of guest with the help of Max.

“Come here Andrea”he said as he pu-ll-ed me into the house

“What’s with all this! Just tell me what you have to tell me and let me leave”I said

“what will you like to drink?”he asked

“Max plea-se get to the point”I said

“Should we just run away,?”he asked after taking a while to speak

“What ?”

“Should we just leave every thing and every one behind and go start again”He said

I thought about his proposal and knew that it was a good suggestion but it is also an impossible one

“It will be nice to run away with you, to leave every thing behind and every one but it won’t work”I said

“Why?”

” I certainly can’t leave my mom and you can’t leave your life just to run away with me”i said

“I can and I will if that will let me be with you”he said

“Oh Max , don’t tempt me with your words,it just won’t work, you and I won’t work, we can’t?”I turned to leave but he was fast because he pu-ll-ed me and back hvg me

“We can, we will work Andrea, as soon as I get back home,I will call off the engagement and i will tell my mom that my heart belongs to you?”I said

“Are you crazy?”I asked

“Yes I am crazy, crazy for you “he said holding me ti-ght.

“Max!”

“Trust me Andrea, I will make things right and we will be with each other, all I nee-d is your as-surance that you will always support and be with me”he asked

“Max……”

“Answer with a yes or no?”he said

“Fine then, yes, I will wait for you, I will be there to support you”I said and he turned me to stare at me

“I love you, never forget that”he said before k!ss!ngme.

I k!$$£d him back and savoured the moment in his arms.

He carried me and head to the be-d room, I know that I shouldn’t let him but I can’t st©p this feeling, I want him just as much as he wants me.

He put me on the floor,still k!ss!ngme and then he took off my t©p,leaving me ba-re in my un-der wear.

Slowly he k!$$£d my skin and undid my br@ and while he did all that, I took off his shi-t and while our skin t©uçhed each other, we kept on k!ssing.

We took off the rest of our clothes and t©uçhed each other inti-mately

he drove me crazy with his k!sses and t©uçh, I don’t think I will ever be able to forget his t©uçh or his k!sses.

He is p@rt of me just as I am p@rt of him, while I was thinking about this,he entered me slowly.

He fulfilled drove me to heaven and down to earth, when our breathing was finally back to normal, he pu-ll-ed me to him and k!ssmy fire head

“I didn’t bring you here to do this?”he whispered softly

“I know”I muttered back

“Tell me, what will you do about school?”he asked

“I don’t know yet, for now I just don’t want to go”I said

“You know am there and I will protect you from any one who messes with you”

“I can’t rely on you forever, I want to give my self some time and summon up a lot of courage, as you know am a weakling and I nee-d a lot of strength, so when I get that I will go back “I said

“Fine then, when you are re-ady to do it, just call for me okay”he said and i nodded gently.

UNKNOWN POV

“This is what master Max is doing at the moment!” A man in his late fifties put down the pictures and spre-ad it on the table

“Who is this girl”the other man in the room asked as he point to Andrea picture

“Well she is his Andrea,The daughter of a maid at the mansion and she is the one master max is currently d@t!ng”the man In his fifties asked

“So she is the girl who have been causing so much problem, I now get why she wants me to come back home, forget about investigating more, help me book a flight, have got to home”he said.
