Emma returned to the car very disappointed and disturbed…..
Ben: We lost her already, maybe next time, Ben told him feeling concerned…
Emma: You caused it man! You made me not to follow her the second time she entered the cab, is all your fault that we lost her! Emma replied harshly….
Ben: What’s wrong with you man? Please don’t try to put the blames on me ooo! haha
Emma: o boy! You won’t understand how I felt right now. After a long time I get to see my UC again, my very own Uchechi? Oh my word I’m super excited… He paused for some time and continues…. I just wish she will give me a little time to apologize, I just wish she will forgive me, gosh! He heat the starring… I fu-cked up big time, I just wished I could turn back the hands of time damn it! fu-ckme! He yelled!
Ben: Hey man! You just got to man up, what’s wrong with you huh! You don’t even know if this UC is married or something and your are here killing yourself… Mtcheww!
Emma : no no no! Uc can’t be married no way! You know my UC now, she loves me so much so there’s no how she can marry without letting me know or without me hearing it, that’s not possible….
Ben: Go and tell that to the gods, her life is tied to yours right? So she won’t get married because of you Emma, you that denied her when she needed you most huh! Abeg just stop dreaming….. Besides girls are just bit-ch es,he said painfully after remembering what Tessy did to him….
Emma : I will have to find UC no matter what it takes, even if she’s married or not… He said firmly and feeling determined…
Ben: So if she’s married ee! You will go and drag her out of her husband’s house, is that what you are trying to say?
Emma: Of course if I have to she’s my first love and the mother of my first strength and I think we belongs together….
Ben: Oho! Wait, wait a minute now you’re talking… You are chasing her because of your child and not even because you still love her right?
Emma : Just cut the crap man! You know very well that I still loves her so much, as much as I need to know about my child, if she will give me a chance I will rewrite every wrong that I have done to her, I swear…
She’s so grown and even looks more prettier…. Oh my UC….. He lamented…
Ben: Hey! Enough of this drama jor! Just take me outta her please…. What’s all these…. Are we going back to the hotel? Ben asked….
Emma: Oh man! I don’t think so, I don’t feel like going there anymore. I think we just have to go home… He said igniting the engine…
Ben: Surprised…. Are you kidding me man! What’s wrong with you huh!…Boiling
Emma : I’m sorry dude! I just can’t help it, I’m not in a good mood to go there…
Ben: But, we are not going to do anything bad, is just to cheer ourselves up and have some view, just knock off your thoughts on UC right now…..
Emma : I’m so sorry I can’t help myself, I just can’t help it, I won’t focus and I might just end up drinking to stupor, lemme drop you off to the hotel…. What I needed most now is a cool off in a warm bath….
Ben: I wish I came with my car instead… Mtcheww! Just take me home… Idiot! He said angrily….
Emma : I really sorry man… Let’s do this some other time, he said and drove off…
He dropped at Ben’s house, Ben alighted…. I’m sorry man Emma said to Ben once again…. Get lost Ben retorted angrily and went into his compound while Emma drove off and headed home.

TWO WEEKS LATER……
Josy was to serve in the bar because there was a reshuffle in the staffs routine at the hotel and she was to handle evening shift….
As usual she was doing her work and serving drinks and other delicacies to the customers. It was a Saturday evening and you know how hectic hotel works is usually been during the weekend.
At one end of the table is Ben and his friend Emeka charting while having few bottles of drinks. Few minutes later, they beckoned on the waitress to serve them more drinks and beef.. Fortunately or rather unfortunately it was Josy that had to attend to them..
Welcome sirs, what can I server you, she said smiling..
Ben’s eyes was glued to her, not just her face but her entire body, he looks lost like there was an attraction between him and this girl, like he knew her from somewhere, it was like they have crossed paths before but he couldn’t understand where in particular…..
Sir what about yours, what do I get for you?
He was too lost that he could only hear the echo of her voice…..
Common man! What are you starring at, make your orders Emma said taping him…
Ben was startled…. He made his order and Josy left to get what they demanded for them……
What’s wrong with you? Why are you starring at the waitress like that?.. Emma questioned him….
Was I? That girl looks exactly like some one I knew from somewhere…. He said with a smirk and chuckles….
Someone from somewhere huh! Emma mimics… You are already falling for that girl after making mouth that you will never fall in love again after what Tessy did to you, Emma said laughing at him..
You are such a jerk and shallow thinker, how could you say I’m falling for a waitress… Just stop it jare you know is not possible.. Ben said defensively….
Waitress? What’s wrong with some one falling in love with a waitress, is it because of that uniform she’s putting on?menh forget it oo, that girl gather oo, she get swag oo! Emma said eyeing Ben….
What’s wrong with you Emma, I can’t fall in love with a girl right now and even if I’m to, probably not with a waitress because they are all prostitutes… Ben said with a final note…..
Well whatever, Emma said backing off the argument…
Two minutes later….. **
Here comes the waitress, Emma said drawing the attention of Ben… Ben looked at the direction and watch as Josy approaches with a tray of their orders…
He swallowed hard, an unusual feelings is creeping in on him, his stomach tightened and goose pimples run all over him throu-ghhis veins… A feeling of certainty and a-ssurance was written in his heart…. His gaze widens and his eyes sparkles as he watch every step that Josy made….
All this while, Emma was busy looking at his lost friend, he can’t wait but keep smiling… This mind could be deceitful ooo! Some minutes ago my friend was arguing with red eyes that he will never fall in love with a waitress, and right now, he is immeasurable lost or rather lust at this same waitress, he said inaudibly to himself and chuckles…… Then tap him..
She’s almost here, so compose bro….
Ben shuddered and faced his friend…
Josy arrived and dropped the items on the table and then said…. I’m sorry sirs for coming a bit later than expected……
Don’t worry about a thing they both said in unison which made Josy smiled as he sets their orders in front of each of them respectively……
She was called by a girl and a boy sitting very next to Ben and Emma, so she went there to take their orders…
What’s up man? Why are you starring at the girl like that… If you have a thing for her just tell her in a coded way, Emma said smiling mischievously…….
She’s the one, Ben simply replied…..
