Miss Moore came into the clas-s and looked around. She sighted me and gestured me to leave the clas-s.
I dropped my pen and stood up from the chair following her behind while pocketing my hands.
” Does the principal nee-d my attention?” I asked cause I realized we were taking the stairs towards his office.
” Yes, Justin. Did you hurt Tiana?” She asked turning to look at me with a raised brow.
I paused and looked at her with the same reaction as well.
” What?.. why would I want to hurt her?” I asked raising my arm.
” That exactly what she reported against you to her father. Well face the consequences yourself Justin, I have nothing to say about this matter.” She said opening up the door to his office.
I looked at her and saw she was staring at me with remorse. I sighed and walked into the principal office.
This was my first time being reported to the principal office so I was quite uncomfortable.
The principal was sitting on his office chair with Tiana standing behind. Her eyes were blur like she had earlier cried.
I nodded my head as I chuckled inwardly. I never knew I could get her to cry this way at all. It was only meant to be a drama, after all.
” Please take a seat, Justin” the principal finalized.
I sat down and stared at him blankly.
” My daughter nee-ds you to apologize to her right away for what you did. I don’t want to know your offense” he said.
I crea-sed my brow staring at both of them in particular. Why would I want to apologize for doing definitely nothing.
” I’m sorry but I can’t. I didn’t do anything to have hurt her. You should have probably ask her why she’s crying” I said unfazed.
” Dad. He..he was playing with my feelings. He was truly the one who hurt me” she said shedding crocodile tears.
He turned back to me as if he was being for-ced again.
” Please.. apologize to my daughter so that you can return back to clas-s”
” No.. he’d also have to pay for hurting me” she chipped in again. ” He can’t just apologize and go scot free after hurting a girl like me” she said clearing the tears off her cheeks.
The principal sighed like he too was getting fed up with his daughter as well.
” What price does he has to pay again, princess Tiana?” He asked turning to face her.
” No guy has any right to play with my feelings, dad. He’d pay by mending my broken heart. I’m sure he un-derstands what I mean” she said.
” I don’t un-derstand what you mean” I said narrowing my eyes at her.
” Could we sort this problem properly, please?” Her dad said raising his hand. We kept quiet and allowed him to speak.
” Tiana..what actually do you want from Justin because this is the first time you’ve ever cried to my office. And after all, he did nothing to hurt you. Go straight ahead and tell me what you want from him” He said raising his voice.
” I..I want him to date me” she said folding her hands while looking away.
I laughed nodding my head.
” I’m sorry but that is totally impossible” I said standing to my feet to leave.
” Dad!. Say something. He’s leaving!!” She yelled bursting into another fake tears again.
” Justin please sit back” the principal said, more like he was pleading. I sat down and began to whistle like I wasn’t interested in whatever he was about to judge now.
” Justin. How about we make this easy and fun for all of us” he said smiling. I paused and looked at him unfazed again. ” I’ll pay you ten thousand dollars a week if you date my daughter”
” Wait.. you are actually going to side her, Mr principal?!” I yelled.
” I just want to do anything to make her happy Justin. I know it might sound crazy but I don’t want to go against the promise I made to her mother years ago before she died. If you nee-d me to also increase the pay, I might throw it up to thirty thousand dollars..” he said.
Just Wow.
That’s like Alot of money that can serve me for months and all I have to do is to date his freaking daughter. I really nee-d money now that I’m catering for myself with no family to put me throu-gh.
If I can gather enough to pay my school fees, I might actually break up with her.
That’s best idea, I thought.
” Okay then” i surrendered.
” Wait.. seriously?.. You would date me?” She asked widening her eyes in disbelief.
Just by looking at her makes me think I’m making the wrong choice. Well after all, I’m not after the love but the money.
It’s not my fault I’m doing this, I just can’t resist it. My parents are to be blamed.
” Yes. We can..date” I said disgustingly.
” Hippie. Oh thank you so much…” She ran to hu-g me from behind. I saw that her dad was glad too.
I had made two people happy but displeasing myself.
Sigh,,
” You two can return back to clas-s now. The lesson must have started” her father said standing from his coach.
” Let’s go” Tiana said stretching out her palm. I sighed placing mine on it.
We walked out the door still hand crossed.
” Hah.. It’s a dream come true, Justin. I just had this fate that we were meant to be together. I knew you somehow had a crush on me. We were crushing on each other secretly” she said laughing.
I kept a void face. I wasn’t happy doing this and I was beginning to regret.
” I’d see the looks on Anna face when she sees us walk into the clas-s together”
” Just Keep our dating affair away from her” I said sternly.
” Why?.. does that mean you have a crush on her too?” She asked creasing her brow at me.
” Being your new boyfriend doesn’t mean you’ll begin to blast me with questions. Just do as I’ve said” I said and she rolled her eyes.
We walked into our usual noisy clas-s and as soon as I sighted Anna, I quickly disengage my fingers away from Tiana.
” Justin!!. Come over quickly!. Come!” I saw Anna yell with excitement as she stared at the screen of her phone.
I was about to walk forward to meet her when Tiana drew my hands back.
” Don’t dare go close to her. You are now my boyfriend so you must be with me!” Tiana said gritting her teeth.
Wait.. seriously??.
” Is that part of your dating rules?” I asked arching my brow.
” Not only that, I’ll be your new seat partner and you must go home with me. We must have meals together and you must visit me frequently” she said counting her fingers.
I looked at her bedazzled. My words was completely messed up, I didn’t even know what to say again.
She walked up to Anna and flic-ked her forehead. Anna raised her head and saw it was Tiana.
” Your time in this seat is over, pack your bags and leave” she ordered.
” What?… Justin..” Anna turned to face me. ” Look at what she’s saying?. I’m I actually leaving our seat?”
I tugged my hair and leaned in on the wall saying nothing. What could I say?.. I was slowly adding more mess to my life.
Was I just born to live in disaster?.
” His silence says a Big yes so pack and leave” Tiana said. The clas-s was mute and their was hu-ge tension in the air.
” I’ll go” Anna said with a stubborn voice. ” But just know the seat doesn’t belong to you forever..” she said and picked up her bag to leave.
She stopped in front of me and stared at me. I pinched the skin un-der my eyelids. I couldn’t just bear to stare at those adorable face of hers.
” You don’t nee-d to stare at him for long…he can’t change his mind. It’s now meant to be” Tiana said with a big sm-irk behind her li-ps.
Anna exhaled de-eply before walking over to the other vacant seat available.
She sat down and didn’t raise up her head to meet my gaze.

The teacher picked up his books to end the clas-s after the lunch break began.
” Anna. You did poorly in your as-signment. Were you sleeping when you were solving?” The teacher asked throwing dirty looks at me.
” No sir..” I whispered, fidgeting with my fingers.
” Speak up!” He shouted. I quickly froze with fear.
” No Mr Eric” I replied standing to my feet.
” You were the only one who missed the whole question even after all my explanation yesterday. You just messed up the whole calculation. I’m so disappointed in you, Anna. Don’t try to ever fail my clas-s did you get it?”
” Yes sir” i replied bowing my head.
” Good day, clas-s” he said and left. I sat back and began to fli-p my book open. I was going to read alone today. After all, Justin had chosen Tiana over me.
I haven’t felt this hurt in my life. Not even my crazy brother had hurt me this way, but Justin did.
I thought he agreed to be my friend, friend don’t hurt each other. But he did it behind my backs, I was already feeling betrayed.
I cleaned the tears un-der my eyelids and continued to fli-p my book open.
” Let’s go to the cafeteria, bae” I heard Tiana voice. I quickly turned around to see them behind.
Justin was so far away from me now. We were meant to be together but Tiana had done much bigger plans to separate us.
” I don’t want to go to the cafeteria.” Justin replied.
” Why?.. you don’t have money to buy food?.. don’t worry, our private meal is going to be elaborate” she said tugging him to stand up.
” I’m not hungry, Tiana. Please un-derstand” he said.
” Then I’m not hungry as well” she said and sat down back on the chair.
” Aren’t you coming out for lunch?” My new seat partner, Logan asked. He was another cute guy in clas-s but merely speaks with me.
” I will” I said closing up my book.
” Well then, let’s go together” he said giving me his palm.
” No don’t worry” I said standing up by myself. Afterwards, we left the clas-s together to eat at the cafeteria.
” Let’s move to the cafeteria” Justin said packing up his books.
” Uh?..why?” Tiana asked leaving the seat.
” Yeah. I suddenly turned hungry” he said and dragged her out of the clas-s.

Justin ?
I stopped running when I arrived at the cafeteria. I looked around and found this new guy leading anna to a table.
They sat together and he was forming up a smile while leaning forward to pick up a conversation with her. He was trying to fli-rt on her.
Damn.
I bit my lower li-p and ti-ghtened my fist. I wasn’t unsure of why I was so angry right now…but I know that going up to that good for nothing guy and punching his manhood ten times wouldn’t stop my anger from deflating.
” Justin!!” I finally realized that someone had been screaming my name.
She grabbed my shoulder and made me turn to face her. It was this girl again, Tiana. My gaze was completely glued on Anna that I didn’t realize the third wheel voice behind me.
” What are you staring at?!. I’ve been screaming your name while you were striding down the School hall but you weren’t listening, were you that deaf?!” She screamed.
” Let’s take a seat nearby” I said grabbing her wrist. We found a close table and sat down, then I returned my gaze back at them again.
” Justin..” Tiana called holding up my chin to look up at her. ” I’m your girlfriend, look at me. If you look at other girls, it means you don’t love me” she said.
I looked at her with my stern reminding eyes.
” I didn’t love you at first place, Tiana. This is a contractual relationship so it I doesn’t mean i have to love you back” I said with my cold, husky voice.
She shifted closer to me and began to caress my arm in a fli-rty way.
” Bae it isn’t done that way..”
” You’re being mistaken!” I yelled yanking off her stinky hand off me. I stood up and leaned in on her bringing down my face to her slim figure.
” I made a big mistake trying to date you, Tiana. I wouldn’t have agreed on it if it wasn’t because of the kind of situation I was in. There’s no way in my lifetime will I dream of becoming a boyfriend to a girl like you.. you’re just some pieces of overused garbage”
” What!!” She screamed standing up also. ” Can someone hear this guy?!” She asked waving her hand in the air.
Some student began to gather around to watch another free drama show. I turned to look at Anna, I realized she was still unmoving from her seat. It seemed she was enjoying this new guy company.
I sighed and returned my gaze back at Tiana.
” He called me a piece of overused garbage even when I was trying to make him love me” she yelled.
” Yes that’s exactly what you are” I said with a tricky smile flic-kering my fingers. The crowds all chuckled humorously.
” Ugh..gosh!” She screamed slamming her feet in the ground. ” Ava!!!” She was now walking away.
” Yes.. princess” ava said coming out from the crowd with Tiana loads on her shoulder.
” Let get outta here!” Tiana yelled and turned to face me. ” Fold your hands and watch my next move, Justin. I promise you’ll regret this!!”
” Make sure you provide a popcorn while I wait then” I mimicked folding my hands and the crowds burst out laughing again as well.
” Argh!” She screamed and ran out of the cafeteria in shame.
I began to walk towards Anna and Logan while pocketing my hands. I kept a serious face while I flic-kered some sort of warning light at Logan.
He stared back and narrowed his eyes at me. I could only chuckle inwardly seeing this chick prey over a lion like me.
” Anna..meet me at the garden, we nee-d to talk!” I said and was walking away. Anna had begin to stand up but he dropped her to sit back.
” Is that how to approach two people who are still in a conversation?” I heard his voice muse out.
I turned back at him and arched my brow at him.
” Are you the one to teach me manners?” I asked walking over to him with my most deadly looks.
” You left Tiana to meet Anna again. Why don’t you go after you new girlfriend and stop bothering I and Anna!” He yelled.
I bit my li-ps and grabbed his collar immediately. His tray of food fell to the ground and then I pushed him to the nearest wall.
I have always known how to maintain my anger properly but this time, he’d made me go berserk.
The hall turned noisy as people stayed aback in awe and fear to watch both of us fight.
” Always remember this day even after you leave highschool, that this guy named Justin almost killed you” I said and ti-ghtened my fist landing three punches on one side of his cheeks.
Woah! OMG,, the students screamed. Other’s closed up their wide open mouth in disbelief.
I dragged his collar and threw him like he was a piece of paper over to one of the table making all the lunch plate on it to fall over and crashing into particles.
He coughed as his che-st paced for breath. He looked around and picked up one of the school knifes and swung it over to my direction.
I caught his wrist sharply and took out the knife from his grip.
This was not my first time fighting since I killed almost everyday. I had killed boys, men and even abled body bouncers.
I stretched out the knife in the air in aim of stabbing his arm, but I stopped halfway when I realized a blur image Infront of me.
I slowly looked up and saw Anna staring down at me with an unbelievable expression. Her eyes were wide and her mouth was swung open.
What could actually be running throu-ghthat small mind of hers now?
Perhaps, She must have began to think I’m a bad person now. She must have begin to reason what everyone said was right about me being a bad guy.
I threw down the knife and let go off Logan. He fell to the ground and crawled far away from me in fear.
I looked at the students, they were all staring at me with the same expression. They were Shocked, confused and jaw dropped.
What else,,
Sigh,,
I just walked out to find a solemn place at the garden.

Anna?
I ran towards the school garden and was lucky to find Justin there.
I stood at the stair porch watching him sit alone on the bench un-der the tree.
He might not nee-d my attention but I believe he nee-ds me the most now.
I ran over to meet him quickly and sat next to him. He was staring blankly at the cloud while throwing his head backwards.
” Justin..” I called gently while ru-b-bing my dry eyes. ” If you are concerned about Logan’s health, he’s fine now. Some students took him to the school nurse so he’s doing fine. However, nice moves out there” I said nudging him with my shoulder.
He turned his head to look at me without raising up his head.
” Nice moves??” He asked raising his brow.
” What I mean is, you are quite a good fighter, Justin. Perhaps, you would be a good actor in those Kung Fu movies..and you’ll be like..hiyah!..yah!” I said swerving my hands side ways in a funny way.
” You should have given him these moves too..like punching his manhood like this..gee!..gah!” I said standing up to demonstrate it with my legs and my shoe flew out getting lost in the gras-s.
I looked back at him slightly embarras-sed but he didn’t show any expression. His li-ps was slightly curved in a displeased way.
” Anna..do you think I’m a bad guy?” He asked sitting upright. I picked up my shoe and ran back to seat with him.
” Bad guy?..ha!. You’re far from being a bad guy” I said waving my hand.
” And am I still your friend even after what I did behind you?” He asked, slumping his thick gorgeous lashes.
” Of course yes, Justin. I wasn’t even angry about that anyway. I knew that both of us are always meant to be together” I said shaping a love in the air with my hands.
He finally smiled while giving a de-ep exhale.
” Come here, silly” He suddenly took me in for a ti-ght hu-g. Our bodies were touching. I got stiffed because I wasn’t expecting it, but I later calmed it off and hu-gged him as well.
The bell sound was heard and we quickly left hold of each other.
” Anna..” he called again grabbing my plumpy cheeks. ” I want you to know that there are many mystery behind my life that you may not like to hear. If you ever find out, I would be happy if you still take me as the friend we were or else I’ll end up getting rotten alone, okay?”
I nodded without asking him about those mystery. If it was something I would not like to hear, it’s better I don’t hear it all .

Anna pov continue ?
School had close for the day but a scary rain was falling heavily that good Tuesday evening.
Some students were still hanging around the school yard but I, Justin and Zoey were un-der a boutique clea-vage screaming at every bus that pas-sed by.
All the bus were already filled up and we had to shriek un-der the cold. I clutched onto Justin coat and Zoey was covering his head with his school bag.
I looked up at Justin, he wasn’t feeling cold, he wasn’t even shivering. He was looking at a far unknown distance. His face was just drooling out water from his forehead in the rain. I wonder what he was thinking about at that moment.
Finally, a car stopped in front of us. The car window slid down and I realized it was mom. The happiness I felt at that moment was more than comprehensible.
” Quickly..come in” my mom said beeping her car horn. I and Zoey ran over to the car quickly, I stopped and turned to face Justin who was still standing there unmoving.
” Justin..come on..my mom might drop you at your house” I said waving my hand.
” I’m not going straight home” he said sighing.
” Okay then, you’ll drop at our house for the mean time until the rain stops.” I as-sumed.
” No thanks. I’ll manage here” he said walking away.
I sighed and got into the car immediately before I’d get over drenched.
My mom began to drive away but ignited the car to a stop the moment she got close to Justin.
” Pull over young man, I’m taking you in my car. Come in quickly” my mom said with her stern voice.
He turned to stare at me with a ‘ why are you being stubborn’ face and I could only chuckle. He opened up the car and got in.
” What’s your name?” My mom asked.
” Justin” he replied sharply.
” When this heavy rain stops, I’ll rele-ase you to go home. I can’t be a bad Samaritan” she said driving her car towards our apartment.
I pinched Justin sweater and smiled.
” You are coming to my house” i whispered.
He only sighed and looked away.
Hey… Justin and I will be staying un-der the same roof tonight.
Dear rain..do not ever stop!.
