DAYS LATER.
The students were playing balls on the field.
Mia hasn’t bullied Carly ever since that incident at the cafeteria.
Kings has also been looking for ways to get the two friends back but mercury insisted on Carly apologizing which doesn’t seems she’s gonna do anytime soon.
They keep on playing the ball.
Carly felt some strange movements in her stomach and decided to sit for a while.
However, Mia seems to wanna deal with her today.
“Snitch”
“You really need to stop calling me that”
“Why? If I don’t stop what are you gonna do? Uh?” She circled walk around her.
“Call Olive on me uh? Why? Olive is your hero now” she laughs along with her friends while Carly just held her stomach.
“Hey Mia just leave her and continue playing the damn ball” Mec shouted from where she was.
Mia scoffs and face Carly.
“You don’t actually think I’ll let you go after what you did you?” She growl slapping her hard.
“Argh!” Carly winced as she fell on the bare ground.
“Bitch!” Mia spat on her leaving.
Carly struggles to get up but on getting up she felt a sharp pain on her stomach as something hard hit her on the stomach.
Mia smiled wickedly as she stares at her as she fell pathetically on the ground.
She high five her friends and as they giggles.
“See…see the ball hit her straight on the stomach”
“You got it girl”
“Carly!!” Kings and mercury ran to her as she lay unconscious on the ground.
Kings held her but then stopped immediately.
“Why?” Mercury asked as she looks at her.
“Her clothes”
Mercury checked her clothes.
“Oh no…to the infirmary Kings”
“Oo..kayy” Kings carries her and rushed to the infirmary along with Mercury.
“Wait!”
“Why?” Kings asked.
“Let’s go to the COLD’S classroom”
“Why? The infirmary is over there” Kings points to it.
“I have my reasons…go go go”
“Okay…?” He turns and rushed her there.
~COLD’S SPECIAL CLASSROOM~
“Oh…it’s my pretty fiancee” Danny grins on sighting Mec.
“Cut that shit where is the room here?” She asked and Danny pointed to a room on seeing the seriousness on her face.
Mercury and Kings rushed to the room while the guys exchange glances.
“What the fu-ck is happening?” Olive asked and Danny shrugged.
Minutes later kings came out scratching his hair.
“What happened?” Olive asked immediately he’s out.
“She got bullied by Mia and started bleeding from her…erm…her you know…lower stomach” he said still scratching his hair.
“What nonsense is that? Did Mia cut her with something? Then she should be taken to the hospital not here”
“Not exactly her lower stomach but her erm…blood was suddenly coming out from her…anus” he whispers the last part.
“Anus?” Olive asked in confusion.
“No…not exactly anus…but_”
“Get lost kings” Mercury smacks his head as she came out of the room.
“She’s just on her period” she said flatly and Danny mouth an ‘oh’
“Then she should be in the fu-cking hospital not here…this isn’t a health centre” Olive frowns.
Mercury ignored him and looked around the room.
Leo and Clark wasn’t there.
“Your fiance didn’t come today” Danny said
“Like I care…?”
“Umm…I’ll just get going…?” Kings said.
“Thanks kings…?” She thanked him and he went out.
“Why did you bring her here?”
“Cause I felt she’s safer here who knows what they might do to her if I left her in the infirmary…Mia seems determined ever since you did that at the cafeteria…since her hero is here she might as well just be here also”
“I’m not her fu-cking hero” Olive gritted.
“Really…then her prince Charming in shining armor” Mercury joked.
“I’m not that either…?”
“No you are…you saved her when she was distressed which makes you that”
“Mercury…?”
“Tell me why did you do that uh? I was quite taken aback you know…do you like her uh? Uh?”
Olive turns to Danny.
“I swear if she doesn’t shut up I’m gonna kill her right here” Olive gritted.
Danny just laugh.
“You can laugh when you put me in this darned situation” he glared at him.
“No offense bro…Mercury dear..our dear Olive here does not have any romantic feelings for Carly..that day at the cafeteria was just…?”
“Was just…what?”
“Just nothing…don’t mind it”
“I feel like you two are keeping something from me and I’m gonna find out whatever it is”
“Good luck on that” Olive was about sitting but Mercury stopped him.
“Don’t sit! Yet”
Olive freeze on the spot.
“Why?” He frowns.
“Go to the convenience store and get me some pads”
“Pads…notepads” Olive asked.
“Gosh Olive why are you so dumb like this” she face palmed.
“What?” Olive frowns.
“I meant sanitary pads” she said.
“Oh she mean those toilets pads” Danny chipped in.
“fu-ck you Danny” Mercury replied him.
“You should go fast Olive I need it now”
“Why should I be the one to go…why can’t you?”
“Well I have to stay here and take care of her and I don’t trust this bimbo here…he’s too mischievous. You’re the only one fit to go”
“I don’t want to…why should I?”
“Olive I don’t wanna repeat myself…just go”
“Well then force me” he sat on the couch.
“Oli…please….pretty please….pretty pretty please…?” She pouted and Olive find that really weird.
“You’re such a pain” he took his car keys and went out.
“Urgh! What a hard nut to crack” she slump on the couch.
“Well babe it’s just us two here…what should we do?” Danny smirks.
“Well dude…it isn’t us two…Carly is in the room and God is here with us…so we’re four to be precise” she replied.
“It doesn’t matter babe…as long as I can only see you and you can only see me…let’s do the deed” he li-cks his lips moving closer to her.
“Come closer and I’m gonna make you useless as a man” Mercury said and he backed away.
“You’re fierce” he took his sit.
“I’m gonna check on Carly” she stood up to the room.
Twenty minutes later Olive arrived looking grumpy.
“Don’t ever ask me to do this shit ever again?”
“Did something happened?”.
” I was treated like I was sort of dirt over there…imagine the cashier giving these disgusting look..gosh I’ve never been wrong like this in my fu-cking life”
“Did you do something bad?”
“Well I only asked her to give me a pack of sanitary pad and she started asking stupids question naming all sort of names and size..”
“Then what did you say?”
“I told her to give me any one…she asked for size I called you but you won’t pick and she won’t stop asking so I told her to step out and let me see her butt maybe she’ll be the same size as Carly”
He said and Danny bursts into laughter.
“What? You said that”
“Swears she was damn talkative and wouldn’t give me the damn thing…she was about the same height with Carly so I had to check maybe their butt size would be the same also”
“So, did she show you her butt?” Danny asked.
“No…she slapped me calling me a freak…she said I’m an handsome weird pervert”
Danny wouldn’t stop laughing and even Mercury finds herself laughing.
“Jeez man…you deserve that” she collected the nylon from him and went to the room.
Carly was already up listening to their conversation.
Mercury comes in.
“Hey…you up”
“Did you bring me here?”
“I got you this…clean yourself up” she gave her the pads.
Carly stand from the bed to the restroom not saying anything.
Minutes later she came out not to find Mercury in the room but a shirt on the bed.
She wore the shirt and stepped out reluctantly.
“You’re dumb I swear…?” Mercury and Danny was still making fun of olive when Carly stepped out.
They all turned to her.
All silent.
Carly squirm uncomfortably where she stood by the door.
“That’s is my shirt” Danny broke the silence.
“Stay here I’m gonna get your uniform” Mercury said and went out leaving the three staring at themselves awkwardly.
Danny stood up and moves closer to her.
“That is my shirt” he repeated.
“I’m…I didn’t know…?” Carly replied almost inaudibly.
“Take it off” Danny said with a serious tone while Carly snapped her head up at him.
“Take it off right now!” He demanded.
“I…I have nothing else to…wear”
Danny tucked his hands in his pocket.
“You might as well stay naked till she arrives…I don’t mind though” he said with a blank face.
Carly looks at him pleadingly.
“Danny I…_”
Danny burst into laughter seeing her face.
“Olive Olive…you seriously need to see this…she looks…what’s the right word for this expression of yours uh? Scared…nervous…funny…?” He laughs taking a sit near Olive.
Carly feels ashamed and kept her head down.
“You look se-xy in that though…I don’t mind you wearing it” he said.
“Tha…nk you” Carly manage to find her voice.
He nodded.
They went silent.
Olive keeps his concentration on his phone.
Danny plays with a bouncy ball.
“Danny…?” Carly called
He looks up at her.
“I’m…sorry…for deceiving you…Olive I’m sorry”
“Well keep your fu-cking apology to yourself” Olive spats.
Danny says nothing.
She sighs.
Mercury came in.
“I got you this…go change”
She collected the clothes from her and went back to the room.
“What happened today should never repeat itself anymore…I don’t wanna see her anywhere near here else…I don’t care if you’re Clark’s fiancee or not…I’m not gonna take it easy with you” Olive threatens before leaving.
Danny smirks before following.
Carly came out.
She looks around.
“They left…they were quite angry” Mercury said.
Carly nodded.
“Thanks…for today…?” She whispers before leaving also.
“Pride is a bastard” Mercury mutters as she slumps on the couch.
Leo spent most of his time in the music room.
Playing music.
Singing.
Or
Sleeping.
He was writing song when his phone starts to ring.
“Hey live…what’s up”
“Leo…where are you? There is trouble!” Olive said with a troubled voice on the other side.
“What happened?”
“Dan is hyperventilating”
“What?! I’ll be there right away” he hurriedly pack his things and rushed out.
“Happy birthday!!!” They shouted as Leo rushed in.
“What…” He said breathing heavily.
“Hoooo!!” They all clap.
“Danny…are you_”
“I’m okay dude…happy birthday”
Leo sighs in relief.
He really ran there thinking something bad happened.
“Where did you whiz off to on your special day…we haven’t been seeing you around lately” Carly said.
“I just….thanks guys…?” He smiles.
“But where’s the cake?” He asked.
“Over there” Danny pointed to Mercury who was standing behind holding the cake.
She smiles and went closer to him.
“Happy birthday Leo…here” she gave him the cake.
“Thanks…?” He muttered placing the cake on the table.
“You guys really got me..?” He laughs.
“Thank you all…?”
They cut the cake and decorate their faces with it which after they took some pictures.
This year birthday was quite different cause Mercury was with them.
Leo never liked parties so he only celebrate his birthday with his friends.
But today not only is he celebrating with his friends but also with the girl he likes.
He hoped the next one would be with his girlfriend which he hoped would be Mercury though the chances are slim.
Leo came out of the restroom and Mercury who had been waiting for him didn’t hesitate to put him in a wall trap though Leo was more taller and she had to crane her neck up looking straight at him in the eyes.
“Are you still angry at me?” She asked.
“Seriously it’s been almost a week now, aren’t you tired of holding grudges?”
“Cause me as a person I’m seriously tired and I need this shit to stop. I need my friend back…Leo I need you back” she completed waiting for his answer.
Within a twinkle of an eye, Leo spun her around holding her the the wall trap now.
He leans closer leaving only inches from their face to meet.
He smirks.
“I was planning to get angry for sometime but…seems I’m gonna scratch that. I can’t hold myself back anymore now Ura…i admit I’ve missed you a lot”
Mercury hugs him.
“I missed you calling me that…?” She grins as she wrapped her hand around his waist.
“During this time we were apart I realized one thing…I can’t let you go Ura…I’ve grown addicted to you” he hugs her back.
Cough cough
Clark clears his throat.
“can you both move…I wanna use the toilet”
“Sure…? Let’s go Leo”
“You go first…I wanna get something real quick”
“Okay..?” She smiles then leaves.
Clark enters the toilet Leo follows.
“I like her?”
“I know…it’s quite obvious”
“Is it?” He chuckles.
Clark face him.
“I hope you know what you’re doing Leo…we all know who she is”
“Don’t worry…you two are just engaged…there’s no assurance you’re gonna get married”
“What if there is?”
“I’m sure we’ll find a way out…there must be a way”
“Does she like you back?”
“You don’t need to worry about that” he smiles patting his shoulder.
Mercury was about making his presence known by Olive and Danny when she heard them discussing something which seems to caught her attention.
“You have to stop this shit Olive…seriously the Gus mustn’t know you’re still in it”
“Well they won’t if you just control that you blabbermouth”
“I won’t be there to help you everytime…guy you’re still young for all this don’t you understand?”
“I’ll stop! I will! Just…give me a little time it ain’t easy you know”
“Promise me you aren’t going there anymore”
“If you don’t I’m gonna tell the guys”
“Alright…I’ve heard you” he took a cigarette and lit it.
“And this also” he collected it from him.
“The fu-ck man! You took the drugs from me and now this…spare me okay?” He threw his hands up in the air angrily.
“I’m doing this for your own sake”
“Ohh really…you see I’m tired of this already…don’t act like you’re holy or something. It’s only drugs no big deal. At least I’m better than you who wanna get under the pants of a girl then humiliate her just to teach her a lesson”
“She apologized…I told you I’m not doing that again”
“Well then fu-ck it! Just let me do my thing”
“As long as I remain your friend Olive…I won’t let you take drugs. No more smoking…no more drugs from now on okay?”
“fu-ck you Dan!” He runs his hands through his hair in frustration.
“You don’t get to control my fu-cking life” he grunts.
Hmmm now I get it…Olive is into drugs and Danny wanna do that to Carly…he better not else he’s gonna get it from me she thought.
“I can see you two made up” she heard Clark’s voice behind her and quickly turn.
“Shhh”
“Why? What are you up to now?”
“Seriously…?” she held his hand and took him to one of the rooms.
“What do you want?” She folded her hand.
“You look quite happy…are you that happy you guys are friends again or there’s something else there?”
“Why are you so interested in my business? Uh?”
“Because I’m engaged to you”
“Did you poke nose in Carly’s business when you were with her also then?”
“Why are you bringing her up?”
She sighs.
“You two look quite happy together…I must have ruined something great” she said taking a sit on the bed while Clark rolls his eyes.
“You see I just thought of something. Like you said the other day as long as I’m your fiancee I’ve to learn how to like being with you…I doubt that is possible but…let’s just call it a truce”
“A truce?”
“huh? I don’t wanna be at loggerhead with my so-called fiance everytime so I thought that’d be better”
Clark thinks for a while then his face suddenly lightened.
“Okay then…accepted but on a condition”
“Which is?”
“We have to seal it”
“Seal it?”
“I don’t trust you planet girl…you may say that now but later do something mischievous we have to seal it for ne to believe you really mean it”
“Alright then” she stretches her hand forward for a had shake.
“I promise not to do anything silly thing anymore”
“Forget about the handshake…?” He leans close to her on the bed.
“I want a kiss”
“Forget it…I don’t think I can ever be in good terms with you…I forgot you are an asshole for a sec”
“Okay then…the decision is yours” he withdrawn.
“Thank you very much for the offer…?” She stood up.
“I’mma get going Mr fiance” she walks towards the door.
“Think about it Miss fiancee” He smirks as she walks out of the door.
