Episode 5.

Just as brother John promised, he kept calling but I was asleep, and when I woke up Susan showed me the numerous missed calls from him and I smiled sitting down.
“Sha this brother John get levels o and I smell a rat, Susan said giving me a plate of pepper soup she prepared and I got it from her.
“No be only rat you dey smell, add horse, I said and a knock c@m£ on the door.
Susan opened and let Joshua in.
“Ahhhhh no be person wey been sick be this? Joshua asked immediately he walked in.
“Shuooo so the sickness been enter my mouth? I asked.
“When you were sounded as if they were about to bury you nkor? Anyway what are you eating? Its not good for sick people, Joshua said sitting down near me and I quic-kly shifted.
“Bia leave this food o, this is purely doctor prescription, I said and Joshua laughed.
“But I hope you’re okay now? He asked and I nodded and he handed me a bag.
“I got you energy drinks and fruits and I equally took permission for you, He said.
“Wow thank you, i said as I took the bag but Susan snatched it from me.
“Ahh this is too much na, you fit extend this sickness till tomorrow, Susan said.
“Which kind talk be that one now? I asked her.
“shut up there. Anyway Joshua you shouldn’t have bothered, one brother holy ghost prayed for her alre-ady and she’s having spiritual glucose and fruits as we speak, Susan said and I shook my head as Joshua looked confused.
“Brother holy ghost? Joshua asked and immediately brother John call c@m£ on phone and Susan sm-irked while i sheepishly picked up…………….
Susan and Joshua couldn’t st©p teasing me about John in every little instance and that increa-sed my likeness for him. Joshua didn’t mind at all, and i was surprised to hear him say its my choice to be with whoever makes me happy and Susan wasn’t plea-sed to hear that from him.
We talked on phone and chatted the more which John didn’t fail to remind me for the teachers clas-s in church.
After i returned from school on Friday, i took my rest and hurried off to church not really for the clas-s but just to see John as he returned from his trip.
I was so much familiar with the clas-s but was seriously abs£nt there until it was time for closing prayers. Brother John was asked to pray but mhen, he almost turned it into warfare prayers.
When people were displea-sed with how ordinary closing prayers turned a revival meeting, I was so happy and was well plea-sed with him the more.
He c@m£ to me with all smiles after everything while i smiled back totally blank of what to say to him.
“Truly you c@m£ for the clas-s, he said.
“Of course, so you didn’t believe when i told you I’ll be teaching the kids huh? I asked.
“Well i do believe you now, he said laughing and i nodded leaving the church building with him.
“So how was your trip? I asked.
“Yea it was fine, you made me kinda scared when you fell ill, he replied.
“Still talking about that? But I’m fine nah, God pas-sed throu-gh your prayers and i really do appreciate that, i said and he smiled.
“Praise God, but i got something for you, he said.
“Really? I asked very excited and he st©pped walking.
“Yea but it sli-pped my memory and i forgot to bring it. But i can still give it to you, he replied.
“On Sunday right? I asked.
“Even today. We can just take a cab to my place and I’ll give it to you right away, he replied and i suddenly felt uncomfortable.
“Are you okay? He asked when he noticed….. Probably it showed because I’m bad at hiding feelings.
“Yes, but its not necessary it should be today, there’s always another day and its almost late, i replied.
“Hey Amanda what are you thinking? It won’t take long, I’ll just give you what i selected from the items i bought else someone might pick interest in it and i don’t want that to happen. I really want to give it to you because i strongly know it will fit you well, he said.
Awwwnnn! He sounded so sweet and i didn’t know when i accepted to follow him.
We got into his compound…. Very few buildings and looks dry, and then to his door, he opened up and switched on the lights and closed the door.
“Nice house, i said looking around for where to sit down, but brother no get chair and i didn’t want to sit on the be-d.
“Common come sit down, John said pointing on the be-d and i sluggishly did.
“plea-se its getting late and i don’t stay more than 7pm outside, I said to him.
“Sure, i told you alre-ady i wont take long but have something to drink first, he said going to the small fridge and poured in a fruit jui-ce in a glas-s and gave it to me which i took it and thanked him.
“You’re welcome, he said and drew a big traveling bag and brou-ght out beautiful women shoes and bags and i quic-kly gulped down the drink to have a look.
“Wow this is beautiful, i admired.
“Yea, What’s your size? He asked.
“40, i replied.
“Nice size and i got something pretty for those beautiful legs, he said and i laughed and watched him as he kept bringing out different pairs of shoes and I ru-bbe-d my forehead as i felt dizzy which he st©pped and looked at me.
“Should i turn on the fan? He asked with a very rou-gh tone shifting the bag aside and it was like a covering was out from my eyes as I was alre-ady sweating.
“What did you do to me? I fearfully asked and attem-pted to get up, but he pressed my n£¢k ha-rd and glued me on the be-d,
“Shhhhhhhh relax and don’t fight it, he said and i slowly blacked out…………

Episode 6.

I thought I heard screams on my head as I struggled to open my eyes. I heard whimpers and cries around me but the place was dark and i tried to turn but I noticed my legs and hands were tied. I bec@m£ very alert as I remembered I was at brother John house and that got me very angry.
“Hey, where am I? Who’s there! John come out here now! I kept shouting and I heard the door open and a little light shone in the room. I was so shocked to see I was on my p@n-ties and br@ same with the others in the room….. The guys were just with bo-xers and ba-re bodied.
I didn’t know how to cover up myself, and seeing the condition I was made me very weak and the person who opened up the door closed it back before I could say anything.
“Where am I plea-se? How did I get here? Jesus! Someone talk to me plea-se! I shouted but no one said a word.
That night was the most terrible nights I’ve ever experienced. The scent coming out from there could chock anyone to death. Anyone who wanted urinating or defecating had to do it there while you inhale it into your b©dy.
“Where in God name am I? plea-se God have mercy! I cried scared for my life.
“There is no mercy here. God has forsaken us, a female voice said and i sniffed.
“So finally someone can speak, Where am I plea-se? What are we doing here chained Like animals? I asked.
“You’ll see for yourself in the morning, the voice replied and i leaned my head on the wall crying……………..
I don’t know how i was able to sleep but the door flung open and everyone simultaneously woke up and that was how we got to see our faces.
“Get up and get out! 4 hefty guys shouted while i confusedly struggled to get up with so much pains in my tied hands.
I totally forgot my legs were still tied and with the way they violently rushed us and hit those who were not fast made me fell as the result of the rope on my legs.
“Get up! A thun-derous voice shouted on me as i weakly la-id there and began to cry with the way I heavily hit myself on the ground…Especially my jaw area.
“plea-se, plea-se, was all i could say when one raised his hand to hit me and then Brother…… No Devil John entered.
“Don’t worry I’ll take care of her, John said to them.
“Guy bring am outside, they said and left leaving us and i tearfully looked at John when he squ-atted looking at me.
“Get up, he said and helped me up while i struggled with him. I felt like landing him a dirty sl@p for tou-ching me but sadly my hands were tied and to make it more painful i was standing n-ked before the bastard.
I was so swelled up that i almost exploded and all he did was laugh ha-rd at me as h0t tears streamed down my face.
“You’ll pay for this! My God will judge you! I screamed out.
“St©p wasting my time, he said and carried me on his shoulder outside as i kept struggling and that was where my mouth flew into my stomach when my eyes saw what was outside.
John dropped me where the others were and i quietly looked around shivering.
Human beings were slaughtered and hanged dried like bush meats.
My mouth opened as i looked at John who shifted from us and stood with his devil counterp@rts.
“What did I ever do to you? I asked him.
“Shut up! a man who wore a mask shouted on me to be quiet and i slowly went on my knees crying.
“No God this is not your promise to me. You said with long life I will satisfy thee, you also said you will give it to me abundantly. Be it unto me according to your word Lord, for you said whatever i hear you say, that will i do for you. Even now Lord, my blood will not spill here. Prove yourself mighty here, for my sake let there be trouble, for where ever the children of lights are…….. John violently held me on my n£¢k st©pping me.
“Will you st©p it now! Do you think you can pray? You know i can do that perfectly so st©p deceiving yourself. Here there is no GOD and there is nothing you can do about it! John shouted almost choking me and he let go of me and i fell coughing ha-rd .
“God plea-se! I heard the others began to cry when John said that and before i knew it, we got held and our mouths were closed.
But in my heart i never st©pped praying, they were only able to close my mouth but my heart was still pouring it all out to God.
“God remember your daughter service to you. Despite her age she never forgets to sweep and mop your church. If I’ve never done anything for you, plea-se don’t let her daughter waste here. See the services of your daughter and come throu-gh for me God, I cried when my mom reflected. How will the poor woman take the news of my disappearance? I thought as i looked at the people hanged.
“They are coming, one of the guys with John told the man on mask and they immediately looked happy as they shook hands with the 6 people that c@m£ holding a big bag.
“Nice products you got here, An elderly man with white beards said and i felt like stoning him.
“I never run out of good things you know, the man on mask said and right there John opened the bag and brou-ght out cool cash from it and smelled it smiling.
“Authentic! He told the man on mask and he wickedly laughed.
“Take it in, he told him and a guy helped John to take it inside.
“So as we earlier arranged, i nee-d 6 people. 4 ladies and 2 males, the elderly man said.
“Of course they are right here, just make a choice and we’ll get them prepared for you, the man on mask said and hearing that great fear gr!pp£deveryb©dy but I don’t know where i got the boldness from.
I strongly believe my blood won’t spill here as i closed my eyes reciting the book of psalms as the man pointed out the lambs he wanted. Then i heard,
” Hey you! You closing your eyes come out quic-kly, i unknowingly urinated where i knelt………..
