“Yeahhhh……… I and my friends yelled in my sport car , they really like it but I love it , am driving while Jose and Andrew are singing and dancing. Got the money we’re the hero Spend the cash like some dido . We moving, moving got the billions on… Wo…I got the money i’mma superstar. Spending like there’s no other
time .
“Guys it’s okay ” I Chuckled but they were still singing. “I can’t wait for the weekend bro…wanna smooth some shit ” Andrew said given Jose a high five.
“Damn guy, this car is ma-ssive , speed more ” he said and i speed more .
“Yeahhhh….wooooo……..we gonna go for some ride a-ssholes” Jose yelled making I and Andrew laugh. I slowed down.
“Since your dad got you a sport car already, what’s he
gonna get you on your birthday? Andrew asked.
Yeah my birthday is just 3 weeks from now, how great I will be turning 19.
“I forgot about that …maybe a house” I said . They chuckled.
“Yo bro, a ma-ssive mansion” Jose said.
“My dad too , he said something like getting me a
house for my 19th birthday, dude I can’t believe your a month elder than me ” Andrew smack me.
“Damn dude that hurts, it’s not my fault am elder than all of you ” I said winking.
“You wish , I already turned 19 last month am elder than all of you ” Jose said Making us chuckle.
“Jose we ain’t fool your birthday is 3 months from now ” I said .
He glared at us. Yes we all are 18 but mine comes first . “Shit I feel like forwarding my month ” Jose said
Making us laugh more .
“But damn, we are getting old , hay how old is Ava ? Andrew suddenly asked . I glared at him.
“And why mentioning the bit-ch ? I asked getting pissed
off .
“Common bro don’t be livid , just tell us “Jose said . “Maybe 16 or 17” I replied.
“Hmmm…. she’s still okay tho, what about Gwen ? Jose asked .
” fu-ck dude how am I supposed to know her age, remember she means nothing to me” I said .
“Chill , I don’t see anything wrong in knowing her age ”
Andrew said .
“Please can you guys stop mentioning her ” I said . “Sure, but I have something to tell you guys , I think I like Gwen ” Jose said happily, I and Andrew looked at
him.
“You like her? Andrew asked .
“Yes, and am planning to start talking to her, by the
time we Become excessive close , I will ask her out ” Jose said happily.
I frowned, why does he want Gwen? I mean she’s no Different from that bit-ch called Ava .
“Why do you prefer her when there are other girls there better than her? I asked
“Well in my eyes she’s far better than any girl in Alexander high” he replied.
“But Jose , she’s into Marion do you think she will agree to date you? Andrew asked .
Jose shrugged. ” Don’t worry , I will make her ” he
said happily.
“Well suit yourself” I said and continue driving.
He can go ahead and date any girl he wants , but Gwen is nothing but a gold digger and when she finishes him, I will remind him.

“So he thought you yesterday? Jess asked eating her French fries,i smiled thinking about how he took my
cookie’s.
“Hay babe, why are you so happy did something happen? She asked .
“Yes …he ate my cookie’s yesterday” I said happily.
“Oh my gosh, that’s good news girl his Beginning to
notice you at least,so romantic off him” she
said dreamily I smiled .
“And i made another one for him today ” I said showing her another rubber full of cookies.
“Oh my that looks delicious, can I have one ? She asked I glared at her.
“No your not ” I said and she frowned.
“I thought we are best friends? She pouted .
I Chuckled. “Next time girl , this belongs to someone special” I said thinking about Marion.
School went on and on, once school ended I started packing my books into my bag and Marion was doing the same his friends already left so I went closer to him.
“Hi” I said he looked at me.
“Hi, anything? He asked .
“I was wondering if you will tutor me today ” I asked
“Look Gwen ,
I will only tutor you 3 times a week , because am a very busy person” he said looking kind of upset what’s wrong with him.
“Are you okay ? I asked .
“Why ? Do I look sick? He asked harshly. “Sorry ….um…so , tomorrow is weekend, monday then ” I said smiling at him.
“Yeah ” he said and pas-sme then I remembered the cookies.
“Marion umm…”
He stopped and turn to me I quickly opened my bag and brou-ght it out .
“I brou-ght cookies for you ” I said stretching it for him to take, he stared at it and back to me , as if
thinking , but then he collected it.
“Thanks it’s nice ” he said and my heart tug with joy he complimented it.
“Am glad you like it” I said slightly blus-hing, he nodded and stared at me for a while before leaving.
I jump up happily, am sure my cheeks are so red right now , I happily left the clas-sto go get my bicycle and
go home, yes I won’t be getting flowers today .
“Purple Gwen” I heard my name and turned to see Jose smiling at me, he was leaning on his car , am surprised because he doesn’t even talk to me, like we ain’t friends. I walk closer to him .
“Hi Jose” I said .
“I can see your going home, why don’t I drop you off, ” he asked.
I was taking aback for what he said .
“Umm….I have my bicycle” I said .
“Yeah , I just wanna be your friend, look Gwen I know I and my friends hasn’t been so fair to you ,
but I just
want you to know I don’t hate you ” he said and i gently nodded .
“Can we be Friends? He asked I smiled and nodded . “Thanks , so can I take you home now even if it’s just today ” he said and i nodded .
“Thank you ” I said ” umm, what about my bicycle? I asked.
“That won’t be a problem, I’d put it in the boot ” he said
smiling, thank goodness my bicycle is a little one .
I brou-ght my bicycle and he put it in the boot opened the pa-ssenger door for me and I thanked him then got in. Soon he was driving out of school, along the way we chatted and laughed over things, his so nice and friendly, he even told me not to mind Marion’s cold
behavior, he told me Andrew is a dic-k and i laughed ha-rd . At least, I’ve gotten another friend, and am happy Marion take things from me now even tho his so harsh towards me. But it doesn’t matter , as long as his taking my things am okay with it .

“Who just dropped you off ? Susan asked the moment I stepped in, I knew she won’t keep quiet anymore She’s always a gossiper
“Jose ” I said, she looked surprised.
“B*tch so it’s now Jose ? She asked irritated i walked pa-ssed her but she pulled me back.
“Why would he pick a girl like you , as dirty as you are into his car , is he blind or something? She asked sounding annoyed.
I rolled my eyes. “Susan please can you stop, am tired ” I said .
“Of course you should bit-ch now will you go make dinner am Starving” she sat on the couch and placed her leg on the center table I just shooked my head
at her .
“There’s food in the kitchen why dont you warm it up and eat? I asked .
She instantly got up.
“Am not gonna eat that salty food you prepared, it’s Disgusting make a new one b★tch” she said.
I rolled my eyes and turned walking up the stairs.
“Is that the way to the kitchen, purple b★tch ? she shouted but I ignored her.
I entered my room and dropped my bag, I gently sat on the bed and i couldn’t help but let my tears drop , why is all this happening to me , mom just left me to surfer, sometimes I wonder if she ever loves me , aunty Emily and Susan hates me so much after dad died . I don’t even have anyone, mostly the school fee paid is from those flowers I sold , reaching for my saving box I opened it to count the money.
I’ve made throu-ghout the last 3 months it’s almost 60 box but I know it won’t be enough for anything, and I need to buy our new project book since I and marion will be doing projects together, am sure by now he must have gotten his own. I wiped my tears and my
eyes caught my mom’s picture, yes I have a picture of her who knows, she might have changed, I took the picture and use my finger to trace her face , she’s smiling so happily and I couldn’t help but cry .
“Where are you mom?,why did you abandon me, you said you loved me but you left me” I whispered.
I gently lay Down on my bed and put the picture on my chest I closed my eyes and that was how I slept . I woke up to the ban-ging of my door I got startled and sat up.
“EuGwen…. come out this minute” it’s my stepmother
Emily , I quickly got up , damn I’ve not even removed my uniform.
“Am..,am coming” I quickly hide my saving box put my mom’s picture back where it was.
“You don’t let me call you again b★tch , I can get so bad as a tiger” I heard her voice and i quickly went to open the door .
“Aunty am sorry “i said .
She eyed me from head to toe then back up.
“Why haven’t you made anything and were you sleeping? She asked
“Ummm..no I wasn’t sleeping” I quickly denied but I knew she didn’t believe me.
“Now get your as-sinto the kitchen and make dinner it’s been an hour since you came back and nothing” She said angrily.
“Am sorry ” I apologize with my head down she turned and left , I let out a sign of relief. She’s just too much , my phone started ringing and i quickly went to pick it up , it’s an unknown number.
“Hello ” “Hi purple Gwen”it’s Jose I smiled .
“Hi Jose , you called ” I said
I actually gave him my number because he asked of it. “Yeah thought I should hear your voice and also I promised to call ” he said and i smiled .
“Oh that’s nice of you ” I said .
“Umm…I just want you to know that’s my number okay ” he said and I nodded realizing he can’t see me I Answered.
“Sure I will sto-re it now” I said .
“Make sure you sto-re it se-xy Boy, I will check it on your phone on Monday ” he said and i Chuckled.
“I will ” I replied.
“Alright bye” he said I told him back and hanged up I quickly saved it se-xy Boy and rushed out of the room, to go cook before the wizard comes again.

“They are staying with us for the next 2 months ” my
mom dropped the bomb after I just returned from sport and met the two rats.
“Hay Marion ain’t you happy you will be seeing us around all the time? Briana asked.
“Of course not because you and sia with mess up my room and i don’t want it ” I said sending diggers at
the little rat which is sia .
“Marion you ain’t acting like a big brother , you know you should be happy we even decided to come spend 2
months here ” sia said .
” Mom….why are they staying here, what about school ? I asked .
“We will be going from here” Briana said.
“Marion don’t be silly, be happy that your siblings will
be staying with you now ” mom said chuckling,
I know she’s laughing at me.
“Well you rats can stay here but please don’t come to my room ,if I see you both I will break your neck ” I said
and mom laughed i started walking to my room.
“Hay Marion you don’t call me rat understood? I heard Briana yelled from downstairs.
Gosh this children will ruin this house , I won’t be able to sleep well anymore,I quickly went to freshing up and opened my school bag to bring out my new project book when my eyes caught the cookies Gwen gave
me. I stare at it and I just feel upset , So upset, I saw when Jose was talking to her and she got into his car ,he was serious about her , but I don’t know why I don’t feel happy seeing that, fu-ck my mind . I only took this cookies because it’s delicious left for me, I’d reject it, but thinking about earlier ,she really looks happy when she stood with Jose , why am I even thinking about it , of course she’s a gold digger because I don’t give her my time at all she’s happy she can tag on Jose now .
Argnnn….this is annoying, why do I feel upset ? No …am only angry Because of this stupid tutorial thing. A knock sounded on my door and my mom walked in. “Marion are you ok? She asked coming towards me. “Umm yeah….why ? I asked,
she smiled and sat on the bed .
“I wanted to just know if your okay , you seem angry ” she said , no of course am not angry .
“Angry , no I wasn’t” I said .
“Well I was thinking maybe it’s because Briana and sia
has to stay with us for two months ” she. said
“Nah mom, am fine with it seriously” I said
well I love the rats , is just that I hate them when they destroy my room.
“Oh that’s nice then , your father said you should come to kickboxing today , he just called ” she said and
I nodded .
“Will get ready soon” I said she smiled .
“Alright baby ” she kis-sed my cheek and got up and I smiled at her , God I love my mom so fu-ckin much .
” Marion who’s cookies is that ? She asked looking at Gwen’s cookies on my bed.
“Ummm…a friend got it for me” I said .
“Hmmm…let me have a taste ” she said and had a taste .
“This is delicious, did your friend make it? She asked eating more .
“Yes mom she’s really good at it ” I said .
“Hmmm…so it’s a she ? She asked and my eyes widen realizing I said it loud .
“She bakes well baby , I would love her to bake for me all the time ” she said and my eyes widen .
“Mom but ….. ”
“Thanks for the cookies baby ” she said taking the cookies and leaving.
“Wait ..mom….Hay I haven’t had any please” I called
out but she already left the room quickly.
“Tell your girlfriend to make more, it’s delicious and thank you ” she yelled from outside the door .
Argnnn I’ve not even tasted it, this sweet cookies has to pas-sme by , I hate to say this but . I hate my mom.
