I stopped the car outside the house I’ve given to Ava to stay, once the car stop she turned to face me .
“Thank you so much Marion ” she said .
“Yeah” I whispered, I just want to to go so i can go back to Gwen.
” Do you mind coming in so I’d make coffee for you ?” She asked , I gave her the ” Are you for real ” look.
“No thanks, EuGwens need’s me” I replied not looking at her , I heard her sighed
“Marion I haven’t really taking my time to apologize for what happened that day at your……..
” Ava please, as much as I hate looking at you I hate thinking about it, I don’t want to remember that day anymore because am trying to leave it all behind, it’s the past so don’t bring it up again ” I said not minding if she was already terrified or not .
“Am sorry “she cried ” I didn’t mean to bring it up, I just wanted to apologize” she said and sobbed I stared at her , why is she crying now ? Women and drama
“Look am sorry okay , I just have a lot of things running in my head, I didn’t mean to talk to you like that , but try to understand, I really don’t want to remember what had happened, because it only angers me, and I feel so upset when your beside me like now
,but I just hope you understood my point” I said, I didn’t dare touch her, she can cry all she wants, but am not gonna touch her .
” Thanks for driving me back , goodbye” she whispered before leaving my car , I stared at her as she went to the door, she turned and looked at my car , she opened the door and got in before I drove off.
To be sincere, am still very much angry at her,her presence alone makes me upset , if not for Gwen who asked me to drive her I wouldn’t had.
As much as I want to help Ava, I do not trust her one bit, I don’t know maybe I just can’t trust her because she’s been so deceitful.
Scrubbing her out of my head the must beautiful smiling face appeared in my eyes , I love Gwen so much , and am thinking to change our wedding date , since she’s pregnant and adding up, I don’t want the pregnancy to show before marrying her in a very beautiful looking wedding gown ,
and if her stomach shows, she might not be able to wear it and maybe go for a bigger one so am changing our wedding date it will be March 23rd then.
I smiled, I can’t wait to make her my wife, wife, wife hmmm,i love the sound of that .

“Thank you ” I said to one of the clients who
complimented me for my product, I checked my time , what’s keeping Marion so long,maybe I should have even gone with him, I only stayed back because if anyone doesn’t see any of us, it isn’t good for the business I took a deep breath, I hope his already on his way back .
“Hello have a wine ” someone said without looking well I shook my head .
“No thanks,” I replied.
“Why purple hair?” The voice was familiar I quickly turned to see aunty Emily with a big smile on her face and a glass of wine in her hand .
“Surprised to see me?” She asked .
” Not really,
am just wondering why your here,this meeting isn’t for people like you ” I said,maybe a bit harsh, after all she deserves it for all she did to my mom.
“Oh sweet that’s way to harsh , don’t you think so?” She asked
I didn’t answer her she had dressed so beautiful like she’s part of the business.
“You look good ” she said Looking from my head to my toe.
“Thanks ” I said .
“You didn’t ask of your sister?” She asked.
I wonder where that susan girl is , it’s been 7 years since I last saw her.
“Why isn’t she here with you ?” I asked.
“She came home last two week’s, but she left and I’ve not set my eyes on her ” she said .
” Why don’t you try to at least ask her where she goes?” I aksed .
I don’t really get why,she can’t talk to susan, for goodness sake she’s her mother,she smirked and drank from her wine.
” Well I didn’t bother asking because she asked me not too question her,i mean she’s a big woman already she can do What ever she likes” aunty Emily replied and my eyes widen.
“How can you say such a thing aunty, she’s your daughter, you don’t look like you care about her at all” I said .
Her face became sad as she looked at me .
“Susan hates me”she said and i stared at her confused.
” And for what reason, why will she hate you ?” I aksed .
“Gwen after you left for the university, Susan wanted to go too, she Asked me for money , I gave her but then I don’t know what she did with it she came back telling me she has no money ,of course I have no money again,so I told her I have no money and I will try find a way to give her another one, she got furious and left the house, I didn’t see her for about a
year then she appears again , I asked her where she was she said school, I didn’t know how she got to the school I do not know, and then she left again and I never saw her till 3 year’s ago when I saw you already found your mother , the cash I took from your mom when I saw her I gave it to her , and she didn’t show
up again till Just last week and now she’s gone ” Emily said sadly .
I felt pity for her, why is Susan always appearing and disappearing?.
“Did you try to follow her to know where she might be?”I aksed .
“No,i never knew when she left ” she replied.
She suddenly smiled.
” Common purple I don’t want to ruin myself,this is a very special occasion and I wouldn’t let that disturb me, so why aint you drinking wine ?” She asked.
” Umm, actually am pregnant” I said she looked surprised.
” Oh wow, your pregnant,no wonder your body look’s different so if your pregnant they should be a wedding right?”she asked smiling .
I nodded .
” That’s wonderful , congratulations even if I still hate you ” she said and i Chuckled, she never changes.
“Oh I guess your asshole husband to be is coming, talk to you later” she said and walked away.
I turned to see Marion coming towards me
smiling.
” Babe” he said kissing my lips .
“Hi handsome” I touched his face
“Who was the lady with you just now ?” He asked.
” Oh that’s my stepmom, aunty Emily” I said .
“Was she invited?” He asked confused.
“I don’t really know, maybe my mom invited her because mom and her talk even if aunty feels like throwing my mom away ” I said and we Chuckled.
“So how is Ava, is she okay ?”I asked.
“Yeah I dropped her and she was kind of
apologizing for the past, I told her it was okay and she left .” he replied.
“Oh okay , do you really think Harris could be as bad as she’s saying,even if Harris was kind of an asshole in highschool would he ever lay a hand on a woman?” I aksed.
“Gwen I think the Same thing okay , even tho i and Harris have so many issues and enemies in highschool,i don’t think his that heartlessenough to hurt her ” he said .
This is so complicated
” But it was Harris on the screen right? “I asked .
“Yeah ,common babe let’s forget this issue and enjoy the night before we go home “he said and i smiled .
A month has gone by after that function, everything is moving well for us am already 2 months pregnant and my stomach is really coming out now .
When ever I look at myself in the mirror I look at my stomach and smiled a life is growing inside of me.
Since Ava was alone in that house I sometimes go see her and she will be so happy ,her pregnancy is now 9 month’s but you know What amaze me, it’s still big as when it was eight , I really like it that it’s not big like other women own,i would like mine to be like her’s
We normally go shopping because i Just want to keep her company, Marion didn’t like it but I try to explain to him why she needs it, pregnant women needs exercise and if she stays indoor always it won’t be good for her .
And Also our wedding is this month ,yes Marion said it will be match 23rd and I really like it i want to be his wife as soon as possible,and we will become a happy family, we’ve already made the invitation cards.
I felt someone touching my naked stomach under the duvet and I know it’s Marion, he kissed my neck and bite on it softly .
” Marion I wanna sleep”I winned he didn’t say anything and ran his hand through my leg’s and put a finger into my core I moaned and he chuckled, but he didn’t stop penetrating inside me with his finger .
He took my nipple into his mouth and su-cked on it I licked my dry lips as he gives me pleasure,we had se-x last-night maybe twice if I can remember and now this morning he wants another round before going to his office, I rolled my eyes .

When he rolled from me we were so sweating and a panting hell .

After he dressed for work i kissed him and he
left .
I waited for Jess because she promised to come spend the day with me today.
Soon she arrived and we started watching Netflix as usual am eating my Ice cream while she’s eating cornflakes, damn she Likes it too much.
My phone Started ringing and it’s Ava, why is she calling?
“Who is that ?” Jess asked putting a full spoon of cornflakes in her mouth .
“It’s Ava” I replied.
I picked up,i started hearing cries.
“Ava ” I called .
“He found me ….. please help me ….help me……” She kept crying.
“Oh my God where are you ?” I asked worriedly.
“Inside ….I locked myself, ….I think his going to break down the door …. please help me Gwen…..” She cried and i could hear the banging of a door .
“LEAVE Me Alone ” she shouted.
“Just hold on am coming” I told her .
” What Happened” Jess asked .
” Harris found her, and his trying to get In right now “I said getting up.
“Oh my God”Jess exclaimed.
Soon we arrived at the house and rushed in ,Jess followed behind me .
“Ava ” I called jess too called .
We started roaming the house it was totally
silent.
“Ava”I called again with Jess , suddenly I heard a loud bang I gasped and turned around to see Jess lying on the floor bleeding, I screamed .
” Jess oh my God” I Knelt beside her, her eyes was closed fear griped me as I slowly looked up what I saw shocked me.
My eyes widen and my jaw dropped I can’t believe who is pointing gun at me.
I didn’t see this coming.
