“Gigi? Gigi? Where are you?” Linda kept searching for Gianna clas-sto cla-ss.
“I’m here” Gianna muttered behind her
“Oh thank goodness! I saw Nathaniel leave with Theo.. I’m sorry it didn’t turn out well” Linda held her shoulder.
“Listen, it’s okay to feel hurt but you shouldn’t take that much at heart.. Your Mr right will one day find you” Linda said while smiling.
“Okay” Gianna muttered coldly and began walking away.
Linda watched her as she left and sighed before following her.

Arianna’s car stopped in front of Nathaniel’s house.
“Guess this is where our journey ends for the day” Theodore muttered.
“Bye Nathan” Arianna said and pecked Nathaniel’s cheek before facing Theodore.
“Bye Theo” She smiled.
“Don’t I get a peck too” Theodore pouted.
Nathaniel glared at him while Arianna chuckled. They both got down the car and waved at Arianna as her car drove off.
“When I think that you literally made her not to go home with Travis because you were jealous ” Theodore said and resumed laughing as they walked in they house.
“For your info, I’m sleeping over” Theodore said as they got in.
A sweet aroma suddenly filled their nostrils and they looked at each other.
“Who’s cooking?” They said at the same time before running to the kitchen.
They met Jody (Nathaniel’s mother) cooking while humming a song.
“Mom?” Nathaniel called, looking surprised.
Jody turned and smiled at them.
“Son” She turned off the gas cooker and went to them
“You came back quite early aunt” Theodore said.
“Yeah, that’s because I’m not longer the company’s cleaner” Jody said.
“What!!” Theodore and Nathaniel exclaimed.
Nathaniel immediately became worried.
“Mom,, don’t tell me you got fired” He muttered.
“I’m not longer the company’s cleaner because,,, I got promoted!!” She screamed the last part happily.
“What?!” Nathaniel and Theodore exclaimed, this time they were happy..
“Yes!!” She smiled happily and the boys hug-ged her at the same time..
“I’m so happy mom!!” Nathaniel said.
Finally, he won’t be too worried seeing his mother coming home early in the morning, looking so tired just to sleep for few hours and then leaving again for work at night.
“Me too!! Molly, a manager of a boy band in the company I work in got promoted to a higher rank. I was shocked when they asked me to be her replacement.” Jody said.
Nathaniel immediately froze.
“What!! My mom is gonna be my future manager!!” Nathaniel screamed inwardly.
Well it was announced to them that Mrs Molly was promoted so they’ll be having a new manager, little did he know it’s gonna be his mom
That means she’s going to be seeing him almost everyday and that means he’ll have to tell her everything.
“I cooked a real feast tonight. Go on, go and freshen up.. Let me round up” Jody said
“Okay aunt.. Looks like I made the right choice by sleeping over” Theodore said, leading the way.
Nathaniel made sure that Theodore went upstairs before locking the door of the kitchen and facing back his mother.
“What’s wrong Nat, already hungry?” Jody asked, stirring the stew she resumed cooking.
“Um mom, I have to tell you something important” Nathaniel said and took in his lower li-p, not knowing from where to start.
“Go on baby,, you know you can tell me everything” Jody said and faced Nathaniel.
“Mom,,, uhh.. The company you work at, I got accepted as a sort of special trainee and I’m training to become the fourth member of the group you’re going to be managing in a month and few weeks” Nathaniel said..
The stirrer she was holding fell from her hand, making a loud clattering sound.
“Can you repeat what you said?” Jody slowly said.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you. Me being their fourth member was supposed to be a surprise, even Theodore doesn’t know” Nathaniel said.
Jody walked to him and held his hand.
“Son, are you sure you’re ready? The moment you’ll become a member of their group, the private life you once had will become history and they’ll be a lot of stress coming with it plus some toxic fans” Jody asked.
“I thought about it well before accepting.. Music has always been my pa-ssion, this is an opportunity to achieve my dreams” Nathaniel said.
Jody smiled and cupped his cheek.
“If it’s what you want then, I support you completely” Jody said and he smiled.
“Can’t believe my cute baby is gonna be a cute star!! I’m gonna be your manager so I’ll keep a close eye on you,, gosh!! Today is one of my happiest days. Come here” Jody spread her arms and Nathaniel went to her embrace
“Manager mom” Nathaniel said
“Client son” Jody said and they both chuckled.

MORNING, THE HOWARDS**
Grayson finished setting the table for breakfast and that’s when Gianna walked out of her room. His jaw dropped to the floor when he saw her.
Her skirt was shorter and she was putting on a knee high boot plus some makeup on her face and her hair was tied in a ponytail.
“What the” Grayson narrowed his brows.
“I’m starving!!” She muttered and began dishing herself food
“What happened to you” Grayson muttered.
“I just,, want to change style for once.. What? Got a problem with that?” Gianna raised get brow.
She took a bite of her chocolate smeared bread.
“You just look different. Is anything wrong? You can tell me” Grayson said, sitting down too
“I’m fine,, in fact I’m perfectly fine” Gianna smiled.
“Oh okay.. If you say so” Grayson muttered.
“I bought you what you’ve been asking for.. Here” Grayson handed her a box
Gianna gasped loudly.
“A phone.. Gosh thanks so much bro!!” Gianna smiled widely.
She quickly took it and unwrapped it then smirked.
“Just what I needed” She said inwardly
He glanced at her again before he began eating his breakfast.
Few minutes later,
“I’ll be going Gray.. Bye” She said and carried her bag before leaving.
Grayson glanced back at Gianna as she left.
“I need to ask Linda what’s wrong.. The Gianna I know hates makeup” He said and brou-ght out his phone to text Linda

Gianna went straight to the building her clas-sis in without bordering to look at those commenting on her. On her way there, she met Linda, Arianna and Jasmine talking to each other.
“Gianna!!” Jasmine exclaimed when she was the first person who spotted Gianna
The others turned too and they looks surprised on seeing her.
“Gigi.. Holy fuc-k !! What happened to you? Grayson texted me about it but I didn’t believe it” Linda said.
“Is everything okay, you look…different” Jasmine said.
“C’mon! I’m fine, I just wanted to have a change of style for once” Gianna said.
“You didn’t look so good yesterday, anything wrong?” Arianna asked.
She glared at Arianna before facing Linda.
“I’ll be in cla-ss” She said and left.
“What’s wrong with her?” Arianna raised her brows.
Linda slowly frowned

Nathaniel got to school and went to his locker. He met Dean and the others waiting for him there..
“What’s up guys?” He smiled when he got to them
“We’re good. We brou-ght a surprise for you” Lance said and brou-ght out the latest iPhone, handing it to him.
“Wow!! For me? You guys really shouldn’t have” Nathaniel said
“C’mon!, stop being modest.. You’ll soon be among us so you’re kinda like our little bro since you’re the youngest amongst us” Dean said.
He smiled and collected the phone.
“Thanks so much guys.. I owe you all alot” He said.
“Our numbers are already saved in there..” Lance said.
“And this one is for Theodore.” Cole said, showing another phone box before putting it in his bag.
“I saw our new manager yesterday. Though she’s a bit old but she’s really beautiful” Lance said.
“It’s my mother” Nathaniel said.
“What!” The three of them exclaimed.
“I had the same expression as you guys yesterday” Nathaniel chuckled..

Theodore’s locker was at the other side of the block. He brou-ght out the textbook he’s going to be using before closing his locker and then he came face to face with Julia.
“Hello cutie” She said and bit her li-ps.
“s-exy” He smirked and looked at her as she began running her hands throu-ghhis chest.
There was no student around, just the two of them..
“Yunno, it’s been long since I had this bad boy inside of me and also I,, missed talking to you” Julia said, leaning closer to him.
Theodore smirked more and looked around before pulling her in an empty cla-ss. He pinned her hands on the door
“Do you miss my d*ck or do you miss me?” He asked, brushing his li-ps against her neck.
“Both” Julia bit her li-ps as she became w-et already.
Theodore raised his head up and connected there li-ps together. Julia immediately reciprocated the kis-s.
He nibbled gently on lower before sli-pping his tongue inside her mouth and Julia felt an electric wave wash throu-ghher body.
Their li-ps kept making soft smacking sounds as they kis-sed till the electronic bell rung.
Theodore broke the kis-s and rubbed her lower li-ps with his thumb.
“Let’s meet after school at the restroom” He said and pecked her li-ps again before leaving.
Julia heaved loudly and slowly smiled. She touched her li-ps before leaving the clas-stoo.
She got in clas-sand looked at Theodore’s seat. A frown settled on her face when she saw him discussing with Jasmine.
She rolled her eyes and went to her seat but she kept glancing back at them occasionally.
The strict English teacher came in with the principal
“Good morning everyone.. So I came here to inform you guys that after two years of inactivity, the school is glad to inform you all that we’ll be going for camping next week!!” The principal said
???? Wow! I love camping!!
???? This is why I love our school. Its so fun!!
“The camping will last for three days and you don’t have to worry about things like finances or so.. Our school owner already settled everything.. The principal continued.”
???? Dean, your mother is the best!!
“All you need to do is just ask for your parent’s permission and also prepare for what you’ll be needing. Till then, have a nice week” The principal said and left.
The students began murmuring, feeling so excited about the upcoming camping..
“I’ve never camped before. This will surely be interesting” Jasmine said excitedly.
“Yeah” Theodore smiled.
Julia who was looking at them scoffed
The English teacher cleared her throat and everywhere became silent. She looked at everyone with a scrutinizing gaze.
“Let’s start our cla-ss” She said and opened her textbook.

“I think I’m starting to be less of a dullard. I understood a little bit of what the teacher said” Theodore said as he walked to his locker with Jasmine.
Their lockers were not that at from each other.
“Really? That’s a great progress” Jasmine said when they got to their lockers.
“So how’s it with Travis” Theodore asked, opening his locker.
“He spent the whole of yesterday with Arianna” Jasmine sighed.
“Oh, I forgot the dude is into Arianna” Theodore said.
“Arianna is my friend,, what if she is also into him and-”
“For that you don’t have to worry… By dude is also into Arianna.. Love triangle or should I rather say love square” Theodore chuckled.
“Its not funny” Jasmine said and raised her hand to get a book from her locker.
The huge cardigan she was putting on rolled down and Theodore’s eyes furrowed at what he saw.
He quickly grabbed her wrist..
“What are you-”
Theodore rolled up the sleeve of her cardigan and his eyes wide-ned when he saw her whole arm was covered with bruises and red marks.
“What is this? Who did this to you?” He asked.
Jasmine quickly removed her wrist from his hold and rolled down her sleeve.
“It’s nothing” She quickly said and turned to leave..
Theodore grabbed her wrist, stopping her from leaving. He pulled her into an empty clas-sand quickly unbutto-ned her cardigan then pulled it off her body.
His eyes wide-ned more.
Both her arms were covered with bruises and red marks. He knows very well what those red marks are, its hickeys.
“What’s all these?” Theodore asked
“I said it’s nothing!!” Jasmine said and snatched her cardigan from him.
She stormed out of the clas-sand Theodore could swear he saw her eyes become teary.
He raised his brows.
“Was I overly curious? Maybe I crossed the lines?” He wondered to himself..

RESTROOM**
“Seriously? How did you even get hot sauce in your eyes” Arianna asked as she helped Nathaniel rinse his eyes..
“Well… I wasn’t looking well” Nathaniel said, feeling a bit stúpid and embarra-ssed.
Well he went to order food for him and Arianna and when he came back, Travis already took his place. He was forced to sit in front of them and watch as they chatted and laughed like he wasn’t there.
He wanted to press out the hot sauce on his food but he was busy looking at them that it smeared on his face. Some entered in his eyes..
Arianna helped him to the restroom to rinse his face.
Nathaniel lifted his w-et face from the sink. The front of his hair got w-et too, sticking to his forehead.
“You are really clumsy these days and it’s mostly when Travis is around me” Arianna said and slowly smirked as she helped him dab his closed eyes.
“Now that I think of it, you always make sure you divert my attention towards you. Tell me, are you perhaps jealous of Travis” Arianna raised a brow.
Nathaniel took in his lower li-ps and looked away.
He could already feel his heart hammering against his ribcage. Arianna turned his face back to her..
“Your jealousy looks cute. Yunno, if you like me just say it.. I don’t bite” Arianna winked.
“What if you start avoiding if I tell you. I obviously don’t have a chance with you,, we’re in two different categories” Nathaniel said in his mind as he stared at her.
Arianna chuckled softly..
“I was joking okay? C’mon let’s get back going” Arianna said and stood on her toes to fix his hair.
“I love your full bangs. Makes you look like a bunny” Arianna said.
“Thanks” Nathaniel said.
She smiled and held his hand.
Gianna who was filming them quickly left before the two of them could see her.
She watched the video again and smiled as she saved it. Amber and Julia came to her while smiling..
“You have the video?” They asked and she nodded
“Good, send it to me. I have to edit it” Amber said and Gianna immediately did so.
“What are you going to do with it?” Gianna asked.
“Something that’ll make her stay away from Nathaniel like you said” Amber smirked.
Amber and Julia turned to leave
“Amber,,, what you’re planning to do. It won’t harm them right?” Gianna asked.
Amber looked at her sideways.
“Sure” She muttered and left with Julia.
Gianna took a huge breath before going her way too. Dean who saw them from afar furrowed his brows..
“What’s Gianna doing with those two?” He wondered

EVENING, BRAUNS MANSION~7PM**
The day pa-ssed really smoothly for everyone. Today was her last day of community service and it was over.
Arianna could be seen playing with Twinkle in her room. She thought of Nathaniel and suddenly smiled
“Twinkle is it wrong if I crush on a guy who’s of a lower category than I am?” She said and Twinkle meowed.
“I knew it! Nothing is wrong with it,, he’s a human just like me.. The only person who totally understands me” Arianna smiled and hug-ged Twinkle.
Reuben just arrived his house, very tired and stressed out. He handed his suitcase to a maid who took it to his room.
His phone suddenly beeped and he brou-ght it out. His brows furrowed when he saw a video.
At first he wanted to ignore it but on second thoughts, he cli-cked on it and his eyes flushed red at what he saw
Arianna, together with a guy and she was smiling at him. The editing made it look like she kis-sed him when she stood on her toe and his anger doubled.
A call immediately came up and he quickly picked.
“That’s what your daughter does in school. Hanging out with lowlife beings. The guy lives in a very poor neighborhood but she still sedu-ce d him.. He’s even the 3rd guy she’s dating this academic year. Total slút” The voice said.
Reuben hung up in anger and marched to Arianna’s room.
He pushed the door open and the forced at which it opened, scared Twinkle away from Arianna.
“Good evening-”
A thunderous slap landed on her cheek, cutting her off. Before she could recuperate, another slap followed.
“How dare you!! How dare you disgrace our family in this way!!” Reuben shouted and slapped her again.
“What did I do?” Arianna asked slowly, holding her cheek which was stinging so much.
Reuben grabbed her by the hair and pulled her up. She winced painfully.
He played the video and shoved her head to the front of his phone. Arianna’s eyes wide-ned..
“Care to explain this to me!!” Reuben shouted.
“No dad… That’s not what happened,, I didn’t do that-” Reuben punched her this time.
Arianna landed on the floor with a bleeding nose.
“You still have the guts to deny it!! How can you disgrace our family this way.. Upon all the rich kids in your school it had to be this pathetic poor rat??!! How many guys have you slept with!!”
“Dad…” Arianna cried
Reuben shut her up with a slap.
“I asked you a question!!” Reuben shouted.
Arianna’s face was already swollen with a the slaps and punches she kept receiving and she was bleeding from the mouth.
Beatrice upon hearing the noise coming from Arianna’s room, ran there. She gasped when she saw the state Arianna was..
“Anna!!” Beatrice made to rush to her but Reuben pulled her back..
“Don’t you dare touch her.. That’ll teach her a lesson” He said and pulled her out then locked the door, dragging Beatrice away.
Arianna kept weeping as she sat on the floor. What cruel offense did she do to deserve all this from her own father?
“I can’t take this anymore,, I’m tired” She cried.
She crawled weakly to her wardrobe and opened it then brou-ght out a sharp knife..
“I’m sorry Nathan but I can’t take this anymore… I rather díe than continue living in this hell” She cried
Arianna slowly cut the veins on both her wrists and blood began gushing out a lot, slowly w-etting the ground.
She kept crying till her head began feeling all dizzy and slowly she went down, her eyes shutting automatically.
The knife produced a sound as it fell from her hand..
