NEXT DAY**
“Hey Ice,are you okay?” Persephone asked as they both walked out of their room
Odette left with other students who won the game while Sera-phina decided to sleep all throu-gh the day.
“I’m fine” Alice gr-unted un-der her breath
“Are you going to the cafeteria with me or,,,,you’re going to Kingston”
“I wish I am” Alice muttered again and Persephone raised her brows
“You look finished honestly” She said
Alice Pouted and faced her
“Do I suddenly look ugly?” She asked
“Hmm,,,nope,,you look more beautiful” Persephone smiled
“Then why” Alice sighed and continue walking again
“I wish I un-derstand what you’re talking about” Persephone shook her head
“Hi girls” Someone waved at them and they stopprd walking
“She’s a new student” Persephone whispers to Alice as the girl walked toward them dragging her bag behind her.
“Hi,,my name is Moon. A new student” Moon said with a smile
“Hi moon,,,,I’m Persephone and this is Alice”
“Nice meeting you,,,” Moon smiled cutely
“You too” Persephone said
“Could you plea-se tell me where this room is?” Moon asked showing them the note in her hand
“Oh,,,,I guess you’re joining the witch” Persephone scoffed
“Witch? She’s a witch?” Moon asked looking almost happy,,at least she can be friends with the so called witch
“You look happy about it” Alice scoffed
“I’m gonna show you,,come with me” Persephone said
“Oh thanks” Moon smiled
“Sorry I can’t go with you” Alice said and walked away.
Alice got to the cafeteria and ordered for her favorite,she sat down to eat but her appetite was gone.
‘Why am I like this?’ She thought stabbing her food with the fork in her hand
“The innocent food is choking” Someone said and sat down beside her
Alice looked up only to find Jove
“Hi” He smiled
“Hey” Alice muttered and continue stabbing the food
“Oh oh,,,is there something wrong?” Jove asked and started eating
Alice shook her head,,Jove watched her for some seconds before looking away and focus on his food.
“Kingston’s mom is here” Linus said immediately he joined them and they both looked up
“Seriously?” Jove asked
“They,,seem strangely cool this time. I think she’s here for Beauty” Linus said
“Beauty?” Alice immediately asked
“Didn’t we plan to disable the little girl’s powers temporarily? She’s a witch if you don’t know” Linus said
“I won’t believe Kingston ask her for help” Jove said
“Well seems like that is it” Linus grinned
Alice immediately stood up and rushed out of the cafeteria almost bu-mping into Persephone but she didn’t stop
“What’s wrong?” Persephone pursed herl-ips and went ahead to sit down alone
“Is anyone here?” A voice asked all of a sudden and she looked up
“Oh,,,Avalon” She called and he nodded
“No one is here,,you can sit” Persephone said amd Avalon sat down
He didn’t look up as he consume his meal slowly and calmly,,Persephone didn’t know she have been staring until he looked up and their eyes met.
She immediately started eating out of embarr@$$ment
‘I messed up’ She thought and bite herl-ips ha-rdly
“That’s going to hurt” Avalon said and she looked up
“Huh?”
“Yourl-ips,,don’t bite it too ha-rd” Avalon said and stood up
Before she could say a word,he alre-ady left.
‘What the h*ll is wrong with me!’ Persephone yelled inwardly

JUPITER’S ROOM**
When Moon entered the room,Jupiter was styling her hair into a new one.
She stopped when the door opened and turned back,,
“Hi” Moon waved her hand with a smile
“Who are you?” Jupiter asked coldly
“New roommate” Moon smiled again
“Stop smiling,I don’t like it” Jupiter roll her eyes
“Oh” Moon grumbled and bite herl-ips
“I was expecting it though,when that idiot left” Jupiter gneered before turning back to the mirror. One of her friends,Althea left alre-ady,she’s left with C@$$andra alone but Moon is here now.
Moon looked all around the room and sighed before going to the last be-d in the room,,she dropped her bag and faced Jupiter
*Don’t ask that question,,don’t ask* Serpentina said in her head but Moon shut her up
“Are you a witch?” Moon asked and Jupiter faced her with a dangerous glare
“What thefu-ck are you talking about?” She asked
“I just want to know,,I was told you’re a witch,,,,,,”
“Who the h*ll said that about me!” Jupiter half yelled and Moon moved back
“I’m sorry,,I didn’t mean to upset you. It’s because,,,,,,”
“Shut up and don’t you dare talk to me again,,do you get that?” Jupiter snarled
Moon nodded immediately and sat down
*I told you,,the question is stupid. I wish you’re as smart as I am* Serpentina scoffed in her head
*She’s scary,,I just want to be friends with someone like me* Moon said
*I don’t think there’s a witch here,,I can’t smell any. I told you we are special* Serpentina grinned
*That doesn’t change the fact that some witches are evil* Moon roll her eyes
*We are different,,so stop talking about that*
*I’m going to check the school around,,so plea-se disappear for some hours,thanks* Moon said
Serpentina let out a loud scoff before being quiet.
Moon stood up and walked out of the room gently

“She’s cute” Vesta said smiling at Beauty as they left the office
Kingston only hummed
“So,,,about the human girl,,,,”
“Don’t start plea-se,,,I can handle this myself” Kingston cut her off and she sighed
“You have less than three weeks until next month which is your birthday,,,I will advice you to stay away from the institute on that day,,you wouldn’t wanna scare everyone” Vesta chuckled
“This isn’t even funny” Kingston sneered and adjusted Beauty In his arms
“Anyhow,,,” Vesta said
“How will I even know the mate you talked about?” Kingston asked
“Are you still hoping that human Is your mate?” Vesta asked and Kingston sighed
“Well,,,when you two meet,,,you will surely feel it. Trust me” Vesta smiled before walking away
Alice c@m£ over at that moment,she saw Vesta walking away before turning back to Kingston
“We should take her home” Kingston spoke up first
“Her powers aren’t gone forever right?” Alice asked
“Of course not,,once she’s 18,,it’s gonna show up again” Kingston replied
“Wow,,just like me” Alice smiled
“Let’s go” Kingston said
Alice took Beauty from him and Beauty smiled out wi-dely
“I wish I can hear your voice before taking you away” Alice Pouted
Beauty hu-gged her ti-ghtly and she laughed
“Is she missing me alre-ady?” Alice asked still laughing with the way Beauty was pla-ying with her
“Maybe she missed you” Kingston said after a while and Alice faced him
Kingston entered the car and Alice also did
“Do you think her mom is gonna accept her again?” Alice asked when Kingston started the car
“We will just explain things to her,,,she can bring her here once she’s 18” Kingston replied,his eyes not leaving the road
Alice turned her face to Beauty
“I will miss you” She murmured and k!$$£d her cheek

Finally,Kingston stopped in front of the house and they got down.
“It’s here” Alice breathe out and turned to Beauty who was holding her ti-ghtly as they walked in
Kingston knocked gently,,seconds later the door opened and a lady showed up,the moment she set her eyes on Beauty,her eyes wi-de-ned
“Baby!!” She screamed immediately and tears began rolling down her eyes
She made to carry Beauty but Beauty resisted and hu-gged Alice ti-ghtly
Alice and Kingston exchanged glances
“Baby,,,” The lady cried,,she looked so rou-gh and her eyes red as if she have been crying
“Why did you do that” Kingston spoke up first
“I’m so sorry,,,it’s all my fault. I’ve been restless thinking my baby is gone” The lady said in tears
Alice sighed,,,they both went in.

“Thank you so much,,thank you” Beauty mother said countlessly as Alice and Kingston walked out of the house
Beauty finally followed her mom after so much cries and plea-s,,the little baby also started crying hu-gging her mom
Alice couldn’t help it too,,she teared up seeing them.
“Don’t forget,,,when she’s 18,” Kingston reminded,,they ended up explaining everything to Beauty’s mom and she un-derstands
“I won’t forget,,I won’t.”
Alice k!$$£d Beauty’s cheek
“Bye,,” Alice said
Beauty smiled happily
Alice and Kingston walked out and entered the car,,Alice started crying,she was feeling so emotional.
“That’s okay,,everything is fine now” Kingston said and Alice wipe her tears
“Can I at least get afu-cking hu-g?” She asked and Kingston sighed before stopping the car
He opened his arms and Alice moved into him immediately hu-gging him ti-ghtly,,she missed his scent so much that it’s killing her.
Kingston break the hu-g
“Let’s go somewhere” He said
“Where?”
“You will see” Kingston replied with a short smile
Alice sighed and lean her head on the window before Kingston started the car.

After a while Kingston stopped the car in front of a restaurant,,Alice turned to him
“Restaurant? How did you know I’ve not eaten?” She asked
“I’m Kingston” Kingston said before getting out of the car,Alice also followed
They entered the restaurant and walked away from the other people eating too
One of the waiters led them in until they got to a pri-vate place,the table was set alre-ady
“Wow” Alice muttered staring at the beautiful sight
“Sit down,,” Kingston said and they sat down
“Care for anything else sir?” The waiter asked
“Maybe later” Kingston replied
Alice smiled staring at the food
“You remember my favorite?” She asked and Kingston nodded
“I couldn’t even eat this in school but my appetite is back” Alice said and immediately started eating while Kingston stared at her
“Aren’t you eating?” Alice asked
“I’m not hungry,,just eat up” He said
Alice smiled
“Let’s eat together,,I miss this” She said
Kingston nodded and started eating too,,
“I have something to tell you” Kingston said after a while and Alice dropped the wine she was drinking
“What is it? Are you finally going to tell me why you’ve been quiet all these while?” She asked and Kingston nodded
“I’m listening” She smiled
Kingston held her hand on the table
“I,,,,,” He stopped and sighed
“Is it bad?” Alice asked
“Recently,,I found out,,,,,,Who my father was” He said
Alice listened not saying a word
“He was,,a devil,,,,which means,,,I am not different. I’m not a complete human Alice” Kingston said and Alice’s eyes wi-de-ned
“Really? That’s crazy,,why are you just finding out?” She asked
“I didn’t tell you this before but,,,I’ve had numbers of girlfriends in the past,,,Four girlfriends” Kingston said
“Oh ,,,”
“And they all died” Kingston said and she g-asped
Kingston nodded
“But,,,why?” Alice asked
“I’ve hated my mom all my life thinking she was behind it,,because she never supported me having a girlfriend. But I found out recently that,,,they all died because they are humans” Kingston said
“Hu,,humans? What do you mean?”
“I can’t date a human Alice” Kingston replied and immediately Alice re-moved her hand from his grip
“You,,,,you can’t date a human?” She shuttered
Kingston sighed
“She will end up dying just like others” He said
“So,,,this is why you’ve been trying to distant yourself from me?” Alice asked
“Because I love you Alice”
Alice was shocked
“I love you,,Ifu-cking fell in love with you crazily that it’s ha-rd to control,right now I am hating myself” Tears started rolling down his eyes
“I hate what I am,,I hate what will become of me next month,,,My life is,,messed up right now” He said further
“Next month? What’s happening next month?” Alice asked
“My birthday,,,,mom said,,,I’m becoming a complete demon on my birthday” Kingston said and Alice g-asped covering her mouth with her palm
“So,,,,does this mean,,you won’t get married?” Alice asked
Kingston sighed
“My,,,mate” Kingston muttered and Alice almost lost her stamina
“You,,,you’re going,,to have a mate?” She asked and Kingston nodded
“So,what about me?? What about me,,,I love you too Kingston,,I love you amd it’s driving me nut,,do you know how I’ve been struggling just because you changed to me,,,it’s driving me crazy. How will I cope seeing you with another girl??” Alice broke into tears and stood up
Kingston immediately stood up and hu-gged her
“No!!” She cried out
“This can’t be happening,,,no,,I can’t,,I won’t survive that,,I won’t. I love you so much King,,,don’t leave me,,,don’t” She continue crying
“I’m sorry Alice,,,,I’m so sorry” Kingston said hu-gging her more ti-ghtly while she cried even more in his arms,,her heart breaking into many pieces.
How will she live seeing him with another girl? His mate to be precised,she heard mates can never be separated,soon Kingston will fall in love with his mate because of their bonds.
‘I wish you never show up,,,I wish you don’t show up’ Alice prayed inwardly

SOTG**
“Alice,,,,” Kingston called but she also got down from the car
She wasn’t even herself as she walked
“Alice wait” Kingston called but she didn’t reply,,
“Alice,,,,” Kingston almost ran after her when suddenly he bu-mped into someone and she fell
“Ouch!!” The voice screamed and Kingston stopped immediately
“Are you okay?” He asked the girl on the floor
Moon shook her head
“I’m sorry” Kingston muttered,his eyes not leaving Alice who was still walking
Moon gro-an ed and got his attention
He stretched his hand to her and she resisted a little before taking the hand,,immediately there was a spark and they both felt it In their connected hands
Kingston’s eyes went wi-de and Moon was speechless
*Mate,,,It’s our mate,,,you felt that right?!!!* Serpentina screamed out
Moon and Kingston were still lost staring at each other when suddenly a hand separated their connected hands for-cefully
“Let go of each Other!” Alice snapped almost screaming
Moon moved back still not taking her eyes from Kingston
Alice looked at Kingston,,tears rolling down her eyes,she was looking weak
“Alice,,,,,” Before he could finish,,Alice lost her consciousness and fainted
“Alice!” Kingston caught her before she could fall
