episode 61
king Mason was in his room when the head of guards came to show him a video that was going viral on internet, king Mason wasn’t surprised at the way his children werrr proving their love because he did more than that when his parents stood against his relationship with Elizabeth, he fought for their love till his parents finally blessed them
HEAD OF GUARDS
my king, isn’t that the prince’s hospital?
KING MASON
(He took a proper look)
that’s right….I want you to go to that hospital now and bring my son and the young lady, if the lady is who he wants to be with, I the father will bless him.
HEAD OF GUARDS
But my king, you know the prince will never follow me willingly
KING MASON
And that is why you will go with the staff of authority, nobody dares to disobey that staff.
HEAD OF GUARDS
I will do as you have said my king.
The king took the staff of authority, spoke to it before handling it to the head of guards, without doing that the gods might strike him dead because he is not of royal blood and doesn’t deserve to hold it.
Marcel drove clarissa back to the hospital after she picked whatever it is she went home to pick.
At the door they were hearing the sound of cry, clarissa and Marcel looked at each other, they knew Derrick and kimberly were trying to settle their differences
KIMBERLY
Yout really hurt me Rick
DERRICK
I know and I’m sorry, I’m sorry for all the hurtful things I said to you.
KIMBERLY
But it’s fine….you are my friend right? so what’s friendship if we can not forgive each other…. I forgive you but Derrick I will never forgive your mother.
Marcel and clarissa who were standing behind the door looked at each other in shock
CLARISSA
she knows your mother?
MARCEL
I’m surprised too
Derrick lifted up his face to look at Kimberly, he has been trying to bring up his mother’s case before her but didn’t know how to, thank God she brou-ght it up herself.
DERRICK
My mother? how do you know my mother? and what did she do to you?
Kimberly cried for so long before she finally opened her mouth to speak about all that happened.
KIMBERLY
Two days after you left my house, I went to visit a friend, on my way back home some guys double crossed me, all I remembered was waking up in an uncompleted building and a woman dressed in royalty…. she introduced herself as your mother, how come you never mentioned to me that you are a prince?
Marcel felt so ashamed, he felt ashemed to he born by a woman like that, clarissa pushed the door and entered, she want to stare in the face of her
sister and listen to all she has to say… Derrick felt weak, he couldn’t knee down again, he just sat on the floor.. if his mother was the person who kidnapped Kim it also means she’s the same person that planted the guys that ra-ped her…. The rage his felt, instantly he hated his mother, he wish he could strangle her to death.
CLARISSA
Derrick’s mother was the one who kidnapped you?
KIMBERLY
(She nodds a yes)
She told the hu-ge guy, his name is Snake, she told him to take me to an hotel and deal with me as arranged….. I was confused because if she wanted her men to ra-pe me while take me to an hotel before they do that when they could have possibly do it in the uncompleted building…. when she was going she turned and told snake to inject me with more drugs so that would stop me from shouting when we got to public places.
How we got to the hotel room I have no idea, everything that happened only started to come clear to me after they had taken turns on me and the drugs they injected me wasn’t working anymore.
I was too weak to scream, I just led on the bed and watch them smoke and took turns on my body, they didn’t care if I leave or die…..I was in that hotel room for three days that was what the receptionist who came to collect money told me, she had I have been in for three days and I’m to balance them.
Even Marcel couldn’t help but cry, he cried for the kind of mother God gave him, he cried because of what he would do to his mother if he becomes the king, he cried because his mother has just ruined the last chance he just got from clarissa because she will never accept to he with him after hearing what his mother has done.
Derrick had cry to the point that he could no longer breathe again.
they heard noises outside but they didn’t care to go check, maybe it was an emergency, not until a knock came at their door before Marcel and Derrick un-derstood what the noise was all about
immediately Marcel and Derrick saw the head of guards with the staff of authority, Derrick got up from the floor, him and his brother bowed at the staff, it was the symbol of the king, and whoever that holds it represents the king.
MARCEL
what have you come here to do bearing the staff of authority Jaja?
JAJA
The king your father, has demanded you come back home right now with this young lady standing beside you.
CLARISSA
What? why will the king… I’m going no….
she was saying but Marcel quickly used his hand to cover her mouth, she tried to remove Marcel’s hand but it was so ha-rd for her.
MARCEL
who dares to disobey the king? lead the way Jaja.
Marcel is a true son of the soil, his knows everything about his tradition and he was not ready to go against it.
suddenly Derrick started to discharge kimberly, he removed the drip from her body, he carried kimberly from the bed and started to go outside leaving everyone confuse… he placed Kim in the royal car and entered too.
Marcel un-derstood what his younger brother was doing, he entered the king’s car with clarissa and they all drove away to the palace.
Mrs Elizabeth had only realized the king had given order to Jaja to come bring Marcel and that stupid girl when she saw the video of her son kneeling and begging a commoner in public, she had gone to show her husband the video so he would get angry and punish Marcel and the stupid girl that would make a prince knee down in public but the king disappointed her by telling her he has sent for Marcel and his girlfriend to come back home for his blessings.
Mrs Elizabeth was so angry, she walked out of her husband thinking of what next to do.

episode 62
immediately they arrived at the kingdom, everywhere became darked, it was obvious it was about to rain.
there was a strong thunger and lighten that filled the sky.
the priestess in her shrine saw the uncertainty in the sky, she started to do her incantation, she smiled and danced to their gods, she took her walking stick and headed to the palace.
immediately clarissa step down from the king’s car it started raining heavily.
they had to run inside the palace.
Marcel asked some of the maids to dress clarissa up but had asked them not to dress kimberly.
clarissa was so confuse, she didn’t un-derstand what was going on and Marcel too was no where in sight.
Mrs Elizabeth came to meet Clarissa in the dressing room
MRS ELIZABETH
you leave us
(she said to the maid who ran out immediately)
you must really have a death wish
CLARISSA
Death wish?
(she said with anger written in her eyes)
MRS ELIZABETH
You have walked into this palace with your both legs, watch how you will leave with no leg.
CLARISSA
You evil woman, you don’t scare me at all.
MRS ELIZABETH
I have come to look at your face for the last time.
CLARISSA
I don’t know what you are planning but whatever it is….here’s for sending your men to ra-pe my sister.
she said giving the queen two dirty slap-s on the cheeks, the queen screamed in pain and Marcel who was already heading toward where clarissa was ran inside immediately.
clarissa held her cheeks pretending like she was the one that got hit.
Mrs Elizabeth was shocked, she thought she was evil but today she met someone more evil than herself.
CLARISSA
(crying)
after everything mum did to my sister she still hit me….what I’m I doing here Marcel? it’s obvious I will never be accepted her.
MARCEL
You should be ashmed of yourself queen mother, I regret every having you as a mother.
(he spat on the floor)
you disgust me.
He said and pulled clarissa by the arms and touching her cheeks
MARCEL
sorry about the slap, the king will see us now.
they walked out on the queen, clarissa turn to look at her for the last time and smi-rked evily.
The queen wanted to die, she wished she could unleash her demon but king Mason would be very mad at her so she kept her cool and started to head to the throne room too “and who the hell is her sister”
she screamed inwardly.
Marcel stood in front of his father with his woman, he bowed to his father in respect, clarissa did the same thing too.
KING MASON
I must say I’m very disappointed with you marcel, for deceiving me and the entire throne.
MARCEL
I’m sorry father, the house was too hurt for me, mother was against my happiness… I had to go….I’m truly sorry.
KING MASON
You should have come to me son
MARCEL
I’m sorry father.
KING MASON
(there was a thun-der sound outside)
I see you found your happiness
MARCEL
(He looked at clarissa and smiled)
yes dad, I finally found my happiness, the woman that makes my blood flows very well.
KING MASON
If she’s the one you have chosen, then….
he was saying but the priestess interrupted him
PRIESTESS
He is not the one who has chosen her but the gods.
everyone turn to look at his direction, the queen wondered what nonsense the priestess was talking about.
all the while Derrick was still in his room with kimberly, he was trying to calm his anger before presenting kimberly to his dad.
KING MASON
(Confuse)
how do you mean mouthpiece of the gods?
PRIESTESS
The rain, the rain is a symbol of acceptance, the moment she stepped into the kingdom the sky changed and immediately she got into the palace the sky opened and poured down rain….. she’s not only accepted by your son, even the gods have been waiting for her.
MRS ELIZABETH
impossible, you lie….how can a commoner be accepted by the gods?
PRIESTESS
(She looked at her and shook her head)
it’s a pity how you have quickly forgotten…. my king, you know the costume and traditions of your land…. your parents never told you this because you were adamant in marrying the queen…. the day you were to pick a wife, you went in love with her beauty and neglected the woman the gods picked for you, you chose your own path and the gods left you to your fate…. but because of your son the gods have decided to shine on this kinddom again by bringing her to your son… do what is necessary before it’s too late.
MRS ELIZABETH
(Very angry now)
but the tradition says the wife to the crown prince must be pure and never be with a man before…. she’s not a V¡rgin.
MARCEL
How can you tell if one is a V¡rgin ? is it written on the face?
that moment Derrick walked inside the throne room with kimberly beside him, immediately the queen saw her she froze, she thought Derrick and Kimwe’re no longer together, she thought she had played her cards well… where did she lose guard?
DERRICK
(He bowed)
i greet you my father, priestess of our land I greet you too.
KIMBERLY
long live the king
(she bowed a little)
KING MASON
Today my old eyes have behold nothing but true beauty…. who is she to you?
DERRICK
She’s a friend father, but today in present of you dad, and the priestess I will like to ask her to marry me.
Derrick knew exactly what he was doing, he already made plans with kimberly, if you want to catch a monkey, you act like a monkey.
MRS ELIZABETH
what? what is wrong with this children? never you can never marry this girl Derrick, she’s a sl-ut
KING MASON
Do you know her ?
MARCEL
of course father, you know your qeeen will not react like this if she doesn’t know her… so queen mother we will love to hear it….where did you meet her? and for the record mum, kimberly is my woman’s sister so we are of the opinion that she has a good character….why would you think otherwise?
Mrs Elizabeth being the smart woman that she is immediately knew the game her children were playing.
She went upstairs and locked herself up, she took her phone and called snake.
SNAKE
greet…
MRS ELIZABETH
I want you to eliminate those girls
SNAKE
what girls ma?
MRS ELIZABETH
How come you never told me those two were related? the girls my two sons are seeing?
SNAKE
I never knew…. I will do as you have said
MRS ELIZABETH
I will call you once they leave the palace.
SNAKE
I will be waiting.
Derrick told his dad everything his mother has done, the king was so bittered and wanted to take action immediately but Marcel stopped him, they have no evidence yet, they would have gotten one if she had spilled where she met kimberly from because Derrick was recording their conversation but Mrs Elizabeth was wise she left
KING MASON
love has the power to bring a man up, and to bring a man down….. my love for your mother had brou-ght me down…. I should have listen to my parents, now my children are suffering from the fruit of my
disobedience.
The king got up from his throne and walked up to kimberly, he tou-ched her cheeks softly and Kimberly looked down in shame.
KING MASON
forgive me my child, I’m sorry you had to suffer from the fruit of my disobedience.
Kim burst into tears and the king hu-gged her.
