“The water has been poisoned,” she said, her voice shaking. “Get it tested immediately!”
Sophie kneeled immediately as the guard rushed to her, and held her
“It’s not what you think Your Majesty,” Sophie said and started crying
The maids were Ali in the room already one of them was smirking
“I knew you were up to no good” Mary one of the maids shouted
King Romano rushed inside the room and hugged Caterina who was crying already
Caterina was inconsolable, her tears flowing freely as she clung to her father.
“I don’t understand,” she sobbed.
“How can she do this? Why would she want to hurt me?” King Romano held her close, his expression filled with pain and confusion.
“Take her to the dungeon, till I’m ready to make a judgment about her,” King Romano said
The guards escorted Sophie to the dungeon, their faces expressionless as they led her down the winding stone steps. Sophie’s eyes were wide with fear, and she couldn’t help but wonder what would happen to her. Would she be punished for something she didn’t do?
Would she be locked up for the rest of her life? She felt sick to her stomach as she thought about her future, and she wished that she could just disappear.
Caterina sat on the bed while still hugging King Romano
“It’s okay” Romano pat her
“The queen is here your majesty” The Royal announcer announced as the queen rush in
The queen’s entrance was like a breath of fresh air, and Caterina felt a wave of relief wash over her.
The queen was dressed in a beautiful gown, her face serene and calm. As she walked up to Caterina, she reached out and took her hand.
“I’m so sorry that this has happened to you,” the queen said, her voice full of compassion.
“We will do everything we can to find out what happened.” Caterina nodded, her eyes filling with tears. “Thank you,” she whispered.
Vikky who was shaking vigorously walked to them
“Where were you when this thing happened” Queen Alice asked
Vikky took a deep breath as if trying to gather her courage. “I was in the kitchens, Your Majesty,” she said, her voice shaking.
“You shouldn’t trust the new maids so easily to the extent of her coming in here alone,” Queen Alice said
“Jenna here was the one who informed me about it,” Caterina said
The queen turned to Jenna, her face filled with surprise.
“Jenna, is this true?” she asked. Jenna nodded, her eyes downcast.
“I…I saw her talking to someone on the phone, that was how I knew her plan” Caterina felt her stomach churning
King Romano stood up and rushed out, his face was like a stone as he strode out of the room, his steps echoing in the silence. No one dared to speak as they watched him go, and Caterina could feel the tension in the air.
“Let’s take you to the king’s chamber,” Queen Alice said

(Dungeon)
Sophie could be seen crying as she remembered how she had fallen into Jenna’s trap
(flashback)
Sophie was walking to the kitchen when she met Jenna on her way
Jenna had a smile on her face, but it didn’t reach her eyes.
“Hello, Sophie,” she said, her voice sickly sweet.
“I was just on my way to get some tea. Would you like some?” Sophie felt a chill run down her spine. She knew that Jenna was being too friendly and that it was a trap. But she couldn’t just turn and walk away.
“No, thank you,” she said, trying to keep her voice steady.
“I’m not thirsty.”
Jenna’s smile faded, and her eyes narrowed. “Are you sure?” she asked, her voice taking on a harder edge.
“It’s no trouble at all. I could get you a cup in no time.” Sophie felt her heart racing. She knew that if she said no, Jenna would see it as a challenge, and she didn’t want to anger her. But she also didn’t want to give in to her manipulation.
“I am not thirsty,” she said, her voice firm. “Thank you, but I’ll pass.”
“You already know what I want from you anyway “Jenna smirked
“I told you I can’t do it, I can’t do anything to hurt the queen,” Sophie said
“Well guess I have to let everyone know how you killed your sister so that you can be a maid in the palace,” Jenna said and Sophie’s eyes widened
“I’ll do it….please don’t tell anyone” Sophie Quickly said
“Now you’re talking” Jenna smiled
“All You have to do is to put this in the queen’s drink then you’re good to go but if someone catches you, the only judgment they’ll make is to send you away from the palace, then I’ll give you a sum of 5 thousand dollars to start a new life,” Jenna said
Sophie felt her hands shaking, and her heart was racing
“I will do it” She nodded
(End of flashbacks)
If I had known, I would not have accepted it” Sophie cried

(Rachel Suite)
Rachel could be seen working on her laptop as Clara and Clark entered
“You didn’t go to work Mom,” Clara asked
Rachel looked up from her laptop and smiled at her daughter.
“I took the day off,” she said, her voice light and casual. “I wanted to spend some time with you since I’ve been so busy lately. What do you say we go out for some ice cream?” Clara’s eyes lit up, and she smiled widely.
“That sounds like fun!” she said, her voice filled with excitement. She was happy to spend time with her mother, and ice cream was the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
Tedros entered the room
“Uncle Tedros” Clark rushes to him
Tedros had developed a fondness for the twins, even though they were still so young. He found their innocence and curiosity refreshing, and he enjoyed their company.
They were always full of questions, and they never failed to make him laugh. He knew that his relationship with the twins was somewhat unorthodox, but he couldn’t help but enjoy their company. He felt like he could be himself around them, and that was something he hadn’t experienced in a long time.
“Oh Princess Rachel, I did not know you were around” Tedros bowed
“I wanted to spend time with my children, and thanks for always being with them” Rachel smiled
“It’s my pleasure, your Majesty” he replied
“What’s going on in the palace” Rachel asked
“Oh, one of the Queen’s maids tried to poison her drink” Tredos replied
Rachel’s eyes widened, and she sat up straighter in her chair.
“What?” she exclaimed, her voice full of shock.
“Are you sure about this?” Tedros nodded, his expression grave.
“I have no doubt,” he said, his voice gravelly. “I was there when it happened. I saw everything.”
Rachel’s face turned pale, and she sank back in her chair.
“This is…this is not good,” she said, her voice trembling.
“I’ll be back” Rachel rushed out leaving the Twins with Tedros

(King Chamber)
Caterina could be seen lying down on the bed while Queen Alice patted her gently
“Mother” Rachel called as she entered
The queen turned to see Rachel enter the room, and she smiled warmly at her daughter.
“I just heard about what happened,” Rachel said
“I can’t believe I hired a murderer,” Queen Alice said
“It okay Mother,” Rachel said and sat beside her, she faced Caterina who was already sleeping

(Judgment Hall)
The room was silent as Sophie was brought in, her head hung low in shame. She knew what she had done was wrong, and she was terrified of the consequences. She felt the weight of everyone’s stares, and she knew that her future was in the hands of the queen. She tried to keep her composure, but she could feel her nerves fraying at the edges. She took a deep breath and waited for the queen to speak.
The queen’s voice was clear and calm, but it was filled with authority.
“You were found guilty of attempting to poison my queen, you will be sent far away from this city forever,” King Romano said
Sophie felt the blood drain from her face, and her heart dropped to her stomach. She knew that she had made a terrible mistake, but she didn’t think that she would be banished for it.
She opened her mouth to protest, but no words came out. She felt utterly defeated, and she could only stand there, her eyes filled with tears. The king’s decision was final, and she knew that there was nothing she could do to change it.
She felt a hand on her shoulder, and she turned to see Queen Caterina looking at her with compassion.
“I don’t know why you did that, but I cannot change the king’s decision,” the queen said.
“However, I will ensure that you are taken care of and given a chance to start over.” Sophie’s heart was heavy, but she felt a glimmer of hope.
She was grateful for the queen’s words, and she clung to that hope as she was led away from the hall.
King Romano and Queen Caterina walked side by side, their fingers intertwined. The king’s face was set in a determined expression, but the queen’s was more thoughtful. She knew that the king’s decision was necessary, but she couldn’t help but feel a pang of sadness for the girl who had been so desperate to make a better life for herself.
They were still walking with the guard behind them when Queen Caterina’s leg started feeling heavy, she fainted immediately
King Romano’s eyes widened in alarm as he saw Caterina’s face go pale and her body go limp.
He caught her before she could fall, and he cradled her in his arms.
“Caterina!” he cried out, his voice full of panic.
“Wake up! Wake up, my love!” But she did not stir, and the king’s heart was in his throat. He looked at the guard
“Go get a doctor!”he shouted
The guard took off at a run, his footsteps echoing through the castle. king Romano held the Caterina close, his heart pounding in his chest. He had never felt so afraid, and he couldn’t bear the thought of losing her. He pressed his ear to her chest, listening for a heartbeat. He let out a sigh of relief when he heard a faint thump, but he knew that the queen was still in danger.
The doctor arrived moments later, his bag of medical supplies slung over his shoulder. He knelt beside the king and took the queen’s pulse, his expression grave.
“We need to get her to her chambers immediately,” he said, his voice urgent.
King Romano nodded and carried Caterina in his arms, following the doctor to her room.
Old Queen Alice and Caterina gathered around, their faces filled with worry.
“What happened to her?”Rachel asked
The Royal Doctor sighs and faces King Romano
“The Queen is stressed and it isn’t good for her condition” he said
“Condition?”
“Yes, i know it sound somehow but the queen is carrying a child,And it’s just a day”he said
