Stephanie slowly opened her eyes. She hissed in pains, ru-b-bing her ne-ck.
“Finally! You’re awake” Nathan spoke.
Stephanie slowly sat up, ru-b-bing her ne-ck. She was surprised to see she was at home.
“How come?” She spoke.
“I called you and you weren’t picking so I came to your company and met you unconscious on the floor” Nathan said.
Stephanie nodded. Her eyes wide-ned when she couldn’t see Scarlett..
“Scarlett!! Where’s Scarlett!!” She made to stand up but Nathan pulled her back.
“She… Was with you,,, right?” Angelo said.
Stephanie gasped when she remembered what happened..
“I think she got kindappéd” Stephanie muttered and the rest gasped.
Raymond folded his fists..
“So he finally began his plans huh? We’ll see about that…” Raymond said and stood up..
“Where arr you heading to?” Nathan asked.
“To fulfill my promise,, save Scarlett and you guys nee-d to watch this.. You’ll un-derstand more better. Nathan, I nee-d you to stay here and watch over them” Raymond handed a flash drive to Angelo before leaving.
“What’s this?” Angelo said, looking at the drive.
“Oh no… Not Scarlett this time” Julia muttered, feeling so scared.
Stephanie pushed Nathan away and went after Raymond.
“Steph!!” Nathan tried going after her but he stopped when he remembered the order Raymond gave him.
“Steph…” He called worriedly.

Scarlett slowly opened her eyes and her hand went to her head as it was throbbing really ha-rd.
She sat up and was surprised to see she was laying on a bed, in a strange room. She gasped when she remembered what happened.
Fear gripped her as she looked round the area, feeling so scared right now.
Her eyes finally landed on Jayce who was sitting on a sofa in front of him, smoking with a gun in his hand.
“Jayce…” She muttered.
Jayce smiled and dropped his cigarette.
“Just stay quiet Scar, don’t worry… We’ll soon be together. Nothing to stop our love from happening”
“Our love? You and who?” Scarlett blurted out and rolled her eyes.
“Look Jayce… If this is a joke it’s not funny,” Scarlett said and came down the bed.
Jayce smiled and stood up. He walked to her and brushed his hand on her cheek to her shoulder.
Scarlett took a step back.
“Stop this Jayce, you’re not like this”
“And how will you know that I’m not like this when all you care about is Raymond!” Jayce snapped.
Scarlett just kept quiet.
“I know that as we speak now, Raymond is rushing to us but you know what? It’s good, let him come… I’ll finally send him to Aurora so that he can form a complete family with her and his baby” Jayce said.
Scarlett’s hands flew to her mouth.
“Don’t tell me-”
“Yeah yeah!, I kílled his wife and blah blah blah” Jayce rolled his eyes, playing with the gun in his hand.
“You’re a monster…” Scarlett said breathlessly.
“I was born one, I live in it… Unfortunately, that little br@t called Tara found out my secret when we were young. She saw me stabbing our nanny so I had to silence her… Unfortunately, she narrowedly escape deàth. When I think you guys wrongly accused Monica” Jayce chuckled.
Scarlett didn’t know when her hand flew to his cheek, slapping him soundly. Jayce’s face bent to the side.
He tou-ched his cheek and looked at Scarlett angrily. Before she could react, he grabbed her ne-ck and pinned her on the wall
He then slammed his li-ps rou-ghly on hers, grabbing her as-s. Scarlett hit his che-st, trying to break free but he was stronger.
She then bit his li-ps ha-rd. Jayce winced loudly, releasing her. Scarlett then spit on his face.
“bi-tch !!” Jayce snapped and slapped her but immediately regretted it.
Scarlett fell down, her li-ps bursted. She tou-ched her bloody li-ps and looked at Jayce.
“So sorry my love” Jayce crouched down and tried touching her hair but she slapped his hand away..
“This is not the Jayce I know… Don’t touch me” Scarlett said.
Jayce frowned..
“Since you don’t want to cooperate then I’ll make sure you won’t be happy. Since I can’t have you, no one will” Jayce said and stood up.
He left the room and locked it behind.
Scarlett hu-gged her knees, letting her tears out..
“Jayce,,,, why?”

In a deserted and dusty road, a car could be seen speeding cràzily on it.
Raymond’s gaze remained fixed on the road as he drove at full speed to where Scarlett is being kept.
Good thing he thought of placing a tracking device on the ne-cklace he gave Scarlett so it was leading them to the direction.
Yes, I said them. Behind Raymond’s car was many cars following him behind… His men!!
“Ray…” A voice called.
Raymond was surprised to see Stephanie sit up right at the pas-senger seat behind. Looks like she followed him.
“Stephanie? What are you doing here?” Raymond said.
“I want to save my sister too” Stephanie said.
Raymond looked at her from the mirror. He sighed and faced back the road…

“Can’t believe final exams are in the corner… Fu-ck!” Ursula Gr0-ned.
“But its really good. Next year will be our last year in highschool” Tara chirped in.
“Yeah” Sophia smiled..
They watched as the guys approached them.
“Babe!” Sophia jumped on Ash.
They ki-ssed briefly. Tara and Ursula rolled their eyes..
“I bought two tickets for us… Let’s go watch a movie” Ash said.
“Sounds nice!” Sophia said.
“Bye guys!” They both waved as they left..
“Skye let’s follow them. We’ll make it a double date, expenses are on me” Ursula said.
“But I don’t-”
Ursula hu-gged his arm and began pulling him away.
“No buts! Let’s go!!” She said.
Jackson chuckled as he watched them leave. He turned to Tara.
“I wanted to go visit Monica’s grave. Wanna tag along?” Jackson said.
“Yeah!, sure!!” Tara said.
Jackson nodded and led the way.. She followed behind.

Scarlett raised her head from her knees, her face all red. She stood up and went to the window, it was locked.
Her eyes wide-ned when she saw numerous cars packing not from the gate. The door of the first car opened and Raymond came out along with Stephanie.
“Oh no… You shouldn’t have come” Scarlett shook her head.
Suddenly Scarlett felt nauseous. She quickly covered her mouth and rushed in the small bathroom in the room, throwing up..
Once she was done, she rinsed her mouth and sighed sitting down on the floor in the bathroom.
“This was supposed to be a surprise for you Ray…” Scarlett said, ru-b-bing her tummy.
Scarlett closed her eyes, praying inwardly…

“You came?” Jayce said with his mask on.
His men all stoof behind him in their numbers…
“Bring out my girl… Right now” Raymond said calmly.
“You will have to kíll me” Jayce said..
“Looks like I don’t have a choice.. Also I don’t know what you’re still doing with that mask on Jayce” Raymond said.
Jayce chuckled and pulled off his mask.
“You’re more intelligent than I thought” Jayce said and ran his hand throu-ghhis hair…
“Bro… Bro… Brother?” Stephanie stuttered.
