Chapter Sixty Four :
Zoe
My body kept trembling, Ares already turn cold, what should I do, how did it get to this point, the only thing I saw was Ares walking towards me, I wasn’t holding a sword
Starring at Ares it felt like I was in shock with what was happening, I had no idea what to do and what not to do but am sure of one thing Ares shouldn’t leave me, he has pa-ssed throu-gha lot for me and now he wants to leave me??
Lifting the sword I inhale the scent, still the Acria of death but this time it didn’t last for five hours before working, it took effect immediately, which means peach set the time behind its work but then why did she give him five hours the last time
Dropping the sword I place my ears on Ares che-st, his heart is still beating but very slow, I still have time, he isn’t totally gone, I can save him. Opening his mouth I close my eyes and recite the ancient spells but nothing came out
I know I recite them correctly but still yet nothing is working, last time he drank the poison but this time it was stab straight to his heart. Peach knew I could drag the poison so that’s the reason she resulted in making me stab his che-st, the poison moving to his heart immediately. That way five hours isn’t needed, it starts it work immediately
Once the poison is in his heart they is only one way to cure him, to find the antidote but where do I start, if I can get the spells book from the descendants layer I can make one for him. I have to do this
Using magic I lift Ares to my room, place him on the bed, recite an spell to make his heart keep beating till I return. His face looks so pale, I really hurt him, I never knew I could do such a thing to Ares
How could I forget how much we love each other, he almost died for me and I couldn’t do the same for him ” am sorry ” a tear drop from my eyes ” am sorry for everything, I hurt you didn’t I, I broke your heart, I made you cry, please believe I didn’t mean to do all that, I was stupid” I sniff ” I forgot how much I love you, who does that, who leaves the one they love. I know you’re angry, you have a right to be but dont you dare leave me alone in this world, am going to get your cure, so please wait. Wait for me ” kis-sing his forehead I exhale ready for what ever is coming

Successfully entering their hide out I hide behind the dressing room, Sonia seems to be on guard during this time, if I can get her to help me then everything will be easy. I just need to find where she is
The whole place fill with descendants roaming about, it won’t be easy to get into the training room, I know peach must have spread rumors already. Thinking for a second, a spell got into my head, I have never tried it before but I hope it work
Touch of resemblance, with this spell I can look like whoever I want, I recite the spell picking Sonia body, it all about hallucinations, people see what I want them to see. Walking into the crowds people wave me hands and I do the same
Arriving in the training my face grow into smiles, that’s was too smooth, hope nothing happen, opening the door I walk quietly in, close it and tip toe towards the book of spells placed in the middle of the hall, no one seem to be here
” I got it” lifting it up I close it and place it close to my che-st, looks like the gods are with me today, I can’t keep Ares waiting I have to hurry back to him
Turning around I stop on my tracks, Fred stood there starring at me, his gaze move to the book then my face ” Sonia??” Swallowing I had nothing to say to him, my voice isn’t like Sonia’s, he will know the difference, I can’t talk if not all I work for will be burn to ashes
If this place doesn’t have a magic circle around it I should have been able to disappear, Fred step forward ” look am sorry about what happen last night, am your trainer, that wasn’t supposed to happen ”
Looks like Sonia should be mad at him for some reasons so I just smile at him to get this over with ” so you’re no longer angry right “I nod ” am glad you un-derstand, the kis-s was amazing I swear its just me ” Sonia and Fred kis-sed???
My eyes widen at that, I must look surprise ” Sonia, are you okay ” blinking my eyes I stare at Fred, Sonia likes Fred and he is trying to push her away but I dont have time for match making
I quickly nod my head and walk pa-ss him, hoping he won’t drag me back or try to stop me, I dont have time for this ” Sonia??” I clench my fist together, my anger rising ” where are you taking that book to ” turning around I meet Fred curious eyes, what do I do, how do I get out of this without talking ” Sonia??”
I should run, they is no other way, Fred and I stare at each other before I suddenly turn and start running, the door seem to be far, Fred footsteps are drawing closer ” who are you !!” He yell, I didn’t respond, just kept running then suddenly stopped
Sonia and peach walk in the same time, I blink my eyes, I have no idea what to do now or how to get the hell out of here. Sonia stare at me confused but peach seem to be smiling
I have to hurry back to Ares but how?

Chapter Sixty Five :
Zoe
Peach clap her hands and move closer ” isn’t it Zoe, why still hiding, break the spell and show everybody what a descendant is doing for a knight ” the council and others are already in the training room
Murmurs coming from all parts of the room but I dont have time for this now, the only thing I can do is think of a way to escape. Breaking the spell everyone gasp but Sonia look sad ” Zoe why??”
” I have to go, make way for me ” I yell and peach chuckle ” you are not leaving this place Zoe. Never ” the council move closer
” Zoe, you have betrayed the descendants and what you must suffer is death nothing else ” the leader of the council said ” captured her ” guards from all angles are moving towards my direction. I have absolutely no idea of what to do next, they are getting close by the minute, I can’t let them have this book
Someone touch my shoulder making me flinch ” we are getting out of here” that voice, Fred wants to help me but why?? Before I knew what’s happening am in the air, he is flying us out of this place
” don’t let them escaped ” the council yell, I look down watching guards still running after us, the moment we come out of the descendants hide out we vanish into thin air, that way they won’t find us
He let go of my wa-ist dropping me slowly on the ground, I turn and stare at him ” thank you Fred, I owe you one ” hugging him I smile ” thanks so much ” withdrawing I could see that he isn’t smiling
” go, hurry up and do the antidote ” he shove his hands in his pocket ” I may hate my brother but don’t wish him to die ” with that he turn around and left, what does that mean, he still have brotherly feelings for Ares??
Shaking my head I look around the forest before disappearing back to Ares place, running upstairs with a bowl in my hands I open the door, sit on the floor and open the book trying to find the Acria of death
All the materials needed for the antidote are here, reciting an ancient spell I made them appear one after the other then start mixing them together hopping for the water to appear soon
It took me five minutes to finish, I quickly sit next to Ares on the bed, open his mouth and pour it. Sitting patiently I know it will take time before it work but I can’t help it. Am scared that I did something wrong
Five minutes gone and his skin is still pale, I dont un-derstand, what did I do wrong, did I mix it wrongly, going throu-ghthe ingredients one more time I became confuse, tears dropping from my eyes, I followed the instructions so why isn’t it working out
” little mouse ” the moment I heard that voice I quickly stand up and move to his side, his body gradually getting warm, he look at me and smile ” you smell awful ” I was crying and laughing, I have never felt this happy before
” you’re awake ” I muttered, he nod his head and close his eyes ” just a little bit tired, you should know that Ares can’t die ” running my hands throu-ghhis che-st, the part I stab has healed up ” am sorry ” more tears are forming in my eyes ” I should have done something, I just watch you suffer, I…..” His fingers on my li-ps shut me up
He open his arms ” come ” without wasting time I lay beside him placing my head on his che-st ” is not your fault little mouse, anyone will do what you did. Am glad you stab me, that way you remembered ”
” what if you had died ”
” but I didn’t ” he muttered robbing my back ” that’s all that matters, we are together now, I know you must be tired just sleep in my arms and when you wake up tomorrow it will be a new day ” nodding my head I close my eyes and fall asleep

Waking up I look around, Ares is no where to be found, he might be downstairs. Getting off the bed I yawn then head to the bathroom, take my bath, brush my teeth and change into a blue summer dress, tieing my hair into a neat donut with the aid of a pin
Moving downstairs Charles voice stop me ” madam, sir is in the library ” nodding I move to the elevator, press the floor number and it took me there. I slowly open the door, he sat there, legs crossed, eye gla-ss place on his face as he concentrate on the book
He doesn’t look like someone that almost died last night ” good morning ” I muttered moving towards his direction and like usual he just look at me then back to his book
No matter how ha-rd I try this library fascinates me, is so huge and big ” Ares” grabbing the book from his hands I proceeded in sitting on his lap then removing his gla-sses, he squee-zehis face ” little mouse, have you added weight ”
My eyes widen and I quickly shook my head ” No, I have been running around the forest like for ever, I should lose weight ” looking at my arms I pout my li-ps ” I don’t feel heavy ” my gaze travel back to him ” should I stand up ” blinking my eyes he chuckle
Its been awhile I see him laugh, dimples appear in his cheek, he is so yummy ” stop starring ” he clear his throat and once again, his cheek seem to redden. He is embarra-ssed” Ares you’re blus-hing ” it left my mouth before I could even think
” shut it ” he gro-an covering his face ” why do this happen when you’re around ” using my hands I bring his down, the blus-h still there
” because you” I poke his cheek ” love me ” I poke the other side and chuckle. His right hand cu-p my tits unexpected, my whole face turn red
” I love my ice creams too”
