” are you sure you can walk” I muttered trying to stop Ares from moving, he gave me a strange look before shaking his head ” am not as weak as you think little mouse ” I watch him get off the bed, the skull tattoo on his back got my attention and if am not mistaken that shit looks alive, like its starring at me
hell put on his shirt, bu-tton it and exhale ” I can’t believe what happen to me last night ” he turn around and look at me ” what poison is that ” standing up I grab the cu-p I place it in, already turn black which means my hunch was right
” Acria of death ” his eyes widen at that, he knows what the poison is capable of, the moment it place in your system, it kills all your vital organ as you slowly die
” who will use that on me, it has to be a descendant” he gro-an running his hands throu-ghhis hair ” how could I be so careless last night ”
” whoever use this on you, really hates you ” throwing the cu-p out of the window, turning around he stare at me quietly not saying a damn word, what’s going throu-ghhis head
He step closer ” did you tell anyone you were coming to kill me ” I shook my head ” did anyone follow you ” I shake my head once more and he frown ” this doesn’t make sense, how long can it take for the poison to start its effect ”

My gaze move back to hell, his eyes half silver, half green. How is that even possible, he stand still starring at all of them carefully, they are over thirty, who needs this much servant anyway
Hell suddenly stopped, grab her hair and pull her out of the line, she use her hands and smack hell hands away ” peach??” I said surprised, how did she know I was here, I never suspected her to be here
” so you can still scent me even after using the kis-s of blindness on myself” peach muttered impress ” and you also survived from the poison, am intrigue hell or should I call you Ares ” his name is Ares
The name I keep muttering whenever I kis-s him is his name?? ” how did you get in here ” Ares gro-an getting pissed
” throu-gha loophole ” she wink at me and I clench my hands ” a fellow descendant of ours betray us and decide to stay with a knight, like mother like daughter ”
” keep my mother out of this ” I gro-an, Ares grab her arm and pull her close to him, isn’t he scared of her at all, she might just stab him with another poison
” when I speak to you, I expect you to listen then prepare to die” peach chuckle ” I can’t die together Ares, Zoe can’t have all the good things in life, I want you too ” I watch Ares brows furrow but before he could do anything she kis-s him, the kis-s might have last for minutes but it was so fast that within second she disappeared
Ares step back and cover his mouth, what is he thinking, his gaze met mine, he look confused” she is fast ” he muttered bringing his hands down, his breathing aren’t even
” how long did the kis-s last ”
” twenty minutes ” He muttered frowning

How could she be this fast, I couldn’t even detect her movements and she kis-sed me for a long time, what is she, she is not just a descendant, I can smell it, she is something I can’t explain, killing her will be difficult
Is it possible she is stronger compare to me, my powers aren’t enough, do I need to found more….
A warm hand brou-ght me back to reality, Zoe cu-pping my face, she lift herself a bit then kis-s me, I was surprised at her actions, she wrap her hands around my ne-ck and de-eperen the kis-s even more
My hands move to her wa-ist and pull her closer, has she completely forgotten that the maids are watching us, I responded to her kis-s, rou-ghand at the same time soft. It was amazing
Zoe break the kis-s, her whole face red ” I hate it that she got to kis-s you ” she bit her li-ps and I smile before waving the maids to leave ” is it jealousy I smell ” I muttered, she blink her face in confusion

” if I can get you to kis-s me just like that once more than I have to find other girls to make you jealous ”
” don’t you dare” I chuckle at her childishness, that peach of a person didn’t just kis-s me and go, she tried poisoning me once more and if I didn’t responded it will take effect
What kind of poison does that, I will say her powers are poison, maybe she is the one that creates them, how long has she lived to be that fast. Her liking me is a bad thing, I don’t need her trying to win me or hurt Zoe in the process
Because I might do to her what I did to lunox and won’t regret it one bit ” Ares” Zoe said gaining my attention, she is frowning ” can you stop thinking about her when am standing right here ” my li-ps curve into a smile ” don’t smile at me” she is jealous, I watch her walk upstairs angrily

Ares
” they is no way I would do that” Zoe kept grumbling on our way back from the cinema ” they didn’t allow us in because we brou-ght outside food?? Who does that ” she is yelling now but back there she was quite just shaking her head ” am glad we left there. Those people are stupid ”
Ignoring her I focus on the road, my mind partially occu-pied with peach, I dont know why?? I can’t stop thinking about her, did she recite some ancient spell before kis-sing me, all what I can think of is her
Damn not, this isn’t something good. What did she do to me ” Ares!!” Zoe voice got my attention and I stare at her ” we just pa-ssed your house ” looking around I gro-an, it has gotten to this point I can’t think straight. Driving back, I pack the car, open my door and step out
Placing my hand on the car I gro-an, it felt like someone pounding my head with full for-ce and the only face I can see is peach but someone is calling me, I blink my eyes but peach is all I see ” peach ” I feel a hot sting on my cheek
I blink thrice finally seeing clearly ” little mouse ” I muttered ” did you just slap me ” I rise my brow at her, she look worried ” what’s wrong, tell me ”
” is nothing ” I muttered smiling ” just a migraine nothing else ” holding myself I manage to walk inside the house before laying on the couch, my breathing heavy all of a sudden, sweats forming on my forehead ” fu-ck!”
” Ares what’s wrong ” she touch my forehead, check my eyes, my piles then open my mouth ” oh my god ” she gasp, her eyes fill with worry ” your tongue is black ”
” which means ??” I asked, am losing my power, I could feel myself getting weak as minutes pa-ss by ” peach is trying to control you, trying to make you think of only her, make you her slave that will do anything for her” Zoe muttered ” the mula of love, an ancient love spell done by kis-sing ”
” how do you get rid of this ” I asked, my head hurt seriously, I couldn’t even see clearly anymore, everything has peach face on it, her long dark hair, those grey eyes shining and the pink kis-sable li-ps just for me
Using my hands I slap my face, what the hell am I thinking, peach isn’t beautiful but ugly ” I dont know Ares, only the person that cast the spell can free you. You’re in peach hands now ”

I stand and watch Ares suffer, fighting against the spell, is either peach set him free or the person he loves kis-s him, taking the spell instead of him which means if I kis-s him, I will be un-der peach control
Should I do that, do I want peach all over Ares, touching and doing whatever she wants to do to him. This is really a tough decision, maybe Ares is made for peach and he should learn to love her
Maybe he will realize I don’t love him to sacrifice this much for him, he is someone I should fight. I never knew peach could be this cruel, she always act like my friend, gist and follow me around but I dont really care if she want Ares, she can have him
I step back, Ares look at me confused ” what’s wrong ” he asked, he looks so sad ” isn’t there any other Zoe, isn’t there any other way for me to think about only you ” why is he saying that, I cover my mouth and shake my head
I watch him clench his fist and nod ” what do you take me as Zoe ” he smile ” a fool that dont know about ancient spells, you should know am a half wizard ” he shook his head, I know his head still hurts ” its funny that I will think am finally getting to you and the next minute you’re pushing me away ” his gaze met mine, he smiled ” I un-derstand, am your enemy, you can’t kis-s me and take this pain, you hate me ”

” you dont love me either ” he smile ” am a guy forcing himself on you” he close his eyes and gro-an inwardly ” I won’t for-ce you anymore, I might not even care about you any moments from now, its funny that I almost killed myself for you but you can’t do the same. You’re not my Zoe, I dont know who you are anymore. I just” he fall to his knees and hold his che-st, what am I doing, am watching him pa-ss throu-ghall this pain ” I want my little mouse back, that’s all I ask ” a tear drop from his eyes before peach appear grinding all over
” he is mine now Zoe ” I watch Ares eyes turn completely dark, he smile while standing and walk towards peach, cu-p her face and kis-s her. My hands clench together, I watch him kis-s her de-eperly and I can’t do anything, am not his Zoe, am not his little mouse
For some reason that word hurt like a arrow thrown to my che-st, grabbing Ares hand I pull him away from her ” stop doing that ” slapping him, I watch him frown then slap me, I didn’t bulge which surprise me
I stare at Ares, he is fighting, he is holding back ” dont you interfere with Ares and I Zoe ” peach walk closer ” he doesn’t belong to you ”
” he belongs to no one peach” I step closer ” I thought you were kind, I taught you were good, I trusted you like a friend ”
” have you forgotten the saying that, don’t trust a book by its cover. You saw what I wanted you to see, everybody knows you were in love with Ares and they were scared you will meet him and fall again that’s why they lock you up ” peach gro-an ” you aren’t strong compare to me, they treated you like a Queen which was absurd, you didn’t deserve all that, you are just a lowly trash I will ruin ”
I watch her clap her hands, Ares charge towards me, I had no idea what’s happening and before I could think clearly a sword was in my hands already Pierce into Ares heart, a dark sword which means it contain poison
I blink at everything happening so fast, blood dripping from Ares while we stare at each other, his eyes back to silver, peach laughter fill the room before she vanish ” Ares” a tear left my eyes, he pull the sword out of his che-st before falling to the floor ” Ares!!” Shaking his shoulder he didn’t respond
” Ares please dont leave me ” I cover my mouth, I killed him, is not possible, a poison doesn’t work that fast. Everything is coming back to me ” please, I love you so much” my body is trembling, I dont know what to do
A tear left Ares eyes, he smile before closing his eyes ” Ares” shaking his shoulder no respond ” Ares!!! Wake up, we will find help ” no response ” Ares!!!”
