I decided to prepare some noodles when the thought of Nora c@m£ to me.
I smiled foolishly as the only one in the kitchen, ” She is noisy but amazing”.
I can’t believe I just said that.
“Should I attend the p@rty or not, what if Xavier comes up with questions again, but I don’t owe him an explanation.”
Maybe I should just go.
I went to the hospital to make some deposit for my mom, and to see how she us doing. It’s weird for her not to talk to me for weeks.
The nurse promised me that my mom is going to be better.
My phone rang and it was from an unknown caller.
“Hello”, I said on the call.
” Hi my love, took you so long to answer the phone call”.she said.
“Who the hell are you calling your love, maybe you dialed the wrong number miss”, I said.
” Not at all Damian, soon you will be my lover and I won’t share you with anyone if am to wipe others out of the picture I will”, she bluff.
“Well in your dreams”, I recognize the caller, green snake daughter.
” Do me a favor, st©p calling me you love and don’t ever call me if you don’t have some time doing, get a p@rt-time, okay, and you can’t capture a heart that has alre-ady been captured”, I ended the call.
“I love the way I sounded on the phone when talking to her”, I laughed.
I bought some fruits on my way home, I remembered how father and mom were lover birds at the beginning but love su-cks.
I nee-d to get prepared for the p@rty.

” What suit will I be putting on tonight for the p@rty, am not really a fan of the suit anyway, I feel it doesn’t look good on me”, I talked to myself trying on a different suit.
Then I remembered seeing Damian entering Nora’s car, “Maybe a lot is going in between them, I can’t take it anymore, yes his my friend, but I prefer to choose love over loyalty, I want to follow my heart” I concluded.
Well, the truth is, from childhood I always had like Ellie and she knows that we call ourselves husband and wife. Children stuff.
Nora always like been around her twin, she was ugly then, I liked pla-ying with her brother whenever I visit the house, that was how we talk, Nora and Ellie never agreed.
After so many years, I could not believe Nora will turn out to be such a beauty queen, maybe she is angry at me for not been there when we were kids.
I believe that’s kids mentality, we are grown up and I will try my best to give the best impression on her tonight, I nee-d her in my life.
Ellie is totally different now.
I just ordered a suit online along with a pair of shoes, I don’t seem to like any other suit in my wardrobe.

Damian entered Nora’s car that is out of the latest car pres£ntly, a car that reigns a month ago.
I can’t believe his cold and s-en-seless.
I always win against her right from childhood and am doing it again, am lvsting after Damian, he must be a toy I can get easily.
He must chase after me and not her.
I entered my dad’s room, going throu-gh the files for tonight’s occasion, only people invited are allowed to come.
So I decided to check the list of people coming, I know Xavier and Nora will probably come.
Going throu-gh the list I saw Damian name, my eyes bec@m£ big at the sight of his name, “This can’t be real, who is Damian coming with?”, I asked my self.
I headed to my room to get my phone, I dialed Xavier’s number, ” Hi Ellie, getting re-ady for tonight”, he said.
“Yes I am and I guess you are too”.
” Yes dear”, he answered.
“I called to ask you something”.
” What could that be?”, he asked.
“Well what’s Damian’s full name again?”, I asked the question on phone.
” Damian Owen, hope no problem?”.
“Oh not at all, thanks anyway, was just curious, see you soon”, I ended the call. It can’t be, same name and surname with the one I saw on the list, why would Nora come with him, why, are they d@t!ngor what?”.
I know what to do.

I was in the bathroom having a cold shower and singing at the same time because am so excited, the one person I like in this life will be by my side😍.
Then I remembered what happened in the car earlier,” Maybe I should have made the move to k!sshim, naa I think it’s best I did not do that. What if he’s a flir-t and just acting upon the school, am just falling for him so stupidly.”
Coming out of the bathroom, I admired my dress on the be-d and thought of the lovely match it will be with Damian and me walking side by side.
Unknown pov.
“Guys have got an easy job for you to handle tonight”, I said smiling.
” Bring it on, provided you do what makes us happy”, one of them said.
“Have a look”, I handed over a brown envelope to them.
” The person on that picture, I want you to take her tonight and have fun with her”.
I threw a bundle of money at them.
“Here is your money and ensure you do a neat job without been seen by anymore, I believe you un-derstood what I meant by that.”.
” Yes, we do”.
“Good”.

Arriving at the p@rty with my family, most of the girls were after me because I was handsome.
No difference at the p@rty compared to the previous one.
My father had to join his fellow as-sociate as we await the pres£nce of Mr. Addison, Nora’s father.
I was served red wine in a glas-s, I sip from it and got busy with my phone to ignore the other girls, I was desperately waiting for Nora, why is she not here right now.
Not quite long, Ellie c@m£ with her parents as well, she saw me and joined me with a glas-s of champagne with her, she prefers champagne to red wine.
“You look beautiful tonight Ellie”, I said complimenting her.
” Thanks, Xavier, I know am the cutest at this p@rty”.
I nodded in approval but nodded in my heart for we all know the cutest hasn’t arrived yet.
“This p@rty is boring but what is supposed to do is just to mingle and make peace”, I said to her.
” True but I doubt if the p@rty will be boring”, she said with as-surance and with a pretty smile on myl-ips, it tem-pted me to k!ssthem but held myself back.
I deliberated on what she just said and asked her saying, ” Is there anything am missing around that am not aware of.”
” Yes Xavier, seems Nora is coming with my man to this p@rty tonight, Damian is attending”.
I doubted her at first, “I don’t believe you, Ellie, I know everyone working with Addison and my dad at the company, no name like Owen which means he’s not invited here”.
” I almost thought same as you but I saw his name, he attending, maybe Nora and Damian are a couple now,” She said taking more champagne.
“Couple, that can’t happen un-der my watch”, I said angrily.
” Don’t get angry okay, I got everything in control, besides seems they are here and we are starting now”.
My father went up the stage and welcomed everyone giving a welcome speech and did other stuff with the p@rtners available.
Then he announced the arrival of Mr. Addison, Nora, and her true friend “.
What bothered me was,” Who is Nora true friend”
I got surprised seeing Damian at Nora’s side coming in like it was their engagement p@rty or something.

I alre-ady wore my dress and also done my makeup, I checked the time and said,” My driver should have picked up Damian but his so stubborn, he refused to tell the driver where he stays instead he told the driver to meet him up at the bus st©p, silly”.
Hearing the sound of the car, I knew Damian his here, my dad was talking to him, I got a clearer view of him smiling with my father, been loyal as well.
Then my father called me, “Time to go and one more thing”, he said to me.
“What could that be father”, I asked my father but notice Damian still looking at me without taking his eyes off me.
” Can’t he hide his expression,”? I said to myself.
“You look beautiful my daughter, I guess all eyes will be on you, I can’t believe Damian my gardener looks so handsome, I must say, you took might be good together”, dad whispered to my ears.
” Dad!!”, “Never mind, let’s get going”, father said.
I love my dad for his like a friend to me and not some other dad that is so strict.

At the p@rty, Xavier dad welcomed us in, while we c@m£ in, everyone stood on their feet cl@pping and smiling, then I overheard some of the ladies pres£nt saying, ” Who is the cute guy with Nora, don’t me she has found a b©yfri£nd. Both of them are like a perfect match”.
I blu-shed at their statement-ma-king sure me and Damian were holding our hands.
“You see, we look good”, I said to Damian.
I expected him to compliment me, he was smiling earlier today but how come his face is back to coldness.
I saw the look on Ellie’s face when I greeted her along with Xavier.
Then we had our sit but I prefer to sit alone with Damian.
I don’t want Ellie’s pres£nce close to Damian.
The p@rty continues, I tried starting a conversation with Damian.
” So what do you think of the gathering “, I asked.
” Well it’s okay and mature, no much crowd, it’s cool”, he said.
“Thanks, at least he can say something good from his mouth”.
” Hey are you referring to me hum”, he asked.
“What did you hear, hum”.
Time for the dance, I was shocked when Damian asked me for a dance, I said yes to him.
While dancing he said,” I just want to say you look gorgeous tonight, don’t take it too emotional, I just felt like telling you the truth”, he said.
I was out of words, “Did Damian actually said this to me.
” Well thank you and you look good too”, that was all I can say.
“I don’t know if we can have a chat outside the p@rty”, he asked.
” Sure”, I remembered what his mom said, Damian, is sweet to be with when you get to know him.
We st©pped dancing, I excused myself to use the bathroom.
I finished using the bathroom, “Wow Damian and I will be discussing without an argument, this is great.”.
I c@m£ out of the bathroom, when I hit someone’s leg and fell, ” How rude of you hum”, I got angry at the person, not knowing its plan work.
While I query girl, someone else injected me to be weak that I can’t scream and carried me on the shoulder.
