😐 Xavier 🤨
I felt so unease seeing both of them together, now am beginning to think if they are d@t!ngor not.
I once told him our friendsh!pshouldn’t get ruined by her, I made him know I like her at first but he denied liking her so why is he on my way with her, hum.
They greeted everyone pres£nt, got to us wave at me and Ellie, I thought they will sit with us but no, they sat differently…
“I told you, Xavier, Damian might have won her heart but yet to admit it, why don’t you be the first to confess your feelings to her outside the p@rty, in other for me win my man’s heart “, she said smiling.
I checked my phone and then I wondered what to do when the dance started, he was dancing with her and even smiled, this is strange.
I danced with Ellie but my mind wasn’t fully in the dance at all.
After the dance, I noticed Damian was alone after Nora left, so I walked straight to him.
” Enjoying the p@rty”, I said taking in some red wine.
“Yes it’s cool Xavier, good to see you here”, he said.
” Well am so surprised to see you here, I heard them address you as a true friend and you never told me, you are friends with Nora”.
” Why all these questions, friendsh!pcan start any day”, he said.
“Well just you should know, am not giving her up for you, just know your boundary with her friend”, I said.
” I don’t like the way you talk Xavier but all the same good to see you”.he smiled and then I left.
I notice Nora isn’t back yet that was why I left.
I notice some strange movement when I c@m£ out, then I saw someone carrying Nora on his shoulder, this isn’t right.
I went after the person, hit him till he ran off.
“Nora are you okay,”, I t©uçhed her cheek, a little bit worried.
Her eyes were closing.
It took some seconds for her to recover herself and the first name that c@m£ out from her mouth was,” Damian is that you”.
I got angry, “It’s me, Xavier”.
I said to her then I saw the look on her face, she wasn’t happy.

She excuses herself to make use of the bathroom.
After which Xavier c@m£ to me, he said some stuff that pissed me off but I just had to coordinate my self at the p@rty.
I as-sumed him not in his right frame of mind.
” What could be keeping Nora now”, I observed she is taking more time than expected and no trace of her.
I decided to look for her.
I saw her hairband on the floor, I picked it up concluding something bad must have happened to her.
I know fully why the green snakes are not here but what could be happening.
I wanted to come out when Ellie fell on me drun!k, “Hi baby, she k!$$£d my cheek”.
” What the hell is wrong with you”,I took of her hands off me but she kept struggling with me.
“St©p faking it Damian,I know you want me badly, come on, we can secure a place here and have fun”, she said tou-ching me.
I don’t know how to harm a lady but she is pushing it, she is really drun!k.
” Hey, go home if you drun!k, I guess you c@m£ with your father or better still, you have been wit Xavier ever since, so I will tell him to take you home maybe you both can have fun”.
“Come on Damian, you know Xavier loves Nora, I feel she likes Xavier too, have you wondered why Xavier is not here, maybe he went to see his lover”. She said laughing.
I should believe she is so drun!k.
She drag me to herself about to k!ssme, when I st©pped her.
I decided to take her back inside and told someone I concluded might be her friend to look after her since she is drun!k.
” She is something else”, I said to myself.
“I nee-d to look for Nora, am no longer feeling comfortable here or maybe she went to check for a place around the premises where we can have the chat”, I took a de-ep breath.
” She can never st©p amazing me each day, she is noisy but awesome”,I smiled.
Going outside,I saw her from afar with Xavier helping her to walk on her feet why she staggered.
“What the hell happened to her”, I rushed to meet them up to as-sist Xavier.
” Nora, what happened to you, are you okay”,I said with a worried tone.
I never expected her reaction, she hit my hands off and said,”Dont t©uçh me you liar.”.
I got confused.
“What happened to Nora”.
” I thought you liked me even of you pretended, when you get jealous I as-sumed your feelings it’s real and you just nee-ded time to admit which I was willing to pl@yalong”..
I couldn’t un-derstand her or where is driving to with her words, my heart melted when tears dropped from her eyes.
“I thought our friendsh!pwill start tonight, you notice my abs£nce and never bother to search for me, what if I got R@p£d or killed, instead you were busy flir-ting with Ellie, even if you can’t love me, but help in a friend means the person is important,now i know what am worth to you”.
” Nora plea-se calm down,there is a mix up somewhere”.i said with my eyes turning red.
“I hate you Damian, I prefer to be with someone like Xavier than you, when I nee-ded you the most to show up as my knight in shining armour, you brou-ght out your real flir-ty trait”, she cried.
Then I saw Xavier giving me a smile,” Xavier bad mouthed me in her pres£nce and now have been judge wrongly”, I staggered.
They were both going back in when Ellie c@m£,”Baby where did you go to hum”, she said.

I got angry, “It’s me, Xavier”.
I said to her then I saw the look on her face, she wasn’t happy.
” Well thanks for helping me, I feel Damian might be worried now, I nee-d to meet up with him now”, she said trying to walk by herself when she almost fell.
“Hey take it easy okay, why worried about someone busy catching fun with Ellie alre-ady,” I said to her.
‘Well I don’t believe that at all, why are you even st©pping me”, she asked.
“Because I so much care about you even if you don’t feel same, Damian is just acting cold because he in school but trust me when he’s out, he like a loose dog, hope you know what I mean so st©p falling for his charms instead you will get more hurt by him”, I said bringing out my phone why she tried taking in what I just said.
” Here look at the school group now, Damian should have searched for you when he noticed you are taking time, instead he was with Ellie, this almost looks like they were about to k!ss”, I was convinced that she buys everything I said which means she will hate Damian and have no other choice than to lean on me.
I got super excited seeing her hitting off Damian from helping her and pouring out words that will hurt him, I know my friendsh!pwith Damian is done but it’s worth it.

I was still weak and unable to do anything, then I thought my night in shining armor c@m£ to save me tonight but I was wrong.
He waited patiently for me to revive fully to get myself but I know those evil people that tried to harm me for any reason are gone.
I thought I was seeing Damian, he was on my mind and the name that c@m£ out from myl-ips.
Hearing Xavier voice I got unhappy, why didn’t Damian come to save me instead of him.
I as-sumed Damian might be worried now, so I said, ” Well thanks for helping me, I feel Damian might be worried now, I nee-d to meet up with him now”.
I almost fell when he supported me but am not comfortable with him around.
“Hey take it easy okay, why worried about someone busy catching fun with Ellie alre-ady,” he said this helping me out.
I got confused cause I just heard Ellie’s name and secondly, he used the word fun, maybe he’s joking, I as-sume he’s not serious.
‘Well I don’t believe that at all, why are you even st©pping me”, I said to him rudely.
He looked at me and said something shocking and my mouth was wi-de opened when he pas-sed me his phone, looking at the position of Damian and Ellie together, this is so much that I believed Xavier was right, seems the person like is not who he truly his.
My countenance bec@m£ so sad and unhappy, I just wish you go home and cry my eyes out, seems to have been wasting my time on a flir-t.
Then I tried walking with the as-sistance of Xavier, then I sighted Damian who rushed to me and tried to help me out.
” Nora, what happened to you, are you okay”, he said with a surprised look trying to help.
“Don’t t©uçh me you liar.”.I hit his hands off me.
Then I continued saying out what I felt right now since I was sad, it might sound so stupid.

I decided to ask what she meant by that, that was when I saw the pictures, ” Who took this picture Ellie, who”, I gr@bb£d her.
“Lemme go, anyone might have taken the picture, see us like that, see you in school tomorrow dear, bye”, she said smiling and left.
” This is not happening, I know Nora and I are not d@t!ng, I don’t owe her an explanation right but why am I hurt, she cried because of me, that speaks ill of me”, I argued with myself.

I got home and entered my room, the only place I poured out my feelings without anyone in, I might be cold in the day but can’t be cold in my room.
I brou-ght out the portrait I drew of Nora, fell on the be-d, and started crying.” How can I face her at school and home?”.
