I walked throu-ghour movie estate company finding my way to Mr Wang’s office.
Immediately I got there I batched in without even knocking and he raised his head looking at me.
“Hello Alexis it’s good to see you. it’s been a while, what made you batch in like that? “he asks as I stared at him with so much anger.
“Mr Wang are you responsible for the pictures online and media talk about me and Felicia? “I asked hitting the table with my hand.
“Woohoo take it easy, you’re in my office Alexis and you know what I can do to you” he said and I kept staring at him angry.
“Did you or didn’t you do it? “I asked again and this time around he smiled at him.
“Why don’t you sit down so we could talk Alexis?” he said and I sat down.
“So tell me did you do it or not cause I’m setting you did it just to fix the company’s problems” I said and he nodded.
“You know Alexis I thought since you refused my offer, why don’t I do something that will be beneficial to me and to you as well” he said and I chuckled.
“something beneficial to me and to you weh. well let me tell you this, you have just ruin things” I shouted and he filched.
“What do you mean? I thought you had always wanted to be with Felicia and now I gave you a chance to be with her” he said and I nodded.
“So you call this a chance?
you think you gave me a chance with her? well let me tell you this I’m not interested in being with Felicia and you just want to fix the company’s problems using my private life as a way out” I said and he looked at me confused.
“What do you mean you’re not interested in Felicia, I thought you were crazy in love with her? “he asked and I nodded.
“Yeah I was but now you can see I’m not…so you take off that fake news off the internet” I yelled and he chuckled.
“Well said Alexis but I’m sorry I’m not going to take out the news and don’t you think of calling for a conference, cause you won’t like what I will do to you” he threaten and I nodded.
“So you’re now threatening me Mr Wang. Well I got bad news for you. I’m going to clear out this news myself” I said and woke up from my sit.
You can do what ever you want Alexis but just you know don’t try anything fiche because I’m not going to go easy on you if you do” he said and I chuckled.
“You are a heartless man Mr Wang, just because you want to fix the company’s problems you put my Career and that of Felicia on the line” I said and walking out of his office but heard his last word.
“Don’t you go mentioning the company’s name in any of those your useless speech” he said while I close his door real hard.
I need to go home and wait for Mary to arrive so we can look for a solution to this mess.
?❤FELICIA’S POV ❤?
I woke up looking around and not finding Daniel on bed so I decided to shower before going down stairs.
I rushed into the bathroom and brush my tooth and took a refreshing bath and wear one of his T-shirt which oversized me and didn’t put on any trousers.
I brushed my hair reluctantly on the mirror taking much of my time on it.
After I was done tidying up my hair, I walked out of the room and down the stairs to see Daniel.
I meant him on the dining all dressed up for work and having his breakfast. I walked slowly towards him and hu-gged him from behind.
“Good morning sweetheart” he said after noticing my presents and I blus-hed.
“Morning! why didn’t you wake me up to come have breakfast too? “I asked still with my hands on his shoulders.
“I’m sorry dear just wanted you to have more rest and not to worry much of the problems you have its cloud make you sleepless” he said and I gave him a pek on his chick.
“I didn’t just make breakfast for myself that’s yours over there I was wishing when you wake up your going to eat it” he said and I smiled at him.
“That’s so lovely of you” I said giving him another pek and sitting down to dine with him.
“Why didn’t you go put on your clothes in the other room instead of putting on my T-shirt? “he asked and I chuckled.
“I love to wear this one” I responded and he smiled at me reluctantly while eating.
“I’m done” he said after some moments and I frowned my face staring at him sadly.
“Just now I want to eat with you” I said and he chuckled picking up his things.
“Don’t worry we will eat together after I’m back from work okay” he said and I nodded smiling.
“Have a little more before you leave” I said feeding him a little bit if my food and he ate it smiling.
“Before I leave Jenny asked me to give this to you” he said handling me a note ?.
“What’s this? “I asked and he quickly shelter his shoulders.
“She said it’s a letter only for you and that I shouldn’t open it” he said and I smiled.
“I’m leaving now bye” he said ki-ssing me on the forehead before leaving.
“What cloud have Jenny written for me to read it” I asked myself looking at the envelope after Daniel had left.
I Todd the envelope and opened the letter and immediately I started reading it I smiled due to the things she had wrote for me.
She’s quite a nice kid and very sen-sitive at things, she even knows I’m dating Daniel and she feels jealous of me sharing her Dr handsome with her I said in my mind as I read the letter all throu-ghout blus-hing to her words.

“Where have you been? I arrived here a long time ago” Mary asked as I walked into the living room.
“I’m sorry Mary I was out to see if I’ll be able to fix things” I said and she nodded.
“Where’s Jessica?” she asked
“Isn’t she here at home?” I asked confused.
“There’s no one here, I got here and meet no one so what are you saying?” she asked confused.
“She went out of my car by the roadside and took a taxi. I thought she came home” I said and she nodded.
“If you say she came home where is she then? ” she asked and I looked confused.
“Wait let me try calling her” I said and brou-ght out my phone in search of her number while Mary held her head worried.
“It’s ringing” I said and she smiled at the hearing of that but the more I kept calling..no one responded.
“She didn’t pick up the phone again” I said after putting in much effort into calling her.
“Wait let me call her” she said and I nodded waiting patiently for her to neither pick Mary’s call or send at list a text so we cloud know she’s okay.
“She pick it” she said and I smiled at the hearing of that, they both spoke while I sat still waiting for Mary to finish talking to her.
“She’s fine” she said after dropping the call and I smiled.
“So if she’s fine why don’t she pick my calls? “I asked and she nodded.
“she said she doesn’t want to speak to you and that she went home because of some problems that she has to fix at home” she said and I nodded.
“Why wouldn’t she wants to speak to me, I mean I’m her boss for crying out loud??”I asked and she shook her head negatively.
“She didn’t tell me why and I don’t know. when she returns you can ask her those questions yourself. Now let’s get back to business” she said and I nodded.
“Those pictures and news were posted on social media by Mr Wang and his main aim is to make the company grow with more funds coming in because of such news” I said and she nodded.
“I went to see him so he cloud tell the public the truth but he refused and still try to put my career on the line if I try stopping him” I said and she still nodded.
“So this means we are dealing with our own big boss” she asked and I nodded.
“Do you know of a way we can solve this problem? “I asked and she nodded.
“The only solution is to meet up with Felicia and discuss with her on saying the truth to the public maybe held a conference to tell everyone the truth about the news” she said and I nodded.
“Your absolutely right Mary, right now I need to get some rest, I’m tired” I said and she smiled nodding to what I just said.
“Are you sure Felicia is going to accept holding a conference for this matter to be settled? “she asked as I claim up the stairs.
“She will because she’s now engaged and it’s her career that is more at risk here” I said and she looked at me confused.
“Those pictures you see online were taken on the day I confess my feelings for her and she rejected me” I said feeling sad.
“I’m sorry about that but I thought she was in love with you? “she asked and I nodded.
“I also thought the same thing but she only saw me as a brother and treated me as such” I said and she nodded feeling pity on me.
“But do you still love her? “she asked and I just stared at her silently. I didn’t know how to respond to her question because one part of me wanted to let go and the other still wanted me to continue fighting. I stood still and all I thought about was memories of me and Sarah and furthermore memories of me and Felicia.
“Alexis are you okay?you’ve been staring into space there? “Mary asked bringing me out of my thoughts.
“I’m fine I’ll just held to bed now” I said and claimed the stairs thinking of what she had asked me.
??DANIEL’S POV ??
“Bro what happened to you today?” Jane asked as I sat inside my office arranging some Files.
“What do you mean? I’m okay” I said and he chuckled.
“Just take a look at yourself. Today you took my sheriff and also two other junior doctors, what’s happening to you? “he asked and I nodded.
“Don’t I usually do your work for you” I asked and he nodded.
“I know you usually do but today it’s different. you are even still planing to work over night after working all day” he said and I nodded.
“That’s because I can’t sleep so I want to keep helping in the hospital here instead of going home and staying alone and bored” I said and he nodded.
“Okay I accept that. what about Felicia?” he asked and I stared at him with a terrifying look.
“What about her?” I asked.
“She called me and told me she has been calling your phone but you aren’t answering her calls” he said and I nodded.
“That’s because I was busy with patients and I didn’t have time to answer her” I said and he nodded.
“Okay what about the dinner you promise to have with her tonight? he asked and I stared at him for a while again before giving him and answer.
“I didn’t promise her any dinner and by the way I don’t have time to go anywhere because I have a lot of work here at the hospital” I said and he frowned.
“You aren’t being romantic at all Daniel, you still want to return back to being cold hearted. Let me just tell you this she said she’s going to wait for you out there still you come. she said she’s lot leaving the cold and that she will wait for you no matter what” he said and I furrowed my browns.
“What ever” I said and he stood up leaving my office.
“Remember she is waiting so don’t disappoint her by leaving her out there in the cold” he said and finally walk out.
“I don’t care if she’s out there in the cold or not, she’s just playing around with me, I should have known this earlier how come I’m releasing this now.

I stayed cool and claim thinking of all the times I spend with her right from the day I meet her, the day I knew she was engaged to me the day I fell for her right up to now I know she never loved me.
As I kept thinking and remembering this things an alert rang in from my phone and I picked my phone to look at who was it and it was a message from Felicia.
“Hello Dr handsome am already at the restaurant waiting for you” the message read and I didn’t respond but kept my phone on the table thinking if I should go face her or not.
