Tania has an unusual smile on her face as she brou-ght her hand closer and closer to the nĀ£Ā¢klace
Kimora felt uneasy as she watched her hand coming closer to it, then she noticed something
Tania’s hand is smooth and not so full of veins like this, she bec@mĀ£ suspicious and held her hand
She looked at Tania and their eyes met, her hand that she’s holding is so h0t like someone set fire on it
Tania’s eyes is still calm with a fake smile
“You’re not Tania” Kimora said and the smile disappeared from Tania’s face, they both stood immediately
Kimora let go of her hand and she transformed to lioness immediately
“I knew it” Kimora whispered
“You’re smarter than I thought” Lioness smiled
“How dare you come in the appearance of my friend”
” Cos I nee-d to take what has to be taken,” lioness replied
” Do you have a death wish?, And you’re so dumb, to think you’ll get my nĀ£Ā¢klace do easily” Kimora said boldly
” If I had knew a frail maid like you Is the non-human, I’d have killed you for long” lioness said
” Try killing me now that you know’ Kimora replied and snapped her f!ngers, she transformed and lioness tried gr-abbing her but she leapt into the air and stayed there, lioness did the same and they stood in the air, facing each other
Lioness made the first move again but Kimora turned around and landed back on the ground
Lioness c@mĀ£ to the ground too and Kimora smiled then made the first move this time, she magically made her robe arm so long and it flew to lioness, it captured her nĀ£Ā¢k and drew her to Kimora
Kimora tried to di-p her f!ngersinto her eyes and just blind her but someone jumped down into their middle and the robe got cut from lioness nĀ£Ā¢k
It’s Mazu himself
“The nĀ£Ā¢klace” he said
“Get it if you can” Kimora replied and directed loud sound waves to both of them, they escaped and it hit the wall, the whole room shook to it’s roots immediately
Mazu used magical gummy hands to draw her closer and she found herself going towards him, she can’t control the situation till she got to him and he gr@bbĀ£d her nĀ£Ā¢k, small blood escaped the corner of herl-ips as he did
He made to take the nĀ£Ā¢klace but she covered it with her palms
“Don’t you know when to give up?” Mazu said, his voice echoing as usual
” You don’t own the nĀ£Ā¢klace it’s mine” she said and almost immediately, the door opened and Jimin c@mĀ£ in
“Kimora!” He said shockingly
“Don’t come closer!, Jimin go out plea-se” she said hastily
“Star king just let her go!” He yelled
” Your authority as the second prince of this town doesn’t get to me” Mazu said and took advantage of the situation, he pu-ll-ed the nĀ£Ā¢klace from her nĀ£Ā¢k and immediately vanished with lioness
Kimora staggered and coughed, she vomited more blood in the process
Jimin rushed to her and held her in place, hvgging her face with his palms
“Are you ok?” He asked but she kept staring at him sadly, he wiped the blood on hisl-ips with a piece of clothe
His eyes travelled to her nĀ£Ā¢k and he saw the nĀ£Ā¢klace is gone
“The nĀ£Ā¢klace…” He said
“He stole it” she replied, hvgging him immediately
” It’s ok, he still won’t win” Jimin said
“Petal told me not to ever lose it” she said
“Who’s Petal?’ he asked
She broke the hvg and faced him
“A flower goddess who looks a lot like me, though I’ve never seen her face, she only communicates with me invisibly, the only thing I’ve seen is her back view and that even looks like my older version” she said
” Is she related to you?” Jimin asked
” I think so, royal shaman Gaeul said there must be a connection between the two of us though I’m not sure” she replied
” What about this star king?”
” I don’t know why he’s like this, I don’t know him” she replied
” Who are your parents?” Jimin asked
“I’ve never seen them, I just know Ginelle saw me in the woods of Miryang on a snowy day, I was in the middle of a flower island and I was bleeding so much when she saw me, she took me home to her grandmother, grandma Gemma, they both took care of me till grandma Gemma pas-sed away some months ago, a week after she pas-sed away, I got hired as one of the palace maids” she said
” So .. you’ve never met your parents before”
“I don’t even know if I have” she replied slowly
Jimin heaved and stared into her eyes again, she’s obviously scared
He smiled and k!$$Ā£d her forehead de-eply…. “I love you, just trust me that nothing is gonna happen ok?” He said
She nodded hopefully. ” I love you more” she replied
” Ten guards died tonight” he said and her eyes wi-de-ned
” What!, Who did that!”
“Obviously star king, but since you’re the first mythical being to appear, you’re the prime suspect, father ordered that the royal shaman should come tommorow so investigations will start” he replied
” What do we do?, He purposely did it cos he wants me to get suspected” she said
“I’m sure she knows what to do, she’ll tell the king it’s not what they think” he replied and Kimora nodded
” Don’t be scared ok?” He said
She nodded and he hvgged her again.

Royalty’s room**
“The bĀ©dy of the dead guards has been taken away from the palace, the dead bodies look hideous just like the dead bodies of the as-sas-sins the other time” a guard reported to Rachel who’s sitting beside unconscious Royalty
“Does that mean….”
“Yes your highness, she deceived us by killing only the as-sas-sins the other time, but now she must be so thirsty for blood, that’s why she c@mĀ£ for the guards and soon she might proceed to killing the royals” the guard replied
Rachel heaved and looked at Royalty on the be-d again. “How is foolish Jung Mal supposed to handle this” she thought
” Mother” Royalty’s voice c@mĀ£ slowly and she spranged up
“You’re awake, oh thank goodness I’m so glad!, I’m glad!” Rachel said gladly as Royalty sat up
” Be careful, does your wrist hurt a lot?” She asked
Royalty looked at the bandaged wrist without talking
“Why did you hurt yourself?, Just why?” Rachel asked
“Will you do what I want?” Royalty asked
” You know I’ll do anything for you so far I can do it” she replied, stro-king her hair
” Let me get married to Cory” she said and Rachel took her hand away from her hair
” Are you sure you’ve woken up?”
“I love him” she said
“Love a guard?, How could you, have you ever seen a princess marrying a guard?, StĀ©p talking about it what’s wrong with you!” Rachel yelled
” You mean you won’t do it?” Royalty said
” Even his majesty must not hear of it so just forget about it” Rachel said
Royalty l@yback on the be-d and turned her back on Rachel
“Are you gonna remain headstrong like this?” Rachel said
” Go away” Royalty replied.

Suzy’s room*”
” So now you nee-d to tell me why you did that for him, why will you take a sword meant for a guard” Sera asked Suzy who’s sitting on her be-d, eating apple slowly
“I love him” she replied
“What!”.
“I want him to be my husband” she said again and Sera stood
” Why me, your brother is into a maid and here you are, talking about getting married to a guard, did I commit a grave sin in my first life?, I don’t deserve this” Sera said
” Mother i know it must sound insane but I just want him” she said
” You want Cory?’ Jimin said, entering the room
” Big brother.. ” she said slowly
“Don’t do it” he said
“But you love a maid” she replied
” It’s because we’re fated so don’t try to have Cory” he replied
“Fated?” Sera said, facing him
” Mother just consult the royal shaman, you’ll get all the answers to your questions’ Jimin said ..

King’s chamber**
“The corpses has been taken to the police bureau for more investigation, it’s definitely same person, how could she” minister Joo said among the three ministers available
” Once she gets caught, it’s immediate death” Jung Mal said
” It won’t be easy for her to die just with sword” another minister replied
” I know, I have my ways” King Jung replied
“The shaman will tell us what to do tommorow, and your majesty, when is the first prince getting married?”
” Trying to pry into that is an offense” king Jung replied
” I’m sorry your highness” the minister replied.

Next day, Miryang town**
br@yden never concentrated as he told his stories as usual, he kept searching for Ginelle in the crowd of his listeners but she’s not there
He rounded off quic-kly and decided to go to her place
He got there and entered after knocking, she’s inside, arranging clothes on the be-d
She behaved like no one c@mĀ£ in
“Hi” he said by the door but she still didn’t look up
He walked to her and she looked up swiftly
“What are you doing here?” She asked in a harsh tone.
“Why?, Is something wrong?, You’re not smiling” he said
“Leave” she said coldly
” Ginelle why are you like this?, I missed you” he said
” Leave my house!” She yelled, standing up and pushing him, he staggered
” Did I do something wrong?” He said in astonishment
“Just go, don’t come here anymore” she said
” Ginelle…
“I told you to leave!” She yelled loudly
br@yden gave her one confused glance before leaving quietly
Ginelle sat back on the be-d and started crying. “I’m not worth your attention, don’t get add!Ƨted I’m a slut” she thought as more tears fell
” You’re too good for a girl like me… so it’s better you forget you ever met me, br@yden Jung I missed you more, but I don’t deserve you” she thought tearfully .

Royal shaman Gaeul’s shrine**
She’s preparing to go to the shrine to say what the heavens are saying but she’s feeling somehow and she’s aware of what that feeling means
She got her red fan and is about to pick her talisman when Mazu appeared
She stepped back when he landed, shaking the whole place
“I knew it” she said
“You aren’t going to the palace” he said in his husky dark voice
” I must do the will of the heavens, you can’t stĀ©p me star king” she replied
” What if I say you mustn’t do it” Mazu said
“You’ll be punished, if not now but in the future….but now I must go” she replied and wi-de-ned the fan,,
She made to vanish but Mazu sped past her with the speed of light, his dark flames hit her and she fell into a de-ep sleep Immediately.
*****
Palace**
“I heard the royal shaman is not here yet, it has never happened before, she’ll always come some minutes before the actual time” Tania said in the kitchen
The maids just finished preparing breakfast
“Something smells fishy, if the shaman doesn’t show up, then it’ll be risky to sleep here tonight, who knows the next target of the non-human” Ambrosia said
” Your highness!’ Tania and the rest of the maids quic-kly bowed when Jimin appeared in the kitchen
“Your highness” Ambrosia said and bowed too
“Where’s lady Kimora?” He asked
” She said she wanted to go see Ginelle at the market” Tania replied and Jimin rushed out
” These days….” Tania said suspiciously
Ambrosia sighed. “If this is what I’m thinking, then Kimora is in a ti-ght corner” .
Jimin actually got the hunch to go check on her as if something bad will happen if he doesn’t
He left the palace on his horse though he covered his face with a mask , he went in search of her.

Kimora actually left for royal shaman’s shrine but she was shocked at what she saw
She’s slee-ping de-eply, like a magical sleep and only the person who induced it can make her wake
“Mazu again!!!!’ she screamed in frustration
Suddenly her environment started changing
She looked on confusedly as the transformation happened
The shrine changed completely into a flower garden and her eyes wi-de-ned
She tried to reverse it but it seems her powers aren’t enough for this
She bled heavily and her blood poured down in handfuls
She held her nĀ£Ā¢k cos it’s itching as she vomited more blood from her mouth
Her ears and nose aren’t excluded though
She inhaled more scent and vomited more blood till she went on her knees
“No .. no!’ she shouted, sweating profusely as the flower garden grew bigger….
“Petal… plea-se help..” she muttered, vomiting blood again

Jimin’s horse stĀ©pped in the market place and he searched with his eyes for Ginelle, he saw her when she c@mĀ£ to the palace the other time so he’s thinking he must still recognize her since Kimora is with her
“Kimora where are you” he thought
Suddenly his eyes started closing on its own….his narcolepsy c@mĀ£ knocking at the wrong time
He felt the nee-d to go back to the palace quic-kly but he knows he has to find Kimora
His eyes kept closing and everything looks blurry
He fell from the horse and people g@sped
“Someone just fell!”
A drop of water tĀ©uƧhed his skin and he cringed in pains
More drops c@mĀ£, it’s rainwater….
It started raining heavily as he sle-pt off,,
His bĀ©dy started burning up as the rain drenched him…
