“Yes .. Riya, so get re-ady till five days time” King Jung said before leaving
“Jimin” Sera said, facing him
He held the wall for support so he won’t fall
“Mother did I just hear right?” He asked, facing the ground
” Calm down first” Sera replied but Jimin rushed out of the place
“Jimin!, Jimin!” Sera called after him, running after him too
“Fools” Cal said, still smiling
“Now I know he’s really into the maid, let’s see how they’ll handle this, and that maid… Keep a close eye on her” Rachel said
” I told Darrin to do that alre-ady” he replied

Jimin got to his room and closed the door r0ƻghly, almost breaking it down
“Jimin what’s wrong?” Cory asked quic-kly with concern on his face
Jimin stared blankly at him as he walked slowly to the be-d, he sat weakly on the be-d, staring into space
“Jimin talk to me” Cory persuaded
“I’m…. Getting married five days to come” he said slowly
“I knew it!, His majesty choose the bride? ” He said and Jimin nodded
” I’ve always told you that your initial thinking is irrational, how could you say you don’t want to stress your heart by falling in love?, How could you say you want his majesty to choose for you without thinking about the future, now the future is here and it has happened, who’s the bride? ” He asked
” Riya…. ” Jimin replied and Cory’s eyes wi-de-ned
“Don’t tell me you’re talking about Riya Park, the arrogant girl who nearly killed the farmer back then at the marketplace” he said
” It’s her” Jimin muttered, closing his eyes
“Hell!, Marrying an ape will be better… She’s arrogant, proud, wicked, callous, cruel… Name it!, Now what’ll be kimora’s fate” Cory said
Jimin kept her eyes closed and refused to talk
“This is ha-rd , the king’s orders can’t be rejected since you said it by yourself, he just did your wish” Cory said and Jimin spranged up, he head for the door immediately
“Where are you going?” Cory asked, blocking his way
” Move, I nee-d to go tell father that I’m not interested in the sour wedding, I can’t possibly get married to the girl I hate most in this world, if there’s anyone I hate more than queen Rachel then it’s her, I’ve only met her once but I hate her, I really really hate her…. Where will I put Kimora if I get married to that owl, just where! ” He yelled, breathing heavily
” Think Jimin, think!, are you planning to get Kimora killed?, Or are you planning never to see her again? ” Cory said
” What are you talking about! ” Jimin said loudly
” She’s a maid for crying out loud!, A low maid sorry to say but it’s the truth, have you ever seen a king who allows his prince to marry a maid?, Once you let his majesty know about it Kimora will be the one to take the punishments, she’ll either be killed for having an affair with a prince or if his majesty will be kind, she’ll be banished from Miryang to a far town where you won’t be able to see her again, can you take that?, Tell me can you?, Look what almost happened to me just because princess Royalty tĀ©uƧhed me, I was almost beheaded all because I’m a low guard, not like you don’t know the ha-rd harsh rules of Miryang, Kimora will either get killed or get exiled, so sit and think! ” Cory said, breathing heavily after the long speech
Jimin’s arms dropped and tears threatened to fall from his eyes but he stĀ©pped the tears from falling, he wiped them but that doesn’t stĀ©p his eyes from being red
“What do I do?, I dunno what to do I love Kimora so much, do you know how ha-rd it is if I don’t see her within an hour?, It breaks my heart and I’ll start missing her like right now, I always crave to be beside her and I won’t be able to think straight if she snubs be, I’ll get sick if that happens, Cory I swear I never knew I’d fall in love insanely like this… I really never knew, I just thought… Love is worthless… But now I know it’s not, it’s the best thing that has ever happened to me…. I’m going crazy right now I really hate seeing her tears” he said
Cory hvgged him like a brother, patting his back slowly
“Keep calm and talk to Kimora about it first” he said.
Sera shifted back from the door where she has been eavesdropping from
She held her robe ti-ghtly, finding what she just heard shocking
“Jimin…. Is in an affair with… Kimora?” She muttered to herself
” No…. This isn’t happening”

Maids chamber**
The maids are busy washing the dishes that were used for dinner and lady Ambrosia is supervising, Kimora is the one bringing the dishes in
“I wonder where he is, I’ve not seen him since we c@mĀ£ back from the woods” she thought as she walked in with another tray of plates
A maid suddenly rushed in
“Big news I’m so happy!” She gushed, breathing heavily
“What’s up? ” Ambrosia said
“What news?’ Tania asked
” Just guess” the maid replied
” Don’t be like this and just spit it out” Tania said
” A wedding is happening here five days to come” she replied
“Who’s getting married!” Kimora asked quic-kly
“Must be the first prince, prince Cal, I wonder who the bride will be I can’t wait! ‘ Tania said loudly
“It’s not the first prince” the maid replied
“Then the first princess? ” Ambrosia said
” No it’s not her either, so no one was expecting it too, well it c@mĀ£ as a shock to me when I eavesdropped it too…. It’s the second prince, prince Jimin” the maid replied
” StĀ©p joking around” Kimora said, not believing her ears
“Lady Kim I’m not joking here, I heard the king saying it himself, prince Jimin is getting married five days to come, to Riya Park, daughter of the riche-st nobleman in Miryang” the maid replied and the tray of plates fell from Kimora, all the plates shattered to pieces on the ground immediately
“Kimora!” Tania said, rushing to her
Her feet got wounded with the broken plates alre-ady
“What were you thinking, you’ve wounded yourself” Tania said
*Hurry and get the broom” lady Ambrosia ordered and the broken plates were quic-kly swept
” What’s wrong?” Ambrosia asked
“Headmaid, can I…. Excuse myself? ” She asked politely
” Oh…. Ok, be ok” she replied and Kimora left immediately
She went to her room and backed the door immediately she entered
“What was I expecting anyways… I’m just a maid” she said and let out her tears
” Jimin is getting married, my Jim” she said sorrowfully
” Challenges are setting in, get a hold of yourself and tackle it with wisdom” the voice said
” I don’t think I want to listen to you today, plea-se don’t talk” Kimora replied, blocking her ears
” Be courageous and br@ve, you can do it Flowerina” the voice said
” Go alre-ady!!! ” She screamed, crying more
” It’s normal to cry, it must hurt a lot” the voice said
” I don’t want to listen today, plea-se leave me alone” she replied, still blocking her ears
A presĀ£nce suddenly appeared in front of her with bright white rays of light surrounding her, she’s just like the older form of her mythical form, her back is on her
Kimora stood slowly, walking to her
“Who are you?, Petal?” She said
“Yes, Petal, the goddess who ruled the flower realm for hundred years” she replied without turning her face to Kimora
” Then why is your back on me?, I want to see your face’ Kimora replied
“Not yet”
“Why? ‘
” Soon, when the right time comes you’ll see my face, but right now, be careful, pains can make one turn irrational, tears can blind you from the truth, but in all…. Be wise” Petal said and vanished
” Confusion again, Gaeul was right, even without seeing her face, her back view reminds me of my mythical form” she thought, wiping her tears.

Night, slut house**
“Go dress up, why will you come here in normal robe?, The man you’re spending the night with is waiting in the room alre-ady” mistress Yeo Sang said immediately she sighted Ginelle
” I don’t plan to continue like this” she replied
“Meaning?”
“I’m quitting, even if I’ll starve till death, I’ll endure it, I don’t know why I choose this dirty job in the first place anyways” she replied
” Did I hear right?, You’re quitting?, The best gisaeng in my brothel is really quitting?, What a joke” mistress Yeo Sang said unbelievably
” I want to live a normal life too, I want to be free from the guilt that’s trying to murder me, mistress I’m done here” she replied and walked out on Yeo Sang
” You really quit? ” Demi said, blocking her way
“Out of my way” she replied
“Well it’s a good thing, I’ll become the best, leave alre-ady and never come back” Demi said, moving out of the way
Ginelle left the house and stĀ©pped when she got to the front of it
She looked at the house again and sighed. “I regret the day I started working here as a slut, I regret the day I lost my vir-ginity to a man old enough to be my uncle, I hope this house with crumble” she said and made to start going but she was suddenly captured by two guys she recognizes as the guards from the house
“Let me go!” She said, wriggling herself out of their holds
She gave them a kick on their faces and they fell, she started running with all her strength and she can hear many footsteps behind her, she’s surely getting chased
She got to a point and looked back, over twenty guys are chasing her
“Huh?, Darn it” she said to herself and made to continue running but she stumbled on something and fell
She stood and tried to continue her race again but got blocked by the guys
She tried defending herself by fighting them but a gun was pointed on her forehead immediately
She can hear her heartbeats as it slammed loudly on her che-st, she stood still and mistress Yeo Sang entered the circle
She smiled devilishly and held Ginelle’s face
“Pretty angel, you think you can run away from me?, You signed a year contract with me and you must complete it before I’ll start thinking of re-leasing you” she said
” I can’t continue like this, plea-se let me go I don’t want to do this anymore, I can’t” Ginelle pleaded
“I’m the one who has the right to say when it’s over, it’s not time yet so get back there and serve the man” mistress replied
“I don’t want to… plea-se let me go!” She said, drawing back
” If you refuse, that gun will be used on you, and you know the outcome, death!, Carry her! ” Mistress ordered and Ginelle was bundled on the shoulder of one of the guys
She was taken back to the brothel immediately.

Lioness chamber**
“I don’t think she’s easy either, how can the wound appear on your bĀ©dy” lioness said as Mazu tried to heal the wound on his stomach
The wound he gave to Kimora suddenly appeared on his belly and it’s rather surprising
“It’s the nĀ£Ā¢klace, and that’s why i must get it from her, and I think it’s time for me to show you her human form, do the job, take the nĀ£Ā¢klace from her” he replied
Lioness smiled as Mazu stood and summoned dark flames around her, she closed her eyes as the flames surrounded her completely
The flames died down some minutes later and she opened her eyes
“I saw her” she said, a wicked smile forming on her redl-ips
“In anyway possible, get the nĀ£Ā¢klace, I’ll be visiting the palace tonight” Mazu said and vanished.

Palace**
Rachel has been knocking on Royalty’s door since close to thirty minutes but she won’t just open, her crying sounds can be heard, she refused to talk too
“Royalty dear, you don’t nee-d this, why are you acting this way, is it because you were locked up the other time?, Ok I’m sorry, just come out to me ok?, Royalty!, Royalty open this door!, Royalty!” She shouted loudly, ban-ging on the door
Suddenly Royalty’s crying sounds ceased and Rachel got scared
“Break the door!” She ordered the guards and the door was broken down
Royalty is lying down in the room unconsciously, blood is pouring from her wrist and a broken cu-p is on the floor
She obviously hurt herself with the broken cu-p
“My daughter!!” Rachel screamed, rushing to her
Cal rushed in that instant and couldn’t hide his shock too
“Get the physician, right now!” He yelled at the guards.

Suzy’s room**
Suzy opened her eyes slightly and looked at where she is, she realized Immediately that she’s in her room
She tried to sit up but her stomach hurts
“Your highness you’re awake” Cory’s voice said by the door, he’s just coming in
Suzy looked that way Immediately and got the strength to sit up
“as-sshh!’ she whimpered when she felt pains from her belly
Cory rushed to her and bent beside her
“Your highness are you ok?” He asked
“I’m glad to see you again, your face is still bruised up” she said, staring at him
” Are you ok?” He asked again and she smiled
“No” she said
“Then I should call the physician” he said..
“No don’t, it’s not a matter of physician” she replied
” Then?”
” It’s you….”
” What about me?”
“I think I like you” she replied
“What!”
” It sounds strange and shocking right?, Well it’s true, it was love at first sight but the arrogant me, my proud self won’t accept it for the fact that you’re a guard, I started debating on weather to hate you or not, I get jealous anytime you’re with Royalty, and when I saw you’ll really be killed, all other thoughts got lost and all I could think about was to save you, that’s why I did that, and now I think I know what’s happening, Cory I…. know it’s not right but everyone knows the owner has no control over the heart, I love you” she said and Cory stood
” This is not ma-king s-en-se” he said
Suzy tried to stand too but he quic-kly held her Shoulders, pinning her to the be-d
“Relax” he said
“plea-se love me” she said, holding his hand to her shoulder and looking at him pas-sionately
Cory quic-kly took his hands off her shoulders and rushed out of the room, bu-mping into Tania by the door
“Oh!, Sorry” he said quic-kly
“You face is not so good, you should meet Kimora, he has herbs that can clear bruises, it’s not good to go around with bruised face” she said with concern
” Thanks for caring ” he said and Tania left, he looked at her again before she went out of sight
He held his sword ti-ghter then left too.

It’s a moonless night, the stars refused to appear tonight too and the air smells toxicity in the palace
The guards guarding the king’s chamber felt uneasy and their feet suddenly felt heavy to walk around
In a second, Mazu pene-trated and brushed past them, he gr@bbĀ£d the nĀ£Ā¢ks of the ten guards together like they’re toys, they went limp and he sniffed in their energy throu-gh his nose before dropping them dead
He vanished immediately.

Kimora’s room**
She entered the room and is surprised that she’s not crying when she remembered the conversation she had with Jimin in the flower garden some minutes ago
FLASHBACK**
She entered the garden wearily, sure that Jimin will be waiting alre-ady and he’s really waiting
He met her halfway and hvgged her ti-ghtly, not letting her go for a very long time
“Kitten” he whispered on her shoulder
“Are you sad because of the wedding?” She said and he broke the hvg
” You know about it?” He said and she nodded
” Marry her” she said
” You told me you love me Kimora” he replied
“I love you most in this world Jim, but what can we do, I’m a low maid and you know what’ll happen if the king hears about our relationsh!p” she replied
” Kimora let’s elope, let’s go to somewhere far like Goryeo … Ok?” He said but she disagreed
” No Jimin, you can’t defy your father because of me, we love each other, that fact is enough..je t’aime means I love you right?” She said and he nodded sadly
” I love you crazily Kimora, I can’t live a day without you, you know I’ll get sick” he said
” I know, and I love you very much too Jimin, just do your father’s wish” she replied
” I can just tell father that you’re my guardian, I’ll tell him everything” he replied
” No Jimin, you think he’ll believe that?” She replied and hvgged her face in her palms
” Get married like he wanted, fate will sort it out later, I love you Jim” she said, smiling but hiding the sadness on her face
“I love you more kitten, I love you so much” he replied and hvgged her ..

Kimora sighed and almost started crying, it’s the ha-rd est decision she has ever made but right now it’s all she could do
The door opened and Tania entered
“Tania” she smiled
“Where have you been?” She asked, sitting beside her on the be-d
” Just somewhere” she replied and Tania started looking at her nĀ£Ā¢klace
” I alre-ady told you I’m not giving it to you, it’s special to me” she said
” Then let me take a look, I’m so curious to know how it feels when held” Tania said
” You can tĀ©uƧh it for one second” Kimora replied and Tania smiled
She started bringing her hand near the nĀ£Ā¢klace….
