Jimin gave her a difficult to explain look before sighing
Everyone is beyond shocked cos obviously no one was expecting it
Tania st©pped crying and Ginelle stared unbelievably
Janis breathe in relief, Royalty smiled and lady Ambrosia inhaled
“He saved her” br@yden muttered
“Take her to her room” Jimin ordered and Kimora was taken away by Tania and Ambrosia
The look on Suzy’s face right now is priceless, a good example of shocked and unexpected
“Jimin oppa, it’s the order of his majesty” she said
Jimin faced her and frowned. “The order you gladly followed just because you hate her right?’ he said
“Brother..
” You know what?, This will only make me hate you just like Royalty hates Cal” Jimin said and left the place
Suzy kept in her anger and kept boiling on her sp©t, she fell on the chair and breathe heavily.
“Kimora, you again, why are you trying to tear I and my brother ap@rt” she thought
“like I said, I’d only be happy any day you choose to die, if you don’t die, then I won’t relent in my efforts, I’ll hate you forever” ..
She folded her fist on the chair arm, watching as everyone started leaving

King’s chamber**
“Jimin woke up and st©pped the execution?” King Jung said surprisingly
Jimin never goes against his words so he wondered what the reason might be since he’s the victim anyways
Jimin entered the palace and bowed respectfully
“Your majesty…. she’s not at fault” he said
“Reason?”
” She saved me when I was having a great headache, she should be thanked instead of getting punished, she never t©uçhed my head, Suzy must have seen wrong or said that cos of her hatred for the maid” he said, still on his knees, bowing
” Is that true?, But why didn’t she deny the charges?, She admitted it” king Jung said
” She must have thought that denying is useless since everyone will believe a princess over her” Jimin replied
” Rise up” king Jung said and he did
“You did right, the maid will be compensated like you requested” he said
” Thanks your majesty” Jimin smiled and bowed shortly before leaving
” How was it?’ Cory asked immediately Jimin c@m£ out, he’s waiting in front of the main palace.
“Great, she’ll be fine” he replied, taking each step with him
“But…she really didn’t t©uçh your head right?” Cory asked and Jimin st©pped
” She did”
” Then why did you tell lies to save her?”
“I have a reason for that, I’ll tell you later” Jimin replied

Kimora’s room**
“I’m glad you’re ok, I’d have burnt down the whole palace and I won’t mind getting killed” Ginelle said, hvgging Kimora for the uptenth time today
” It’s ok sis, I’m fine now so you can put your mind at rest” she replied as Tania cleaned her wounds
” But you told me that ugly duckling is not bothering you again, look what she almost did to you” Ginelle said
” She followed the king’s orders” Kimora replied
” Not only the king’s orders, hatred was dancing on her face back then, she’d gladly end your life” Tania said
” I’m aware of that” Kimora said
” But why didn’t you deny?” Ginelle asked
” Cos it’s true” she replied
” What!, You really t©uçhed the head of prince Jimin?” Tania said and Kimora nodded
” I never knew it’s a great offence” she said
” Come on….all the laws were re-ad to us when we started working here” Tania said
” Maybe I forgot” Kimora replied
” Then why did he save you?” Ginelle wondered
“Maybe because I saved him too” Kimora said
“You saved him?, How?’ Tania asked
“You both won’t un-derstand” she replied
Royalty c@m£ in and hvgged her without saying anything
“Your highness” she smiled
“Thanks for staying alive, I can’t imagine what’ll happen if you were executed” she said
” I’m ok your highness, I’m glad I didn’t die too, I was sad and I thought I won’t see you again” she replied as Royalty broke the hvg
” But here you are, free from blames, you’ll be compensated greatly for saving my stepbrother, you didn’t t©uçh his head right?, You saved him’ Royalty said..
“Huh?…
” Yes, he told the truth alre-ady, he said you saved him, Suzy just told that lie cos she hates you, the king will soon s£nd for you” Royalty said.
” The .. the king?, I’ll enter the king’s chamber?, I don’t want…
“Calm down Kimora, he’s not a vampire who’ll svçkyour blood, by the way nice to meet you” she said to Ginelle who stood and bowed immediately
” Same here your highness, I’ve always heard of your benevolence and kindness but I witnessed it today, you’re beautiful too” Ginelle replied.

“Yes your highness” she replied
“Keep being fine ok?”
“Yes your highness” Ginelle replied and Royalty left
” I think I’ll have to go right now too, take care of yourself Kimora, don’t get hurt” Ginelle said
” Sure sis, bye!, I love you Gin-Gin” Kimora waved..
“I love you more Kim-Kim” Ginelle replied and pe-cked her before leaving
” Gin-Gin, Kim-Kim…how cute, but I thought I’m the only one who calls you Kim-Kim” Tania pouted
” She has been calling me that since I know her as my sis so don’t get jealous” Kimora replied.

” Whatever, by the way which medicine should I apply on your wounds?” Tania asked
” The one in the smallest container on the table” Kimora replied and Tania went for it
” It stings so be gentle” she said
“Ok I will” Tania replied, applying it gently
” How do you cope when your room smells like herbs and ink” Tania asked
” You expect me not to love it like that when I always work with both?, How funny” Kimora said
” But what happened in the forest the other time?, Do you have any idea?”
” No I don’t, and let’s keep it as t©p secret, don’t tell anyone” Kimora said
” I won’t, but it’s surprising and shocking at the same time” Tania replied

” What will you gain if she gets killed cos of your lie?, How long are you gonna hate her just because she’s beautiful?” Sera said, standing in front of Suzy who has a defiant look on her face
“I wasn’t lying, she really t©uçhed my brother’s head” she replied
” You know… sometimes I wonder if I really gave birth to you at all.” Sera said
” Mother…
“Yes, that’s just the truth cos you don’t behave like me or your brother, how can you be so callous and. ….
“Mother I hate when you talk like this, why do you expect me to behave just like you and Jimin oppa, every human has their own distinctive attitude and i choose to be this way” she replied
” Cruel and wicked?’ Jimin said, entering the room

” Suzy jealousy makes one look ugly” Jimin said
” Yes, truth” Sera added
” Try to….
” No,no I don’t want to listen to anything anymore…. I hate everyone!!!” She screamed, blocking her ears with her palms as she left the room
“It’s useless” Jimin said
“Thanks for saving the poor maid, thanks for taking after me” Sera said and Jimin hvgged her
” My precious son” Sera said, finding peace in just only the hvg
“When are you getting married?, Don’t you think it’s time?” Sera said
” I’ll get married to anyone father chooses, love is stress and…
“You don’t want to stress your heart?, How irrational, every heart wants stress, stress keeps the heart alive, so you’ll marry anyone his majesty chooses even if you don’t like her, you’re planning to go into a loveless marriage?, No son, I won’t allow that, you must fall in love ok?, There are many beautiful noble girls in Miryang, daughters of scholars, ministers, generals and all others” Sera said

Kimora’s heart is beating fast in fear

Kimora stepped in and closed her eyes
” Greetings your majesty” she bowed on her knees, still scared to move forward
*Come forward” king Jung Mal said and she did with fear
” I see fear in your eyes, don’t be scared” he said
“Yes your majesty” she bowed, not looking up
” Thanks for saving the prince, and though you were almost executed, I’m glad the execution was st©pped” he said
” And for that, you’re getting compensated, be lady Ambrosia’s as-sistant” King Jung said and she quic-kly looked up
” Huh!”
*After her from now in in the maids chamber, it’s you, that means you’re the as-sistant headmaid, I heard your cooking skills are excellent so you’re worth it” king Jung said
” I’m not worth this act of kindness your majesty” she said, still in shock
” It’s my order, go” king Jung said and she stood
“Thanks your highness, I’ll forever remember your kindness” she bowed and left the chamber
“Yay!!!!” Tania screamed immediately Kimora got out, she hvgged her ti-ghtly
“I’m so happy for you!, I heard everything, you’re the as-sistant headmaid, right after lady Ambrosia” she said
” I’m not happy” Kimora replied
” Why?”
” As one of the maids I work like an elephant everyday, now as the as-sistant headmaid, I’ll nearly die with loads of works” she said
” You won’t die, let’s go” Tania said, pu-lling her along but Immediately they got to the middle of the corridor, Janis appeared
“Janis?” Tania said and Kimora looked up
“Janis” she smiled
Janis took her hand from Tania immediately. “I’ll borrow her for some minutes” he said
“It’s ok” Tania smiled and let her go
Janis took her to the sto-re room and hvgged her too ti-ght immediately
“Janis what are you doing I’m suffocating” she said, hitting his back lightly
” Did someone s£nd you to hvg me till death?, This is too ti-ght” she said
Janis only let her go after some minutes then he held her face
“I thought I was never gonna see you again, you won’t know how scared I was back then Kimora, if anything happens to you, I won’t be able to bear it” he said, c@r£ss!ngher cheeks
Kimora smiled but shortly
” I’m ok, now let my cheeks go” she said
Janis smiled and let it go but he k!$$£d her forehead immediately
“Heya!, You’re doing things this evening, any problem?” She said

The door opened and br@yden c@m£ in, interrupting his words
“So you plan to lock her in here cos you don’t want me to see her too, silly you” he said, coming to them
” br@yden I never knew you’re here” Kimora said
“Come here” br@yden said and hvgged her lightly
“I’m glad you’re back, as-sistant headmaid” br@yden said
“That feels uncomfortable though, call me Kimora, I hate the sound of as-sistant headmaid” she replied
” You’ll be addressed as my lady just like lady Ambrosia so I’ll switch to calling you lady Kimora” br@yden said
” br@yden!” She said, stumping her foot on the ground and br@yden laughed
“Let’s get out of here, lady Ambrosia calls for you” he said and they both left the place
Janis sighed before following them

Kitchen**
“As my as-sistant, no mistakes, address the maids like the headmaid when I’m not around, no sluggishness and no clumsiness, sharp spirit should be one of your qualities, no lagging behind” headmaid Ambrosia said to Kimora
” Yes my lady” she bowed, feeling uncomfortable with all that’s happening
“And to you the rest ” Lady Ambrosia said, facing the rest of the maids, over forty
“Respect her just like I’ll be respected, she’ll take my place whenever I’m not around and direct you guys, disrespecting her means disrespecting me and you all know what that means” she said
” Yes headmaid!” They chorused
” So from now on, address her as what?”
“Lady Kimora!” They all chorused
“No I’m ok with Kimora!, I don’t want lady” she replied and everyone laughed
Lady Ambrosia gave her a warning look and she suc¢v-mbe-d
“Yes headmaid” she bowed, closing her eyes in frustration
“Getting killed back then is better than what’s happening right now, lady Kimora?, Only old ladies like headmaid can be addressed as lady, I’m not old” she squinted.

” Cory?” Royalty said, wondering if he’s the one she’s seeing from the other end as she c@m£ out of her room
His hair is down right now and she’s seeing his back only
He suddenly faced her and her heart skipped beats as he walked towards her, he’s handsome!
She blinked, almost falling down without getting pushed when he got to her
“Greetings your highness” he bowed simply and even that looks like the greatest scene she has ever witnessed
“Cory?’ she said and he looked up
His face is just perfect!, So perfect that she felt the urge to t©uçh it and she raised her hand to his face immediately, she t©uçhed his face and it feels like the best thing she has ever t©uçhed
“Your highness” Cory said, stepping back and she quic-kly withdrew her hand
Suzy watched from a corner and rolled eyes slowly
“She’s one hell of a tramp” she thought
“I’ll take my leave your highness” Cory said with a bow and left
Royalty looked at her hand and smiled
“How can he be so handsome” she said
“I knew it,you’re a tramp” Suzy said, coming out of her hiding place
“What?, Wanna go tell father?” She replied
“I don’t have time to report your shamelessness, just continue till you get caught by his majesty or your brother” Suzy replied and left arrogantly
” That br@t” Royalty muttered

Cory kept thinking about why she made that move till he got to the lawn that separated the main palace and the royals chamber
Darrin crossed him suddenly
“We nee-d to talk” Darrin said
“I don’t have time to spare to talk to you” he replied and made to go but Darrin drew his sword and placed it on Cory’s n£¢k
Cory smiled and looked at him daringly
“What do you think you’re doing?”
“Work with me, tell me prince Jimin’s secrets, prince Cal will give you a lot of money and fortune” Darrin said
Cory smiled shortly again and used just two f!ngersto move the sword from his n£¢k
“Go sharpen your sword, it lost it’s sharpness alre-ady… and about the money, I don’t nee-d it, to me.. prince Jimin is more than money” Cory said
” How long are you gonna keep being his slave?” Darrin said and Cory moved closer to him
” I should be asking that, how long are you gonna keep being prince Cal’s dog?, Look here boy, anytime this happens again, I mean…you placing a sword on my n£¢k, I can’t promise your safety….be careful” Cory said flatly and left
” Darn it!” Darrin spat.

Kimora’s room**
She just finished painting a flower drawing and she smiled wi-dely after taking a close look at it
“Good enough to pres£nt to the prince for saving my life” she said, folding it before leaving the room
It’s dark alre-ady so it’s about time to watch the stars
She went to the back of the palace and looked around, hoping to see him but he’s nowhere
“Is he not coming to look at the stars tonight?, Only God knows where he views it from” she thought, looking around
She smiled when she saw him coming with Cory and she quic-kly comported herself
“Your highness” she bowed
“The maid?, Hope you’re good now?” He asked
” Yes I am, thanks to you, thanks for saving me” she replied
” Cory excuse us plea-se” he said and Cory left
” Look up” he said and Kimora looked up at his eyes, they’re too attrac-tive that she quic-kly looked away
“Do you perhaps have healing hands?, Why did my headache leave me when you t©uçhed me?” He said
” Oh that…I..I dunno, I just did what I heard in my ears” she replied
” Your ears?”
” I mean…what my mind told me” she replied
“Oh, by the way I heard you’ve been elevated to the as-sistant headmaid” he said
” It’s uncomfortable…I mean….lady, it just doesn’t feel comfortable” she said
“The title?” He said
” Yes your highness you got it, it makes me feel like an old lady and too uncomfortable, I’m ok with ordinary Kimora, I just hate being addressed as lady, headmaid Ambrosia insisted on it even when I objected and it’s just so annoying and so creepy, Kimora is the best name in the world but it has been ruined with the lady behind it I can’t even listen to it, it sounds too…..
She st©pped and looked at him, realizing she has been talking for long
“You’ve been talking for the past two minutes without st©pping, are you a talkative?” He said and she quic-kly bowed
” No your highness, forgive me for talking too much” she said and Jimin smiled
” So your name is Kimora and you love watching the stars just like me” he said
” Yes your highness, and here’s all i can give, a gift for saving me” she said, pointing the paper forward
He took it and unfolded it, he smiled when he saw the flower drawing
“You can draw?” He said
“A lot your highness, do you like it?” She asked
” Of course!, It’s too beautiful!, I love flowers” he said, admiring the drawing with an handsome smile on his face
“How can his eyes be so pretty?” She wondered, stealing glances at him
” Too bad I hate flowers, I can almost perceive the scent while drawing it” she said
” You’re allergic to the scent?” He asked and she nodded
Almost immediately, a loud thun-der strike sounded which scared the $h!t out of Kimora
She lost balance and almost fell but Jimin held her and pu-ll-ed her back, that made a soft g@sp escape herl-ips as his hand t©uçhed hers
Her face slammed on his che-st and her hands gr@bb£d his back, maintaining her balance…
