“Why mom?, Why can’t you allow me to be with this woman mom, why?” Sylvester quietly asked his fuming mother
“I just don’t like her, I want Monica for you, she will really suit you” Mrs Oscar Said
“Mom me and Monica is over, I don’t Love her”Sylvester Said
“Son try and listen to me, that woman Vanessa or what ever you call her name is never going to yield anything to this family”
“So is Monica that will yield something in this family?” Sylvester asked
“Yes son, getting married to Monica will expand our business, and moreover Vanessa’s family is a threat to us” Mrs Oscar explained
“Do you ever consider me mother or is it just the family business?” Sylvester asked
“I do consider you son, but you have to also consider our family business, remember your father is no more and you are the one in charge of taking good care of it and that is by getting married to Monica” Mrs Oscar Said
“Enough mom!!, I can’t believe this, listen mom Vanessa is my life now and I can’t live without her, it is her or no other, if not get re-ady to disown me, am out of here!!” Sylvester Said and walked away
“Sylvester come back here!!, are you walking out on your mother!, this is serious, Vanessa what kind of spell did you cast on my son huh!!, Well we will see where this goes”

Sylvester moved his hands, this is the moment he has been waiting for

Vanessa stood at the glas-s view window
She wore a pink light go-wn
The breeze blew and blewed her go-wn and black long silk her
She was a very beautiful woman
Just then she felt someone hvgged from the back
She giggles and smiled
“My Angel” Sylvester Said and bite her ears
“My armor” Vanni said as she closed her eyes enjoying the lovely bite from her husband
“I love you so much” Sylvester Said
“I love you more” Vanni said
Just then Sylvester dis£ngaged from the back hvg as he turned Vanni around to look at him
“Vanni, you complete me, I can’t live without you, you are my life love, I promise you that I will always cherish and love you untill the end, I promise not to make you shield tears, I promise to be your rock, I love you so much Vanni” Sylvester Said with a cool and serious face
Vanni couldn’t withheld the emotions that has build up in her, drop of tears started dropping down her eyes
“I love you Sylvester” Vanni said as she hvgged him so ti-ght

“Vanni look at me” Sylvester said as Vanni quietly turned her head towards him
“You are crying again?” Sylvester asked with a worried face
“Your mother was here today when you left for work and she told me to give her a grandchild” Vanni Said
“O.M.G babe don’t mind my mother, it’s just a year, don’t let my mother words disturb you” Sylvester said
“Is sure is disturbing me babe, she is on my n£¢k, I want a baby, why can’t I have one, other women do have theirs one month two months after their marriage, why is my own different” Vanni lamented looking intently at her husband
“Babe you are different, you are not like other women rather you are my wife,come here” Sylvester said as he cu-mddled her in his arms consoling her
Some minutes later a knock was heard at the door
“I will go get it” Sylvester said and get up walking towards the door
He opened it, but the person pushed him and stomped inside immediately
Sylvester’s eyes wi-de-ned, Vanni immediately sprang up from her chair
“Well, well, well, this place isn’t bad” Monica said as she look around the place
“What the hell are you doing here Monica and why do you have your luggage with you?” Sylvester asked
“I c@m£ for a holiday, haha…” She laughed as her eyes met Vanni she just rolled them at her and faced Sylvester with a smile
“I belong here now” Monica said
“And what do mean by that?” Vanni asked
“Well I did what you weren’t able to do” Monica replied
“Points Monica?” Vanni asked as she folds her arms around her che-st

“Because you are the father of the child am carrying Sylvester” Monica said ru-bbing her stomach

“Probably she is” Vanni said
“Well I have a proof” Monica said as she brou-ght out the pregnancy result
“Here” She said and hand over the paper to Sylvester
Sylvester snatched the paper from her hands and went throu-gh it
“Hahahaha, this is probably stupid, why am I even asking s proof from you because I know I did not have anything to do with you!!” Sylvester said as Vanni took the papers from him and went throu-gh it also
She couldn’t believe what she saw, well she knew her husband very well
He can never cheat on her, never!!
“I have more proof” Monica said as she scrolled throu-gh her phone gallery
“These are the pictures of me and you honey, when we were…you know ma-king our baby” Monica said as she hand over the phone to Sylvester

“There is nothing to explain, the video says it all and even the papers too, I can’t believe you did this to me”Vanni said as tears filled up her eyes, she pu-ll-ed herself away from his gra-ps
“Babe listen to me” Sylvester said and tried to come near her

“She is not going anywhere” Mrs Oscar Said as she walked into the room

“How can you tell a woman who has your festus, your child in her to leave, how can you?!!, are you nuts!!, Is this how I raised you huh!!?” Mrs Oscar yelled
” Mom you sl@pped me?” Sylvester asked shocked at the sl@p he received from his mom
“Yes and i will sl@p you over and over again untill you have some manners, she is with your child, you can’t just chase her away, what did I teach you about a man abandoning the woman he got Pregnant, what is the faith of such man huh?!!, She is going to stay here or even yet you Marry her” Mrs Oscar Said
“No I can’t take this anymore” Vanni said and Ascended the stairs
“Vanni!” Sylvester called and ran after her
“What are you doing?” Sylvester asked confused at why Vanni was packing her clothes
“What else Sylves, am leaving this house for you and your new wife, after all you can’t abandon the woman you got pregnant, and Me I can’t stand to share my man with another woman, she is pregnant and am not!!” Vanni answered packing her clothes hurriedly
“St©p Vanni, st©p!!” Sylvester said as he held her from the back
“Let go of me!!” Vanni said as she struggled to free herself
“I won’t baby, until you st©pped what you are doing” Sylvester said holding her so ti-ght
“Let…let… let go!” Vanni yelled so weakly she was tired of struggling
Sylvester turned her around, just then Vanni started hitting his che-st cursing him
“How could you…how could you, how could you do this to me, you promised remember, you promised to always be with me right, how could you shatter my heart like this Sylves, how could you get another woman pregnant?, You felled your promise to me, YOU BROKE OUR VOW…” Vanni cried hitting him
Sylvester couldn’t move or talk
He was davasted, he didn’t know how it happened
He couldn’t remember slee-ping with Monica
He was lost, he felled Vanni
He broke his promises, he broke his vow to her
Before he can regain himself Vanni has stomped out of the room with her bag

“How is my grandchild doing?” Mrs Oscar asked smiling
“Very fine ma” Monica replied smiling
“When you told me about this pregnancy, I could n’t believe my ears I was shocked and happy at once, thanks my child for ma-king me a soon to be grand mother” Mrs Oscar Said
“Is my plea-sure ma I…”
“Don’t t©uçh me sylves, I will s£nd my lawyer to you, so that you can sign the divorce papers, we longer have anything in common, just relax and enjoy your life, good bye” Vanni said and walked away
“No Vanni, don’t do this to me, remember what we shared together”
