Episode 23
Chris’s POV
I sat down on the greenly field with Cindy beside me.
I took my eyes to her and our eyes met.
She smiled at me and I smiled at her back.
“Hey, should we head home now? It’s quite late” I inquired but she nodded negatively.
“No, I wanna stay here with you some more, I’ve missed it a lot” she cooed and I chuckled.
“I’m sorry for that” I apologized and she rested her head on my shoulder.
Its hasn’t been too long that I officially asked her to be my real girlfriend and fortunately for me she expected it.
Thank goodness she did, I’m really sorry for all the stuff I did to her.
Mom is right, ladies aren’t to be treated like that, I had forgotten she was once a lady.
I pu-ll-ed her closer to me with my hands around her b©dy.
Then he turned and rested her head on my che-st.
“Chris” she called softly.
“Yes” I answered her.
“I’m sorry for what I did, for trying to set you up, I’m really sorry, I thought…”
“Shh” I shushed and she raised her head up and starred at me directly in the eyes.
“You did nothing wrong, in fact you actually did a good job there.”
“Its made me truly relax how much of a j£rk I have been, I should be the one apologizing repeatedly, not you, so don’t bother yourself anymore” I cooed and she took her eyes down.
“I’ve done a lot of bad things too, I’m just regretting them all right now” she mumbled and I cu-mpped her cheek.
“Just forget all those cause they alre-ady past tense, from this day onward we will only think about each other alright?” I cooed and she blinked her eyes and nodded.
“Yea” I breathed out then leaned more closer to her and k!$$£d her de-eply.
I must admit, she is more beautiful and actually soft hearted now that I think of it.
I just didn’t care to know at first, I just wanted to scre-w her but damn me.
I got tra-pped with her, not that I’m sad, I’m actually really glad cause its her.
Chase’s POV
“Lemme show you to my room” she said and got up.
I also got up and she led me throu-gh the sitting room and we ended up in her room.
I closed the door as I walked behind her into her girlish room.
“Wow, its cool but girlish” I exclaimed.
“Is that a compliment, huh!?” She rolled her eyes and went to sit down on her be-d.
I looked around some more before I went and sat beside her.
“Hey, are you annoyed?” I asked when I noticed herl-ips were pouted and arms folded.
“Of course I am, I was expecting you to compliment me some more but you didn’t” she answered and I chuckled a bit.
“Okay I’m sorry for that, your room is actually really really nice and as beautiful as the owner” I complimented some more and I saw her smile.
“Thanks” she thanked and cu-mpped her cheeks.
I chuckled again and re-moved her one hand away from her cheek.
“Nat” I called and she took her eyes to mine.
“Do you love me this way? Like me being shy and a novice, do you still like me this way?” I questioned.
“Of course, I actually like this you more better, I fell for you because of who you are, I love it that you’re shy chase, don’t change yourself for anyone” she replied with smiles and I also smiled.
“Thanks, but its so unfortunate that I..I don’t no a lot of things they do in a relationsh!p, I’m kind of still learning so you’ll have to be a little patient with me okay?” I cooed.
“I don’t nee-d to be when I can simply teach you” she said.
“Huh, how do you mean?” I asked.
She shifted closer to me and wra-pped her hands on my n£¢k.
“I can teach you what they do, I don’t have to exercise patience, chase” she mouthed ourl-ips so close to each others.
“Uh..really?” I muttered with my eyes fixed on herl-ips.
“Yes” she replied back.
By now ourl-ips were just one inch ap@rt.
“Okay then, why don’t you teach me now?”
“Yea, really? You want me?” She breathed out.
“Uhm..yea…what are you still waiting for?” I inquired.
“No, nothing, I’m not waiting for anything” she replied and ourl-ips slowly met each others.
We engaged in a slow pas-sionate k!ss, smooching each other at intervals.
Then I slowly lowered her to the be-d and started planting k!sses on her n£¢k.
I k!$$£d her down to her che-st region unable to control the sudden de-sire clouding me.
“Chase..you’re a b**a*s” she said in what seems like a m0@n .
Her hands were busy ruffling my hair but ion care.
I continued k!ss!ngher and made to take off her t©p when the door j£rked open.
We both turned to look at the door and its was her little sister.
“What??” She screamed, covered her eyes then ran out.
“Ignore her” I heard Natty say as she planted herl-ips back on mine.

Episode 24
Charlie’s POV
I sat alone in the sitting room feeling so restless.
No one was in, I think I have to do this.
I’ll have to do it, I thought and went upstairs and arranged my wears.
I put the necessary stuff I’ll be nee-ding into a bag and pushed it un-der the be-d then gr@bb£d my car keys and left.
Today, she is gonna be going home since Chris dropped the charges against her.
Yes, I’m talking about her – Nancy.
I drove at a very high speed and soon I got to the station.
I was about to come down from the car when I saw her coming out of the station looking so different from last time.
I c@m£ down from the car and went to block her way.
She looked up and her eyes met with mine then she looked down.
“What are you doing here? I thought I told you to stay away, I don’t want to have anything to do with you guys after I tried killing you both.”
“You don’t no how ashamed I am, plea-se just go away” she said coyly.
But I still stood my ground then I gr@bb£d hold of her hand when she wanted to go away and dragged her to my car and made her sit.
I locked the door when she tried going out then I ignited the engine of my car to life and speed off.
“Charlie, why are you doing this? After I’d tried to harm you, aren’t your feelings supposed to go away?”
“Why do you keep on liking me? You are ma-king me feel more guilty, plea-se just let me down” she pleaded but I turned a deaf ear and continued with my ride, having a destination in mind.
After a long drive I arrived at an airport and immediately booked a flight for two.
Then I went to lodge in at a h0tel very close to the airport.
I took her into the h0tel room and locked her there.
All this while I haven’t spoken a word to her, maybe because I felt somehow talking to her.
But what do I do?
I’ve fallen helplessly in love with her without realization.
I’m supposed to hate her but I just can’t. I just can’t bring myself to hate her.
Yes, she wanted to kill Chris thinking he was responsible for her sister’s death.
If I’m in her shoe I’ll do the same, hell I love Chris and chase a lot, I’ll do it if I was in her shoe.
She probably thought killing the one responsible for her sister’s death could make it better, she could avenge her sister that way.
She did bad, yes, but she is also sorry about it.
I’ve done a lot of bad deeds too, never thought I could be like this over a girl.
I left the h0tel and drove to the house.
Its took me an hour even if their were no traffic to get home.
I packed my car inside the garage and went into the sitting room to see Chris.
“Hey Buddy, where have you been?” He asked sitting on the couch.
“Uncle and Aunt, are they back?” I asked him instead.
“Nope” he replied and I immediately made for my room.
I took a pen and a paper and wrote down a lot of stuff there and then picked up my bag from un-der the be-d.
I was still in the staircase when the door opened and chase c@m£ in.
He paused when he saw me with the bag.
“Charlie where are you going to?” He asked and Chris immediately turned and saw me.
He stood up immediately and c@m£ to meet me.
“Hey, what are you doing? Where are you going to?” He also asked.
I sighed and took my eyes to the floor briefly.
“Can you give uncle and Aunt this letter for me?” I asked and extended the letter and he took it and starred at it confusedly.
“I don’t un-derstand, what’s this? Why the bag?” He asked and chase also c@m£ closer.
“Where are you going to Charlie? No one told me that you’ll be travelling” he added.
“I’m gonna be out for a while, I’m sorry if it c@m£ as a shock but..I don’t think I can stay away from her” I started.
“What do you mean? I’m confused” Chris asked.
“I mean I’m gonna go away for some time Chris, I’m going out of the country and I don’t think I’ll show up in two years times” I explained and they both exclaimed.
“You’re kidding right now, what do you mean you’re not gonna show up in two years time?” Chris questioned.
“I love Nancy and the only way I can live happily with her is if we go away, I’m ashamed to really say this after all she did” I narrated.
“What? Nancy? You mean the one that had you both hospitalized?” chase exclaimed.
“Yes, so you see, I don’t think I can stay here, I’ll just have to go away with her, I’ll go far away for some times” I explained further.
“That’s nons-en-se, so you love her more than you do to us, how can you just live this way, how can you do that to mom?”
“You are her first son, how can you live her that way, you’re so mean” chase nagged then walked pas-s me upstairs.
Chris has been keeping quite.
“Is it true? You love her more than your family? You didn’t even care about our feelings Charlie” he spoke.
“Chris, you should un-derstand, I’m sincerely sorry for this, I don’t want Aunt to meet me here.”
“Do pas-s the message to them both” I cooed and walked pas-s him to the road.
I sighted a cab, then I boarded the cab and left to the airport.

Episode 25
Chris’s POV
Did he really leave? Just because of Nancy?
Gosh, I never knew he loved her to this extent.
I was even expecting him to speak up like he always does but he just revealed it to me and disappeared?
How could he act that way? I thought weakly and sat down back on one of the couch.
I was about sharing my story with him.
I wanted to tell him that Cindy and I are now together and I’ll st©p being a scre-w boy.
He just managed to ruin my mood.
Chase’s POV
Gosh, why on earth is Charlie behaving that way?
He is eloping with the girl that almost had him killed?
He was the reason mom shouted at me for the first time.
Why on earth will he ruin my mood?
Today of all days.
I was very excited because of what happened between I and Natalia but he managed to ruin my mood.
Natalia’s POV
Mom and I sat down facing each other as I narrated everything that had happened to Cindy.
She got a call from the school concerning Cindy so I had to explain the whole issue to her.
She looks really sad and heart broken to hear everything that has happened.
“Mom, its alright now, Cindy is now happy with the guy as I’ve heard.”
“She is really happy, mom, you don’t have to worry” I told to her.
“I don’t want anything that will make her do bad things Nat, I couldn’t save my dying sister so I promised to take care of her daughter in her place. I promised that she’ll always be happy, that’s the reason I hate it when you fight with her, I don’t want anything of such happening to her Nat. Will you help me watch over her since I’m always busy with work?”
“Just like you did today, will you help me watch over her?” Mom asked.
“Of course mom, I bear no grudge against her, she’s my sister now, I’ll always be there for her” I replied and she smiled.
“Thanks sweetheart, you have the heart of your late father, I know he’ll be proud seeing how you are” she said and I smiled more and blu-shed.
“Thanks mom” I cooed.
Two years later.
Chris’s POV
We were all in the sitting room on a Sunday night.
Of course we have graduated high school, I’m alre-ady in college while chase is still planning on entering but he just got debuted into a music industry.
Chase has always loved music and he has the best voice of us all.
Well his cute looks and voice just did the magic, the whole world knows him now.
His not too shy again anyways but his still a snub.
His relationsh!pwith Nat is growing really well.
They meet each other every now and then.
Well, my relationsh!pwith Cindy has also grown.
She’s the jealous type tho but I keep on falling in love with her.
About Charlie?
We haven’t heard of him since he left, mom got really angry when she got home that day.
But her anger cooled down as the days run by.
Dad was also angry but he doesn’t really show his feelings. He just acted cool about it saying that Charlie is old enough to take care of himself.
We were watching a family TV program when a knock c@m£ at the door.
Chase stood up and went to get it.
“Who is that chase?” Mom asked him but we got no reply but saw him, we saw Charlie.
I turned in shock to look at him.
Mom stood up on her feet immediately, dad just continued starring at him from where he sat.
“Charlie?” I called in disbelief.
His gaze was on the floor but damn he has gotten more handsome.
“Charlie, is this really you? You c@m£ back?” I questioned and moved closer to him.
Forget the shock, I’m really happy.
“Aunt, Uncle?” He called instead but shockingly mom sl@pped him immediately.
“Mom!!” I called in shock.
“Cynthia!!” Dad also called and stood up in his feet.
“Hey, what are you doing? Calm down” dad said and held her.
“How could he leave and only come back after two long years? How could he do such a thing??” Mom yelled looking very angry.
“Calm down, he is here now” dad told her.
“What didn’t I give you? You left because of a girl? You left your own mother?” She asked but I bec@m£ confused.
Hold on, did she say mother?
Or is anger ma-king her speak nons-en-se?
“Mom, what do you mean by mother?” Chase c@m£ forward and asked.
“I’m sorry, I’m really sorry, plea-se forgive me” he apologized and went down on his knees.
Dad was still holding mom.
“You’re so ungrateful Charlie, I let you do what you want and this is how you treat me? You choose a girl over your own mother? Over your siblings? Over your dad? A girl? The one that almost had you and Chris killed?” She cried and I continued starring in shock.
“Mom, I’m sorry, I’m really sorry, I acted foolishly because I fell in love with her, I’m so sorry”he continued apologizing.
“Okay, this is more confusing, how is mom your mom too? I thought she was only your Aunt?” Chase asked again.
Charlie kept quite as dad led mom to a couch and sat her down.
“Its okay, he is here now, he is not leaving you okay? You can calm down” dad said to mom.
“Dad, we nee-d answers plea-se” I cut in.
“Yes, Charlie is also your blood brother alright, he just decided to refer to us as Uncle and Aunt.”
“He just decided by himself” dad replied and I took my eyes back to Charlie.
He got up on his feet on went to meet mom.
“I know I disappointed you all, I’m sorry for that, I’ll never do such again” he said.
“What about the girl? What about her?” Mom asked him.
“She died a year ago, she killed herself out of guilt” Charlie replied.
“Huh, she died?” Mom asked now looking at him and he nodded.
“I’m..I’m..sorry about that” mom cooed.
“It’s okay, I’ve forgiven you, just don’t try it again alright” she cooed and Charlie hvgged her.
This is actually the first time I’m seeing them hvg.
The way they acted, they acted like real Aunt and nephew.
Charlie wasn’t close to mom at all, he wasn’t close to dad either.
I never suspected or asked about their real relationsh!p.
I just figured out their relationsh!pbecause he always called her Aunt.
Who knew he was even my blood brother?
Wow.
From now on, I hope we all live happily and together.
