“Do you know your crime young lady?” The head teacher asked as he push up his glass just so he can stare properly at Charmaine.
“You layed your hands on Eva Brown. Do you know how affluent her father is? Couldn’t you just hold back that anger of yours?” He added again.
“So you are saying that I should have hold my anger back while I let her insult me and my friend?” Charmaine ask in return.
“Yes! You should have done that. Eva parents are angry and they are hoping that we do some thing about it which is why it’s best if you don’t show up at school for some time”
“I won’t and I don’t care about Eva and her parents. You don’t know who my father is right? What if I also call my father to handle this situation?” Charmaine threatened.
“Just who is your father!” The head teacher yelled at her in return.
“Figure that out yourself sir but I don’t intend to stop school just to please Eva and her parents. If that’s all, I will take my leave” she said before heading outside.
Charmaine saw Stephen waiting by the door way but she chose to ignore him and continue her journey.
“Who the hell is that brat? She’s really going to regret talking to me in that manner” the head teacher said in anger and he was about to pick up his phone when Stephen took hold of his hand.
“Just let it be, you don’t have to make an issue out of it” Stephen said casually.
“Stephen, this isn’t making an issue I only want to put that girl in her place and….”
“Just let her be. I was present when the fight took place and Eva is at fault. We all know how spoilt Eva is and so it’s only right that she gets a good beating from someone who won’t tolerate her shit ” Stephen answered which got the head teacher loss for what to say.
“If you are worried about the principal firing you then don’t, I will help you talk to him and in exchange you must leave Charmaine alone ” Stephen stated.
“Fine but tell me why you are helping that girl, it’s unusual of you to be worried about anyone”
“Let’s just say she’s going to make my school life insteresting, see you” Stephen answered mildly before leaving the office.

“Check this out?” Zach said as he showed some thing to Essex on his phone.
“What’s that?” Essex asked.
“I just rented a place for Ashton and it turns out that Charmaine is also living there” Zach replied.
“Are you sure about this?”
“I am very sure, after all our buddy has been crazy about that girl and since the apartment she lives in need a room mate, Ashton is a better candidate” Zach answered in excitement.
“I still don’t think this is a good idea, it’s best that we….”
“Shhh….Ashton is coming and you better not say a thing to him” Zach warn
just as Ashton got to them.
” How is Charmaine?” Zach asked.
“Fine, seems like it has all been settled ” Ashton answered referring to the fight from earlier.
“But I must really say that your girl is some thing, has she always been like that?” Zach asked.
“Not really seems like the years made her tough” Ashton replied feeling glad for Charmaine who is strong enough to defend herself.
“Did you ask Zach to help you look for a place to stay?” Essex asked.
“I did since dad will keep on pestering me until I give in to his demand” Ashton replied.
“Then you should know that…”
“That have found you a spectacular place, a place which you would love as soon as you see it” Zach hurriedly said as he held onto Essex mouth so he wouldn’t spill the bean.
“Really? Then lets go check it out” Ashton said as he went ahead of them while Zach let Essex mouth go.
“Don’t ruin it and just let it be. Don’t you know that this is the best decision for Ashton, it will help him get close to Charmaine. I thought you are smart!” Zach reprimanded before going after Ashton while Essex followed.

“What are you doing in my home!” The stricken Charmaine yelled at him.
“I should be asking you that. Why are you in my home?” Ashton said in return.
“Your home? How is it your home when I payed for it?” Charmaine asked.
“I also payed for this place except you are the room mate am meant to share it qaa with” Ashton supplied.
“The owner did tell me that am meant to share the house with someone but I didn’t expect it to be you!” She said disliking the thought of sharing the same place with him.
“I don’t think we can do anything about it for now ” he drawled out slowly.
“I don’t know about you but am definitely not spending the night in the same place with you” she declared and made to leave but quickly he caught up with her.
“I know you are angry but you can’t leave now. It’s late and it’s raining outside so just….”
“No! I don’t want to be in the same place with you. Just the thought of that makes me sick!” She yelled out in anger before walking out of the house.
Due to the towel he was in, he couldn’t go after her but when he had put on his trouser, he did then.
Charmaine was walking down the street all wet due to the pouring rain when she heard some one footsteps behind her.
“You can’t leave like this!” Ashton yelled as soon as he got to her.
“I can do whatever I want, leave me alone!” She yelled at him in return wanting to pull her hand out of his but that only made him pull her towards him and he gave her a mouth watering kiss.
Charmaine tried to struggle out of his hold but he tightened his arm around her deepening the kiss.
Charmaine let him have his way and when he let her go she gave him a slap.
“How dare you kiss me! How dare you touch me” she screamed as she began hitting him on the chest.
Due to the muddy ground, Ashton slipped which got Charmaine falling with him but that didn’t stop her from hitting him.
“You just can’t kiss me whenever you want! You are not my boyfriend and neither are you a thing to me!” She kept screaming and hitting his chest but in one swift mood, he turned her over on the mud with him over her.
“Get off of me!”
“I won’t until you’ve come to your senses. You have two option, it’s either you go back to the house with me or we continue kissing in the rain, what do you prefer?” Ashton asked.
“I don’t want to stay in the same place with…..”
“Then we might as well continue with the kiss, I also prefer that” he said bending towards her.
“I will go back to the house!” She yelled which got him getting off of her.
Charmaine stood up to leave but in one swift mood, he lifted her into his arms.
“I can walk by myself ” she said wanting to get off but he tightened his hold.
“Just stay still or I will change my mind and continue with the
kiss” He told her softly which got her staying still in his arms.
As soon as they got back to the apartment, he took her straight to the bathroom.
“Wash up and after that we will have a talk” he said as he shut the bathroom door.
As soon as he did that, Charmaine pulled out her phone and dialled Daphne number.

“Really? He is living with you?” The shocked Daphne asked.
“Yes. Is it possible for me to spend the night at your place?” Charmaine asked.
“You know that will be difficult since my dad is at home ”
“Oh! How can I forget that. Will you be fine?” Charmaine asked worriedly.
“Don’t worry. I know how to handle him but then what will you do?”
“I will keep calling Bridget” Charmaine replied.
“I don’t think she will be of help too. She told me not to tell you but I think she’s struggling with money” Daphne said as she kept walking home.
“Why did she keep it a secret from me, I will call her ” Charmaine supplied before ending the call.
Daphne let out a sigh as she continued her long walk back home.
She decided to take a short route which will lead her home faster when she heard a girl scream.
Being someone who never ignore a cry out for help, she quickly followed the path where the scream came from expecting to hear the girl scream again.
But that didn’t happen and what she saw when she got to the scene got her eyes widening in shock.
There was the girl who screamed being f**ked against the wall by none other than Foster.
“Keep going Foster….hit that spot….make me cum!” The girl screamed out when he did as she said.
Foster who kept ramming the bitch he met at the club earlier noticed a shadow on the wall and when he turned it was to see Daphne.
“What a lovely surprise? Interested in joining and making it a three some?” He asked as he kept f**king the bitch.
Feeling disgusted by the scene and by him, Daphne fled hoping she would get that horrid scene out of her brain.
The dirty scene was still troubling her when she got home.
As soon as she walk into the house it was to be given a slap by her father.
“You stupid child! How dare you quit working at the club!” He yelled at her.
” If I keep working at the club and the restaurant. I won’t be able to focus with school” Daphne let out softly as she held onto her cheek.
“Then you should have quit working at the restaurant or you should have quit going to school. Quiting the club is out of question, so I want you to go into that room and dress up like the good girl you are and head to the club….”
“If I do that then you won’t be able to get a rich son in law like you want” Daphne let out using her only weapon.
“You allowed me to enroll at Cambridge college just so I can lure one of the rich kid there, if I leave then you won’t be able to get the money you have always wanted” she added lightly.
“Are you telling me that one of those rich kids have fallen for you?” He asked rethinking the whole thing.
“Yes. He turns out to be very rich, if I leave school then he won’t be mine and you will lose….”
“Okay! okay! okay! Do whatever you can to make him yours. I will only give you two weeks and once you can’t give me cash then you are going back to working at the club” he stated fiercely before walking out of the house.
As soon as he left, Daphne sat on the floor crying softly.
Her father have always been materialistic and that’s why her mother left abandoning them.
She had tried to leave him too but anywhere she went, he always finds her and when he first told her to work at the club as a waitress, she refused which got him threatening to kill himself and putting the blame on her.
Daphne had no option than to agree and he was he who told her to enroll at Cambridge just to find a wealthy boy who will be willing to spend money on her.
But little did he know that no one is interested in her not even Essex who she has feelings for and she would rather die than to date a guy just for his money.

As soon as he got into the house, Foster put off the cigarette he was smoking.
He was about going into the mansion when he noticed the book worm reading in the garden.
“I warned you not to study at Cambridge right?” Foster asked as he walk towards him.
“If you are here to pick a fight,I suggest you….”
“Am not trying to pick a fight, I only want to know when you will get out of my life. Not only did you bombard your way into my house, you stole my father’s love and took his attention and now you enrolled in the same school as me. Until when will you stop going after the things I have?” Foster asked and Essex got off the seat.
“You are being paranoid. Have never been after anything that is yours” He replied and began to walk off.
“Since you don’t intend to stop why don’t I go after what’s yours too? That Daphne girl seems insteresting” Foster said suddenly and that stopped Essex.
“What? Getting scared because I intend to take what is yours?”
“Daphne isn’t mine for the record and so I suggest you stay away from her if you only intend to hurt her” Essex warned.
“Sorry dude but have got my eyes on her this time and also you have no right to get angry at me for wanting Daphne when you are already taken. That’s being too greedy” Foster told him with a smirk on his face before going into the mansion….
