AYOMIDE
Part 10

Ayomide wasn’t just beautiful but has br@in. Students and lecturers started noticing her. She was bold, composed and outspoken. She was too sure of herself. Her course mate wanted her to contest for the beauty pageant but trust Ayomide. She will not hear of it. There was another competition which involved three million naira for the student with golden voice. Again, her course mates wanted her to participate because she has a great voice.

“My voice is for Jesus.” She will tell them
“You have a big problem” they told her. Three million naira is involved ooo.
Ayomide refused to be cajoled.
” God’s reward is far better than three million naira and the riches of this world”

Some of the male students started making advances at her but she kept refusing. Brother Tayo wanted her for himself. He was the Bible study teacher in the fellowship.
“I am interested in a spirit filled sister like you Ayo. I will marry you” he told her.
“I am not here for marriage but to get good grades. When I am throu-ghwith school, then I can talk about marriage.

“Don’t be stubborn sis Ayo. You’re no longer a baby oo.”
” I know I am not a baby but I won’t let my guard. I will not date you.” She was firm.
“Can you at least pray about it? Please.
‘Alright!
That night, God to Ayomide to focus. That He has greater plans for her. Bro Tayo is not in Ayo’s plan. He told her bro Tayo is a deceiver looking for who to destroy.
“I will uproot anyone and anything that will stand against the fulfilment of your destiny.” He told her. “I have been fighting for you and I won’t stop until the world see that you’re a light”

Pastor Ezekiel and some other members of the church were able to raise some money for bro Kola and his wife to rent a room and parlour self contain. In their trying times, the church stood by them. Age wasn’t on their side to start looking for any kind of job. Sis Adenike was employed by the church to take charge of the church school that was opened by the church. The salary was manageable considering the fact that it was a new school. Bro Kola was still waiting for opportunity to come his way.

Two months that Adenike started managing the school, the territorial powers will not allow them to rest. They supressed them. Sis Adenike without having any problem with the church, parents or any of the staff, tendered her resignation letter to the pastor. Today it was backache and tomorrow headache.

Bro Kola got a call from his long time bossom friend. He told Kola to join him in his business. The day he was to resume, he woke up with a swollen leg. He couldn’t even raise the leg up because it was heavy and painful.

It was the call that Ayou received about her father that made her left school to check on her parents. Though she was glad that the church supported her parents but was sad how things turned upside down.
” This compound is cursed” Adenike told her daughter. ” I don’t like here”
“You should be grateful you got a roof over your head”
“I am grateful my child but the atmosphere here is always heavy especially at night. Look at your father’s leg, it’s rottening away.” She said crying. ” I don’t know how things turned out like this oo. We were living comfortably but now look at us. We sold our properties so we can feed. We are not even supporting your education” she sobbed more.
“Blame your self mum and dad. Both of you are careless. You’re not praying. How can an Intercessor not been sen-sitive to the devices of the devil? When last did you call down fire from above? Both of you were always thinking of work. Are you still working? Haven’t you been sacked and replaced? Please dad and mum, this is not the time to lay blame on anything or person. Turn to God! You go to church but not connected to your source.”
“I guess that is why God is punishing me” Adenike lamented.
“God is not punishing you maami. You’re being attacked because you let down your guard.
That day, Ayo reconciled her parents back to God. She read 2 chronicle 7:14.

When the agents of the devil came to operate, they found that the door was locked. They couldn’t access the Oluwafikayo. The fire on the altar was on and the warring angels positioned themselves everywhere.
“Aaaah! That girl has scattered our plans. We will deal with her.”
” We nee-d to leave her now or we will be roasted.”

AYOMIDE
Part 11

Bro Kola was dying of pains. His swollen leg was so painful and he could no longer bear it.
“I am dying Adenike. I can’t bear it anymore” he lamented in tears. Food was no longer tasty in his mouth. Flies were already perching on his rotten leg. The smell of rotten flesh filled the house. Sometimes, church members do visit to see how he’s faring.

Ayo who returned from the market met his father crying while hee mum consoled him. She went to him and raise the leg up a little bit. This made Kola screamed. He tried to withdraw the leg but Ayo held firmly on it.
“You flesh eaters, I command you in the name of Jesus, leave this leg now and never return.” She prayed. ” From this very moment, this leg and body is a no go area for you. I command total healing on this leg, in the name of Jesus.

The demons fleet like lightening and bro Kola for the first time since Ayo returned slept like a baby. When he woke, he found his leg healed. It was as if he never had a swollen and rotten leg. With a heart full of thanks, bro Kola bowed in worship to the most high God.

Ayomide returned to school and discovered her little possession had been stolen. Her room mate told her someone had for-ced the door opened while she was clas-s and carted away with her things.

“How come it was only my things that was stolen?” She asked
“I don’t know. Who did you offend? Thank God my things were not stolen.” Her roommate said not showing concern. Even the little money she hid in her wardrobe was stolen too. She sat on the bed thinking of what line of action to take next, when suddenly her eyes opened and God showed her what transpired in her absence.
“You broke my wardrobe and stole my things Amarachi.”
“What? What kind of accusation is this?
“You sold my things. Infact you brou-ght two girls to this place to buy my things and you stole my money?
Amarachi started crying.
” Ayo! Why would I do that? Why are you accusing me wrongly?
“You sold my things and used it for ab-ortion.
Amarachi opened and closed her mouth shocked.
“I…I” she stammered.
Nobody knew she committed ab-ortion. Infact, she went to the hospital where nobody will recognise her.
“You can hide your sins from me but not God. Look at me Amarachi. I am a struggling students. I hustle everyday to sustain myself yet you didn’t pity me but went ahead to rob me of my ha-rdwork. How do I start buying things again?
Amarachi knelt on the floor and started begging.
” Please forgive me. Take all my things but please don’t report me. I beg you. She pleaded and cry. Ayo looked at her and forgave her. After that incident, she became very careful.

Ayo was popular in her department. God has told her to be focused and not be distracted. She was focused on her focus. In the school fellowship, she was active. Once in a while, she was given role to play in the fellowship to either sing or exhort the church but on this particular day, the mighty power of God descended. A brother who was on a wheelchair received an instant miracle. He walked without any as-sistance. When she moves, people fall un-der the anointing of God. It was a glorious sight to behold. Another brother who had a bad leg received his miracle. People could hear bones cracking and his legs straightened.
” I just started with you” God told her.

When programmes were organized in different fellowship and other churches, Ayo was invited. She would minister and creative miracle would take place.

“Change the church you attend” she told a man in one of the programs. ” The pastor there is using not only your glory but all the members too. The pastor is an occult. I want you to know today that God is not in his altar but cries of innocent blood he shed.”
The man cried and cried. Please pray for me. I don’t want to remain in this position. I have suffered. Please pray for me.”
Ayomide prayed for him and told him God has settled his case.
Ayo’s name grew far and wide.
“It’s not about me but Jesus” she would say. ” I refuse to take credit for the miracle He performed because I am just a vessel”

Prof Atama was a Randy lecturer who was known for his womanizing attitude. No female student has ever said NO to his demand. When he’s interested in a student, he goes for her. Some of the new students thought they could bribe him with money so he won’t have s-× with them but it was an effort in futility.
“I have money” he told them “what I want is what is between your legs.”
Failure to meet him in any designated hotel means carryover until the student succu-mb. Rumour has it that he belongs to a dangerous cult. Any female who tries to play smart with him disappears mysteriously. There was never any proof to pin him to any disappearance.

It was no news that Prof Atama who has Children Ayo’s age wanted to have s-× with her.
“I am a child of God sis. I won’t do what you ask of me”
” I am a child of God too Ayo. You have delayed this enough and I won’t accept it.”
” I won’t give in to your demand sir.”
“I will finish you then. Ask others about me.” He boasted
” Sir, I have a higher authority that I must obey. Aren’t you a married man with grown up Children?”
“Be prepare because you will repeat my subject.”
“Amend your ways sir.”
“Get out of my office Ayo. You have dared me but I will show you the other side of me”.
Ayo hurriedly scurried out of the office. She was very sad. She got to her apartment and told God she wasn’t going to fail Prof Atama’s course after all the struggles to read, buy books and pay school fees.
