The girl look and walk as if she’s posses by a demon….she look scary.
The everyone bowed to her. Even the king, the queen and the crown princess. I look over to Kai. He was looking at the girl with hatred. I wonder who she is.
“What do we own this visit?” The king asked.
“Corbin…long time no see….I’ve come to see for myself the file the gods brou-ght”, did she just called the king by his name?.
We walked to the hall. Kai was not in a good mood, the little girl was scary, so I hide behind Kai. He looked at me and frown. I grin at him and he turned his face away in disgust.
“Kai….my greatest enemy….” She said, he was was tiny and at the same time sound sharp and de-ep like a male voice. I shivered as I hold Kai’s clothes from behind. He whined and push my hands way.
“Don’t touch me!” He said coldly.
“But am scared!” I whispered to him and he smirk mocking me….
Kai turned to the girl. “You expect me to believe your gods sent me this disgusting being?” Kai mocked.
The little girls eyes sparkled. “How dare you say such a thing Kai!!” She yelled.
“I don’t know the trick you’re pulling with me but it won’t work!” Kai yelled.
“Guess it’s time to see how valuable she’ll be to you…..” She said calmly. She walk closer and hold my hands. I felt like crying. She was so scared. She drag me away from Kai, I could feel my heart in my mouth.
She walk away, and drag a maid.
“Please…. please shimmer….I don’t want to die……” The maid begged. I was surprised with the way the little girl drag the maid….she had so much strength.
Kai stood and watch her. Everyone was quiet….I didn’t dare say a word too. She walked close to Kai and drag the girls hand to touch Kai. Immediately the girl froze and turned into ice.
I almost swallowed my tongue….what did I just see?, My legs weakened and I fell on the floor. I’ve heard them say it but now I’ve witness it.
Kai indeed was scary.
“What’s the meaning of this?” Kai barked and the little girl know as shimmer smiled.
“Enjoy the show” she said and walk closer to me. She drag me with one hand over to Kai. With the force she used I landed ha-rd to Kai’s chest.
The ice began to break off the girls body. I was still holding Kai’s arms for support because my legs were still weak. The girl started shivering. She was back to life.
Kai eyes were in shock and so was everyone.
“How……!” Victoria wanted to say something but she stopped.
Kai push me off his arms and walk outside.
The Queen ran to me.
“Nina….are you okay?” The Queen asked. I was feeling dizzy again…..the Queen saw Nina disappearing. She turned to the shimmer “do something!”
“There’s nothing I can do….. she’ll only stop disappearing when he loves her” she said
“But he’ll never love her!” The Queen yelled.
“You never can tell”.
I opened my eyes and I was back home. I was standing few meters away from my house.
“Mom!!” I whispered. I ran into the house but it was empty. “Dad…….mom…. where is everyone!!!” Could it be that Alex drove them out. No Alex is not like that…..he’s good……
“Nina?” I heard my name and turned around. It was Kate.
“Kate!!!, Oh Kate!!!” I yelled and hug-ged her.
“Nina……let’s get out of here….I know where I can help you……”
“Really….let’s go then…..I don’t want to go back to that world it’s so awful” i cried and she hug-ged me.
“It’s okay…let’s go now….you can tell me about it on our way….” Kate said……………

Kate drove me to the sea shore. We come down from the car.
“Kate why are we here?” I asked.
“Nina…..you never showed have come back you know….you should have stayed in that world… trapped forever!” She said and I frown
“Kate how could you say such a thing…. look take me to Alex…I have to see him…I don’t have much time” i said trying to walk back to the car but she drag me back. “Kate?!!” I yelled as she drag my hair and pushed me into the water.
I struggled in the sea…..the sharp pain came back to me stomach. I couldn’t breath fine. I started swimming back to the shore.
Kate look at the sea…..tears filled her eyes.
“What have I done?, Nina…..Nina!!!” She yelled and jumb into the sea after her. She swim and swim but couldn’t find her.
She brou-ght out her phone and called Alex.
Alex was with Nina’s family.
“Mom, Dad….don’t worry…I’ll find her….I promise you”
“That girl…..all she knows how to do is cause trouble……how could she leave without trace!” Her father said. Alex phone started ringing. It was Kate.
“It’s Kate…..be quiet let me speak to her” he said to them and they nodded.
“Hello Kate?”
“A……..a….Alex…..Alex come fast it’s Nina….she’s in the sea……”
“What!!!!, Where are you….?, Where is Nina?”
“Alex….come quick…..she fell into the sea…..she fell!!!!”
In no time Alex and the emergency unit were on the sea.
Seeing Alex Kate run to him.
“Alex!!!”
“What happened Kate?’
“I don’t know……I…I pushed her…”
“You what?!” He yelled.
“I don’t know…..it was like….it wasn’t me…..I swear….I felt someone else in my…..”
“Shut up Kate!!!!, How could you make useless excuses!!!, Pray nothing happens to her…… Officers…..arrest her!”
As I swim back to the my rob my hands in my eyes. The view change. I look around me and saw strange clothes and old women.
I tried to stand up but my legs were still weak in shock. I crawled to a shade. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
When I finally opened my eyes again, I saw a bunny rabbit. “M…master?” I called.
“Oh…you’re awake!” He said and I sit up.
“How….how did I get here?” I asked
“Don’t worry….Mira brou-ght you here….don’t be scared!” He said. “Let me take a look at your legs”. His little hands touched my legs and something like smoke start leaving his hands. The smoke round my legs.
“Good as new” he said. “You’ll be going to the palace soon…”
“No.!!” I said
“What?”
“I don’t want to go to the palace yet… can’t I stay here?” I asked and his eyes widen.
“Princess Nina……don’t be scared…..you’ll come to love him and he’ll love you too”
“No way!!!, Over my dead body!!!” I yelled.
“QUIET CHILD!!!!”, He yelled. “That’s the prophecy”
“I can’t…..he’s a monster…..he hates me…just like I hate him” i said
“Let me tell you a story of a little boy. Once upon a time…..a little boy was born…he posses great power. As he frown he was taught how to use his powers. He smiles alot… Play alot…he was as free as a bird. This little boy would stop the rain from falling so that the marketers won’t get we-t, he’ll allow the rain to fall and breeze to blow at night when it is hot….. He wouldn’t even harm a fly….he was so pure ……until….on day….he helped a sealed witch…. instead of returning the favor she got jealous of his powers and cursed him.
Thing changed after that day…..the little boy could not touch his mother anymore…… seeing the maids freeze when he touch them..he got scared and lock himself up…..for days….there was heavy rain, wind and lightening…..it destroy to many things..the flood carry almost all the marketers goods……the people protest that the boy must be killed.
Luckily the gods brou-ght message that the boy must live to serve the people. Until one day a little girl who was an orphan was brou-ght into the palace…. surprisingly she was about to touch the boy. He fell in love with her…. He loved her…..but she doesn’t like staying with him for too long… she’ll always play longer with his brother than him. For years it was like that……until……..the gods declared the marriage of the brother and the girl. The boy was heartbroken…..he still loves her from afar even though he can’t get her”
Tears filled my eyes……so Kai has been throu-ghso much, it hurts me to hear that story…..my garden heart soften.
“If he still loves Victoria…..then how will he even love me?” I asked
“What he had for Victoria wasn’t love……..” He said
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“You asked so many questions little lad when the answers are already in your palm.” He said.
“So what do I do?” I asked again and he smiled looking more cute “please tell me”
“Stay with him….. always” he said. “No more questions let’s head back to the palace”…………………TBC
