I sighed and ruffled my hair tiredly, it’s been two hours we’ve been searching for her and no single sign of her is seen.
But I can’t give up!
” I will just call another driver to come pick you both up, I can’t go back without her ” I said sincerely.
I am not planning on doing so.
” Try un-derstand this Ryan, if she was kidnapped, did you think the people will bring her to the road side ? They will definitely take her somewhere we don’t know and searching for her here won’t make us find her ”

I sighed and made turn back home. Maybe that’s the best thing.

The lady shook her head and my heart sank. What do I do?

I sighed in relief a little. Words of encouragement will do at least.
I know she’s smart but what if the person is dangerous?
Removing all the negatives thoughts, I focused back on her.
I believe she will come back!

The lady shoked as Dad mentioned that.
” of course not my King, it will only endanger her. I as-sure you, she will be back home soon or by tomorrow ”
Tomorrow is too long, what if they starve her? Why did they want her in the first place huh?

I frowned crossing my arms.
” Are you trying to say that you have forgotten my mother uncle Mike? And yes, I am Alyssa”
I asked staring at him while he shook his head.
” Of course not Akira, I can’t definitely forget my own Susan my own sister. I didn’t get to see her, I only asked my boys to tie her up ”
” I am really sorry oh God! Will Susan forgive me for this? I have lots of explanations to give, Mark ra-phael”
He called! I watched as both ra-phael and another man appeared. He better do have some explanations to do.
I can’t believe this, my favourite and only uncle that disappeared into the thin air about six years back is right beside me.
He freaking own this place lord! How did it happen and he forgot us! His sister and his niece! .
My joy now is that I can explore this mansion like I have wanted at first.
And wondering why he calls me Akira? I don’t know either but that’s what my Aba do call me when he was alive too.
And I was referred to that most of the time especially when uncle Mike is around, I guess that’s why he didn’t get to know my real name .
Ama began calling me Alyssa fully when Aba pas-sed on, she believes calling Akira reminds her of him.

Before ra-phael could move, I crossed his p@rt standing on his way. I signaled the other man to go and he gladly went.

He gave me one if his charming smiles and nodded.

Just what I wanted to hear. I glanced at ra-phael and sm-irked again.
” Will you grant me this my one request?”
” Mention it and it’s done ”
He replied heartily! Oh lord! I am so happy now.

I said bashfully! ra-phael’s eyes wi-de-ned in shock and he froze that moment.

Uncle Mike stared at me to Rachel and I still kept pouting.
” Consider it done Akira, I am sorry ra-phael. I am trying to do anything to plea-se my niece and her mother for leaving them all this years so ..”
” You are fired, you can no longer work for me. I want you out of my mansion in ten minutes, you know what I can do if you exceed that time ”
Happiness spre-ad all over me as I saw the fright and hurt in ra-phael’s eyes.
Yeah! I want him to feel what I felt too. I was heartbroken and hurt!
I could still remember everything clearly! It wasn’t less than 10hours that I gave him my b©dy that he said those hurtful words to me.

ra-phael fell on his knees immediately holding my hand and I quic-kly j£rked off.

He pleaded. God! I feel like a Queen!
” That was what I felt when you hurt me ra-phael, how does it feel?” I asked with a signature sm-irk still on my face.
” You might have done something to have hurt her ra-phael, out ” uncle Mike commanded.
ra-phael look at me pleadingly and an idea popped into my head.
” You know what uncle, you don’t have to s£nd him away anymore. Each time I am around, he will serve me, I want ra-phael as my servant ”
I squealed! Uncle Mike chuckled raising his hands.
” Anything you say Baby girl, you hear her right? You can leave ”
Oh my gosh! I have bruised his ego!

” And ra-phael? Get me a drink ” I commanded.
He paused and nodded!

Ama was re-leased and you will be wowed if you see her transformation.
I almost didn’t recognize her. She looks like a diva.

He said with hurt clearly written on his face.
King Nathan was really wrong, how can he have done that to his best friend?
” We know he was wrong Uncle but plea-se let it slide and forgive him, you got married right? And have two beautiful daughters who are now divas , they are idols and people worsh!pthem aren’t you supposed to be happy?”
” Forgive him plea-se, for the sake of the friendsh!pyou once shared. Make peace with King Nathan and his family ”
I said! I really don’t want this enmity between the two families!
Maybe King Nathan regrets his actions, I am sure about that because he’s a good man at least, that I know ”

I breathed out not knowing how else to convince him, with his wealth and men. He can kill King Nathan and his family with just a snap of his f!ngers.
” Uncle, you asked for Ama’s and I’s forgiveness right? For living us all those years and you know we haven’t forgiven you fully ”
He raised his head glancing at both Ama and I.
” I know and I will do anything to make it up to you, you are my family and I can’t help it if you both are mad at me. My favourite niece and my only sister, I can’t help it ”
A smile crept on my face while Mum gave me a ‘ what are you up to ‘ look.
” We will forgive you but on one condition”
” Just name it alre-ady and consider it done ”
My face beamed as he said that! Just perfect!
” Promise me that I have your words uncle ”
He brou-ght out his f!nger and cross it while I chuckled. I am not a kid anymore!
” A pinky promise, I will do anything to earn both you and Susan’s forgiveness”
Humph! Just in my favour.
” We will forgive you if you let go of your grudges with the King and make peace with him, right Ama?”

” Yes ” Ama nodded in agreement, I knew she was going to say yes anyways.
I heard uncle Mike sighed and that moment, I knew he was going to let go of everything.
” What option do I have? If that will make you both happy then yes, I will make peace with King Nathan ”
” Yaaayy!” I yelled happily flinging myself on him while he chuckled.
He just won my heart the more!
” Thank you Uncle, aren’t you the best uncle in the world? ”
I giggled staring at him.
” And you are the best niece in the universe ” he chuckled hvgging me back.
” That’s the best decision to make Mike, thank you for listening to us ” Ama added.
” It’s fine ”
I turned to Uncle and frowned
” Uncle Mike, can you quit the job you are doing alright? You have everything you nee-d, money, mansions, fame and your two daughters are well loaded, I want you to quit being a drug dealer ”
I said sincerely, what if he gets caught one faithful day? That’s 15years imprisonment.
He chuckled softly like it’s not bothering him.
” I agree with her Mike, I am scared. What if you get caught huh?” Ama asked.
” You two worry too much, nothing is gonna happen. I have all the connections in the world and drug dealing will soon be legalized in this country , you don’t have to worry about my safety, I am always fine”
He’s right though! I can’t imagine my uncle is a drug Lord! OhMigod!
I glanced throu-gh the window to see it was getting dark!

” But you said you have forgiven him right? I want you to settle this within yourselves and the time is now, don’t you want your favourite niece to wake up happy tomorrow morning?”
I asked convincingly! Since it’s him, I will always have my ways.
He glanced at me pas-sing me a knowing smile while Ama just watch us like always.
” What will I do with you Akira?” He asked shaking his head while I grinned.
” You can sell me if you want ” I replied jokingly and he threw his head and began laughing.
” So going?” Ama asked standing up, she’s just in for anyone.
” Yes, let’s go then and I am doing this because of my favourite niece believe me” he stood up

We c@m£ down from the car and I was glued to my uncle. I don’t want anything to go wrong puh lease.

” Take a de-ep breathe Uncle, everything will be fine ” I said to him and he nodded breathing out like I said.
” Alright, since I said I will forgive him. The anger and burden isn’t there anymore, all thanks to you ”
I just gave him a smile turning to my Ama.
” C’mon Ama, let’s head in ”
I opened the door and entered to see everyone seated quietly on the sofa with a worried look on their faces.
” Alyssa, oh my God! We were so worried about you ” Scanned said rushing to me like wise others .
I scanned the room for two people, Prince Ryan and Emily but none of them were pres£nt
I still can’t put together how she got to hate me so much!
I wish she will just be like others, maybe I should see her later and settle our difference.
I am in the palace but I am not taking her place as the real princess.
If leaving the palace will make her happy then fine, I will go live with my uncle after all, I want to be tormenting ra-phael.

King Nathan asked. They didn’t give me time to answer.

The only thing I noticed in the room was the staring contest. It was very quiet that you could hear if a pin drop.

” Dare say that ru-bbish again and I will have you killed, what is your excuse huh?” I yelled angrily.
” A certain car is always following her around Boss ”
He said and I paused. A certain car?

Master MK? Why will his car be following Alyssa?
” Did you get to know why his car follows her? ”

She can be very mischievous! What in God’s name is she planning on doing?
How is she going to bring us together?
I pouted myl-ips like a baby which made her chuckle.
I can be very pla-yful around my sisters! That’s how free I am with them.
” Tsk tsk tsk!! Even with that cute poutedl-ips, I am still not going to tell you ” she said blatantly!
Seriously?
” That’s not fair Mela ”

” Are you kidding me? How can you say the girl left in your custody disappeared and you didn’t know?” I yelled and the stupid maids and guards bowed their head.
How can they tell me they can’t find my A?
” We are sorry my Prince, she asked us to leave and when we c@m£ back, she left ”
She left? Left to where? Where could she have gone to? Was she kidnapped?
What if something bad happens to her? I threw the thought away with my heart pounding.
” That’s a stupid excuse, if anything happens to her consider yourself fired ”
I snapped and they skrie-ked .
” You nee-d to calm down Ryan, we will get information from them ”
Dad said coming downstairs while Mum and my sisters followed suit.
” What happened? Did you have any clue where she might have went?” Dad asked them.
” No my King, I believe she went away with someone and her friend knows about it ”
Went away with someone? Did they want to harm her?
I won’t be happy if anything happens to her, I won’t forgive myself that I failed to protect what I love.

I have never been this worried all my life. I will really be shattered without her, I can’t think of anyone but her.

I could see a worried look on everyone’s face except Emily.
She was busy scrolling her phone with no expression on her face like she doesn’t care.
Why is she always this way?
” You don’t have to worry, I will just go and look for her myself ”
” We insist ” I sighed waving my hands in the air.
” Where did you want to go search for her son? Isn’t it best you wait? ” Mum asked.
” I am sorry Mum, I can’t ” with that I stormed out of the room together with Ava and Scarlett.
I just hope we do find her by any means.

” Oh my goodness baby, I was so worried about you? Where have you been?” Mum asked hvgging me immediately she sighted me.
I know she’d be worried, I was worried too but nothing I could do.
I am stuck with that lunatic for the time being and I can’t mess up. I don’t have a death wish.
As long as he get to kill Alyssa, then I am his like he claimed.
He’s handsome and all but he can kill, he will end up killing me with his anger.
Any little thing angers him that I will choose to keep quiet when being with him.
