Beatrice paced back and forth in her room thinking of what William told her earlier . Even though this woman isn’t the Chelsea she is after ,will she be able to just let her go . Will she be able to keep this to herself and not tell anyone about it . Everything was getting really difficult for her and she has no idea what to do next . There is nothings she wants more than getting back at Chelsea for ruining her life, but it seems are brothers isn’t so pas-sionate about that goal again like she is. He has something else to focus on and that is the look alike that was replaced with Chelsea just to trick them . She had no idea what to do and just how long she can keep this in.
‘Veronica ,ummmmm, she was one of your maids , your personal maid .but she is dead now ‘ he lied while Veronica arched her brow
‘My maid?,oh I see now ..but atleast it a good thing that am recovering my memory .Maybe I can finally know who I am ‘
‘Yea ‘ William eyes fell on the macaroni and cheese that Veronica accidentally dropped on the floor when she was startled by William ‘and it seems your dinner is gone ‘
‘Yea ..I will just clean this up and go to be-d ,there is nothing to eat in the freezer anyway ‘
‘I think am also kind of hungry .Come let go prepare something to eat ‘ he said while Veronica let out a nervous laugh.
‘Oh there is really no nee-d for that ..I mean I am not that hungry ‘ she lied while her stomach expo-sed her little lie when it grumbled. William smiled lightly as he walked towards her and gr@bb£d her gently by the wrist
‘Yeah. .you not hungry ‘ He said sarcastically as he dragged her along with him to the kitchen
‘I thought you said we are going to prepare something together?’ Veronica asked as she cuts the Vegetables while William simply stared at her while eating a big red apple
‘I know but I change my mind easily you know ‘
‘What ever ‘ Veronica said as she tried to get the string of hair disturbing her away from her face . But her effort to do this was not effective as ends up ru-bbing vegetable jui-ce on her face.
William stood on his feet and went behind Veronica while Veronica flin-ched immediately Williams hand slightly t©uçhed her n£¢k in attempt to move her hair aside
‘Calm down ,I just want to help you with your hair ‘William said calmly while Veronica smiled nervously and said
‘There is really no nee-d to do that, I mean I have got this..i mean I will.’
‘And with what hand are you going to adjust it ?” William asked and Veronica sighed just when she realised this little argument isn’t going to end up with her winning,she decided to let him have her way. Veronica was feeling incredibly uncomfortable to have William standing this close behind her .
He slowly used his hand to push her hair to the back while his f!nger slightly ca-ressed her n£¢k .
William for some reason enjoys being this close to her this days unlike Veronica who was clearly uncomfortable with this little action.
‘Thanks ‘ she said as William nodded and slowly walked away from her .
He couldn’t but stare at how beautiful she was,william doesn’t know why he finds Veronica beautiful since he has always been the one to insult her about her beauty. She might look exactly like Chelsea but there is still a difference .
‘Here you go’ Veronica said as she served William his food about fifteen minutes later . William accepted it with a smile on his face while Veronica sat opposite him on a chair
‘Waw this is pretty good ‘ William complimented as he had a a bite of the food
‘Thanks…I make good dishes anyway ‘ Veronica said with so much confidence that made William smile
‘Look who is so confident’ he said and she smiled ‘am getting used to that ‘
‘To what ?’Veronica asked as she slowly chewed on her food
‘To you smiling ..you never used to smile ever since the accident ‘
‘I just feel like all my life ..maybe,maybe I wasn’t given a reason to smile ‘ she said while William sighed
‘Then what changed that ?’ he asked focused on her
‘Maybe you, you were the reason I smiled for the first time. So maybe you brou-ght back the smile on my face ‘ Veronica said with a smile while William stared at her intensely. He could feel his heart beating ra-pidly and he had no idea why . Things were getting pretty wierd and he has no idea why .
‘Ummmm maybe ‘ William couldn’t ignore the fact that he feels really plea-sed with himself to have brou-ght a smile back on Veronica’s face even if he didn’t intend to do that .
‘I was thinking ,when we divorce..I should open a restaurant , I make good dishes so I am sure my restaurant will be one of the best in no time ‘she while William stared at her
‘Divorce..why do you have to mention that?’ William asked as he lowered his head and took a bite of his food
‘Yeah thinking about it William, I think I want a divorce ‘ she said while William spoon immediately fell from his hand unto the table
‘What ? ‘ he said as he slowly raised his head
‘I want a divorce William ‘ William focused on Veronica as his eyebrow furrowed . He has gotten so used to Veronica for some reason he couldn’t imagine how boring and lonely his life might be without her . ‘ you see ,I figured this marriage isn’t going to end anywhere good . We are always going to be fighting, we are always going to irritate each and we are always going to annoy each other . That what marriage isn’t about. It about love and we both know none of us has that kind of feeling towards each other, so tell me what the point of this marriage ‘
‘Revenge, that what this marriage is all about Chelsea ‘ he lied
‘This marriage is your revenge, punish me some other way but free me from this marriage . I am a girl ,I have dreams . Maybe I want to fall in love, have kids and grow old with someone . But am I ever gonna achieve that if I stay in this marriage with you ‘
‘Do you think I can’t make those dreams come true ?’William asked and Veronica was totally shocked to hear that question. Can William really be serious about this question. No he can’t be
‘What did you say ?’Veronica asked while William looked away ,sighed and looked back at her again
‘I am not signing any divorce paper William and am never going to do that ‘
‘Then what do you want William ,are you happy with waking up every morning and my face is the first thing you see .. aren’t you tired of fighting with me ,aren’t you tired of hating me ..let just settle this with a divorce ‘
‘I am not divorcing you Chelsea,no matter what ‘
‘William ‘
‘ENOUGH!!’ he shouted as he ban-ged his hand on the table while Veronica flin-ched in fear while staring at him . He inhaled de-eply trying to control his anger as he stood on his feet and walked away leaving his dinner behind.
William has no idea why he reacted that way and Veronica also couldn’t figure out why he got so angry . She want to be free ,from William and their marriage but it seems he is not going to give her the chance to
William couldn’t help but ask himself the same question
Maybe ,just maybe he had developed some kind of feelings for Veronica
And he never realised that until Veronica said she wants a divorce.

William stood on his balcony staring at the sky. He just couldn’t get over the fact that Veronica wants a divorce. They got married just few months ago and now she wants a divorce . What will his grandmother think ,what will her parent think . And most importantly, will he be able to deal with the fact that she is not longer his wife

I don’t know why I am suddenly concerned about Veronica, everything is all so strange to me . I have never liked Veronica so why does her wanting a divorce matters to me all of a suddenly. I mean getting freed from her should make me happy . I do not know why I am so bothered by this but for now ,I will have to do all I can to make her stay no matter what.

I just can’t un-derstand why William got so mad at me just because I want a divorce. One thing is for sure and that is he doesn’t like me one bit,but him getting angry just because I wanted a divorce is really wierd. Peharps it in his plan to ruin my life totally before getting the divorce we both want. But I just won’t allow that happen . I must get the divorce this marriage deserves as soon as possible and thankfully, today is the last day of this Excuse of honeymoon .
I woke up the next morning and the first person I saw didn’t really make me happy . William was sitted on the sofa staring at me while I ru-bbe-d my sleepy eyes and sat up straight .
‘What do you want this morning ?…it too early to fight with me ‘I said as I packed my hair in a bun .
‘Today is the last day of our honeymoon ‘
‘So?’I asked
‘Grandma told us to buy her a nice gift together ,so come on let go to the sto-re ‘he said as he stood on his feet
‘This is probably one of your many plans to torment me .. am sure when we both go to that sto-re ,you are just gonna frame me or something ..you know what I do not even trust you . You capable of anything ‘ I went on and on while William just folded his arms and stared at me .
‘Are you done ?..’he asked ‘get re-ady we are going to the sto-re’he said as he walked out of the room. I sighed in fraustration and sat down on the be-d. I really wonder what he is up to this time.

‘ I really do not know what to gift grandmother ‘ I said while William seems to be enjoying the attention he was getting from all the girls who thinks he is handsome. They keep st©pping and staring at him like is some kind of celebrity. Well he is kind of a celebrity but it still so annoying when they treat him like he is the most good looking guy in the world .
‘Grandma loves expensive jewelry..I will just buy her a jewelry from the jewelry section over there ‘William said as he walked towards the jewelry sto-re in the mall while Veronica followed him.
‘What do you think of this ?’ William asked as he showed me a very beautiful gold n£¢klace.
‘It pretty William, but I do not think I can afford any of this . I mean they look so expensive ‘
‘Relax. I am the one paying not you ‘he said as he checked the other jewelries available in the sto-re . The sto-re keeper were really happy to see him here and they still find it ha-rd to believe that someone like William morgan will come to their sto-re ,when he is rich enough to have one of the world’s most expensive Jewelry made especially for him.
My eyes caught a very beautiful n£¢klace and I smiled lightly to myself as I walked towards it to check it out . It looked really nice and I must admit I really love it but I just had to let go of it when I saw the ridiculous price . It way too expensive. No way I can afford it . I turned my back and saw William who has been staring at me all this while .
‘What wrong, I thought you were checking that out ‘ he said while I let out a nervous smile
‘It way too expensive for me ,I have rent to pay to you and other stuffs, I don’t even earn that much from working as a waiter ,so I can’t afford a half a million diamond n£¢klace. Will have to work fifty years to get that’ I said as I walked
away while William got what he wanted for his grandmother and they both got out of the sto-re
Veronica alre-ady knew this is the last day of their honeymoon ,so it might as well be their last day together as a couple.

I sat down in the living room watching TV when a do¢v-ment was placed on the table before me . I looked up at Veronica who dropped the do¢v-ment on the table and back at the do¢v-ment
‘What is this ?’i asked
‘Why don’t you check it out ‘Veronica said as Williams sighed and picked up the do¢v-ment,went throu-gh it .
‘A divorce paper’ he said as he looked at Veronica again
‘Yes Willam, a divorce paper ..plea-se sign it ‘she said as she gave him a pen .
‘Is it really that easy for you to break relationsh!ps ‘
‘Is there any special relationsh!pwe share …no there isn’t William, the only relationsh!pwe share is hatred ‘
‘I am not signing it ‘ he said as he stood on his feet and wanted to walk away but Veronica held him by the wrist
‘You are not walking away from this like you did yesterday .. William what is your problem? . This is what you want right, then why are you being so adamant on not signing this papers . Are you scared that the court might tell you to give me your money or what . I promise I won’t ask for anything ,just free me for this marriage ‘
William angrily gr@bb£d Veronica by the arm as he said calmly but with so much anger in his eyes ‘you think this is all about money ,girl i have enough money I do not know what to do with it so you think it will bother me if you ask for divorce money ‘
‘Then what exactly is your problem ,why are you refusing to sign the papers .you hate me so much and I believe I have suffered enough ‘William let go of her as he ran his hand throu-gh his hair ‘ William what the point of this marriage, tell me why I should stay in this marriage?’
‘Tell me do you perhaps have someone you like alre-ady ,have you been seeing someone behind my back . And maybe you have promised to marry him ,maybe that why you are so bent on ending this marriage ‘
‘Oh st©p it William, this marriage might be fake but unlike you I am not disloyal, do you get that. If I truly had someone in mind ,I would have told you that a long time ago . I mean what there to hide ?..i want a divorce cause this marriage is leading nowhere and I have no reason to stay in it again . My mom is better now and am sure when I explain things to her ,she will un-derstand ‘
‘Fine ,let make a deal . I will sign those divorce papers on one condition ‘
‘Which is?’
’30 days ,you will have to give me 30 days to prove to you that there is more than enough reason for you to stay in this marriage and after that 30 days if you still want a divorce then i will Voluntarily give it to you ‘
‘You want me to stay 30 more days . So you can prove what ?’
‘I do not know Chelsea, but if you give me few more days ,I promise I will give you a reason to stay and if I can’t . I will be more than happy to set you free’
Veronica thought for awhile before sighing and said ‘okay ,if you can ever give me a reason to stay. Then I will gladly stay but if you can’t, I will leave forever William and I will never come back
