EPISODE 36
“Will you please tell me why you are so upset and angry on me.. huh?” Harry asked, annoyed because of Luke”s irrelevant presumptions.
“I have every reason to be angry on you Harry!! You are a cheater too.” Luke said, Ban-ging the Wisden table with his fists as he stood up.
“What is the point in treating Ethan like a villain, when you yourself pla-y with innocent girls too?” Luke continued venting out his anger.
He was never this angry but after seeing Natalie”s plight, these issues started moving him de-eply. He became sen-sitive to the thing”s like this and when he found out that Harry is no different from those monsters, his anger has hit the roof.
A hu-ge frown marred Harry”s face as he stared at Luke with pure confusion written on his face.
What nonsense is Luke speaking now?
“Mind to elaborate your words Luke?! I”m not getting your point dammit!!” Harry shouted back, as his patience reached his saturation.
“Brina Parker!!” Luke shouted back.
“I am talking about your affair with Brina Parker and how you are fooling Rhianna!! Got my point now, Harry?” Luke asked, grabbing back his bottle and raising one of his eyebrow sarcastically.
“What the fu-ck?!” Harry muttered.
“You think I would cheat on Rhianna, the only woman I love? How can you even think of me like that even after witnessing my love for her?” Harry asked, this time decreasing his pitch by an octave.
He never thought that his own cousin will doubt him!! Of course, he is hurt.
Luke laughed sarcastically and shook his head, mocking Harry with his gestures.
“Then how will you explain your inti-mate time with Brina yesterday, near the washrooms? You both hu-gged and she kizzed you on your cheek while you twirled her in the air.” Luke asked.
At last, realizing what had happened, Harry laughed.
So these emotional gestures between a sister and brother can also be misun-derstood in this way?
Such a shame.
Meanwhile, Luke saw Harry with confusion wrecking his br-ain. “What happened? Why are you laughing like a maniac?” Luke questioned.
“Brina isn”t what you thought. She is like my sister.. no, no. She is my sister.” Harry said.
Luke frowned. “You don”t have any siblings. Does your father-” he was about to ask something but right away sealed his li-ps realizing where his thoughts are heading to.
Harry couldn”t help but laugh louder than before. “No, Luke. She isn”t my blood sister but more than that.” he told.
“So far-” Luke stopped in middle when the sudden realization hit him.
“Brina.. she.. is she..” Luke”s voice stuttered again and again but he couldn”t finish voicing his thoughts.
He have heard about the legendary CEO of S & S corporations who unfortunately died in a fire accident. Luke is aware that Harry treats the former CEO as his own sister.
Natalie used to tell him about the special sibling bond between them.
Now, thinking about the things happening from few days, everything started making sense.
Noticing Luke”s plight, Harry un-derstood that Luke figured it out that he found out who Brina is.
“Yes brother. You are right. She is none other than Sabrina. The former CEO of S & S corporations.” Harry proudly said.
“In fact, the first letter of our company is her. Sabrina and Smith”s.” Harry explained.
S & S corporations, the first letter is Sabrina who is now preferred to be addressed as Brina. The next “S” is Smith”s, Harry”s family.
“Uncle Tom told me that she died and you took the position. But I never thought she is my friend Brina Parker. What exactly happened, Harry?” Luke asked.
“Brina asked dad (Uncle Tom) to not tell anyone that she is still alive. Not many of the people knows who the former CEO is and they don”t even know whether the CEO is a female or male. So, Brina insisted me to take the position without bringing her name ever again.” Harry explained.
“I remember you telling me that she got engaged to the man she loved.” Luke interfered, not able to control his curiosity.
“Nickolas? He is a cheater, a reason why she lost her parents and brother. He cheated on her and joined his hands with enemies, backstabbing Brina.”
“And, they are still thinking that she is dead, however, Brina never used to come without a backup. So, on that fateful day, she managed to escape with a lot of difficulty. However, ever since that happened, we lost the true self of Brina.” Harry said, wiping away his tears.
Luke felt sad, however, he couldn”t do anything but pat Harry”s shoulder.
“She is safe now, that is what it ma-” Luke got interfered when a knock disturbed them.
“Come in.” Harry said and Sawyer came inside.
“Harry, Mr. Wright is waiting for you in the lobby.” he said.
Then he looked at Luke, “Hi Luke. Long time man. Last time I saw you, you are in Cabana enjoying the car races.” Sawyer remembered.
But Luke just smiled sadly.
Brina”s story moved him.
His heart couldn”t help but bleed for his friend Brina.

Luke and Harry walked into the lobby and Leo lifted his head, noticing the approaching figures.
He smiled politely at them, but neither Harry nor Luke returned his friendliness. In turn, their faces morphed into more serious and stoic expressions as they took their places on the couch across Leo.
They are already past these formal greetings and it is pointless too. This is too obvious that he is their enemy who nee-ds to be treated with hostility rather than hospitality.
“How”s Natalie?” Leo asked Harry.
Luke frowned and clenched his fists and Harry gritted his teeth.
So, this bastard still remember that there is a girl named Natalie in his life? Wow, just wow!!
“She would have been good if she wouldn”t have met a certain idiot one year back.” Luke made a sarcastic reply.
Leo pursed his li-ps but didn”t retaliate back.
He actually deserves this.
“So, Mr. Wright is here to ask whether my sister is still alive or not?” Harry asked.
“If Brina would have find out what happened to Natalie, she would have really made Leo regret his life.” Harry thought.
Meanwhile, Leo could feel his legs shiver. A warm s-ns¶tion started invading his eyes with blur.
“Let me tell you then.” Harry scoffed.
“She is too happy that she locked herself in her room for weeks and weeks. She is too energetic and lively that she once tried to cut her hand. She even tried sleeping pills not many days back.” Harry sarcastically said. Hatred and anger too evident in his voice as well as his face.
“She is still sleeping because of the effect of that pills. She is so, so happy that doctors even suggested us to send her to the recu-peration center.” Luke told.
Leo could no longer hold back his tears.
Who said he is happy without love of his life?
He is too suffering more than anyone can even imagine.
At least, his Natalie has freedom to kill herself. However, he doesn”t have that luxury. On his decision, thousands of life”s depends on him.
That is the weight of his responsibilities!!
“Wh.. Where is sh.. she now?” Leo asked choking on his own words as he tried to compose his emotions.
“Why, Mr. Wright? Are you planning on killing the last ounce of the life left in her?” Luke asked, mocking him again.
“Oh come on, Mr. Wright. You said you want to “talk”. However, it seems like you have come here just to make sure that my cousin will not be an obstacle to you. If that is your ulterior motive of meeting us, then, please don”t worry Mr. Wright. My poor and helpless sister will never be an obstacle to your life.” Harry said.
“Yeah, yeah. How can she be an obstacle Harry? Especially when she is already in verge of loosing her mind and fli-pping to a lifeless life.” Luke added.
At this moment, Leo felt like he should stab himself and die. Whenever he heard these acrid words, he felt as if his heart is being pierced with million of nee-dles.
“Harry, I.. I nee-ded to tel-” Leo is about to tell when the door abruptly opened and a woman dressed up in flashy and expensive clothes walked to Leo in her high inch heels.
Her every step towards him made Leo clench his fists.
Why the hell this bitc-h is here?
Harry and Luke looked at the woman and their face marred with disapproval. Even her face made them disgusts her. She is the walking epitome of arrogance and over proudness.
“Honey, uncle and aunt are worried. How can you forget that we had a meeting to attend dear? See, now we missed it.” she said as she took Leo”s hand into hers.
Leo didn”t answer but clenched his jaw.
Olivia”s eyes turned chilly but she quickly hid it as she gazed at Luke and Harry, more like glaring at them.
“So, Le-” she is about to call Leo with his nickname Leo but stopped when Leo glared at her angrily.
Only the people close to him are allowed to call him like that.
Olivia controlled her anger. “So, Ethan these are your friends?” she asked.
And as usual, Leo didn”t answer. Like always, Olivia ignored his hostility.
“You must come to me and Ethan”s wedding.” she said and stood up.
“Honey, let”s go. Even my mom and dad are here and they are waiting at the airport. We nee-d to hurry.” Olivia told.
Left with no option, Leo followed her.
“Why do I feel like he is getting for-ced into something he don”t like?” Luke asked.
Harry nodded his head. “It seems like this slut cling to him like a leech. This might be the reason he didn”t bring Natalie”s matter even if we irritated him with a continuous calls.” he stated.
“He is afraid that this bitc-h would do something to Natalie. And, it might be the reason why he came here all the way around. It”s a shame that we didn”t let him speak.” Luke said, pursuing his li-ps.
“We will find a way to meet him and give him some courage to go against this bitc-h.” Harry said.
“Hmm.. poor them. Both Ethan and Natalie are suffering now.” Luke told.
“I just wish Brina won”t get hurt like Natalie because of Louis and Leo”s parents.” Harry replied.
“Hmm.. wait, what did you just say? Why will Brina get hurt? And, why did you bring up Louis into this?” Luke asked.
But before he got his answer, Luke un-derstood.
“Gosh.. so, Louis is Ethan”s brother, who is also called Edward Wright. And, let me guess, Brina is in love with him?” Luke laughed as he spoke.
World is indeed small.
Or, is it destined to happen like this?

Meanwhile…
Louis and Brina have dozed off cuddling each other on the couch. One of the R0m-ntic movie still pla-ying on the TV.
While they are enjoying their alone moments, Nadia and Nolen are in his maternal uncle”s house.
Their maternal uncle is a local don.
“I just got information from my spy in orphanage. Brina will be visiting orphanage tomorrow.” Nolen told.
“Did you find out at which time, Nolen?” their uncle asked as he exhaled a large puff of cigarette smoke from his mouth.
“Yes uncle. Though her visiting time is uncertain, she will surely leave in between 5 and 6pm at afternoon. Seems like she is going out.” Nolen informed.
“Then, let”s shift our plans to evening.” Nadia excitedly said.
Nolen and her uncle nodded their heads. “But you won”t be coming with us, un-derstood?” Nolen said.
