EPISODE 90
And as soon as she reached them, the photos on the table grabbed her attention.
It is Elina’s pictures with some man whose face couldn’t be seen. Although quam tried to get dear pictures of that person, they are mysteriously wiped away.
He is still trying to find the identity of that person.
“What happened to Eliina?” Brina asked, guessing what this is all about.
“Kidnapped”, it’s Elora who answered. Her voice was shaky.
“Or she would have gone somewhere with that boy, Gora. Don’t be pessimistic.” Elora’s brother, Katherine’s father comforted his sister who is prettily shaked.
“But, that boy seems to be from Kingdom Wentris, brother. Don’t you see the odds against my daughter” Elora shakily said, controlling her sobs.
Briana who heard them, frowned and her three worried lines etched on her forehead.
“Kingdom Wentris?” she asked, now looking at the mysterious boy’s familiar back.
“Can I see more pictures of him? Seems like I recognize him” she said, totally serious.
Louis instantly respond and gave are the other pictures which he placed in drawers of his table.
After looking at them, Brina stood silent for a few minutes, the anxiety building up in the room.
“Love” Louis called as he gently placed his hand on her lower back.
Brina looked at Louis and said,
“That’s my youngest cousin. The mysterious crown prince of the Kingdom Wentris who is not yet crowned officially. His name is Diego,” Briana said.. shocking everyone.
Everyone knows prince Griffin but they are clueless about Diego. They know Gabriel has a youngest son, but he never appeared anywhere with his father. He is practically a shadow…
“You mean, my sister is in love with your cousin?” Louis asked, shocked.
“Uh huh. I am equally shocked too” Brima answered.
“Dear, is…. is he good?” King Edgar asked, the fear in his voice too evident.
Ahh….why should her daughter fall in love with that person??? Couldn’t she fall in love with someone else…
“Yes. He is good and caring. He isn’t like his father. That I am sure of” Brina a-ssure her father in law.
“I don’t think he is betraying Elle.”she added.
“Will she be safe, physically?” Queen Elora asked, anxious.
“He wouldn’t let anyone harm her. He is like me” Brina said.

During the night…..
After Brina revealed Diego’s identity, their search became very easy. Within no time they found out that Eliina is taken by Gabriel to the Kingdom wentris. And that she is in house arrest now…
As it is already night by the time they found about this, they decided to discuss their further moves later. Even if they want to do something everyone should be sleeping now. So, they decided to rest a bit.
After Brina a-ssured Diego that he would at least protect her physically. And, their daughter is mentally strong, so she would hold up herself.
Meanwhile, Brina couldn’t sleep. She a-ssured her father in law and mother in law that they could believe in Diego.
But it’s been years she met Diego and she doesn’t know if he have changed or he is still the same, sweet and genuine guy.
After all, after her parents died, he would have been un-der his father’s bad influence.
When her parents are alive, Diego used to spend more time with them. So, he was more connected to his aunt, uncle and cousins.
He is still a boy now, so he is easy to get manipulated. Who knows what if he changed??
Thinking all this, Brima couldn’t sleep. She is beyond worried and concerned.
Meanwhile, Louis is exhausted beyond his point and he is sleeping soundly. He is hugging his wife, his face buried in her ne-ck. He is breathing gently and is in de-eper slumber.
Brina didn’t bring it after seeing his worn up face. She was angry but she stayed quiet because he is already worried and tense. If she fight him now, it will be really be Insensible of her. Moreover, she kind un-derstood why he had to hide all these from her.
See, she is overthinking now!! And worse of all, she couldn’t help it!!
Caressing Louis’s hair, she continued thinking of whether Diego really loved Eliina or that he pretended to trap her.
She is aware that her uncle Gabriel will be soon discussing the bargaining price to free Eliina and the price will be very high. Might be military power. Because they lost it after Remus freed his Kingdom from their rule. But what worried her most is whereabouts of Elina.
And, after thinking for a while Brina decided to give a call to her cousin Griffin or Camilla and ask them to make sure she is okay. But she knows that it will be risky.
They are not as smart as their father. It could blow off her identity.
And, it turned out that Nickolas is the only option now. He is the second master there, after all. If he doesn’t know how to outsmart her uncle, he wouldn’t be there in that position. He is the only one who could do this discreetly.
All she wants us to find out is if Eliina is fine and if Diego is really trying to protect her or not…
‘It seems like I don’t have any other option left’ Brina thought before holding her mobile and sli-pping into the balcony.

Meanwhile….
Nickolas and Camilla, who were out of the Kingdom, just returned.
Prince Griffin who was supposed to be there in the palace has actually gone to his wife’s maiden family, where his wife is getting ready for her due date.
So, there was no one in the palace and no one was aware that Eliina was in the palace, house arrested.
Nickolas got the news that his uncle kidnapped a new person and, he wanted to find out who that person is.
However, he couldn’t risk it by simply ordering his people to dig out information about that person.
As his soon to be father in law is now suspicious that there are miles, he decided to check out by himself and that is the reason he returned back in midway of the responsibility he was given to fulfill for the last step of revenge.

Nickolas just returned to his mansion when he got a satellite call from a very secured connection.
He right away knew that it was someone from their newly formed alliance.
Making sure his promises are secured and there could be no mishap, he walked into his study room, locked the door and windows, before answering it.
“It’s me” the electronic voice came from the other side. But it didn’t take much time for Nickolas to recognise who that person was.
As soon as he realised who that person is, his hands started shivering from that very instant.
He never thought he would get to listen to this ‘voice’, although it’s electronic, with her words especially pointed to him.
After he found that Sabrina is alive, this is the first time she talked to him!!!
He simply couldn’t believe it, well, despite the indifference and little hint of coldness he could already imagine in her real voice.
“I just wanted to make sure if my sister in law is okay and whether your brother in law really loves her and is protecting her well or not” Brina said.
She was extremely careful not to give away her relationship with Nickolas or Diego.
As no one knows who Eliina’s sister in law is, it won’t make a direct threat to her. However, with Nickolas and Diego it is another case.
Meanwhile, when Nick hears her words, he is genuinely shocked.
So, the person who got kidnapped by this monster is Eliina!! Such a poor girl!
“I didn’t know,” Nickolas answered, his voice faint and already nervous.
“It doesn’t matter and, nor do I care. I just want to make sure she is okay and not getting tortured mentally or physically” Brina said.
The textures in Kingdom Winters are surely so ruthless and inhumane. Even a strong girl like Eliina can’t take it.
“I will personally make sure she is fine before informing you,” Nickolas said.
“Hmm, that is it. Just don’t get my sister in law into more trouble by doing something brainless” Brina said and before Nickolas could persuade her to believe in him, the call was already ended and as soon as the call got disconnected, the phone died off, leaving no evidence.
Nickolas could only sigh and throw his phone into the fire in the fireplace.
‘She us still ruthless but, this is the first time I am the victim of it’ he thought.
She never said, be careful and don’t get into trouble.
She didn’t thank him nor she said, ‘I am giving you another chance by believing you.’
Her message is glaringly obvious. Just make sure Eliina will be safe no matter what happens to him.

Meanwhile at Brina’s side ..
After ending the call, she sat down in the roof top recliner.
Her hands continued caressing her protruded stomach as she just closed her eyes. She is simply anxious…
She didn’t know when, but she dozed off.
Early in the morning, it was Louis who noticed the empty bed and found her in the garden.
“The exact reason why I didn’t tell her things” he thought, angry and helpless.
It is so cold outside and the fire gets extinguished too. Brina is sleeping in a chilling cold now.
What if she gets a cold, cough and fever??
Sighing helplessly, he deposited her on their bed and covered her in thick blankets.
He is about to get a cardigan for her to wear, when her mobile rang.
“Who would be calling now?” Louis wondered before answering the private call.
“I visited the palace. Don’t worry, nothing like what you are thinking has happened. Everything is fine and the knight in armour is really ready in Armor house” Nickolas said.
Even though he made it sure, he didn’t address her nor he brou-ght Eliina into this.
He just made sure Brina would un-derstand that Eliina is safe and Diego is really protecting her.
As soon as Louis heard that voice, his eyes dangerously narrowed.
It’s Nickolas!!!
Louis suddenly felt very angry.
Not because his wife has asked help from her ex fiance but because she risked her huge secret and didn’t care about blowing her identity.
She is really reckless.
Gritting his teeth, Louis almost broke the mobile screen when he was ending the call.
‘What the! She didn’t even respond!!!’ Nickolas wondered as he saw the disconnected call.
However, he hurriedly went back to the palace to see Gabriel. So that he could not get that man to suspect anything.
….
Meanwhile…
When Brina woke up, she noticed Louis sitting very gloomily beside her on the bed.
He is not looking at anything particularly but his eyes are fixed on the wall straight in front of him.
“Good morning” Brina cooed as she directly deposited herself on his lap before hugging him by his ne-ck and kis-sing his ne-ck.
She snuggled up and buried her face in his che-st, like a little kid but only to frown in confusion.
Why is he not responding??
He should at least wrap his eyes around her if he really is not in the mood to greet her hackor kis-s her forehead. Despite how tired or preoccu-pied he is, that is his natural reflex.
“What happened??” she asked, looking into his eyes only to realize that he is not only gloomy but angry too.
“Won’t you hug me and our baby??” Brina asked, pouting and acting cutely, using all her ‘cooling down my husband’s anger’ tricks on him only in vain.
Louis looked at his wife who really got good in acting however, he really couldbt resist this. So, he just wrapped his arms around her wai-st, loosely and continued giving her a cold shoulder.
Brina pouted. “I should be the one to be angry, Louis. Not you, remember” she said, only to get a breath holding glare from him.
“Really??” he asked, narrowing his eyes.
“Uhmm…yes. You…ummm…lied to me, forgot?” Brina asked, gulping down nervously.
Louis lifted his left eyebrow, looking angrily at her.
“I was trying to help you from making it tough on yourself, Sabrina. However, it seems like you really love reckless and careless behaviour more than anything. More than your health or the baby that needs a peaceful time” Louis angrily said.
