EPISODE 65
After a few days..
“Honey, I am going out for a walk,” Brina said as she wrapped her arms around Louis from behind before kis-sing his cheek.
It is only when she realized that he was on a video call with his brother.
“Hey Ethan” she greeted Ethan who was rolling his eyes at their PDA. He started missing his wife who went back to country S to her studio for a quick work.
“How are you, Brina?” Ethan asked.
“Great actually” Brina smiled.
“How are you all?” she asked in return.l, her eyes totally twinkling with bliss.
“All good,” Ethan said, genuinely surprised to see her like this.
She is in high spirits.
Brina is indeed in good spirits. She and Louis are back to their normal life. They make out, play around, tease each other…
It is just like how they were before their marriages however, a little gentle.
More importantly she is having a simple life here. All though it is just for a few months, she decided to enjoy it.
Meanwhile, her nephew is recovering very well and his doctors told her that he would wake up this month for sure.
Might be even before it..
And, on the other side, Layla’s mission to attack the un-derworld gang in five kingdoms was going very well. She is all confident that they would not escape this time.

“And, Mom and dad will be visiting you guys very soon. They miss you so much Brina” Ethan said, smiling at her.
“Really?! It’s great news. I am missing them as well” Brina said, clapping her hands cheerfully.
“All right, all right. Don’t jump in joy. You are still in rest, remember?” Louis warned, holding her.
Nowadays, no one misses him… *sigh*
He leaned back and kis-sed her li-ps. “Come back soon and remember, no pulling out stunts” Louis lectured her.
“I know and I also know that at least a dozen of your men will be following me” Brina said, pouting and rolling her eyes at her husband.
“It’s for your safety, love. We might be far away from-” Louis is about to continue his lecture here but Brina kis-sed him, stopping him from doing so.
Phew! He lectures her like an old lady!
She got vexed with it.
“I will be cautious and observant, okay? Don’t worry about me and finish your work soon. You promised me to take you out for dinner” Brina reminded him, hugging his ne-ck and kis-sing his cheek again.
Louis nodded his head and returned her kis-s. “Go on now. Be careful” he said, kis-sing her chin.
After that Brina went. And, the old lady chef followed Brina to the park with a hot water bottle and protein shake.
In a little radius around her, her bodyguards are protecting her cautiously yet discreetly.
“You guys seem to be enjoying it a lot there. I have never seen her that happy and relaxed, Edward”
“She has her guards down for the first time, man. I can’t believe it!” Ethan exclaimed.
Louis chuckled.
“I am happy that she has got to relax and enjoy her recu-peration time here, Ethan. However, you don’t know how much effort I have to put in to make her lower her guards and enjoy like this” Louis said, remembering the one month of bed rest she had.
They used to talk, talk and talk. She really has a ha-rd time with her twisted questions.
“I don’t blame her, bro. You are the one who had high standards for everything and that’s what happened at the end. A wife with a genius brain and a complicated life.” Ethan teased.
“And, I don’t regret it even for a second, Ethan. She is actually soft by her heart and playful by nature. All we have to do is enjoy every version of her” Louis said, chuckling. His eyes are full of love and warmth for her.
Only he knows how mischievous she is and only he is aware of her fragile heart as well.
It is him who knows the real Brina while what others see is just a fake facade she put on to hide her true self.
Isn’t it enough to show how much she loves him and trusts him? She showed her true self only to him.
Love and trust, the most important foundations of a successful relationship. He already had them. So, what else does he need?

Meanwhile…
Brina arrived at the beautiful park just a little far from Louis’s villa. It takes a five minutes walk in the peaceful streets to reach the park which is really epic in nature.
A beautiful place where one could lose oneself to nature.
A little frozen lake, Cherry blossoms, pine trees, jogging track, picnic camps..
And a little snow…
The place is truly serene.
Meanwhile, Brina started walking with earphones plugged.
The old lady sat down on the bench as she watched over Brina. Her eyes never leave Brina’s back.
She never thought she would see Louis getting married…
She knows him from five years and as far as she knows, he never got attra-cted to anyone even after many blind dates he was for-ced to go by his friends.
He always scared the women away from him.
So, when she found out that he married, she was totally stunned to her core.
it reached the peaks when she found out that he actively pursued Brina and married her.
What she never even thought is that he will have a child this soon. He loved to play with Layla’s daughter but she never thought he would proceed so fast.
Meanwhile, as for Brina, she is enjoying each and every second of her evening walk. Only if Louis would have accompanied her it would have been perfect.
However, according to the time zone, it is a working hour in five kingdoms. He will be getting many calls and emergency meetings.
But that’s fine. A little private time without her nagging overprotective husband is also needed to her.
Brina continued to walk, however, what she didn’t notice is that her ex fiance was sitting on the bench in the same park.
He comes to this park everytime he visits this place. He actually wanted to bring Brina to their honeymoon here because he knew how much she loves weather like this.
Here, he sits down and reflects himself in despair. All alone…
Meanwhile, Brina, plugged to her phone, listening to her favorite song, her guards totally down, made one round, slow and relaxed.
After that she stopped at where the small kids were having fun.
Every kid here is from Layla’s orphanage and Brina got bonded with them very quickly.
Her affinity towards the kids and being pregnant made her enjoy the interaction with these little guys.
And, likewise, children love her so much that as soon as she came, the silent park filled with happy play of the children.
Soon, with the sudden change in the surroundings, Nickolas got attra-cted to the woman who was looking so beautiful and spectacular.
And, he couldn’t recognize Brina because she is having her eye lenses and hair color.
Moreover, due to the low temperatures, she was wearing a thick leather jacket, scarf and a woolen head mask, making it more tough for him to recognize her.
However, his attention was attra-cted to her unfathomably as if he was for-ced by nature to get trained by her.
He smiled when he saw her playing with the kids and laughing so joyously.
She looked so peaceful and happy that he didn’t know why but felt his li-ps curve up into a smile.
‘I wish I had a peaceful and quiet life like hers. How much I wish I was born in this little town and have a simple life’ he enviously thought.
He couldn’t see anything out of the place. She looked like an ordinary yet extremely charming and beautiful woman who was having a great life.
He didn’t notice the bodyguards around her who were dressed up casually and are all around her. If he would have noticed, he surely wouldn’t be thinking this way.
Besides this envy he is feeling, Nickolas couldn’t take his eyes off her.
He didn’t know why he was so attra-cted to her. He felt a strong urge to go near her and see her face, if fortunate, get acquainted with her.
However, at the end, he could only sigh and walk away from there. He is aware that he can’t do it….
Moreover, he was here on purpose, an important purpose to him.
Sohe couldn’t afford to get distracted. Especially because of a woman.
More than distraction, he was afraid he would develop the feelings for her. He has long made his heart a stone.
He can’t afford to soften it with feelings and especially with the weak feelings like life and care.
….
Meanwhile, the bodyguards around Brina noticed him looking at their lady boss. They were about to make a move but when he walked away after a few minutes, they relaxed out from getting suspicious.
After all, their madam is beautiful and eye-catching. Although no one can see her beautiful face and contours, her perfect body, her aura is very unique and very charming that she attra-cts everyone in no time.
And, Nickolas is not the first man here who stared at her in the few evenings.
If he is a danger they could hold him down and simultaneously form the barrier around their lady boss even before he can reach her.
….
Meanwhile, Brina spent some time in the park and Louis joined her in the last ten minutes.
He just finished his meetings and rushed to the park so that they can see the beautiful and blissful sunset in the park. It’s one of their favorite moments of their daily routine.
As soon as he came, they shared a pa-ssionate kis-s and sat down on the bench and snuggled closer to each other as they relaxed in the peaceful weather.
“I have a surprise for you at home.” Louis whispered, kis-sing her li-ps.
Whenever he sees her happy like this, he couldn’t help but feel worried.
It is not that he doesn’t want to see her happy. He would be doing anything for her to be happy.
However, whenever she gets happy and relaxed, some bad things come to her. But, everytime that bad things turn out to be for Brina’s own good.
Only problem is that the path from the bad turning out into good is rou-ghand full of troubles.
He doesn’t know if his pregnant wife could take it anymore.
“Another surprise?” Brina asked, surprised.
“Well, this surprise is different,” Louis said, kis-sing her cheek.
He would always try to surprise her.
Sometimes it’s a romantic candle light dinner or sometimes it could also be a bed play.
And, sometimes he would try to fulfil her wishes.
One day he found out from Harry that Brina used to love painting but due to the heavy scheduled life as a princess, she couldn’t take up the cla-sses.
So, he brou-ght her everything that is wanted for the painting and even appointed a teacher for her.
But, his wife got bored of it and didn’t pursue it for more than one day.
When Louis asked her why she chased away the frightened teacher, it turned out to be Harry just pranked at him.
If there are some things Brina su-ck s at, it is painting. She can’t sit for hours and hours and concentrate on the canvas.
But, Brina was very happy and felt moved by Louis’s love and consideration. Despite being busy, he always makes time for her and tries to make everyday special for her.
Now, she is very excited to see what that new surprise is.
“Then, let’s go quick,” Brina said as soon as the sun set and it started becoming dark. She stood up and held her hand to Louis, all curious.
Louis chuckled and took her hand before they walked to their house, hand in hand. He sometimes feels like leaving everything and settling down here..
He just loved this happy, stressless life with the love of his life.
