Emily’s POV

*Six And A Half Months Later*

“Baby, you’re not getting any fatter,” Sebastian said for the thousandth time but I wasn’t hearing it. I was trying my all to fit into one of my favorite dresses but it a bit too ti-ght. Accepting defeat, I sat down on the bed with a long face. Sebastian threw his arm around my ne-ck and kizzed me gently.

“I’m a cow,” I let out and put on another dress.

“A se-xy cow,” he comforted and I huffed at him. I’ve never seen a se-xy cow but the weight gain was quite normal during pregnancies, along with the cravings.

_____*Flash Back To Two Months Ago*

“Sebastian, I want ice-cream,” I said as I shook his sleeping figure next to me.

“Em, it’s one in the morning,” he Gr0-ned as he woke and turned on the lights.

“Yes, but the baby doesn’t care about that. We want ice-cream.”

“What flavor?”

“Cherry Vanilla,” I answered with a satisfied smile as he got up from the bed and left the room. Ten minutes later, the baby and I were enjoying our ice-cream. Sebastian was smart to have stocked up on everything I had been craving for since day one.

________End Of Flash Back.

“I still can’t believe we agreed to not finding out the se-xof the baby,” Sebastian said again as we walked out of the bedroom, but it was then, I felt the most sharpest pain in all my life. I hunched over, holding my stomach.

“Emily, baby, are you okay?” Sebastian asked but then he saw the water rushing down my legs and making a mess on the floor.

“Oh God! Oh God! The baby is coming?”

I nodded yes.

“Dad!” Sebastian started yelling for his father but with the other strength I had, I held onto his hand, silencing his minor tantrum. “We talked about this,” I told him calmly.

“Okay, yes we did. Come on.” He regained his composer and help me outside. Several guards help when their eyes caught us making our way to Sebastian’s transportation. Sebastian se-nt someone up to fetch my bag with my baby supplies.

_______

“We already have a room ready for her. She’s going into labor,” a nurse said when I was placed on a gurney and wheeled into a room. Sebastian was right next to me, holding my hand and wiping away to sweats that was pouring from my forehead.

“You got this babe, and I’m right here with you,” he @$$ured me.

“Ughhhhh!” I yelled when another sharp pain occurred. It was getting worse by the minutes.

“Seb, I don’t know if I can do this!” I yelled.

“Em, calm down. Remember your breathing, in-out. In-out.” He was breathing along with me as I calmed myself to breathe.

A doctor rushed into the room and inspected my centimeters. “You’re at seven, you’re almost there.”

“Ughhhhhhhhhhhh!” I shouted. The pain was unbearable and Sebastian looked like he was about to cry because he couldn’t stand seeing me in such pain. He brushed stands of hair from my forehead that were stuck there because of my sweating.

“I’m right here,” his voice came.

“Nine centimeters, you’re almost there,” the doctor said again after twenty brutal minutes.

“This is it. Your Majesty, get ready to rush when I tell you to. Okay, one, two, three. PUSH!”

I summoned my strength and pushed with my might. “ARHHHHHHHHH!”

“Almost there. The baby is crowing. I nee-d another push!” He counted again and I pushed with my might again.

“You’re so close, I nee-d one more from you.”

I felt like the energy is being su-ck ed from my body.

“Baby, one more push. You can do this,” Sebastian’s voice sounded like he far away but I knew he was right next to me. I dug de-ep. I had to push my baby out.

“UUURRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!”

I heard the sweet crying of my baby as my body started relaxing again.

“Congratulations, you have a beautiful baby boy,” the doctor told us and he rested our newborn baby into my arms. Tears of happiness filled my eyes and as Sebastian and I took him in, the door burst open and the room was swarmed with my family and friends.

“Congratulations, he’s a sweetheart,” mom said as she took a closer look at him.

“Have you decided on a name?” my father asked.

“How about Embian?” Evan said.

“What, what kinda name is that?” mom asked him with a laugh.

” Actually, we’ve decided to name him Christian Matthew Fabian,” I said to settle the debate in the room.

“That’s a pretty name,” King Fabian said as he tou-ched baby Tristan’s tiny fingers. “We’ll leave the three of you to bond and rest. Congrats once again. I’ve gotten my first grand-son.”

He shooed everyone else out of the room and I drifted off into a sound sleep, leaving Sebastian to bond with his son.

_____________

The very next day, I was checked out from the delivery room and Sebastian was waiting anxiously to take us home. The media was waiting outside the hospital’s entrance to capture as many pictures as possible.

I concealed Christian’s face but I posed for them to capture some great pictures for their media platform, after all, I was their queen and I had given birth to the next heir to the throne and kingdom.

“We love you! Congratulations!” a cheerful crowd chanted as Sebastian opened the door to his Range Rover and I got in. It was the slowest Sebastian had ever drove home and I wasn’t complaining one bit.

I took on my motherly duties as if I had been planning it all my life. I made my best friend, Gen, the new manager of my hotel business a few months ago as I was more focused on motherhood and being a queen.

“He’s the most handsome little thing ever,” Sebastian said when he saw me nursing our son.

“And he feeds just like you,” I told him and he let out a laugh. He took Christian to his crib when he had fallen asleep.

“Thank you, for everything. You’ve changed my life for the better.” He pulled me into his arms and planted a p@$$ionate kizz on my li-ps. I missed his charming touches and him making love to me but Sebastian was afraid of hurting the baby so he held off on that and I didn’t have a choice but to accept that and wait.

“If you continue, baby number two would happen very sooner than anticipated,” he let out when my hand grabbed hold of his man-hood.

I let go of him instantly and he threw back his head and laugh even more. I turned red in the face. No way, no how was I ready for baby number two.

____

A few days later, Sebastian had to leave the country for a meeting in England with the queen. His father had to leave as well, but it wasn’t mandatory for me to tag along and quite frankly, I couldn’t be happier because I wasn’t going to leave my baby and he was too young to travel.

I put Christian into his crib and I got into the steaming shower for my nightly bath. I heard my phone ringing from the bedroom and I knew it was Sebastian calling. He said he was going to. I turned off the water, wrapped myself with my towel and ran into the bedroom.

My heart stopped. The world froze. An instant headache attacked my head and my eyes couldn’t believe what it was seeing.

Princess Naomi was holding my son in her arms.

Emily’s POV

“Naomi. Put. Down. My. Son,” I told her when she started rocking Christian back and forth in her arms. My blood came to a boil but I quickly put a robe on and threw my bath towel to the side.

“This should have been my child, my child with Sebastian. Not Yours!” her voice grew louder and Christian started crying.

“Naomi, just put him back in his crib, he has nothing to do with anything. He’s a baby! Are you crazy? We can get you the help that you nee-d.”

“Don’t you psychoan-alyze me! I’m not crazy!”

“Okay,” I told her as I put my hands up to look defeated and made small steps towards her. She was distracted by Christian’s crying and was humming a song to make him stop as she continued to rock him in her nasty arms.

I reached her and she handed him over to me without another word. Her facial expression was blanked and she appeared to be distraught. I rested Christian back into his crib and when I turned around to face Naomi again, she was holding a knife.

“What are you doing? How did you even get in here?” I asked her without any fear.

“You’re not the only one who knows about secret p@$$ages in this lousy, backstabbing castle. And I’m a master at picking locks.”

“Of course you are, but you’re supposed to be in jail.”

She let out a sinister laughter. “My mother is the Queen of Scots. You really think she’ll allow her daughter, her only child, to go to prison?”

I heaved a sigh and slapped the knife from her hands. It slide un-derneath the bed, out of er reach.

“In that case, I’ll make you wish that you were in jail! COME HERE!” I launched at her, grabbing her by the hair and throwing her almost half way across the room.

“I’ve had enough of you, you bitc-h!” I yelled at her as she crashed onto Christian’s wooden desk. She coiled to the floor, holding her back.

“You slapped me, you pushed me over the stairs and se-nt me into a coma, but you should have never touch my child!” I pulled her to her feet and punched her face as ha-rd as I could.

“No body messes with my child!” I yelled as I punched her even ha-rder. She fell again with a bloody mouth. She spat at my feet and looked up with a chuckle.

“Is that the best you got?” she asked and her voice drove anger all throu-ghme. I wanted to strangle her with my ba-re hands and hang her lifeless body in the very entrance of the castle as a prize but I realized I was better than her. I stopped my attack.

I thought about calling security and when my back was turned, Naomi did her most favorite thing. She ambushed.

I was struck in the back of my ne-ck with a bedroom light. She swung at me again but I dodged successfully every time. When she swung and hit another table miserably, I kicked the light out of her hands.

I grabbed her head and knocked it against the table next, over and over. She screamed in agony but I was now at a stage where I wanted to hurt her. A stage where she’ll look in the mirror and always remember this beat down I’ve given to her.

She stumbled backwards and tried to regain her composure before trying to attack me again. “When I’m done with you, I’m going to kill that son of yours!”

That was my breaking point and I didn’t wait until she ran up on me. I ran to her and wrestled her to the floor.

What she didn’t know was that I was trained to fight. My father and two of his security guards taught me exactly how to defend myself, and dish out an @$$-wooping, and even how to break some bones.

I held her arm in an arm bar and bent in all the way back until I heard a pop and her screaming increa-sed. She rolled all over the floor, tears pouring from her crocodile eyes as she clutched her broken arm with the other one.

I picked myself up and went to get Christian in his crib before going to get security. As soon as I opened the door, two men were rushing to my bedroom.

“Your Highness, we heard screaming.”

“Princess Naomi tried to attack me.”

“Oh my goodness, are you alright?”

“I’m fine. She inside the bedroom.”

They rushed in and their eyes popped with surprise when they saw the state I felt her in. Regardless of her pains, they handled her out of the room and out of the castle.

I called Sebastian as a maid rested an ice pack on the back of my ne-ck. He answered after the third ring.

“Baby, you had me worried. I’ve been trying to call you. Is everything okay? How’s Christian doing?” his concerned voice came.

“He’s fine, a little shaken up but he’ll be okay.”

“Why is he a little shaken up? What happened?”

“Naomi happened.”

“WHAT!”

“She was in our bedroom when I got out the shower and she had Christian in her arms.”

“WHAT! She tou-ched my SON?” Sebastian was mad and I heard the King’s voice in the background, asking Sebastian what was the matter.

“Is he okay, what did she do to you. Are you hurt?” he went on.

“Just a hit to the ne-ck but its nothing compared to what I did to her. And to top it off, I broke her fu-cking arm. That would teach that bitc-h to never touch our son again.”

“Excellent beat down, babe. I’ll be home in the morning, I promise.”

“I can’t wait to see you. We both miss you.”

“I miss you both too. Have the guards lock Naomi up and throw away the key this time.”

“I think she nee-ds help, Sebastian. She’s damaged.”

“I could care less about her state of mind. She attacked you and she could have hurt my son and you. I swear, if I was there right now…..”

“Babe, it’s okay. She’s gone and you’ll just have to see to it that she never comes back.”

“I promise you that. I love you. I’ll see you in the morning.”

“I love you too. Goodnight.”

“Goodnight.”

We hung up and I gave Christian a gentle hu-g in my arms as his eyes scanned me. His eyes had a very unique combination of mine and his father’s eyes. Grey and hazel.

I slept with great satisfactory and two guards were outside my bedroom door, just in case. For all I knew, Naomi could have been working with someone else. Someone like her mother, who refused to let her pay for the crimes she had committed against me.

_______

The next morning, I was awaken by kizzes on the back of my ne-ck. I flung up from the sheets, startled, but I met the most handsome face ever. My husband was home.

“Sorry if I scare you, babe.”

“Hey, I wasn’t expecting you so early.”

“I know. I wanted to surprise you. Where’s our little Christian?”

“In his crib.”

“He had any problems sleeping last night?”

“Not at all. He slept just like the baby he is.”

I watched as Sebastian walked over to the crib to see his darling son. He tou-ched his tiny hands and kizzed his cheek but Christian laid still sound asleep.

After breakfast, Sebastian and I went to Naomi’s holding cell. Her arm was wrapped in a cast and her face was unrecognizable.

I did all that to her?

Her eyes were swollen with black circles around them. Her li-ps were split and blood stained. Her face held cuts and bruises all over.

“You look a hot mess,” Sebastian said when we stood in front of her cell. She sat on a tiny chair with teary eyes.

“Sebastian, you came. You came to take me home and to get married to you. I love you Sebastian,” she shot out and scurried over to the bars in front of us, holding out her good arm for Sebastian.

“Shut up about that already! I’m already married and happy with my wife and my son. My wife whom you attacked last night…or tried to attack because you got yourself a beat down instead.”

“I love you Sebastian,” she said with tears.

“See? I told you that she’s sick,” I said to Sebastian.

“I see now,” he responded and filled out a paper he was carrying. He was ordering for Naomi to be evaluated and se-nt to a mental institution with maximum security instead of prison.

Her eyes locked onto me and I locked mine with hers too.

“I hate you,” she spat.

I remained silent. I wasn’t about to get into it with a love-sick woman. A woman who allowed royalty to go to her br@in and damage her. She couldn’t let go of her love for him. She driven so much that she was willing to hurt and even kill people who stood in the way but in the end, she was the one left hurt and unloved.

She had a chance to move on with her life and find true love. Someone who would love her for her but all she wanted was Sebastian.

“Let’s go,” Sebastian told me and I took his hand in mine and walked away.

“Sebastian! Sebastian! Sebastiannnnnn! Please, don’t leave me! Sebastian!” we heard Naomi’s voice calling after him.

On the outside, I didn’t care about Naomi and de-ep down in my heart, all the way down, I still didn’t care.

She crossed one line she shouldn’t have.

______

“I think his first words are going to be Dada,” Sebastian chuckled when he took Christian out his pla-y pen and hoist him into the air in a pla-yful manner.

“I swear, it was the most unbearable pain ever to push him out, and him saying Dada before mama is just a slap to my face,” I protested as I applied my makeup.

“Go on Christian, say Dada. Dada. Dada,” Sebastian coached.

“Nooo. Say mama. mama. mama,” I input.

It was eight months later and life couldn’t get any better than this. I loved being a queen but most of all, I loved being a mother.

I was throu-ghwith my makeup and clothes and we were ready to go to the park for the kids fun day. Every time, around this year, the castle hosted a children fun day for all the kids in the kingdom and I was happy to be apa-rt of it.

It was almost summer. The sun was already in its glory and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Sebastian pushed Christian in his stroller throu-ghthe park as the kids gathered around.

I @$$isted with the spinning of the cotton candies and goody-bags for the children. Music pla-yed from a truck of speakers and children ran and danced all around.

“Emily, Emily! You have to hear this!” Sebastian said as he ran towards me with Christian in his arms.

“Hear what?” I asked as I gave a little girl a chocolate bar.

“Mama. Dada. Mama. Dada,” Christian let out and I burst into laughter.

He said both ‘mama’ and ‘dada’.

Sebastian and I couldn’t be any happier. I loved my little boy and I had the world’s most sweetest husband.
