(At Sir Griffin’s mansion)
(Stephen returns home)
Silvania: Welcome back honey.
Stephen: Thanks love. (He starts removing his tie)
Silvania: Let me help with that (She helps him take off his tie and suit) So… How was work today?
Stephen: It went well, I was able to clear all the problems that c@m£ up.
Silvania: Wonderful.
Stephen: Uh huh, That reminds me… There’s a business proposal I have for you.
Silvania: Ok go on
Stephen: The manager of Silk Hair company wants you to become the model for their new product… Its a million dollar contract. What do you think about It?
Silvania: That sounds promising but I don’t really know my way round business contracts and all that. How about you could be my manager?
Stephen: That’s alright.
Silvania: So long as we share the profits equally?
Stephen: Oh, No nee-d… You can have all the profits.
Silvania: Okay then!
Stephen: So it’s a yes?
Silvania: (smiling) It’s a yes.
(A week later)
(At the studio, Stephen arrives with Silvania)
Silk Hair Manager: (smiling) Sir Stephen! Miss Silvania!
(He goes to meet them & shakes hands with them)
Stephen: Good morning Sir Jason
Silk Hair manager: Morning. I’m glad you both c@m£ here early.
Stephen: Yea, I didn’t want to sun to disturb this beauty standing right beside me. (He k!sses Silvania on the n£¢k)
Silk hair manager: Truly. (To Silvania) Thanks for accepting our offer, Miss Silvania. I am indeed grateful
Silvania: My plea-sure
Stephen: So where’s the ph0togra-pher?
Silk hair manager: This way…
(The Silk hair manager takes Silvania to the ph0togra-pher)
Silk hair manager: Good morning Mr Mitchell.
Ph0togra-pher 1: Morning Mr Jason. (looking at Silvania) Miss Silvania, Are you re-ady for your ph0to shoot?
Silvania: (smiling wi-dely) Yeah I am
(Silvania stands in the sp©tlight and the ph0togra-phers start taking pictures of her)
Ph0togra-pher 1: Turn this way Miss Silvania, Your hands on your h!ps
Ph0togra-pher 2: Aw Man, Look at those silver eyes…
Ph0togra-pher 1: Yea. She looks way more beautiful than Miss Bethany Sanders.
(Silvania re-leases more succulent poses as more pictures are taken of her)
MONTHS LATER
(The Wedding Day)
(At the church, Sir Griffin walks Silvania down the aisle)
Pastor: We are gathered here in sight of God and in the pres£nce of family and friends to join together this man and woman in holy matrimony and in the love of God.
(He prays)
Pastor: Who gives the bride to this groom in marriage?
Sir Griffin: I do
(He takes Silvania’s right hand and places it in Stephen’s left hand and goes to sit down)
Pastor: plea-se join hands… I ask you each, to repeat the marriage vows
Stephen: I, Stephen, take you, Silvania, for my lawfully wedded wife, To love and cherish, For better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in good health from this day forward
Silvania: I, Silvania, take you, Stephen, for my lawfully wedded husband, To love and cherish, For better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in good health from this day forward.
Pastor: If there’s anyone in this congregation who doesn’t want this man and woman be joined together as one, plea-se speak now or forever hold your peace
(The congregation remains silent for a while)
Pastor: (places the wedding rings in his hands) May the Lord bless the rings which you give to each other as a sign of love, devotion and everlasting peace, Amen… As you place this rings on your f!ngers, I ask you to repeat these words
Stephen & Silvania: (to each other) This ring is my sacred gift to you, A sign that from this day forward and always, my love will surround you.
(They wear the ring for each other and the pastor prays for them)
Pastor: For as much as Silvania and Stephen have cons£nted together in holy matrimony before God and have pledged their faithfulness to each other and declared their love by giving and receiving rings and by joining hands, I now, By the authority vested in me as a pastor, declare that, Mr Stephen Griffin and Mrs Silvania Griffin are now husband and wife in the name of the Father, The son and the holy spirit, Whom God has joined together, let no man put asun-der (To Stephen) You may now k!ssthe bride.
(Stephen and Silvania k!sses pas-sionately and the congregation cl@ps for them)
Pastor: I now pres£nt Mr and Mrs Griffin
(The whole church cl@ps for them)
Sir Griffin: I’m happy for you both
Silvania: Thank you sir.
Gabrielle: Congratulations my dear
Stephen: Thanks mom.
Lucas: Happy married life Silvy (he hvgs her)
Silvania: (smiling) Thanks Lucas
(Silvania throws her flowers at the women in the congregation and Rosemary catches it)
Rosemary: (screaming in excitement)
Stephen: (he turns to Silvania and holds her by the w@!st) I love you Silvania…
Silvania: I love you too Stephen.
(They slowly lean in and k!sses each other and the crowd b!ows confetti on them)
Silvania: (Epilogue) So this is my story, A young adventurous mermaid who once left the Mer kingdom to see the surface, But little did I know that my whole life was going to change… I met and fell in love with Stephen and he changed my life and despite the fact that I was a mermaid and he’s a human, Which was the fault in our r0m@n磅 We still found a way to be together and truly, True love conquers all.
