VENOM’S OFFICE**
The door opened gently and Athena walked in,she stopped in front of Venom’s table,his back was leaned on the seat with his eyes closed
“I’m here boss” Athena said with a bow
“Pick the envelop on the table” Venom said without opening his eyes
Athena looked down to see the big brown envelop and she immediately picked it up
“Open it” Venom ordered and finally opened his eyes
Athena opened it and,she got a picture of a man in his fifties and then another file
“His name,Brandt Jet. A business billionaire but an a-ssa-ssin in the mafia world,he will arrive in Italy by tomorrow,find out every single thing about him and his business before tonight and bring it here” Venom Explained
“Yes boss” Athena said
“A little gift,if you do a great job” Venom added and Athena smiled
“Trust me boss” She bowed
“You can leave” Venom muttered
She bowed one last time before walking out of the room.
As soon as Athena left,Madam Zuna entered and Venom looked up
“I can’t remember calling you” He said
“Of course you didn’t” Madam Zuna replied
“What is it this time?” Venom asked
“I’m here because of Marissa” Madam Zuna said and Venom roll his eyes
“I know you’re trying to protect her,but is this not getting too much already? It’s more than a week already,I don’t even know why I’m doing this but I hate it when she’s sad because you keep ignoring her like she doesn’t exist” She stopped,expect Venom to talk but he said nothing
“Are you going to ignore me too?” Madam Zuna asked
Venom sighed and closed his eyes
Madam Zuna frowned
“Are you sick?” She asked
“Sick of listening to you” Venom muttered and Madam Zuna chuckled
“Seriously? Make sure you talk to her today,okay??” She said and walked out
Venom opened his eyes and stood up,he also left the office.
He bumped into Blade
“Did you get his message?” Blade asked and Venom nodded
“I wonder why he love doing things without notice” Blade scoffed as they both made way toward Lex’s apartment
Soon,they got there and met the guards taking Lex’s bags out.
“Finally,you’re leaving” Blade sighed out
“That sounds like you are happy that I am leaving” Lex said and Blade chuckled
“What else? Of course I’m happy,I’m sure everyone feels the same right now,I hope you don’t come back in months” Blade smiled and Lex smi-rked
“Expect me everyday” He said
“You should stop acting like that,what if you die on your way back? Nobody will find you because we wouldn’t know maybe you’re coming here or not” Blade said with a smile and Lex frowned
Venom chuckled but it turned to a frown when Lex looked at him
“I can’t die now,I can’t die before Marley does. I will be here until you get that motherfuc-ker and kill him cruelly. Then,I can die with no regret,until that time,sorry I will be in your faces” Lex said
He tap Venom’s shoulder
“Take care of the clan” he said at once and turned to Blade
“You’re coming with me to the port” He said and walked out before Blade could disagree
“Damn it” Blade muttered before going out
Venom turned to the large frame of Fallon placed on the wall,he stared at it for what seems like a long time. Unlike his mother who he spent all his life with before she died,he didn’t even get to know much about his father,just the little moments with him each time he comes to visit them. Even though he was the dangerous Fallon every knows,still he was like the best father in the whole world to him,even though they hardly spend time with each other.
Venom sighed out and walked out

GARDEN**
Marissa was lost staring at the flowers but her mind was completely somewhere else,the memories in her head keep screaming out. Memories of her parents,especially her mother.
Tears rolled down her eyes as she remembered how they both lost their lives right in front of her. maybe her father deserves it,but her mom…….
‘Racheal was an innocent soul’ Madam Zuna’s voice rang un her head and she broke into loud tears
The fact that she can’t even cry for the death of her parents in peace without having the guilt inside her that maybe they deserved to die was heart breaking. The crazy feeling that would never let her hate the person who killed her parents was also killing her slowly,rather she was getting stuck.
Not talking to him for a week seems like a decade to her,she missed everything,his cold but handsome face,his touch,his voice,now she always find herself staring at him from afar whenever he’s going out of the clan or coming in.
But he doesn’t even care about her,he still sees her as Pedro’s daughter and nothing else. How the h*ll did she suddenly developed the crazy feelings??
She suddenly heard some steps behind her and she turned but found no one
She wiped her tears and stood up and began walking out of the garden.

“Hey Seth!” Phoenix called as she ran after him but Seth didn’t wait
“Seth!” Phoenix finally caught up with him and grabbed his hand
He faced her
“Oh….hey” He smiled
Phoenix frowned
“You heard me calling but you ignored it and now you’re smiling at me?” She snapped
“I was lost in thought,what do you want tho?” Seth replied
“Well,just that…you’ve been quiet these days” Phoenix said and Seth smiled
He lean down toward her face and Phoenix moved her head back
“Are you worried about me?” He asked
Phoenix scoffed and hit his che-st so ha-rd that Seth coughed
“Snap out of your thoughts” She rolled her eyes
They began walking together
“So,have you gotten the chance to talk to the boss?” Seth asked and Phoenix chuckled
“Seriously?? I don’t think I can do that anymore,he doesn’t like me” Phoenix muttered
“Try playing ha-rd to get then” Seth said and Phoenix furrowed her brows
“What’s that?” She asked
“I’m leaving” Seth cleared his throat and walked away
“I will kill you once I get you!” Phoenix yelled
Seth chuckled as he walked away
Phoenix was about leaving when she saw Marissa
“Mari……” She stopped as Marissa bumped into Galaxy
“Are you blind?!!” Galaxy yelled angrily and raised her hand to slap Marissa
Phoenix didn’t waste a second before pulling out an arrow,she shot it straight making sure it wouldn’t meet Galaxy no matter what
Galaxy was about slapping Marissa when the arrow flew over her hand in the tiniest escape
Marissa gasped out as the arrow hit the wall
Galaxy turned to see Phoenix who was already coming closer
“Are you crazy?!!” Galaxy snapped
“Next time you try laying your hand on her,I will kill you” Phoenix said and grabbed Marissa’s hand
She shot Galaxy one last glare before walking to the wall,she removed the arrow and left with Marissa
“What was that? Did Phoenix just saved that witch?” Chicago asked as she got to Galaxy’s side
Galaxy scoffed and walked away
Chicago followed her immediately

NIGHT**
Marissa was walking throu-ghthe corridor,she was just coming from the kitchen.
All of a sudden some guards blocked her way and she almost bumped into them,she moved back looking confused.
She could see them staring at her body,their eyes piercing throu-ghher already.
“Is she the one?” One of the guards asked
“Are you dumb? Which maid is as hot as this again?” Another one replied staring down at her legs
Marissa bite her li-ps and immediately made to run
She ended up running into another two
She moved back as they all surrounded her
“What do you guys want??” Marissa asked looking scared already
“You of course” one of them smiled and lic-k his li-ps,he walked closer and Marissa also moved back
Another one grabbed her wai-st from the back
“You look so hot” he muttered
“Stop it!!” Marissa yelled and pushed him away
“Stop acting stubborn already” One of them made to carry her
“Ahh!!!” Marissa screamed
“What do you think you’re doing?” The de-eper voice said from the back and the guards gasped
The one holding Marissa also released her and turned,his eyes wide-ned when he saw Venom
They immediately fell on their knees
“Please forgive us boss” They said at a time
Drake appeared beside Venom
“What should I do to them?” He asked
The guards were shaking already
“Take them away and wait for me” Venom said
Drake bowed and turned to the guards,they immediately got up and followed him
Venom turned to Marissa who was also staring at him
“Go” He muttered and made to leave
“Wait” Marissa called back and he faced her
She moved closer to him
“Is there ever going to be an end to this?” She asked
Venom frowned
“I mean,I’m tired already. I tired of being treated like trash,just like this,if you didn’t appear,I don’t know what would have happened to me” she said in tears
Venom said nothing
She looked up straight into his eyes
“When will you stop seeing me as Pedro’s daughter?? You should know,no matter how bad you treat me,it won’t heal your heart……so…..just kill me and let’s put an end to all these” Marissa said
Venom stared at her for a second
He roll his eyes and turned to go
“I’m serious!!!!” Marissa shouted after him and went to block his way
“I hate it when you ignore me,I prefer you being cold toward me than you ignoring me like I don’t exist. If you won’t stop seeing me like an enemy then….just kill me” Marissa said in tears
Venom stared at her without saying a word
“What are you waiting for?”
“Stop it” Venom muttered
“No!” Marissa shouted,more tears coming out of her eyes
“Fine then,I guess you’ve made up your mind” Venom said coldly and pulled out his gun,pointing at her head
“Say hello to Pedro when you get to h*ll” Venom said and adjusted his hand properly,about pulling the trigger
“Wait,one last thing before I die” Marissa said
“No chance” Venom snapped
“Are you really going to kill me?” Marissa asked,wiping her tears,she was already shaking
Venom almost laughed out but he maintained his cold face
“Why? You asked for it,are you scared now?” He asked in a mocking thing and Marissa broke into tears
Venom sighed and dropped his gun
“Stop crying,I’m not going to kill you. At least not now” He muttered
Marissa wiped her tears and took her li-ps in,Venom was staring at her li-ps when she did that
“I….” The moment she wanted to say something,Venom pulled her by the wai-st and a gasp escape her li-ps
Venom lean closer to her face and she swallowed
“Stay still” he said and she nodded but then the unexpected happened
Venom pulled her even more closer and without a second thought,he crashed his li-ps on Marissa’s own gaining a loud gasp from her
