★THE ROYAL BALL(2)★
“Adelaide!!!” King Lucian called out as she fell unconscious on his arms
Carl’s eyes wide-ned immediately,more guards rushed to the scene
“Call Diana right away!” King Lucian ordered and instantly two guards ran off
“Adelaide…” Lucian called softly,touching her cheek before lifting her up
He shot Arthur one deadly glare before walking away with Adelaide in his arms
Arthur tried walking away
“Capture him!” Carl said out loudly
The guards all surrounded Arthur and unsheathed their swords
“If you want to live,don’t take another step” Carl moved closer
“Your highness!!” Arthur’s guards also rushed to the scene
“What do you think you’re doing?! How dare you raise your sword on his highness?!!” One of the three guards yelled angrily and Carl didn’t think twice before sliding his sword toward his neck
The sword stopped right before his throat
The guard swallowed ha-rd in fear
“One more word from you and your head is gone” Carl said coldly and turned to the guards
“Take him away,he will stay in the palace cell until the king’s lady is fine” he ordered
“Yes commander!”The guards chorused and immediately took Arthur away
Carl withdraw his sword from the guard’s neck
“You all are not allowed to leave this palace either,you can join your prince if you want. If you try to do any thing silly…I will kill you” he said while the guards only watched him silently in fear
Carl faced the other guards waiting for him
“Stay with them and make sure they don’t step out of the palace” he said
“Okay commander”
Carl walked away

“I’m going to destroy Garam,take care of the chosen one” The third deity said,curling her fingers as she walked away
The second deity opened her two palms and a strong wind blew for just a second and the image of the healer,Diana appeared in front of her.
She immediately entered the image and took over the body giving her the image of Diana.
She turned and started walking toward the king’s chamber
The guards going to call Diana met her and stopped immediately
“My Lady….the king summoned you. It’s really urgent” One of the guards said
“I know,you can lead the way” The second deity said
The guards obeyed immediately and led the way

KING’S CHAMBER**
King Lucian dropped Adelaide on the bed and touched her forehead to check her temperature,she was so hot that it scared him.
He immediately left the room and he met Carl also coming in
“Where’s Diana?” King Lucian asked
“She’s not here yet?” Carl asked
“What are you talking about? Get her right away!!” King Lucian yelled angrily
Carl immediately bowed and went out,he bumped into the guards leading the second deity in Diana’s body
“Thank goodness,my lady please follow me. You all should stay back” Carl said and the guards stayed back like he ordered
The second deity started following Carl
“It will be better to face your fears” the deity said and Carl turned back
“What?” He looked confused
“I’m telling you to face your fears and stop keeping secret from someone who believe so much in you” The deity said but Carl was still confused
“Walk,it’s getting late” She added and Carl continue walking till they entered the chamber
“Wait here” The deity said to Carl while she went into the bedroom
King Lucian was sitting on the bed,holding Adelaide’s hand
The deity smiled and the king looked up
“You’re quite late” he stood up
“I’m sorry your majesty” The deity bowed shortly before looking at Adelaide
“Please check on her and make sure she’s fine” King Lucian said
“I will…can his majesty please step out for a minute?” She asked and King Lucian raised his brows but then he nodded
“I guess I should trust you” he muttered and went out
The second deity immediately brou-ght out the seu bottle and moved closer to Adelaide
She’s unconscious and there’s no how she will be able to drink it.
She dropped the bottle on the bed and started rolling her hand over it,soon the liquid strawed out of the bottle throu-ghher control
She kept controlling the liquid and point a finger toward Adelaide mouth,slowly the liquid went right inside her mouth down inside her throat.
Adelaide coughed out without opening her eyes,the door opened and King Lucian entered in a rush
“What happened?!” He asked loudly
Adelaide already stopped coughing but still unconscious
“She will be awake soon” The deity said,walking closer to the king
“Are you sure?” King Lucian asked
The deity nodded and walked out without saying more
King Lucian immediately sat down beside Adelaide and touched her head,her temperature is back to normal
He sighed out in relief and ki-ssed her head
“Don’t take long before waking up,I won’t leave your side until you open your eyes” he muttered and ki-ssed her hand before locking their hands

“You think everything is over if you destroy me?” Garam said as the third deity walked closer to her
“Didn’t I told you before? I don’t care if it’s over or not,I will destroy you no matter how many times you show up. But unfortunately,this time I will destroy both your spirit and soul including that body you’re using” The third deity said and stopped walking few feet away from her
She stretched her hand and an imaginary sword penetrated right inside Garam
She spew out blood and immediately Ubel spirit came out of her,Garam fell on the ground unconsciously
Ubel turned invisible but the third deity blew air from her mouth and it became visible again
“Now you will cease to exist” She said and stretched her hand toward her again
Immediately,Ubel body started turning into ashes
The second deity appeared beside the third deity and the ashes disappeared into the thin air
“How’s the chosen?” The third deity asked
“She will be fine” The second deity replied and turned to Garam’s body on the ground
She stretched her hand to her and the blood cleared from her body and ground
“Her heart is filled with resentment,it will be better to throw her out of the palace.” She muttered
“Don’t worry…..very soon,Lucian will have to drive out all the palace maids and there will be new ones” The third deity smirked
They heard some voices and the two of them vanished.
“Ahhhh!!!!!!!” Two Maids screamed when they saw Garam’s body on the ground
More maids rushed to the scene
“What happened to her?”
“I have no idea,is she dead?”
Nadia and Melita also rushed there
“What happened? She was fine earlier” Nadia muttered
“Someone,call the court lady. Hurry!”
Seconds later,The court lady got there with two guards
“Check if she’s still breathing” She said
“She’s breathing” One of the guards answered
“Call lady Diana” The court lady said to another guard while the second one carried Garam
The maids kept murmuring as she was carried away

Eleanor walked toward the room she was supposed to meet Jimmy,she was so nervous. She was dressed up like Jimmy wanted and she used all the accessories too. She was looking so beautiful.
Soon she stopped In front of the room and opened the door gently,she entered and there was Jimmy standing right before her.
He wasn’t surprised that she look totally breathtaking but he couldn’t control his eyes either. His eyes ran all over her body and he almost lost his sense,he would have grabbed her right away.
He moved his gaze to her eyes
“You look extraordinarily beautiful” He said and Eleanor smiled shyly
“Thank you” She muttered
There was silence for some seconds
“I have something to tell you before I leave” Jimmy broke the silence and Eleanor’s eyes fell on his own
“What is it?” She asked
Jimmy moved closer to her and hold her hand gently,Eleanor looked down at their connected hands and then back to his face
“It might sound too sudden and crazy somehow,,but I don’t think I would need more time before I understand what my feelings are.” Jimmy said while she listened quietly
“I’m in love with you Eleanor” Jimmy said and her eyes grew wide instantly
“I love you so much and…..I want you to become mine” He added,still holding her hand
Their eyes bulging into each other
There was total silence for such a long time
“Eleanor” Jimmy called when she said nothing
Eleanor immediately unlocked their hands and moved back
“Eleanor…….”
“I…..I……..” She didn’t complete her statement before running out
Jimmy immediately ran after her
Eleanor’s heart was beating fast as she ran throu-ghthe alley only to bump into Kai,she was actually planning not to see him again but seems heaven is not on her side
“Elena,I’ve been waiting” Kai immediately smiled and walked closer to her
Eleanor stopped when she saw the flowers in Kai’s hand
“Here” he muttered stretching the flowers to her
Eleanor looked at the flower and then Kai
“What…..what is this for?” She asked,stuttering
Kai took her hands and put the flowers there
“I’ve been confused my whole life,but thank goodness I got myself and came to reality” Kai said
“Huh?” Eleanor asked looking confused
“I’m saying…..the person I’ve always loved was not Adelaide” Kai replied
“Then……..who?” Eleanor asked
“It’s you Elena” Kai said and her heart skipped multiple beats at a time
“You……you….love me?” She asked
“I love you so much” Kai said
“Eleanor …..” Jimmy got there but stopped when he saw her with Kai
Eleanor looked up and their eyes met
Jimmy’s eyes went to the flower in her hand and he didn’t know when tears started rolling down his eyes.
Eleanor looked at Kai and then Jimmy,she sniffed in her tears and ran off.
Kai turned to Jimmy whose eyes were on Eleanor as she ran
“Did you seriously confessed to her?” He asked
Jimmy glared at him hatefully and walked away without saying a word.
Kai also pa-ssed another route

Yasmin yawned as she walked out of the royal hall,
The night Breeze blowing her long hair and gown as she walked
She kept walking and looking around
She suddenly missed a step and would have fell but someone caught her from the back
“Careful” The sweetest voice she has ever heard said and she turned immediately
A tiny gasp escape her li-ps
‘Is he a god? How come he’s so handsome and perfect?’ She thought
She watched as he walked away and she almost ran after him.
“Yasmin!” Lucia called from the back and she turned
“Lucia!!!” Yasmin called loudly and immediately ran to her
“I met him!!!!!!! I met him!!!!” She screamed
“Who?” Lucia asked
“My prince charming!!!!! I saw him just now Lucia,I saw him….I’m sure it’s him” Yasmin rushed her Words
“And how did you know he’s the one?” Lucia creased her brows
“I don’t need to know what I already know,He’s the one. Wait here,I will go after him” Yasmin said and made to run but Lucia grabbed her dress and pulled her back
“Are you going crazy? How can someone you meet by chance be your prince charming?? And what? You want to go after him so he can murder you?!” Lucia snapped
“Murder?” Yasmin asked
“Of course!! I’m sure he would have seen how foolish you are!!” Lucia yelled and grabbed Yasmin’s hand,dragging her back into the hall
“Prince Charming!!!! Please come back to me!!” Yasmin shouted and Lucia slap her mouth
“Sister!” Yasmin gro-aned
“Shut up and follow me quietly” Lucia snapped

KING’S CHAMBER**
Adelaide opened her eyes to see King Lucian pacing worriedly,she let out a smile
“My king” she called and King Lucian turned immediately
“Adelaide?” He called and Adelaide sat up
“You’re awake” he pulled her into a tight hug
“You scared me,you really scared me” He said,hugging her even more tightly
“I’m fine now” Adelaide muttered
King Lucian broke the hug and cupped her cheek
“What did he do to you? Just tell me and I won’t spare him,trust me” He said
“He didn’t get a chance to hurt me before you came” Adelaide replied
“Then….why did you spilled out blood and lost consciousness?” King Lucian asked
“I suddenly felt pains in my tummy after drinking the wine served to me” Adelaide said and Lucian’s eyes turned dark
“Are you saying….the maids poisoned your wine?” He asked
“I think so” Adelaide replied and Lucian held his fist tightly
“Then they just did more than they should….I’m going to make sure everyone of them leave this palace” He said
“What?? But…..”
“No buts,they are leaving and that’s it. There are countless people willing to work here so I will replace them all” He said and Adelaide smiled
“Thank you my king” She said
“I will always protect you,just stay with me no matter what” King Lucian muttered
“I promise” Adelaide said
“You should take a rest…..”
“What about the ball?” Adelaide asked immediately
“But you’re not okay…..”
“Says who? I’m totally fine. My maids will dress me up again and we will go back to the hall” Adelaide said and got down from the bed
King Lucian grabbed her hand and pulled her on his laps
“I love you so much Ella” he said
“I love you more Luciano” Adelaide smiled and their li-ps collided against each others we-tly

ROYAL HALL**
The party was still going on,nobody noticed if anything was wrong but they were all wondering why the king and his lady are both absent.
Queen Sofia left where she was sitting with other queens and walked to Carl
“Where’s the king?” She asked
“His chamber queen mother” Carl bowed
“Doing what??” Queen Sofia asked
*THE KING IS HERE!!* The Steward suddenly announced and everywhere became quiet as King Lucian walked in with guards behind him
The guards stopped when he walked up to the stage
Everyone turned to him curiously to hear what he have to say
“I think now is the right time to make things official” King Lucian started
“He’s going to announce her as the next queen” Lisa muttered to herself happily
“Everyone…meet the future queen of SUIDAN KINGDOM” Lucian said and immediately Adelaide walked into the hall looking dressed totally like a queen.
Everyone started clapping as she walked toward the king
This time her heart was neither beating fast nor was she nervous
The claps grew more when she finally stepped up with King Lucian and stood by his right side.
“From today,She will be given the same respect as I,the king. When you disrespect her,then you disrespect me too. She’s the only one who filled up the space In my heart and she will stay right beside me to rule over the kingdom of Suidan” King Lucian said
*PAY HOMAGE TO THE FUTURE QUEEN OF SUIDAN!* The steward shouted
“ALL HAIL THE FUTURE QUEEN” Everyone chorused with their heads bowed
