{Vera pov}
These few days have been really ha-rd at work and it really frustrating. I walked down the road because I couldn’t get a cab so I decided to walk.
“When will everything become okay?”I thought to myself and sigh. I was lost in thought that I did not notice a car was about to knock me down.
“ahhh,”I scream immediately i came back to my senses. Luckily the car did not hit me,the door of the car open and a young man step out of the car.
“Are you crazy?you almost knocked me down,”I yelled at him.
“Tell me who asked you to kill me?”I asked and hold his collar.
“Are you perhaps crazy,”the man said and remove my hand from his collar.
“What?you…,”I stammered.
“You like a desperate fan,who want nothing but my attention so you decided to stay in the middle of the road,”he said.
“what?who are you?”I yelled.
“You still pretend like you don’t know me, anyway you can contact me so I could pay for the damages,”he said as he gave me his card then he enter his car and drove off. I looked at his card and sigh.
“Who is he?”I asked myself then I stopped a cab heading straight home.
{Author pov}
A woman is seen pacing up and down and also yelling at her maids.
“Where is my son?”she yelled and all the maid remain silent because they have no idea where their boss went.
“Are you all deaf?”she yelled again but was interupted by her son.
“Mom,you really need to reduce your voice because one all the mansion might fall due to your voice,”clark said as he step into the house.
“You are the reason why iam shouting soo loud,”she replied.
“Am not a kid anymore mum so you don’t need to worry about me,”clark said.
“Where have you been?”she asked.
“Having fun,”clark replied.
“You being careless again,what if someone have recognize you as clark medina the famous actor,”mum said.
“No one recognize me,”clark replied as he remembered what happened earlier along the road.
**AT ELLA’S APARTMENT**
{Ella pov}
“Could believe I almost got killed today,”vera said.
“Are you hurt?”I asked and begin to check her body for any scratch.
“Am fine,”she replied and begin to explain what happened.
“He even called me,his desperate fan and also gave me his card,he is soo full of himself,”vera explained.
“I think you should ask him to pay for the damages,”I said.
“That a brilliant idea,”vera giggled.
“you should make him realize he messed with the wrong girl,”I said.
“Of course I will bestie,”vera replied.
“why are back from work early today?”I asked curiously.
“my boss actually gave me a day off,”vera replied.
“Okay,I won’t be eating dinner with you tonight,”I announce.
“Why?”vera asked.
“lious invited me for dinner tonight so he could introduce me to his friend,”I explained.
“I thought he wants to propose to you,”vera said.
“what? lious and I are just friends,”I replied.
“are you sure?”vera added.
“yeah,”I replied.
**AT LIA’S MANSION**
“Were you able to find out about the girl?”lia asked.
“yes ma’am,”he replied.
“so,”lia said.
“her name is florence,she is an employee in lious’s company,she is also in love with lious and want him for herself,”he explained.
“it seems every girl is in love with my man,”lia laugh out.
“contact her and tell her I want to see her,she will be my accomplice,”lia said.
“yes ma’am,”he replied and left to call florence.
**Some hours later**
Florence arrived at lia’s mansion,she actually got a call but she was told lious will like to see her so she hurriedly came to the mansion.
“I knew you will show up,”lia said immediately florence step into the mansion. Lia was waiting for florence because she knew florence is going to show up just because of she heard the name lious.
“It seems you are still madly in love with him even when you are just his se-x toy before,”lia said.
“Who are you?”florence asked curiously because she doesn’t know her and also no one knows she was once lious’s se-x toy.
“Am lia and am lious’s ex girlfriend,”lia announce.
“what did you invite me here?”florence asked.
“I know you are in love with lious so I want you to join me in destroying his relationship with ella,”lia said.
“And why should I join you?”florence asked.
“since you hate ella soo much,am sure you will do anything to destroy her relationship with lious,I also hate her soo much,”lia said.
“I will only join you in destroying their relationship only if you accept my condition,”florence replied.
“and what is the condition?”lia asked curiously.
“I want lious to be mine and you will let me have him,”florence said.
“it a deal then,”lia replied.
**AT THE RESTAURANT**
{Lious pov}
I invited ella and ryan for dinner tonight because I want ella to know who my best friend is.
“Are you sure she is coming tonight?”Ryan asked.
“Yes, maybe she is late because of traffic,”I replied.
“Yeah that true,”Ryan said. Not long,ella step into the restaurant,I was the first person to sight her. She walk up to our table.
“Am soo sorry am late,”ella apologize.
“It fine,”I replied.
“Jasmine,”Ryan called out as he stares at ella shockingly.
“Ryan,”she called.
“Do you guys know each other?” I asked curiously.
“Yes,”they chorus and I stare at them with a shock expression…..

{Lious pov}
“How come you guys know each other?”I asked curiously.
“We actually meet few days ago,”Ryan replied.
“And Ella happens to be the girl called jasmine I usually talk to you about,”Ryan added.
“So Ella is jasmine,”I asked.
“yes she is,I means she use the name jasmine as her social media name,”Ryan replied.
“I never knew Ryan was your friend,”ella said.
“he is my best friend and also he is like a brother to me,”I replied.
“We are best buddies,we can’t do without each other,”Ryan added.
“that soo sweet,”Ella giggled.
“Let eat,”I said. We ordered for food,the food were brou-ght to us then we begin to eat.
Ella and Ryan were both discussing as if they knew each other for a very long time, seeing them talking and laugh makes me slightly jealous so I decided to get their attention because it seems am completely forgotten.
“Am still here guys,”I said and cleared my throat to get their attention but instead they just look at me and continue discussing. I grit my teeth and clench my fist for some minutes then I stood up.
“Is something wrong?”Ryan asked.
“It getting late dude,I need to drop ella at her house,”I replied.
“Oh my goodness,we were soo engrossed in our discussion,”Ella said as check the time.
“I will drop you off at your apartment,”I said.
“it fine, I will just take a cab,”Ella replied.
“you can’t find a cab at this time of the day,”I said.
“okay,”Ella said and picked up her bag.
“See you next time ella,”Ryan said.
“same here, good night,”Ella replied.
“good night,”Ryan said. Ella and I left the restaurant,I went straight to where I packed my car. We step into the car and I drove off heading straight to her apartment. Throu-ghout the ride to her apartment,ella keeps talking about how sweet and funny Ryan is,I was a bit pissed off so I just tighten my hands on the steering wheel.
Some minutes later,we arrived at her apartment,I step out of the car and walk to the other side to open the door for ella to step out.
“Thank you for today,”she said immediately she step out of the car.
“It nothing,”I replied.
“I really enjoyed myself and I hope we could all go out often,”she said.
“you really do enjoy his company than mine,”i asked.
“what?”Ella asked shockingly it seems she wasn’t expecting that question from me.
“tell me ella,do you enjoy being with Ryan than me?”I asked again.
“what are you saying lious?I love the both of you precence,”ella replied.
“but you neglect me earlier,it was as if I was a ghost to the both of you,”I said.
“am sorry lious for making you feel that way,”ella apologize.
“it fine ella,”I replied.
“Good night lious,”Ella said.
“Good night Ella,”I replied as I watch her enter her apartment. I sigh then I enter my car and drove off to the mansion.
**{AT THE MAXWELL MANSION}**
“I heard our son have changed from being a se-x freak,”Emily announce to her husband.
“I don’t believe our son can change dear,”Diego replied.
“They said he seems close to his secretary at the office,”Emily said.
“I knew it, lious is only after her in order to fu-ckher and nothing else,”Diego yelled.
“I don’t think that is true hunny,”Emily said trying to convince her husband.
“I don’t care,I all I want is for him to get himself a wife within a month,”Diego said and left the living room.
“He doesn’t want to believe my son has changed,”Emily sigh.
**{THE NEXT DAY}**
{Vera pov}
I decided to visit him today,I want to teach him a lesson for messing with the wrong girl.
“How dare he call me a desperate fan? Ahhh,he is going to regret ever crossing my path,”I said with a smirk on my face as an idea suddenly pop into my head.
Some minutes later I arrived at the address written on the card,I was shocked when I arrived at the address it was a very big mansion.
“He seems rich,”I thought to myself then I walk into the compound of the mansion but I was stop by one of the guards.
“Who are you?”he asked.
“I want to meet your boss,”I replied.
“Do you have an appointment with him?”he asked.
“Yes I do,”I lied then he allowed me inside the mansion.
A ‘wow’ escape from my mouth immediately i step into the mansion,the mansion was showered with wealth.
“Just wait here,I will go and get the boss,”he said and left to call the boss.
Some minutes later,the guard came down to inform he will join me in a minute then the guard left while I settled down on one of the couch. I was lost in staring at my environment when someone blocks my view.
“Who are you?”the woman asked.
“Am vera,”I replied.
“You must be my son’s girlfriend,”she blurt out.
“No am,,,”I was cut off by her.
“You don’t need to be afraid dear,”she said.
“Mum who are you talking to?”a voice interupt our conversation. I looked up and found out it was the guy who almost knock me out yesterday.
“You, what are you doing here?”he asked shockingly.
“Why are you shock to see your girlfriend?are you planning to hide her away from me?”his mom yelled.
“she is not my girlfriend,”he said.
“you are denying me hunny,iam your girlfriend and iam pregnant with your child,”I smirks.
“what?”he shouted.
“finally, I have a daughter in-law,”his mom yelled happily.
“let the game begin,”I smirks.
