Chapter 47
★ (Danger) ★
The next day, Sawyer and Rhett got to the sitting room and met Juan and Brian waiting for them, as soon as Juan and Brian saw them they scoffed.
“Sorry, guys… Sawyer is not feeling well” Rhett said.
“We know but she should take a rest” Brian said, gazing at him.
“She refused to stay in the Mansion and she doesn’t want to see the doctor” Rhett said and sigh.
“Sawyer, why don’t you wanna…”
“Guy, we are getting late for lecture” Sawyer cuts in.
“Yes, let’s go” Rhett said and they left.
When they got into the car, Juan drove off.
An hour later, they got to the college and met Piper and Mimi standing in front of the gate.
“Hi girls” Sawyer said as she got down on the car with Rhett.
Mimi smiled and hug-ged her.
“Oh, I miss you so much Princess” Sawyer said and Rhett rolled.
“Are you jealous, Rhett” Piper asked and he scoffed.
“Why would I get jealous?” He said as he walked away.
“It’s obvious that you are jealous” Juan said and followed him.
Brian was about to walk away when Naomi called, he turned back. He smiled when he saw her.
“Babe” Brian called and ki-ssed her.
Mimi coughed.
“Have you forgotten we are here” Mimi said and folded her hands beneath her bre-ast .
“Sorry” Naomi said with a pout.
Mimi chuckled.
“Guys, let’s go to the cla-ss” Sawyer said.
They all walked away.
They were about to get into the clas-swhen Sawyer told them she wanted to use the restroom, Piper smiled.
“Should I go with you?” Mimi asked, facing her.
“No” Sawyer said and shook her head.
“I think I forgot something in the hostel” Piper said and left.
Sawyer went to the restroom. When she got inside, she rinsed her face with water. Not long she was done, she was about to leave the restroom when Piper came in.
“Piper” Sawyer called.
“You’re still here” Piper said and moved closer to her.
She walked towards and knocked her out, Sawyer pa-ssed out. Immediately Piper knocked her out, she called Mike.
“Hey, I have done that…what should I do next” Piper said, glancing around.
“I will come in the night, Leave…lock the restroom door before you leave” Mike ordered.
“Okay” Piper said and walked out.
She locked the bathroom door and left, she headed straight to the clas-swhen she got to the cla-ss, she sat down next to Rhett.
“Juan, please call her number again” Rhett said.
“Her number is not reachable here too” Juan said and Rhett became worried.
“I don’t think she went to the bathroom” Rhett said as he stood up.
“Rhett, calm down…”
He interrupted.
“I can’t calm down, I need to go and find her” Rhett said as he left the cla-ss.
Piper panic, she stood up and followed Rhett. When Rhett got in front of the washroom, it was lock.
“Why is the door closed” Rhett said, rubbing his hair.
“I don’t know” Piper said.
“I don’t think she is here” Rhett said and dialled again but it’s not reachable.
His mind drifted to his Dad.
“Did he kidnap Sawyer?” Rhett thought and smashed the phone on the wall.
“Have you guys seen her” Mimi said, walking towards them.
Juan, Brian and Naomi also showed up.
“Guys, I think we should search around” Naomi said.
“I told her to take a rest but she doesn’t listen, she is so stubborn” Rhett said.
His tears were at the verge of falling.
“Rhett,calm…”
“Are you insane? I didn’t see my girlfriend, the only person that cares about me abs you said I should calm down… wait, do you know where she is?” Rhett asked and faced Piper angrily.
“I…don…don’t…know…where she is” Piper stuttered.
“Guys, this is not the time for all this… let’s search for her” Mimi said and they left.
Piper was about to follow them when her phone rang, it was Mike, she hung up.
Two hours later, they couldn’t find any traces of Sawyer.
“Sawyer, where are you” Rhett said and hit his hand on the wall.
“Rhett, it’s okay…we would find her” Brian a-ssured.
“I am coming, guys” Rhett said and stood up on the floor.
He entered his car and drove off speedily to his Dad’sMansion. Hours later, he got there and met him smoking, and as soon as Mr Roy saw him, he smiled.
“Where is my girlfriend?” He shouted.
“Your girlfriend? Do you think she is here?You can search for her if you think she is here” Mr Roy said and puffed out the smoke of the cigarette in his face.
Rhett coughed and grabbed his collar.
“If I don’t see Sawyer, I promise I will be the one to kill you” Rhett said.
He was still holding him when a guard entered, the guard was about to bring his gun when Mr Roy gave him an eye signal not to, Rhett removed his hand from his collar and left the Mansion angrily.
“Boss, you should have allowed me to shoot him with the gun” The guard said.
“No, you don’t need to” Mr Roy said as he sat down on the

At night***
Mike jumped into the college throu-ghthe fence, Piper was hiding at a corner, as soon as she saw Mike, she came out of her hideout.
“Open the washroom” Mike ordered and she did.
They were about to enter when they some foot steps and they quickly hide.
“Karin, where could Sawyer be?” Monique asked as they walked away.
“Do you think I was the one that kidnapped her… I don’t even know where she is” Karin said.
Immediately they left, Piper and Mike came out of their hideout, they entered the washroom. When they got inside, they didn’t see Sawyer inside.
“Where is she?” Mike asked as he faced Piper.
“This is where she was before I left the toilet” Piper said.
Mike was about to turn to the front when she saw Sawyer holding a stick and was about to hit it with Piper,he collected the stick from Sawyer and knocked her off.
“Thanks” Piper said and he nodded.
Mike lingered Sawyer and they left the toilet. They were about to get out when they heard Rhett’s voice, they hid.
“Sawyer, where are you?” Rhett shouted.
“Should I hit him” Mike whispered into Piper’s ear.
She shooked her head.
Mike was about to say something when he saw Piper walking towards Rhett.
“Piper, you’re still here… have you seen here” Rhett asked, ruffling his hair.
“No… let’s go and check the garden” Piper said and Rhett nodded.
Piper gave Mike an eye signal to leave, she left with Rhett.
When Mike got outside, he dropped Sawyer in the car and drove off.

At RBJ’s Mansion***
Rhett has not been himself since, he couldn’t concentrate on anything, all he was doing was drinking and whimpering.
“Sawyer, where are you?” He shouted.
“Rhett, we will find her” Juan a-ssured.
“When? Please find Sawyer… Sawyer” He screamed.
He brou-ght a cigarette and started smoking, Juan tried to collect the cigarette from him but all in vain.
Juan was about to say something when Brian, Naomi and Mimi entered.
“Have you guys seen her” Rhett asked as he faced them.
“No” Brian said, sadly.
“I know… I will go and find her” Rhett said and stood up but he stumbled.
“Rhett, you are drunk…”
His sentence was interrupted.
“Don’t worry, I am fine…I’ll go and search for her” Rhett said.
He tried to stand up again but he couldn’t, he ruffled his hair and screamed out loud.
“Rhett, calm down please” Mimi said as she walked towards him, she sat down next to him on the floor and patted his back.
“I will make sure I find Sawyer even if it costs my life” Mimi said and Rhett glanced at him.
“What if Piper was the one that kidnap, Sawyer?” Naomi said and they all faced her.
“Why would you say that? Piper has changed now, we even search for Sawyer together” Mimi said, gazing at her.
“Yes, that’s true “ Juan said with a nod.
“Rhett, stop drinking… everything will be fine” Brian said and collected the drink for him.
“Give me that back, this is what you guys want… the only person that loves me so much and understands has gone, I don’t know where she is and you guys keep telling me to calm down… I don’t need your sympathy, leave me alone” Rhett yelled.
“Rhett, stop hurting yourself… if we later find Sawyer, when she sees you this way, do you think she would be happy?” Juan said and sat down next to him.
“Please find her… I regretted allowing her to go to college today, she is not feeling well” Rhett said in tears.
“She will be fine, Rhett” Mimi said.
Naomi sighs out loud.
“Guys, what are we gonna do?” Naomi said.
“We will keep searching for her” Juan said as he faced her.
“Why don’t we inform the sheriffs?” Mimi said.
“You mean we should inform the police, I don’t think that is a good idea” Brian said.
“Let’s inform the police so that they can search for her” Naomi said and Mimi nodded.
“Guys, please find Sawyer” Rhett said and puffed out the smoke of the cigarette.
“Juan, collect the cigarette from him” Brian ordered.
“No” Rhett said.
Juan collected the cigarette from and knocked him off.
“Why did you do that? Do you want to kill him” Mimi said and glared at Juan.
“If I don’t do that he is gonna hurt himself” Juan said.
Brian moved closer to Rhett and lifted him up, he took him to his room. When he got to his room, he lay him on the bed, he shook his head and left his room.
“Guys” Brian called as he climbed the stairs down.
They all turned to him.
“It’s late, let’s inform the police tomorrow” Brian said and they nodded.
At Mr Roy’s Mansion***
The next day, Mr Roy woke up abs headed straight to the dark room with Mike, when he got there, he sat down on the chair and told Mike to splash water on her face, he did as he said.
Sawyer coughed and opened her eyes.
“Piper, why did you do this?” She asked as she raised her head.
She was shocked when she see Mr Roy sitting in front of her.
“Ro…Roy” She stuttered.
Mr Roy laughed.
“Why did you kidnap me?” Sawyer managed to speak.
“Didn’t I tell you to leave Rhett but you don’t have some listening ears” Mr Roy said.
“Why are you doing this, Why are you…”
Mike slapped her before she could finish her statement, She screamed.
“Mike, be easy on her… remember she is a lady and Rhett’s only girlfriend” Mr Roy said and moved closer to her.
He strangled her hand, Sawyer was choked. She gasped for air.
“Roy, le…leave me, please” Sawyer pleaded and Mr Roy removed his hand away.
“Do you think I am Rhett’s biological dad?” Mr Roy said and Sawyer’s eyes wide-ned.
“You are not Rhett’s dad” Sawyer said.
“Yes, Didn’t Rhett tell you? It is a long story and I won’t tell you everything now” Mr Roy saud.
“But why didn’t Rhett tell me” Sawyer thought.
Tears streamed down her face.
“I told you to back off but you didn’t listen, you are gonna die today” Mr Roy said with a smile.
“Please don’t kill me” Sawyer pleaded.
“It’s too late… Mike, knocked her off and threw her in the water” Mr Roy ordered.
“Please don’t do this to me” Sawyer pleaded.
“Bye, Sawyer” Mr Roy said and left.
Mike did as he was instructed.
When Mr Roy got to the living room, he laughed evilly.
“Rhett, Sawyer is gonna hate you because she thought you know I am not your dad” Mr Roy said with a smile.
At The Sea***
When Mike got to the sea, he carried Sawyer out of the car and dropped her on the floor.
“Sawyer, you should have listened when Roy told you to back off… you see what you caused to yourself, there is nothing I can do” Mike thought and removed the clothes he used to cover her face.
He threw her into the water.
“Bye, Sawyer…never show up your face again” Mike said and threw her shoe in the water.
He stared at the water for a while and got into the car then he drove off.
Hours later, he got to the Mansion and met Mr Roy holding a newspaper.
“Boss, everything is done” He said, having his eyes glued to the floor.
“Okay, that’s good” Mr Roy said with a smile.
“What should I do next?” Mike asked.
“I want you to kill Piper” Mr Roy said, as he raised his head up.
“Okay, boss… I’m leaving, boss ” Mike said and left.
