Poppy quickly grabbed Alec’s arm, pouting her face like a squee-zed cake.
” Drive out of here quickly!. She’s gonna kill us. She’s holding a gun! Please Alec, please!” Poppy yelled and Alec simply stared at her.
” I have to go meet her.” He said.
” What!. You know her?!.” She raised her head to look at him.
” Yes. I know her but I don’t know what the heck she wants” He said looking away from her face.
” Why’s she holding a gun?!. Does she wanna kill you?. Don’t tell me she’s coming for trouble, Alec . I hate trouble.” She said, burying her face on Alec’s arm.
” Stop acting like a baby, orange. I’ll be fine” He said and took off his seat belt. ” Just stay here, okay?. I’ll be back soon”
” Back alive?” She pouted and Alec chuckled slightly, rubbing her hair.
” Yeah, Trust me.” He said and she left hold of him slowly.
” Can I come with you in case, maybe, um, if you need a backup fighter?” She asked with determined eyes.
Alec didn’t know why this girl kept surprising him everytime.
She was the one who was just scared like a fish a second ago and now she wants to be his backup fighter?
” I’m not going out there to fight, orange. You should Rather sit here before you freeze out there in fear” He said and left the car quickly.
Poppy bit her fingers fearfully, as she watched his retreating back.
She tried to pull out the seat belt and leave the car but she realised she didn’t know how to unho-ok the plug.
She sank back in the seat and hoped that Alec would be fine alone.

Alec got outside the car and pocked his thumb in his pocket, walking up to the masked girl smoking.
” Yvonne” He said, walking up to her.
The girl ignored him, still smoking wildly in front of him. She’s sitting on her bike lazily, swinging her feet.
Alec walked past her and halted in his steps.
” Why did you come?” He asked, gulping hardly.
” You finally left the crews right? You got bored? You got scared of the police? Why did you leave?” She asked, letting a sly smile.
” Is that why you came?. To ask me all this” He asked.
” Of course, A criminal doesn’t go scot free, Alec. You should know that.” She said and jumped down the bike.
” I am not a criminal” Alec said, pinching his brows together.
” Then who’s responsible for it, huh?. I told you not to pull the trigger on them but you did. You’ve been caught on camera six times. You ran away after they accused you, huh?. You think you could go scot free?. Sorry, its a Hell No” She said.
” But I was told to do so!. You know we are supposed to do it. it’s not my fault.”
” Of course I know but you were not careful now the police are after us. But aside that, you broke my heart Alec. Our relationship didn’t even last two days and you left!”
” Yvonne ”
” Don’t call my name or I shoot you once more, this time, you’ll be dropping dead” She said.
” Kill me now.” He said, turning to face her.
” I should..I should kill you?” She chuckled.
” Kill me, Okay?. There’s no point chasing after me when you all still have the intention to kill me at the end” He said.
” Torturing the cute you before death is sweet and interesting.” She said and dropped the gun.
She grabbed his collar and looked at his se-xy eyes, lic-king her red rosy li-ps.
” I still miss you even if I hate you a lot, Alec. But first..” She said and tried ki-ssing him but something ha-rd hit her head.
Instantly, She sli-pped down Alec’s body and pa-ssed out on the floor immediately.
Alec looked up and saw Poppy holding two incredible large stones.
” Alec!” She threw the stones away and ran to hug him. ” Did she hurt you?. I saw her take the gun. I knew you’d need a backup fighter so I came to the rescue.Thank God you are okay” She said, looking up at his face.
Alec stared at her in disbelief.
” Poppy. Did you just kill her?” He asked. Poppy left hold of him and stared at the masked teenager on the floor.
” She’s not bleeding. I..I.. think she just pa-ssed out from the…stones” Poppy said guiltily, fibbing with her thumbs.
Alec stared at her with a void face.
He didn’t know if to be upset or excited, cos somehow, he just wanted to get rid of Yvonne and aside that, poppy was getting out of hand in helping him.
Rain started to pour down on them and soon it became suddenly heavy.
Poppy looked up.
” Alec!. its raining!” She said excitedly, taking some portion of the rain in her palm.
Alec suddenly picked her hands forcefully and they rushed into the car quickly.
” I can’t believe I’m leaving the girl outside. You shouldn’t have done that to her, poppy” He said, closing back the door.
” But I saved you?”
” Saved me from What?!. I told you to remain here. She’s dangerous and she might come after you!. I don’t want anything to happen to you or else I’d be blamed!” He yelled and Poppy looked at him as her eyes glimmered.
” I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to act that way.” She sniffed and started to sob like a baby.
She kept her legs on the chair and buried her face on her kneels, sobbing silently.
Alec stared at her and palmed his eyes, throwing his head back. He hated to see her cry like this.
” Look. It’s okay. Stop crying.” He said, rubbing her backs.
” It’s my fault. I’ve been too clingy to you ever since I said I’ll protect you. I’ve been acting really stupid to other people. I thought I was doing it right.” She said, rubbing her we-t cheeks.
He smiled and palmed a side of her cheeks.
” Orange. I understand how you feel. I appreciate your effort, okay?. But…maybe you should be more careful this time around, okay?” He asked and she nodded sharply.
He ki-ssed her we-t hair and started to drive away.

Yvonne stood up after a while, her head hurt like they were hitting it with a stick.
” What happened?” She asked and stood up lazily. Her eyes was still doing like a yo-yo.
” Gosh. Alec sli-pped off my grip. I wonder what he did to me. I can’t even walk properly” She said holding her head.
She staggered all the way to her bike before driving off quickly.

BLUE’S MANSION***
Axel and Poppy arrived home really late. They were totally drenched by the rain.
They both walked into the sitting room and Poppy realised that Mrs blue was sitting and doing her nails.
Mrs chen was helping her with it and they were both backing them.
” Alec. Your mom” Poppy whispered fearfully.
” Shh. Just tip toe upstairs” Alec said while holding her shoulders from behind.
She nodded sharply and they began to walk up the large grand staircase as quiet as they could.
Mrs blue smirked,noticing Alec’s perfume scent.
” You both should come over here quickly.” Mrs blue said and Poppy wide-ned her eyes staring at Alec.
Alec rolled his eyes and turned around going up to the woman. Poppy quickly hid behind him in fear as she approached her.
” Mom” Alec called her attention and Mrs blue looked at them.
” You guys thought you could fool me, huh?” Mrs blue smiled, sipping her drink.
” We weren’t fooling you. We wanted to go upstairs and freshen up.” He said straight at her face
Mrs blue sat up and Poppy came to stand next to Alec.
” Alec. How many times do I need to warn you about this issue?. Your dad bought a car just for you!. I told Poppy to use the taxi. Didn’t I made it clear in front of your dad this morning?!” She yelled.
Alec sighed, still keeping his strict face at her.
” Why does she need a cab when we go the same direction towards home and attend same school?. Like, I don’t get the reason you wanna be harsh to her” He said.
” You want to know why?. Cos She’s not part of this family, Alec. She’s illegitimate. She doesn’t deserve to enjoy whatever good thing you have. Yet, you compare yourself with a good for nothing maid!. Her mate her in trashcans begging for a miracle!” She yelled.
” Mom Stop saying this!!” Alec yelled.
” Poppy. I know you are very stubborn and stupid. I’ll terminate your exam papers if that’s the only way i can get a piece of mind” She said.
” No.” Poppy whispered crying, palming her face. ” I’m sorry, I have to go” She sobbed and ran up the stairs.
” Poppy!” Alec called but she matched up the stairs without stopping.
” Let’s her cry, she deserves to be unhappy.” Mrs blue said and sipped her drink.
Alec took her drink from her and threw it inside her manicure box.
” You deserve it!. If you were some other person, I’d done worst!” He yelled and climbed up the stairs quickly.
Mrs blue was shocked to her ribs. She wondered where Alec got the courage to do such to her.
She turned to Mrs chen who had been bowing her face.
” I’m cancelling one month from your three month of stay here. Keep that in mind.” She hissed and walked away.

POPPY’S ROOM ***
Poppy ran to her room and dropped her bag on the floor.
She was about to climb the bed and sob there when she realised Axel was laying on it.
She picked her pillows and started to hit him really hardly.
” Wake up!. Leave my room. Get lost, bit-ch !” She yelled and got tired. She realised he had totally slept off there.
She sobbed loudly and removed her shoes and socks and went to bury her face on the dressing table crying there.
” I just hate it that I came here. I hate it that we found a job here. I’m a human too, why can’t I enjoy every good thing. Why does she keep making me feel worthless. Now she wants to terminate the exam I worked so ha-rd for!” She said sobbing loudly.
Alec tripped into the room and met her childishly crying next to the mirror.
He came and sat next to her.
” Poppy?” He called and she turned around and hug-ged his we-t shirt, caring less.
” Thank God you came” She said, her big eyes pouring tears like streams.
” I’m sorry, okay. I’m sorry for everything she said to you. Don’t listen to her. She won’t terminate your exam, trust me. okay?.” He said and hug-ged her tight, resting his cheek on her hair.
” Alec. I’m really scared. I’m scared that she might make us leave here very soon” She said, sobbing inbetween.
” No. She can’t even try. My dad is here, he can’t let her control you, okay” He said and Poppy nodded and sniffed hardly.
He sighted Axel on the bed and he quickly left her, walking towards him.
” Axel?. What’s he doing here?” He asked.
” I wonder why he pa-ssed out here. In fact, this place smells awful with him around. ” Poppy said, holding her nose.
Alec sighed and picked up the bottle of brew from the floor.
” He has started drinking again. I wonder what issue he had caused now” He said.
” Welllll, Can I have a sleepover at your room, Alec?” She asked quickly, pressing her li-p tightly.
” Sleepover?. why?.”
” You really want me to sleep in this stinky place next to Axel?” She pouted, looking at him with that glittering constellation eyes again.
He thought of it for a while and ran his fingers into his hair.
” Do your stuff. I’ll be Waiting for you.” He said walking out of the room tiredly.
Poppy jumped happily as her hair pounced on her shoulder.
She quickly used the blanket to cover Axel’s face before sli-pping out of her uniform, exposing her chubby perfect shape.
She had a quick bath and dressed into her night dress before preparing for the sleepover.

ALEC’S BEDROOM **
Poppy kicked the door to Alec’s room with her leg, carrying a heavy mattress and other stuffs with her.
Alec sat up on his bed, bending his brows worriedly
” Wait. All this for just a one night sleepover?” He panicked.
” Of course. I haven’t offloaded the rest yet, I’ll bring those ones later” She said and Alec jaw dropped.
She spreaded the blanket on the tiles and threw two pink pillows on the floor.
She dropped two cups of soda, a story book and a held up a makeup set.
” Okay I’m done. Come. Sit here” She said patting the space next to her and Alec tiredly climbed off the bed.
He went over to the mattress and sat next to her.
” I don’t know anything about sleepover. So just do your thing” He said looking at lazily.
She cupped his cheeks.
” Don’t sleep off yet, okay” She smiled but Alec continued to stare at her tiredly.
” First of all, i created two fun things we can do. We can do a soda competition without taking a break to breath. How about that?” She asked.
” Whatever. Ion like soda anyways” He rolled his eyes.
She gave Alec a big bottle of soda and she took hers.
” Okay. On the count of, One, two, Go!” She said and they began to su-ckthrou-ghthe bottle.
Poppy pinched her eyes close, sulking the straw without taking a break.
Alec simply stared at her, sulking the soda the way he wanted, even taking breaks.
When he got tired of drinking it, he dropped the bottle.
” You win.” He said and Poppy opened her eyes.
” You haven’t gone halfway yet”
” Yeah, I give up. I hate the game” He said and Poppy shaked her bottle.
” Yeyyh, I finished mine.” She smiled and picked Alec’s own, finishing it in a blink as well.
” Oh. I feel so full” She said, burping loudly.
” No wonder you’re chubby and very…cute” He smiled and she pouted her li-ps happily.
” So, our second game. Suggest a game, Alec .” She said.
” You are the one hosting the sleepover” He said, cupping his cheek as he stared at her.
” I can do you a make over?”
” Cancel that ”
” What about reading a novel?”
” Which type of novel?”
” Romance. Adventure of Ca-ssington honeymoon.” She said, hugging the book and stretching it to him.
” Cancel that too” He scoffed.
” Come on!” She yelled.
” Let’s just go to bed in a peaceful way. That makes a good sleepover” He said and laid back on the pillow, placing his hand behind his head.
Poppy sighed and shared a pillow with him, hugging the other pillow on her stomach.
” Alec. I wanted to ask who that Girl in mask was?” She said.
” She’s a friend” He said, staring at the roof.
” Why was she holding a gun. What did she want from you?”
” Let just say there used to be a real me. You don’t know a lot about me right?” He asked and she turned to look at him.
” What are the things I don’t know, tell me?” She said and Alec faced her, closing the spaces between their faces .
” You wanna know?” He asked and she quickly nodded. He turned to face her fully and hug-ged her wa-istcloser.
” You’ll find out when I have time to explain everything, okay. Let’s go to bed. Goodnight” He said.
She turned to face him fully and twirled her legs on top his body.
Alec looked at her and she giggled.
” Alec. What nickname should I give you?” She asked, rubbing his cheeks.
” Anything great that cross your mind, orange” He smiled and leaned up so that his forehead could meet hers.
” This is our First time sleeping together like this___.
” Yeah, It feels sooo good and sweet” She giggled and Alec pecked her li-ps softly.
” I really like you, poppy. You are different from other girls have seen”
” Wait, really?” Her eyes got wide.
” Yeah” He said .
She smiled and pecked his li-ps a bit longer, enjoying the way his li-ps brushed on hers.
” I love you Alec.” She said as she couldn’t stop her emotions again.
He palmed her full cheeks and dived into her small li-ps, sulking the we-tness and warmth of her tongue.
Poppy continued palming her face with the pillow, ki-ssing the pillow dangerously.
” Poppy?” Alec called and Poppy snapped her eyes open. A pillow was still on her face.
” W..what happened?” She asked, leaning up.
” I was talking about the masked girl and you suddenly slept off. Are you dreaming or something?. I’ve been watching you ki-ssing your pillow for over a minute now” Alec said, still leaning his hand behind his head on the pillow.
” Really?. Ohhhh.” She palmed her face and twirled, facing the other side in humiliation.

MISS CHERRY’S HOME
Miss cherry dressed up on a nice blue dinner gown and took up her heels quickly.
” Oh geez. I’m late. He told me to come eight sharp. I have to go now” She said as she quickly stepped down the stairs.
” Bye, Melissa. I’ll see you tomorrow morning. I’ll be sleeping over at my boss place” She said.
Melissa climbed down the stairs quickly and saw that she was gone.
” Oh Goodness. Where is she rushing to. She forgot her phone, her files, purse and transport fare. Almost everything she needs.” Melissa said and followed her outside.
She saw cherry already getting away in a taxi.
” Oh. Too late. I need to get her stuffs to her or her date might be ruined!” Melissa yelled and flagged down another taxi.
” Please follow that green taxi in front of us quickly” She said and the cab started to drive away.

BLUE’S MANSION.
Poppy walked into Alec’s room, holding up her result paper behind her.
It was Saturday morning and he was busy in his laptop and earphone again.
” Hey, Alec.” She called, pressing her li-p fearfully.
” Hey orange. ” He said taking off his earphones. ” What happened?”
” I visited school early this morning. I failed my exam.” She said.
” You what?!” Alec panicked.
” I’m sorry. I failed all the subject” She said and Alec stared at her unbelievably.
” Tell me its not true, Poppy. Just tell me.” He held the hem of her short night dress feeling like he was being melted by bricks.
” Have the result. it seems I won’t attend minions anymore” She pouted.
Alec quickly took the result from her, boring his eyes on it.
” Wait. You got a B?” He asked surprisingly as he looked at her. Poppy giggled.
” APRIL FOOL. I pa-ssed!!” She jumped excitedly.
” Geeeez, you tricked me!” He said and stood up.
” Why would I fail when the greatest teacher taught me” She said and leaned on her colorful socks, pecking his li-p.
Alec halted for a moment, staring at her eyes.
” You…just…pecked my li-ps?”
” You don’t like it?” She asked, looking at him. Alec smiled and cuddled her into his chest really, really tight.
” That was cute and soft, but I’m more impressed by your performance, poppy. Thanks for making me proud” He smiled.
” Thanks for your help too.” She said.
” So what do you want?. You can ask for anything?” He said and Poppy smirked.
Soon, they got distracted by the sound coming from downstairs.
” Let go see what’s going on” He said and they left the room.

LIVING ROOM **
Oceana was sitting next to her parent and few relatives, and Alec’s parent were sitting on the other sofa.
Poppy and Alec sighted them and they guessed that the mansion was on truly on fire.
” Where’s Axel?” Mr blue asked with a disappointed look in his face.
” I think he’s upstairs, he’s still sleeping.” Alec said.
” Tell him to come down and meet his new betrothed financeè” He said and Alec eyes wide-ned.
Axel was already getting down already as if he had noticed the noise.
He was rubbing his dry eyes as he stepped down, still in his nightie.
” Good morning, mom, dad” He greeted tiredly.
He suddenly crossed gazes with Oceana and he halted in his steps immediately.
” Why is she here?. What’s going on?.” He asked.
Oceana wiped her we-t cheeks as she sobbed on her mom’s arm.
” I don’t want to be his fiancée. I don’t like him anymore. please no one should do this to me. I can’t be his betrothed fiancée. I can manage being barren” Oceana was crying.
” Fiancée?” Axel voice almost dropped down to his throat.
