I la-id Kayla and Noel to be-d after re-ading them loads of be-dtime stories for about an hour and some minutes.
Imagine coming home from work, preparing dinner for family and also putting the kids to sleep and they’d say they don’t want a nanny?
fu-ck $h!t!.
Whether janietta or any of my kids like it or not.. I’m getting them a nanny.
Jeez! I stink. I haven’t even had my night’s bath. All these stress are just too much. They don’t only nee-d a nanny.. they are also going to have a mommy cause I’m dead sticking to Mark’s advice.
By weekend, I’m bringing Alicia to see my kids. So they’ll get to know each other better. She seems interested in them. And that’s the more reason I like her Choice.
If I’m gonna get married , it’s gonna be with someone that loves and care for my kids so much.
I put on my towel and walked into the bathroom.
What I nee-d now is a calm bath.

I screamed out to Nora’s face as I pu-ll-ed off my shoes.

“Calm down Alicia. What if it isn’t what you’re thinking”… Nora arched a brow at me and I scoffed in disbelief.
“..and what do you think I’m thinking huh?..”
“I know what you’re thinking Ali.. what if she’s his niece, sister.. relative?… You know”
She tried to explain things out to make me feel better.
“The hell Nora! I doubt she’s anywhere being his relation with the way he was holding her towards his car” I rolled my eyes as I crashed on the couch.
“You’re taking things too ha-rd on yourself my Friend. Since you don’t know who she is, why not ask David about her”..
She suggested.
Hmm. Makes s-en-se though, but Nah . I’ll pas-s
“Ask him? Like a jealous and desperate Alicia right?” I frowned.
“Well… I’ll just let it to rest. Not like I’ll be seeing her around him all the time. I think there’s really nothing to worry about” I added with a de-ep breath..
Trying to soothe my nerve with those as-suring words.

“It’s fine Rosiana.. I’ll be alright. I can take care of myself okay”
I stared at my mom who kept on reas-suring me to take the job offer from David that she’ll be fine by herself.
“Mom.. I’m s-scared. I’m scared to leave you alone by yourself. Considering your condition. You nee-d me more than ever.”
I spoke out in fear that night. I’m so not sure about this.
“All you nee-d now is a Job Rose. And not to babysit me. I am your mother and when I tell you something, you listen to it.
Like I said before, I’ll be fine. You can come visit me at weekends. Just like David suggested”
Yeah.. Mr David.
He dropped me home immediately after lunch and he met with my mom. He seemed really nice to her. He alre-ady paid me the $1,000 he promised and I couldn’t help to be so grateful.
He’s a really nice man.
“Hmm. Okay. I’ll come every weekend as planned. But plea-se Mom.. make sure to call me whenever issues arises plea-se.”
My mom can sometimes act strong, even in tough situations.. but I know de-ep down, she isn’t too happy that I’ll be leaving her sight.
She just doesn’t want to show it. All she wants is what is best for me. And that’s why I love her so much.
I smiled inwardly before lying with her on the be-d.. I nee-d to spend tonight in her arms .
Cause tomorrow, I’ll be in a new place.. a new home with another family.
I just hope I find favor in their eyes.

David grinned as he brou-ght out my things from the Booth showing me his house. Like it’s my first time to be here.
I giggled a little and took my bag from him.. muttering a “Thank you”
It’s like the house grows more beautiful by the day. I thought as I stared round in amazement.
And just then, the three kids c@m£ out of the house. Heading towards us.
“I guess she’s our new nanny”
The little boy gazed at me with questioning eyes.
I’ve kinda forgotten his name. It’s actually been a week and some days now .. so I can’t recall.
“Y-yes.. I a-am” I stuttered a little feeling my sweaty Palm.
” Well, we don’t actually want a Nanny. Or someone to babysit us… But so long you satisfy my Craving stomach.. I don’t have a problem with you. Lady Rosiana..”
He smiled a little and I nodded.

I’d never forget her name. She’s the sweetest being I’ve ever come across.
“Kayla” I spoke softly un-der my breath with a smile.
She smiled and walked even more closer.
“I like you Rosiana”
It c@m£ out so sweet from her and I almost melted in happiness.
She giggled and ran over to hvg her dad.
The oldest one whom I guess her name is Jain?… Janet? Janie?.. or whatever… Stared at me in a way I can’t really tell.
Her face re-ading of disapproval ❌. She gave me a weird look before walking back inside… And I don’t know why, but I just felt a sharp burn in my che-st.
Did I do something wrong?
I stared as she left and then to her dad with questioning eyes.
“L-Lets… Take your things inside while I show you to your room”
He cut into my intense stared. Taking the bags from me..
“Okay?” I arched.. and followed behind.
It’s definitely so obvious.

I followed behind as he led me into the hour with my bag. I kept staring round the sitting like it’s my first time seeing it.
Don’t blame me, I ain’t used to this type of life.
I so got lost in my thoughts and Amazement that I had forgotten all about David and my things as I unconsciously stood and marveled round.
“Anna. plea-se come along” he called out with a small smile. And that was actually when I realized myself.
Wait. What did he call me? Anna?
“Anna?” I asked him as I caught up with the pace.
“Yes Anna” he nodded.
“Why Anna?” I asked. Don’t really know why I’m asking Though. But I guess I just wanted to know.
“Cause it’s more simplified to Rosiana. And I like the name Anna” he win-ked at me, flashing me a toothy smile and a pin-like hole on his cheek . Signifying his Dimple.
Gosh! He’s really cute I gotta say. His oceanic blue eyes keeps me wondering. He’s too handsome. No wonder he’s got cute kids too. I just can’t help but wonder how his wife looked like. Guess she must have been really beautiful too.
I thought within as he finally pushed open a door and let me in.
“This Anna, is your room” he announced placing my things on the floor.
My mouth dropped as I stared round at the flashy, beautifully decorated room.

“You mean this??” I threw him a surprised doubting look. Pointing at the entire room.
“Yes, you don’t like it??”
What? Don’t like it? Like seriously?? There shouldn’t be a question here cause I definitely love it.
“W–what…. No way! I love it Mr David” I squealed happiness.
A medium sized be-d, three Confy pillows. Like who uses three pillows in just one be-d?
Back home, I never had one. If I don’t feel okay without a pillow, I just wra-p up some clothes together into a perfect ball and place it softly on my Head.
Now I get to have three pillows in just one be-d and he’s asking if I don’t like it!!!?
“It’s really beautiful” I gulped down as my eyes started turning watery. Like I’m gonna bur-st in tears any Moment. I had to put in more effort to shut our my tears. So not to fool myself before him.
“I’m glad you like it” he breath out a sigh of relief with a smile.
“I . Love. It” I blinked back my tears correcting his speech. It’s *Love* not /Like/
” I’m glad you do” he smiled even brighter this Time and I blu-shed at that.
I guess he noticed the redness on my cheeks cause quic-kly st©pped smiling and averted his eyes from me.
“I will huh…. I will leave you to freshen up before anything.”
“Uh. Yeah.. right” I nodded nervously.
“Okay..” he finalised as he made his way towards the door.
“Sir… Mr David” I called.
He turned to look at me… “Yes?”
“I just eerm… I wanted to ask what the family would like for lunch”
“I’ll tell you that after you freshen up. Or better still, pick a choice from the kitchen. We’d be okay with anything”
“Oh right” I gulped down.
He smiled a little and turned to leave but soon st©pped and faced at me. Again.
“Ana”… He drawled out my name.
“Yeah?”
I love the way ‘Ana ‘ sounds from hisl-ips. So intoxicating.
“It’s David. Not sir , or Mr” he corrected and didn’t even give me a chance to talk back before walking out.
Wow. I smiled as I watched the door closed behind him.

She’s Beautiful. I must confess.
She has a pretty smile too. One that is rare. To me, she’s just too innocent. Or maybe it’s her facial look.
I offered her this job cause I didn’t for once liked the idea of her working as a cleaner in Duvel. It’s too downgrading and I will definitely not be okay with it.
Secondly, she’s a really good cook. Did I mention I stole some of the dish she prepared the other day while the kids were fast asleep ??
Like the food tasted do good and I had to quench my taste.
With such skill, she could help reduce stress on my shoulders and help with food and babysitting my kids. It’s better that way.
I know janietta doesn’t for once like yh idea .. and she isn’t happy too that she’ll be living with us. But… I wish I could do something about it. I just can’t.
It isn’t just about Janie. It’s mostly about me… And how it relieves some burden from me.
I just hope in time, she un-derstands.

I hummed happily that Mid- afternoon- Sunday. As I put on a nice revea-ling dress. Applied l!pgloss and a t©uçh of pomade. I’m so excited today.
“…and where are you off to?” Nora who suddenly walked into my room wore a suprised look on her face as she asked.
“What does dressing up got to do with where I’m going?” I rolled out.
“It has everything to do with it. You seem really happy Today. Now tell me, where are you going? I’d love to catch some fun too and I don’t mind being a tag- along. Last time I checked, I’m still your best friend”
She spoke out with such boldness which caused a scoff from myl-ips.
“Where I’m going, doesn’t require a Bestie okay” I truthfully answered.
“Seriously?” She rolled her eyes in doubt.
” Yeah I’m serious. Bae”
“And why’s that?” She asked in suprise.
“Cause I’m going to see the Love of my Life” I announced. Feeling so excited.
“Who? Oscar?” She spoke out. Causing my face to drop with a frown almost immediately.
“Leave Oscar out of this.! Don’t ruin my mood” I hissed.
“I thought he’s the Love of ….
“Not him you pu-ssy head. I was talking about David. David Romero. I’m going to pay a suprise visit to him at home” I blu-shed.
