^KITCHEN^
Jose entered the kitchen making Julie to rush towards him immediately.
“Jose!” She called smiling widely but getting closer to him her smile died down because of his face expression…he was confused.
Of course they are not really in good terms, they aren’t the way they used to be before why smile at him so widely for. Maybe that’s the reason for him been confused now.
“Well…” She cleared her throat tucking her hair behind her ears.
“Huh?” Jose questioned nonchalantly.
“Well…I got some News to tell you” She immediately said smiling at once.
Jose sighed out, they aren’t the way they used to be before why try to gossip to him…it’s awkward but even though he must listen to it…he loves News and Julie is good with broadcasting.
“Uhm…” He muttered nervously not knowing what to say. Julie smiled seeing his expression she held his wrist and pulled him towards the kitchen counter.
“Do you know…” She started but not without looking around if another person is at the atmosphere except them.
“Come closer…” She made a sign for him to pull more closer…Jose blinked slightly and pulled closer to her his face coming closer to hers…their eyes locking at once and as if time stopped for them both…they just stared at each other’s eyes…Julie blinked slightly gulping down at once as she immediately diverted her eyes elsewhere…Jose did the same.
“Do you know Diana and Rose are the ones that helped Candy to leave the clan making Dragon to get hold of her…” She whispered silently.
“What?” Jose widened his eyes he couldn’t believe what he heard.
“Yes…it’s mostly Diana, she kinda used Rose I think and Rose felled for it in the way of getting rid of Candy so that Stone won’t fall for her…” She went ahead in broadcasting the whole latest News to Jose who was giving that shocked and surprised expression of widening his eyes time to time.
“This is unbelievable…this shouldn’t even get to the boss because if he finds out about it… Diana and Rose will be eliminated” Jose said when Julie was done.
“Exactly I don’t know the reason exactly but Boss kind thing of cherishes our Candy” Julie said.
“Yeah…but why would Diana want to get rid of Candy?” Jose asked.
“I don’t know…she hates Candy but what’s her reason for hating on Candy?” Julie asked.
“I hate that bitçh” Jose scoffed in anger remembering how she embarrassed him and stuffed his mouth with the flowers he bought for her. Is not that she is even his type.
Well it’s all Julie’s fault though…he gazed down at Julie as if reading his thoughts she diverted her eyes elsewhere clearing her throat nervously.
“All we got to do now is help Rose in reconciling with Candy…they are our friends after all… Rose was just used by Diana…can you do that with me?” Julie asked.

“Sure I’m in” He muttered… Julie hearing this smiled so widely as they both maintained eye contact.

“Dad!” Jennifer rushed towards Alex immediately she saw him.
“My daughter” Alex hugged her up immediately. When they were done hugging they both walk towards the cushion and sat down.
“Thanks for saving me out of that hell hole” Jennifer said admist tears.
“Anything for you my daughter” Alex said wiping away her tears with a handkerchief.
“What about the Monster? Won’t he…”
“He can’t find us…all I got to do now is to get Candy out of his Clan… I just find out that she is with what I have been looking for” Alex said.
“The wealth Chip?” Jennifer asked nervously.
“Yes…Her Mother hid it with her” Alex replied.
“Is Candy aware of that?” Jennifer asked.
“No…she doesn’t, I don’t mind getting rid of her in other to get that chip…I have done it before, doing it again isn’t a big deal” Alex said his face displaying coldness.
“Have been meaning to ask this father” Jennifer said.
“What?” Alex looked at her.
“Candy’s mother…My late step mother did she really died because of Cancer?” Jennifer slowly asked.
Alex just sighed out his eyes not leaving his daughter’s face.
“Did she?” She repeated with that nervousity beating against her Ches.
“No, she didn’t” Alex mumbled out silently.

^CANDY’S ROOM^
Raymond who had waited for Candy for their early Morning Exercise didn’t see her so he went to her room instead.
He gently pulled the door and entered inside, he met the little mosquito on the bed sleeping away.
“So comfortable” He muttered as he gently close the door…he moved and started marching towards her but he suddenly paused when Candy started moving her body.
“Mother, Mum” She mumbled out.
“No No Nooooooh!” She screamed out as she immediately jolt up panting heavily with fear filled in her watery eyes.
Raymond tilted his head one side to look at her in confusion and concern… seeing her tears he moved towards with a fast pace as he sat on the bed looking down at her.
“Boss” Candy gently called looking up at him.
“You…” Raymond couldn’t finish his words because Candy suddenly moved into his body crying out loud.
“Please don’t let go” She hugged him tight wetting his shirt.
Raymond wore Confused expression, he doesn’t know what to do. He doesn’t know how to comfort someone, how will he do it now? What’s going back on with her?
“Scary dream?” Those were the words he find himself saying.
“Blood, Blood, I saw my mother in her own pull of blood” Candy said admist hot tears.
“Blood?” Raymond disengaged from the hug as he held her shoulder with his two hands.
“Thought you said your mother died when you were small? How were you able to Recognize her?” He asked.
“I got little memories of her and I have seen her in so many photos so…” She bursted out into another uncontrollable Tears.
Raymond blinked feeling bad for her? Why? Because he felt a sting in his heart. Why is he feeling this way?
Without him knowing he pulled her into his body again…this time around he started rubbing and tapping her gently on her back.
“It’s Okay, it’s okay” He finds himself saying.
This is usual, he is someone who doesn’t care about this kind of things. Consoling someone? He hasn’t for once done that before.
When Candy was done crying she pulled away as she moved her hand and placed it on his chest with her head lowered.
Her eyes is all puffy already. Raymond gazed down at her hand which was on his chest.
“It’s all wet… I’m sorry for crying alot… I’m…” She trailed off sniffing in.
“What did you see in your dream?” Raymond gently asked making her to look up at him their eyes locking at once. Her once beautiful shiny golden eyes is all reddened up.
“I…I…saw my mom on the floor with a knife inside her stomach…blood… Blood was everywhere…she…she said to Me…” Candy trailed off as hot dripping tears came to replaced her once dried tears.
Raymond just stared down at her… with his expression you won’t really understand what’s going on in his head right now. His face was blank.
“She said…’My baby I’m sorry for leaving you behind in this wicked world…I promise to look out for you even from the land of dead… promise me that you will be careful and look out for yourself because… because…’ ” Candy paused talking because her tears was already choking her.
“Just like that she gave up the ghost…it was so real… it felt so real as if it happened for real and before me…it…” She started fanning her face blewing out air from her mouth…her heart was so heavy.
Raymond moved his hand wiping away her eyes.
Should he tell her the truth? Should he?
“Your dream might be real” He muttered out making Candy to pause crying.
“Huh?” She asked.
“Cancer didn’t kill your mother, she was murdered” He blurted out.
“What? How? It’s not possible, my father told me…” Candy had her eyes widened up not believing her ears. But the Raymond she knows doesn’t just blurt out whatever that comes out from his mouth.
“She was murdered… through your dream…I think she was actually stabbed I guess” He mused out as he moved his thumb off her watery face.
“No…No…No…it’s can’t be…” Candy moved into Another roll of uncontrollable Tears her eyes gazing deep into Raymond’s eyes.
Raymond immediately diverted his eyes elsewhere, he can’t just stand those tears.
“No…No it cant be…my mother can’t just pass through that pain…it’s a painful sight…it’s so painful…the sight was so painful…” She started hitting her chest…her heart was so heavy.
“Like yours…come here” Raymond suddenly pulled her into his body rubbing the Back of her head consoling her.
“It’s so painful…she doesn’t deserve to die” Candy continued crying.
“She died while trying to protect you…she is sure is a good mother” Raymond said.
“Oh No!” Candy cried the more.
“It’s okay…I’m here for you… nobody dares to hurt you… I will always protect…He trailed off pulling her more closer to himself as if he is protecting her from…
“I will be your shield CANDY”
