CHAPTER 77&78

NEXT DAY**
Griffin was with Adele already when Lamia entered after delaying for minutes.
“You’re late” Griffin said.
Lamia sat down.
“Why am I here?” He asked blankly.
Adele sighed.
“I know you’re mad at me right now….but can you at least let me explain? You can decide to hate me after my explanation” Adele said.
“I don’t think any explanation would justified the fact that I was abandoned,you were threatened by someone,is that it? And you decided to abadon me in the woods without thinking I might just die right there,the only person you can explain anything to is him,I don’t need it” Lamia said and stood up.
Griffin grabbed his hand and Adele sniffs in her tears.
“I hate seeing her tears” Griffin said.
“Then wipe it for her” Lamia snapped.
Adele held Lamia’s hand and stood up.
“I know I was wrong…I’m at fault,everything is my fault from the beginning…..but I was just scared” Adele said in tears.
“I didn’t want to loose you….when I had you,,you were different from every human child I’ve seen. Because of that,my parents even sent me out,claiming I had given birth to a monster. But I was in love with you,I wouldn’t agree that my child was a monster so I left,but it kept on repeating,everyone hated me,they wouldn’t help me because……..of my child. Someone even gave me an advice to end my child myself because you were a badluck to me……”
“I won’t deny that” Lamia muttered and Adele shook her head.
“You weren’t a bad luck,believe me. I never abadoned you in the woods,fine I accept my mistake,I shouldn’t have dropped you there,but…..I was just…trying to travel from my town to another,that was the only route I could pass to avoid different comments about you,those times,I always wrapped you so much,because of your eyes and extra white skin. But while walking along the woods that day,I was hungry and thirsty,I couldn’t go any further,I only dropped you for a minute to get something,I was too tired to take you with me,I had to drop you,I swear it was only for a minute. When I came back,I couldn’t find you any longer,I almost ran mad screaming and crying in the woods but I never set my eyes on you again……..” Stream of tears was rolling down Adele’s eyes as she cried.
“I’m so sorry baby…..I’m the worst mother in the world,I know…….but it hurts even more now that you hate me,it hurts so much” She cried,folding Lamia’s shirt as her tears wet his clothe.
“Stop crying” Lamia muttered.
“It’s annoying” He added and Griffin looked at him.
“Hey,you grew to be more heartless than me” He said and Lamia rolled his eyes.
He pulled Adele up and straight and wiped her tears.
“I told you not to explain….”
“I have to,you don’t know how long I’ve been waiting for this moment…hoping that one day I would see you again” Adele said.
“You must have suffered a lot because of me,such a bad luck I was” Lamia uttered.
“No,you weren’t a bad luck son…..never” Adele shook her head and cupped his cheeks.
“I’ve loved you from the moment I set my eyes on you….I couldn’t stop loving you even when we separated,and I still do now” She said.
Lamia hugged her.
“I’m so sorry” Adele said,hugging him back.
“Stop saying sorry…..I don’t want to apologize also” Lamia muttered and Adele smiled.
“You don’t have to apologize,it must have been too hard living without anyone” She said.
“Too hard…..really hard” Lamia muttered with teary eyes.
“I always wish I had parents…….everyday” he said and tears rolled down Adele’s eyes.
“It’s all my fault……..I separated us” she said.
“No,it was fate” Griffin also joined them and hugged them both.
“It was partially my fault too,I couldn’t protect you and allowed Maleficent taunt you into denying your love for me,so blame me also” He said.
“I shouldn’t have lied,I should have fought till the end,but I was too weak” Adele said.
“You are just a human” Griffin said.
“If you’re going to be talking about yourselves alone,then let me go,you’re suffocating me already” Lamia said.
“I love you son” Adele said and Lamia smiled.
“What about me?” Griffin asked.
“Jealousy is not for old people like you,forget about my face that you have” Lamia said.
“Your face? You mean to say you stole my face?” Griffin scoffed and Adele chuckled.
“You two are so cute” She said.
“Don’t try to cry that way again,it hurts” Griffin said and Adele nodded.

OAKLEY’S ROOM**
Oakley opened the doo after the third knock and Bryant came in.
“Oh you…..uhm….” Oakley tried to remember his name.
“I can’t believe you forgot my name” Bryant said sadly.
“Bryant” Oakley said and he smiled.
“That’s right”
Oakley closed the door.
“Hey Luna” Bryant called from a distance to the walking cat.
“You really don’t like cat?”
Bryant nodded.
“Why are you here?” Oakley asked.
“Honestly I don’t know” Bryant said and Oakley raised her brows before folding her arms under her breast.
“Do you like me or what?” She asked.
“I can’t deny that” Bryant smiled.
“Sorry I don’t like you” Oakley said.
“Hey,that’s harsh” Bryant said and Oakley chuckled.
“Shouldn’t you be getting ready for the dinner” She asked.
“We still hsve hours Oakley” Bryant said.
“Trying to flaunt the fact that you remember my name?” Oakley raised her brows.
“You caught me” Bryant said and they both laughed.
“You’re pretty” Bryant muttered.
“You’re handsome too” Oakley said and Bryant bit his lips.
There was silence.
“I don’t think your people care if you’re here” Bryant broke the silence.
“They are no longer my people,and besides… They are scared of Lamia” Oakley said and Bryant chuckled.
“I wonder how you two became friends” He muttered.
“Maybe because we both have ego” Oakley replied and they laughed.

UNDERGROUND PRISON**
Lamia and Griffin both appeared together and Griffin looked around before facing Lamia.
“How did you find this place?” He asked.
“Am I not supposed to?” Lamia asked.
“You’re crazy” Griffin chuckled.
“You should act like you’re thousands years old please,can you do something about your face also?” Lamia scoffed.
“We can do something about your face instead,I hate that you have my face” Griffin said.
“You mean my face…..”
“I had this face for thousand years…..”
“You were nothing but a beast since I had this face” Lamia snapped.
“So you stole my face because I was a beast?” Griffin asked and Lamia groaned.
“We both know who the thief is here” He said and Griffin scoffed.
“Act like an old man… ”
“Then you should act like a kid also!” Griffin snapped.
Lamia scoffed and kept quiet.
They both stopped in front of the cell where Maleficent is,,she was sitting on the the floor,chains on her hands and around her neck, Lamia already extracted all her powers so she’s just empty there with no supernatural powers or dark powers.
“Here’s our pretty soccerer” Lamia said and Maleficent glared at him.
“She was the one….who made Heaven that way” Lamia muttered.
Griffin and Maleficent maintained a long stare.
“So you’re back” She said.
“And you became this way….because of me?” Griffin asked.
“You?” Maleficent laughed.
“Who do you think you are?” She asked.
“I’m glad it’s not because of me” Griffin said and Maleficent glared at him.
“But she was the reason why Mother rejected you and reason why we all separated” Lamia said and began tighning the chain around her neck with his eyes,she grabbed her neck as she began to choke,coughing out blood.
“Just…..kill me!!!” Maleficent screamed.
“That’s not enough……you will beg for your death….with tears” Lamia smirked and released her.
They walked away and stopped where Heaven was,she was sitting up in one position.
“What should I do about her?” Lamia asked,his eyes not leaving Heaven.
“Do you regret it?” Griffin asked.
“The only thing I regret was making her believe I was in love with her,I should have stayed away from her in the beginning” Lamia said.
“But I don’t think I can ever forgive her for trying to kill Tasha” He muttered.
“Maleficent influence” Griffin said and Lamia looked up.
“What should I do then?” He asked.
“You choose……what do you want to do?” Griffin asked.
“I can’t decide no matter how long you ask me….father” Lamia muttered.
“Then go……I will do what I want to do in your absent” Griffin muttered.
Lamia stared at Heaven for a second before vanishing.
Griffin entered the prison and squatted in front of Heaven,he touched her eyes and holes and immediately she got her sight back.
Heaven looked at him confusingly.
“Who…..are you??” He asked ans Griffin smiled.
“You don’t remember my face?” He asked and Heaven shook her head.
“Why am I here?” She looked around and Griffin smiled again.
“Time to go back home,you can see now,so no one would bully you again” he said and Heaven smiled.
“Thank you” She said.
Griffin nodded and Heaven disappeared,he stood up and also appeared beside Lamia who was waiting for him.
“What did you do?” Lamia asked.
“Took her powers,revive her sight,erased her memories and then sent her back home” Griffin said.
Lamia nodded in satisfaction.
“Son” Artemis appeared and rushed over to hug Griffin.
Lamia scoffed and walked away.

EVENING★THATCHER’S ROOM**
Sadie entered all of a sudden without knocking only to find Thatcher half naked,he only have a towel around his waist,he just came out of the bathroom.
“I’m…….” She couldn’t even apologize as she got lost staring at the hottie in front of her.
Thatcher grinned.
“Do you like what you see?” He asked and Sadie nodded like a dummy.
“Seriously….”
“No!!” She screamed and Thatcher laughed out.
“I will come back later” Sadie immediately said but before she could turn and leave,Thatcher grabbed her and pushed her to the wall,caging her there.
“Thatcher” She called,refusing to look up.
“Huh?”
Sadie looked up and swallowed.
Thatcher captured her lips that way,she didn’t think twice before kissing him back.
Thatcher broke the kiss after a while.
“I guess you love my lips a lot” He said.
“What do you mean?” Sadie asked.
“You always steal kisses from me anytime I sleep beside you,I mean fake sleeps” Thatcher said and Sadie’s eyes widened.
“Fake?”
“Of course,you never stopped kissing me tho” Thatcher said and Sadie covered her eyes in embarrassment.
“I will see you later” She ran out of he room and Thatcher laughed.

NATASHA’S ROOM**
Winter was busy helping Natasha so her hair for the dinner when Summer entered.
“Oh,you’re ready. You look hot” Natasha said and Summer smiled.
“I think your brother will ask me out tonight” Summer grinned.
“Do you like him that much?” Winter scoffed.
“Like? I love him” Summer said but suddenly noticed Winter’s neck.
“What happened to you here?” She asked.
“Its….nothing” Winter mutterer and Summer frowned.
“Damon” Natasha said and Winter looked at her.
“How did you know?” She asked.
“It’s a vampire love bite” Natasha said.
“Love bite?!!” Winter and Summer screamed at a time.
“Don’t tell me you don’t know” Summer and Natasha asked Winter.
“Of course I don’t,he only bit me because he was craving for blood…..”
“And you allowed him willingly?!!” Summer scresmed.
“I had to help” Winter muttered.
“I see,it’s an intentional bite so it’s not bad,but don’t be surprised if he start having feelings for you” Natasha smirked.
“Don’t you think it will work on me too?” Winter asked
“What do you mean?” Summer asked.
“I had a crazy dream about him all night” Winter confessed
“Wet dream?” Natasha asked and he nodded.
“It is done” She laughed.
“I’m gonna kill Damon” Summer made to open the door but Winter grabbed her hand.
“Please don’t,it’s embarrassing” She said
“He need to do something about it!! What the f**k is yaht silly dream about?!!” Summer yelled angrily and Winter bit her lips.
“It will definitely stop,that’s if he also have the same feeling and you two…..mate” Natasha smirked.
“My sister is not doing that shit with Damon” Summer snapped.
“Sorry Summer,you can’t control it if Winter start falling even more” Natasha said and Winter sighed.
The truth is….she has fallen more than they are thinking.

DAMON’S ROOM**
“Dude,you’ve been sighing all day,what’s going on?” Chase asked.
“I f**king miss her scent” Damon blurted out.
“Who?” Chase asked.
“Winter” Damon said and Chase raised his brows.
“Since when did that one start?” He asked and checked Damon’s temporature.
“I’m not joking Chase,since I’ve bitten her,I couldn’t stop thinking about her,I had to start avoiding her or I would be thinking crazy stuffs to do with her” Damon said.
“Wow,that’s serious. Did you mark her by mistake in the name of sucking?” Chase asked.
“I have no idea” Damon shook his head.
“You are dead if she doesn’t feel the same” Chase muttered.

8PM★DINNING HALL**
The special dinner night finally started,all the students were present there while the master and Lamia’s parents have theirs separately with Artemis at the lounge.
Only Lamia and Natasha wasn’t there yet.
“I’m so happy guys,I wish everyday is like this” Speedy said.
“Me too” Skyler said sipping from her wine.
“What about Lamia and Natasha?” Ruben asked.
“The queen and the king need to take their time” Eugene replied.
Thatcher was busy staring at Sadie and when she caught him,he winked at her,she looked away sharply.
Winter was trying her best not to stare at Damon not knowing Damon was also struggling with the same.
“You look pretty,I love your dress” Bryant said to Oakley.
“Thank you” She smiled.
“We have to wait for Lamia and Natasha,I’m starving” Chase muttered.
“Sorry” Speedy mocked
**
Lamia knocked on Natasha’s door and she opened at once.
“I’ve been waiting” She pouted.
Lamia stopped walking,checking her out intensely,she was looking so hot in the red short dress she was putting on.
“Baby…..” Lamia slammed his lips on her own as she tried talking,he closed the door at once and kept kissing her.
She also reciprocated.
“What the f**k are you doing to me?” Lamia groaned when he broke the kiss.
Natasha smiled.
“We should join others,they are Waiting” She whispered.
“I don’t think I will make it if we go there without me having a taste of you” Lamia said.
“But…..” She was still saying but Lamia already removed her clothes with his eyes.
“Lamia!!” She screamed in shock.
“I’m sorry” Lamia muttered and she chuckled.
They resumed kissing and within a minute,they were on the bed already.
