“I….love you…..insanely” She whimpered.
That word rang in Lamia’s ears the moment Natasha confessed,he stopped walking and Heaven looked at him,Lamia almost turned back but he stopped himself from doing so.
“Are you okay?” Heaven asked.
Lamia managed to nod and then faced her.
“What do you want to show me?” He asked.
“The full moon” Heaven smiled and continue walking till they got to the garden.
Almost immediately,the resting butterflies on the flowers started flying.
“Awwwn,I guess they missed you” Heaven said,smiling.
“That’s true,it’s been a while since I came here” Lamia muttered and stretched his arms,some butterflies came resting on him and he smiled.
“You said the full moon” Lamia said to Heaven.
“I just wanted you to follow me,you might refuse if I tell you that we are coming to the garden” She replied and sat down on the bench.
Lamia released the butterflies and sat down next to Heaven.
“Do you remember the first time we talked?? Here?” She asked.
“The first time we talked was when I helped you to your room” Lamia said.
“Oh..that’s right” Heaven smiled.
“And then,you continue coming to me after that” Lamia muttered.
“And you were always nice to me,I enjoyed your company so much and your scent” Heaven said with a smile.
Lamia nodded.
“Honestly,I miss those times” Heaven said,Lamia kept quiet.
“Maybe if I was still blind….you would still be nice to me” She added and Lamia looked at her with shock written over his face.
“What are you talking about?” He asked.
“I’m saying since my eyes opened,you also stopped being nice to me” Heaven said.
“What are the things you considered as nice? Back then,I walk you to your room,I hold your hand while walking,I hug and console you whenever you’re sad,because I felt like you were alone in that dark world of yours…but when you told me you could have helped yourseld perfectly all those time I walk you to your room,I thought I would be mad…..but I wasn’t,because I understand how you must have felt to finally see someone who want to spend time with you,I wasn’t mad. That was why I made the wish….after your eyes opened,I don’t think I needed to walk you to your room again,or hold your hands while walking..because I only did them because of your eyes” Lamia said.
Heaven looked at him straight in the eyes.
“So….if I wasn’t blind from the beginning,you wouldn’t have noticed me?? But just….Natasha?” She asked.
“Do we have to imagine? Coz I have no idea Heaven” Lamia replied and she smiled.
“Well at least now I don’t care,I know for sure that you are mine now” Heaven said.
Lamia stood up and faced her.
“It’s late,let’s leave” He said and Heaven stood up,she held his hand and they both left the garden.

Natasha was still in the same position Lamia left her,she finally stopped crying and wiped her tears.
“Natasha” Damon saw her and she looked up.
“Are you okay?” He asked,walking closer.
Natasha stood up and breathe out.
“I’m fine” She said and turned toward her room,Damon followed her.
“Are you sure you’re fine? You don’t look too well…..”
“Just stay away please,I’m fine” Natasha said ,Damon became quiet and followed her silently till she entered her room and then he also left.
Natasha entered her room and an heavy rain started immediately.
“Oh” She muttered and rushed to the window,she opened it widely with a smiley face as she stared at the rain dropping.
“It’s really raining….but what’s going to happen after?” She asked herself and continue staring at the rain. It was so heavy.
The door suddenly opened and Winter rushed in.
“Hey,” Natasha smiled.
Winter joined her in the window side and they both started staring at the rain,Winter touched the rain dropping and it froze.
“Wow” Natasha chuckled and clapped.
“You’re finally smiling today” Winter said after she unfreeze the rain.
“There was nothing to smile about” Natasha muttered.

NEXT MORNING★ARENA**
All the students were already gathered together in their different groups,only the three masters were present,Artemis wasn’t in sight.
“Are you all ready?” Master Liam asked and they replied positively.
“According to the goddess,you will get the sign when you see her,and to Lamia,you will definitely smell her blood” Master Liam explained and they nodded.
“So I guess this is how we depart for now,those going to Greene City can definitely return to the villa when it’s dawn,but other…..”
“Don’t worry about us,we will find our way somehow” Eugene assured.
“Then,you can go” Master River said and like that they all vanished.
The masters sighed out.
“I hope they get her as soon as possible” Master Lilith said.
“I believe they would” Master River said.
“Do you think the goddess might know where Lamia’s mom is?” Master Lilith asked.
“She would,but the assignment is part of training” Master Liam muttered and walked away.
Master River and Lilith exchanged glances and also left.

MANY HOURS LATER★GREENE CITY**
“Finally,a restaurant” Skylar said.
“Gosh you’re always hungry” Speedy shook her head.
They all went into the restaurant,they’ve been searching for hours with no sign at all and now they are starving.
“This is on me” Ruben said.
“Wow!!!” They all shouted and gathered round a table.
“Are you acting rich now? Let’s share the bills” Chase said.
“I wonder who you two are trying to impress” Cat-Girl chuckled.
A waitress came to them and they ordered their foods,minutes later they are all eating.
“I wonder how Natasha and others are doing right now” Winter muttered.
“Lamia is there,Natasha too,Eugene is also there,somehow I think this is cheating,how can they pack all the strongest together?” Speedy scoffed.
“I’m offended,so what do you take me for?” Bryant said.
“Oh please,what can you even do?” Skylar scoffed and immediately all the lights inside the restaurant began to shake,they all turned to Bryant who was only eating,soon the electricity began sparking and noise filled the whole place.
“Bryant that’s enough” Cat-Girl shook him and it all stopped.
👥 Gosh,what was that?
The customers murmured among themselves.
“You’ve finally showed yourself,now can we eat in peace?” Chase asked and there was silence after that.

EVENING★LOCKWOOD VILLAGE**
It was becoming darker as they walked,it has gotten to a point where they don’t see any houses around,it was as if they are walking in the desert.
“Who brought this idea?” Summer suddenly asked.
“I did” Heaven muttered beside Lamia.
Summer was walking with Eugene and Natasha,Lamia with Heaven and Sadie was also beside Thatcher.
“It’s getting late and we aren’t seeing any human,do you think this is the right way?” Sadie asked.
“There’s no other part aside this” Natasha spoke up.
“That’s true,it’s just this straight line since we’ve been walking” Thatcher muttered.
“What if wild animals are here?” Damon suddenly asked.
“Then we kill them and eat” Eugene said.
“Are you kidding me? Wild animal?” Summer snapped and Eugene laughed.
They all suddenly stopped when they saw a woman right in front of them.
“When did she get here?” Heaven muttered,holding Lamia’s hand.
The woman smiled at Lamia and faced the rest.
“You must be tired and hungry” She said.
“Who are you?” Lamia asked.
“Someone who’s trying to help” The woman replied.
“And how can we trust you?” Natasha asked.
“You don’t have to trust me,you probably need somewhere to stay,it’s almost time the evil spirits start walking around” The woman said.
Sadie gasped.
“Where do you stay?” Heaven asked
“Right there” The woman pointed and they all followed her finger with their eyes,standing there is a house.
“It wasn’t there just now” Natasha mumbled but she didn’t speak up.
“Come with me,you can pass the night here” The woman smiled and led the way.
“Lamia,do you think we should wait?” Eugene asked.
“I feel a positive energy inside her” Heaven said.
“Same here,let’s stay” Lamia agreed with Heaven and they all followed the woman.
She showed them two rooms they can stay,the boys in one and the second one for the girls.
“I will prepare something for you to eat” The woman said.
“I will help” Natasha said and she smiled.
“You are beautiful…like a witch” The woman told Natasha once they came out together.
“I am one” Natasha said and she smiled.
‘She smiles a lot,who is She?’ Natasha thought inwardly.

NIGHT**
It was almost midnight,after eating what the old woman and Natasha prepared,everyone went in to take a rest and sleep.
Lamia remained outside,he couldn’t just sleep and risk it all. What if something happens? He must be there at least.
He was standing outside,staring at the full moon which was standing right there in the dark cloud,he wondered if the full moon decided to show up today because Heaven kept calling it the previous night.
The night breeze was blowing so well and he could see the coldness in the air.
Minutes later,he heard the door opening and he turned,Natasha came out but the moment she saw Lamia,she stopped and their eyes locked in contacts.
Lamia could feel the crazy energies and excitement inside of him,since she rejected him,he haven’t made the eye contact with her and now that they are doing it,he wanted to just do nothing than hug her.
“Why are you outside?” Natasha finally asked,standing in front of him.
“Watching the night” Lamia said and she nodded,she was rubbing her arms gently.
“What about you? Why are you awake?” Lamia asked.
“I couldn’t sleep either,I was worried if all of us are sleeping…..wanted to come and watch also” Natasha replied and Lamia nodded.
Silence overshadowed again,but inwardly they both have thousands of words to say.
“Kids,why are you out?” The old woman came out and they both faced her.
“We just can’t sleep that way old one” Natasha said and the old woman smiled.
“I guess you’re worried….come let’s have a drink together” She said.
Natasha looked at Lamia and he nods,so they followed the old woman.
There was a small table in the balcony,they had to sit on the floor and watched as she brought three glass cups and then a bottle of white wine.
“Let me pour it” Natasha took it from her and poured for the three of them.
They started drinking.
“Why are you hiding it in?” The old woman suddenly asked and they looked at her.
“What are you talking about?” Lamia asked.
“Heart beat” The woman replied and they raised their brows,still looking confused.
“It’s called true love….the type I’ve never seen before” The woman smiled at Natasha and she bit her lips.
“You can feel it too……” She said to Lamia.
“We were told….we can’t be together” Lamia mumbled.
“That’s right….fate can be cruel sometimes. But your case is different from your fathers’ ” the woman said and they gasped.
“How did you know about my father?” Lamia asked.
The woman smiled.
“Don’t stay away from her,without her beside you….it might be difficult” The woman said to Lamia and right in front of them,she vanished.
They both stood up at once,Natasha was looking around.
“I should wake others up” She said and made to leave.
Lamia grabbed her hand.
“Leave them….” He said and released her hand.
“That woman…..who is she?” Lamia muttered.
“Deity” Natasha replied and he looked at her.
“Huh?”
“I don’t know if I am right…..but I think she’s the deity” Natasha repeated and Lamia’s eyes widened.

IN THE DARK**
The old woman appeared beside Artemis and Artemis bowed respectfully.
Like Natasha guessed,she’s the deity.
“Thanks for helping old one” Artemis said.
“Why did you send them here when you knew they wouldn’t find anything here?” The deity asked.
“I don’t want to go against their prediction” Artemis replied.
The Deity changed the background and they could both see Natasha and Lamia talking,Artemis looked at the Deity who was smiling as she watched them.
“Artemis” The Deity called and Artemis looked at her.
“Yes old one?” She answered.
“Since you’ve known me…..have I ever changed my words?” The Deity asked.
“Never….old one” Artemis replied.
“That’s true,I’ve never changed the fate of my creatures either” The Deity said and Artemis wondered why she was telling her that.
“But I think for once,someone will make me do that” The Deity said and Artemis’s eyes widened.
“Old one…….”
“His father failed because the woman he wanted to be with so much wasn’t strong enough for him…her love wasn’t strong either. But that little witch is different,forgetting about the love,if that child(Lamia) will be ruling the supernatural world as the king,he needs someone like her….or it will be difficult” The Deity said.
“What are you trying to say old one?”
“I’ve decided to change the future queen of the supernatural world Artemis” The Deity said and Artemis’s eyes widened.
