“Mr Ronnie do you know how this affects her career as an actress?” Mandy’s manager Jenna asked as we all sat inside my office.
“You as her manager was supposed to solve this matter but what did you do. you neglected your work or what should I say, you ran to me for help and I provided you with a solution you’re telling me I’m wrong ” I fired.
“Mr Ronnie I aren’t angry that you accepted to help us, in fact I’m very happy about it but this is an engagement we are talking about here, don’t you know what that means?” she asked and I smiled.
“Before my PH team came up with this plan they had prepared everything and If you think I’m wrong in what I’m doing then go tell the truth to those reporters” I said and cross my legs.
She remained silence for a while. MoMo herself wasn’t saying anything.
“This is a contract my team came up with, this contract is just to make sure we know are limits” I said breaking the silence and showing it to her.
“Mandy what do you have to say about this?” she asked the lady whose mind had left her present location.
“I’ll have to think about it” she said and walk to the restroom.
It seems she wasn’t happy with the idea I brou-ght up.
“Are all this terms included in the Contract?” Jenna asked as she read them.
“Yes” I said watching out if MoMo would return to give us an answer.
“I’m sorry but I don’t think we can accept this contract? ” she said and I nodded.
“I’ll sign it” Mandy walked in cutting Jenna short.
“Can you two let us talk” she said referring to Jenna and Henry.
They both moved out and she sat down facing me on the couch.
“What do you want to talk about?” I asked smiling at her.
“I’ll sign this contract if only you accept my condition ” she said and I nodded.
“Go ahead and tell me what are your conditions” I asked.
“I have just one condition and it’s very simple ” she said and I chuckled.
“What’s the condition? ” I asked.
“You should not interfere with me work ” she said and I nodded.
“If that is all, you can go ahead and sign the papers” I said and she reluctantly picked up a pen and the contract.
“Why don’t you read the terms and conditions of the contract before signing, there might be somethings you would like to change” I said but she signed it even before I could finish talking.
“I don’t think there will be any I’ll like to change” she said and pick up her own copy.
“Did you really nee-d to add this” she said pointing at it and I chuckled.
“Your phone nee-ds to be on 24/7 so I can contract you anytime ” I said and brou-ght out my phone.
“Scan your number ” I said and she brou-ght out her own phone and scan it.
“Give me the phone, I’ll save my name myself ” I said and took the phone from her.
I typed in my name and handed her phone back to her.
“Did you really have to save your name as Ronnie Bae?” she asked and I nodded.
“Let me see what you put on mine” she demanded and I showed her.
“MOMO?” she said immediately she saw it saved on my phone.
“Yeah” I said and she rolled her eyes and walk out of my office.
“Don’t forget to give me a call in the morning ” I said after she had close the door. I hope she heard me.
“You are my MoMo” I said looking at the number saved on my phone and pick up the contract on the table and placed it on my che-st.

I walked throu-ghthe parking lot in the company looking around if anyone had followed me.
I walked around like a theft who was about stealing.
I had to make sure no one saw me moving towards the black car park in between other cars.
One of the board directors had offered to help me bring down “Ronnie” from his position as the CEO.
I walk towards the black car and stood in front Pretending to be cleaning it while I was just watching out if anyone was around.
The door suddenly opened and I walked into the car slowly and gentle.
The driver walked out and stood in front of the car like he was guarding us.
“Mr Kendrick here are the docu-ments you nee-d to implement Mr Ronnie ” he said handing them to me.
“Make sure you don’t fail this time around, Mr Ronnie isn’t an easy man to deal with, his very strong when it comes to business” he said and I chuckled.
“You don’t nee-d to worry about anything, I and Mr Ronnie go back a long way, we were both friends back in school so I know him pretty well” I said and he smiled.
“Remember if anything go wrong don’t call me name OK, don’t involve me” he said and I nodded.
“You worry too much, just wait when I submit this docu-ments, that company will be all ours” I said and he smi-rked.
I walk out of the car and his driver who had been outside waiting for us to finish talking entered into the car and zoom off.
I guess Ronnie wouldn’t be surprise seeing an old friend or should I say an old enemy.
“With this docu-ment, I’m going to take over his position and make sure he leaves the company for good” I said within my range and walked towards my own car.
“The weather seems to be normal today, why do I feel so much heat” I said and adjusted my tie then removed my upper bu-tton.
“It seems I have to get back home real quick” I said and entered my car.
I started the engine and drove away not after making sure I kept the docu-ments in a well position and save place inside my car.

“Who’s that disturbing my sleep this early morning?” I asked reaching out for my phone that was placed at the side of my bed.
I adjusted my hair before taking the phone off my bed which was led on the floor.
“Good morning MoMo” that was the first thing that had hit my eyes as I switched on the phone. A mas-sage from Mr Ronnie.
“morning Mr Ronnie” I replied sitting up on the bed.
“Where are you right now?” he texted after I had dropped the phone to stretch my body.
“I’m at home” I replied and waited for his text.
“Do you have any plans for today after work?” he asked.
“No why asked” I replied and walked into my bathroom with the phone.
“I’ll love us to meet” he texted and I smiled.
“Just text me the address and time, I’ll be there” I texted and placed the phone by the side and pick up my tooth brush.
I brushed my teeth, took a quick bath and hurried to the kitchen to make breakfast for myself.
I did a quick one and ate in a hurry so I wouldn’t have to be late for the office.
After I was done I cleared the table and took my purse and walk out of the house.
“Good morning Mrs Ling” Henry said standing infront of a car at my front.
“What are you doing here?” I asked suprise to see him.
“Mr Ronnie asked me to drive you to work” he said opening the back door.
I stare at him for a while before walking into the car.
“Where’s Mr Ronnie ?” I asked after we had gone a long way already.
“He’s at the office” he said focus on the wheel.
He kept driving the car still we got to my destination without saying a word to each other.
“We are here” he said after he had step down and opened the door for me.
“Thank you” I said and he nodded.
“I’ll take my leave now” he said and entered the car then zoom off.
“What’s Mr Ronnie really up too” I asked myself and turned then walk into the company.
“Mandy guess what?” Jenna said dragging me into her office and looking excited.
“What’s it? ” I asked trying to figure out what would make her look so excited.
“Just try to guess” she said and this got me furious in knowing the reason behind her excitement.
“You got promoted” I said smiling and hopping I got it right.
“Wrong answer, you know I wouldn’t want to get promoted. I Just want to keep being your manager” she said and I smiled.
“So what’s the thing behind your sudden excitement?” I asked and we both settled down.
“Three different companies just called me earlier this morning and they would love you to participate in their up coming movies isn’t that great” she said and I smiled.
“That’s good news” I said and she nodded.
“I’m going to give you the form later to choose the one you’ll be interested in participating” she said and I nodded.
“I just can’t believe that for the first time three different companies want me at once” I said smiling and she chuckled.
“You’ve got to believe it, ever since the engagement between you and Mr Ronnie was announced, you became very popular although some people still thinks your relationship isn’t real” she said and I nodded.
“How do I get ride of the negative comments and those who still think about me being with Mr Ronnie is fake” I asked myself as I walk out of her office.
I had got a picture shot to attend so I quickly rushed to the changing room so I cloud select the perfect dress for the shooting.
“Some people in this world can’t make it on their own unless they charm others” Brenda said walking around the desk where I sat applying my make up.
“If someone can’t have a show in this company it’s better they quit” I said in a low turn and smiled at my beautiful refection on the mirror.
“Says who?. We are going to be in the same show which will be coming up and I prefer you better stay out of it” she said and I chuckled.
“Who did you ask for help this time to get into a show?” I asked and she smi-rked.
“I’m not like you who go out fli-rting with different men to get a position” she said and I chuckled.
“Are you referring to me being engaged to Mr Ronnie as fli-rting?” I asked and she smiled.
“It’s a good thing you mentioned the name and not me, I cloud still be talking about Michelle” she said and I smiled remembering about Michelle who had gone out of town to a photo shot.
How was a going to take it that I’m engaged.
“See you at the show” she said and walk away.
I remained mute for a while staring at the mirror and later continued what I was doing.
I had finished shooting early and cloud still catch up with Mr Ronnie’s appointment.

“Why does it seem this restaurant is out of business?” I asked as we both walked into the restaurant.
“I hired the whole place just for the two of ours” he said smiling and showing me my sit.
“Don’t you know we have to exp-ose our relationship so people wouldn’t think we are not fake couples” I said and he nodded.
“I’m take note of that on our next date” he said smiling.
“Next date?” I asked.
“You don’t just expect us to have just one date” he said then I realized he considers me having this meal with him as a date.
He clic-ked his two fingers together and and a man walked towards us with a dray of different dishes.
He placed all of them on the table and left just the two of us inside the restaurant.
“Why do you order so many?”. Don’t you know I’m an actress and I’m not supposed to grow fat” I asked staring at the food infront of me.
“Why?” he asked.
“As an actress I’ve got to keep good body figure and shape so I can get a better role to place in each drama not like those fat once who do just less in dramas” I said and he smiled.
“Then you’ll have to act just for me” he said and I took a bit of the food.
“How’s it?” he asked and I nodded.
“It’s good, very delicious but I can only eat little” I said and he smiled.
“It’s good to know you like the food” he said and started eating as well.
After we were done eating he took me to watch a movie.
“Why did you bring me here?” I asked seeing how the cinema was filled with people.
“I thought you said it’s good that we should exp-ose are relationship” he wispered very close to me in other not to disturb the people who were watching the movie.
I just stayed quiet and watched the movie with him since I had no other choice.
“The man driving the car Is so handsome” I said watching how fast the guy drove the car.
After we were done watching the movie I received a call from Jenna who wanted me to hurry back to the company although it was dark already.
“What’s wrong?” Mr Ronnie asked standing close to me.
“I’ve got to go back to the company, you can go home I’ll just take a cab” I said and stood by the road side.
“Get inside my car I’ll drop you” he said but I refused.
“Don’t bother, I’ll go on my own” I said but he insisted.
I got into the car and he entered at the driver’s seat and started driving.
“Mr Ronnie the speed at which you’re driving is too slow” I said as I noticed the car behind us was hurning.
“Cloud you drive a little bit fas-ter, see even runners are fas-ter than us” I said looking at the people who were doing jogging.
“Do you like men who drive very fast?” he asked.
“What did you say?” I asked but he speed up the car without saying anything.
In no time we arrived at the company so fast due to the way he drove the car.
I walk out of the car and almost sli-pped on the ground due to the high speed he drove the car but he caught me.
“It cloud be better if I just drive slowly, see the effects of liking men who drive fast” he said and I smiled.
“Cloud you let go off me now” I said showing my teeths out and he rele-ase his hands from my wai-st.
“When will you finish your work, I’ll wait for you here” he said and I nodded.
“There’s no nee-d to wait for me I might finish very late” I said and he nodded.
“Okay take care of yourself” he said and I smiled and walk into the company.
“I thought you were going to take a little longer but you’re here so fast, tell me did you go on a date with Mr Ronnie?” Jenna asked on seeing me.
“Is it so obvious?” I asked touching my face.
“Yeah” she said smiling and I took off my heels and fell on the couch to rest myself.
“Mr Ronnie is such a burden” i wispered un-der my breath and she chuckled.
I guess she heard what I said
“Get up we got work to do” she said and I nodded.
