” Good morning barbie ” Raphael pecked her when she opened her eyes
” Morning Knight..” she smiled hugging him tight
” It’s been a while you’ve visited Arnold and again, you need to see your grandma, she must have been worried..” she said
” If that’s what you want, Then it’s always fine with me..” Raphael replied and she peck his li-ps before leaving the bed.
” You should get ready, I’ll go to the company tomorrow.. let’s take today to visit those you cherish..” she said and he nodded..
She made to enter her bathroom when she heard a knock
” Oh! I haven’t opened the door? ” She thought walking to the door..
She opened it, revealing a maid. The maid’s eyes wide-ned when she saw Godiva.. The only reason she knocked was to confirm if the room was empty or not since she thought Larina will be using the room
The cleaning equipment fell from her hands and a loud scream followed drawing the attention of the others
Godiva closed her ears as the girl’s scream got into it . The girl kept mute immediately and was about going down on her knees when Godiva stopped her
” You should leave and tell Lydia I don’t need any maids cleaning my room.. ” She said and the girl looked at her, surprise
” Do you want to loose your job then?” She asked and the girl shook her head continuously before walking out of the room
Vespertine, Alora alongside her parents stood dumbfounded
” Did you just spare a maid for polluting the air with noise?” Vespertine asked surprised
” pinch me Vesper, I think I’m dreaming ” Alora said absentmindedly and vespertine did as said while Godiva rolled her eyes
” I’m not dreaming, OMG!! Did Raphael really change you?” She asked staring at Raphael and he waved at her gently
” You did a great job then.. ” she smiled
Larina immediately pulled Raphael into a hug
” Thanks for what you’ve done..” she said patting his back while he smiled..
” We’re going somewhere mom, we’ll talk later when I’m back..” She sad pulling Raphael and her mom apart.
” It’s good to have your old self back baby” Alston said hugging his daughter.
He disengaged from the hug and left her room with his wife and son
Alora stopped walking when she got to the door
” I guess there’s something you aren’t telling me..”
” Yeah, you’re right.. he’s actually the knight I told you about.. The senior I said always saved me from those bullies” she said and Alora looked at her then Raphael
” You’re joking right? how did you know that? The knight you had a crush on back then is him? Oh my goodness” She said, surprised
” F*ck, I’m so interested in this story.. please girlfriend, don’t leave and let’s talk.. you know I’ve missed you a lot, I came immediately I saw the news.. huh? Let’s talk it out first..” she pouted
Godiva held her arm and took her out of her room
” I’ll tell you when I’m back.. ” she said
Alora made to enter again and she had to close the door
” One more question Diva, did you guys do it?” She asked from outside and Godiva shook her head.
” She doesn’t seem to get tired of her childish attitude..” Godiva smiled walking back to Raphael..
she hug-ged him again
” Go get ready and let’s go..” she said and release him afterwards…
He left her room to get ready too

” Oh my f”ck, see who we have here ” Arnold exclaimed and hug-ged Raphael at once
” Gawd man, you’ve really change..” Arnold said hugging him again and Godiva cleared her throat
” Oh! I’m sorry our pretty boss.. ” Arnold bow slowly which made her chuckle
” What is it you want to drink? ”
” I’m fine thank you..” she replied while Arnold nodded before facing Raphael
” What about you? Anything you want to drink?” He asked
” Maybe next time okay? I’m going to see Grandma and I don’t wanna go there, reeking of alcohol” Raphael said
” That reminds me, I saw your name among those who died in the plane crash but thank goodness I didn’t believe it” Arnold said
” Alright man, see you later ” Raphael said and faced Godiva..
” We should go see Grandma then ” he said and she nodded, interlocking their hands
” Bye Arnold..” she waved as they left the club

JEROME’S ~ RESIDENT
Jerome was just leaving the gym room when his phone rang.. He inhaled when he beheld the caller
? Why is she still alive? Fine, I’m glad he didn’t die but not her right? She’s supposed to be f*cking dead!!!” A voice said on the phone
? Can you just calm down? I know what to do, just keep calm and see the magic..” Jerome said and ended the call..
He sigh, before walking into the house

” Granny.. ” Raphael hug-ged her at once
” My baby ” Grandma Jane smiled, still in the hug
She saw Godiva behind her grandson and she disengage from the hug
” Good evening grandma.. ” she did a little bow
” Who is she? ” Grandma Jane asked ignoring her greetings
” Grandma, she just greeted you.. ” Raphael said
” I’m not deaf, just asking who she is..” Grandma Jane replied and Godiva felt bad instantly..
How come her boyfriend’s grandma doesn’t like her at first glance? She wondered
” She’s my boss and my girlfriend.. ” Raphael replied and his grandma furrowed her brow
” Girlfriend? What happened to cerlia?”
” She’s with someone else and will be having a baby with her new lover.. ” he replied and Grandma Jane scoffed
” Even if you should date, you shouldn’t date someone with no manners Raphael.. ” She said staring at diva who already had tears gathering in her eyes
” I… I ” Godiva stuttered continuously
” I don’t know where you’ve known her from Grandma but believe me, she’s a changed person I swear.. you know I wouldn’t lie right? And you’ll have to accept her cos I love her ” Raphael said and walked over to Godiva, holding her hands
” Grandma.. ” Godiva called and went on her knees while Grandma Jane furrowed her brow at her actions
” I don’t know what I did but I think it’s actually my first time seeing you, I don’t know if I said awful things to you in the past but please I’m sorry ”
” You really don’t remember my face?” Jane asked
Godiva shook her head still on her knees
” Then I’ll take it like it didn’t happen” Grandma Jane walked over to her pulling her up gently and hugging her while she cried on her shoulders
What if his grandma didn’t accept her? How will she have handled it? She thought sniffing
Grandma Jane released her and wiped her tears then pulled her to a seat..
She asked Godiva some few questions which she replied to
” Sorry to ask grandma, but what did I do? I don’t remember” She said
” You splashed water on me with your car, I thought you were gonna apologize but your car didn’t even stop.. ”
” Oh my.. ” She exclaimed when she finally remembered that day..
She was so annoyed that day that, she drove herself home
When it later dawn on her she splashed muddy water on someone, her car came to a halt.. she was about leaving her car when the unknown lady already board a cab and left
” I didn’t mean that..” she muttered, staring at the cab as it left

” I’m sorry about the incident that day..” she said and explained what happened to Jane and she smiled
After a long day together, it was late and they decided to leave..
” Please make my baby happy okay?” Grandma Jane said and Godiva nodded with a smile
” I will grandma..” she replied and held Raphael’s hands
” Bye grandpa.. ” she waved as they left the house

Godiva has been feeling dizzy and nauseous that she couldn’t even go to work so Alora was the one going to the company in her stead.
Ever since she returned to the states, no one has made an attempt of attacking her, so she concluded her enemies were in Japan
” You look…sick, call Mary.. ” vespertine said sitting next to his sister on the couch
” Yeah, I agree ” Raphael said
” I said I’m fine, will y’all just stop pestering me to go to the hospital? See, I’m fine ” she stood and fell back almost immediately when her vision went blurry
” See? Stop trying to prove a point and just call Mary ” Vespertine said and she reluctantly took her phone.. she dialed Mary’s number which she picked at first ring
? Hey baby.. how are you? She asked
? I’m sick Mary, I keep feeling dizzy, nauseous, lazy….. She started explaining her symptoms to Mary while Mary chuckled
? I’ll be at the mansion right away.. Mary said and ended the call..
“See? I called her ” she rolled her eyes at vespertine and threw her phone away

Mary did some check up on her and smiled
” I said I’m not feeling well and you are here smiling.. you’re happy cos I’m sick?” She asked annoyed
” Congrats baby, you’re expecting a baby..”
” Huh?”
” you’re few weeks gone ”
” Gone?”
” I mean pregnant, silly ” Mary laughed and her eyes went wide
” Huh?? Oh my goodness.. diva is pregnant?!!! ” Vespertine exclaimed
” This is good news.. brother-in-law is the best goal scorer ” he exclaimed, taking his phone to call larina but Godiva held his hands
” are you serious Mary? Are you saying there’s a little human in my belly right now?” She asked touching her stomach while Mary nodded her head
She sat next to her and began explaining some dos and don’ts to her.. after a while, she left the house
” Barbie ” Raphael smiled broadly
” I’m pregnant knight, I’m carrying our baby ” she hug-ged him tight and her phone rang
‘ Who could it be? ‘ She thought, disengaging from the hug and taking her phone. She put it on speaker and a male voice spoke
? Come to this address if you want to save your lovely sister.. the voice said and laugh..
She was about saying something when she heard Alora’s voice in the background
?Don’t come Diva, they’re after you.. she heard Alora cry and suddenly heard her gro-an
Her eyes wide-ned more
? Send your address and I will be right there.. diva said in a shaky voice
? Don’t you dare bring the cops else she dies.. the voice said and ended the call
” Oh no, Alora..” she exclaimed in tears while vespertine just didn’t know what to do or say
” I must go and rescue her.. why would they kidnap her? Just why?” She sobbed and Raphael pulled her into a hug
” Things are alot messier than we think ” he muttered stro-king her hair as she cried
